"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur biaya investasi politik Pemilihan umum 2014 serta dampaknya terhadap Perekonomian Indonesia. Studi ini menemukan biaya investasi politik untuk anggota DPR RI berkisar antara Rp 393,8 juta hingga Rp 1,1 miliar. Biaya investasi politik ini sangat tergantung pada kemungkinan untuk terpilih terpilih dan harapan manfaat ekonomi dan/atau manfaat non-ekonomi yang akan diperoleh ketika caleg terpilih. Pemilu 2014 akan menyuntikan dana sebesar Rp 115 miliar kedalam perekonomian Indonesia. Dengan mengunakan metode input-output dana yang dihasilkan dari pelaksanaan pemilihan umum 2014 diprediksi akan menumbuhkan output sebesar 1,47% secara nasional.

This study aims at estimating the political cost in 2014 election and its impact on the Indonesian economy. This study found the cost of the investment policy for the members of the House of Representatives candidates range from IDR 393.8 million to IDR 1.1 billion. The political investment costs are highly depends on the possibility to be elected and expectations of economic benefits and/or non-economic benefits that will be obtained when the selected candidate. in 2014 election will inject IDR 115 billion into Indonesian economy. By using the input-output method of funds resulting from the implementation of the 2014 general election is expected to raise output by 1.47% nationally."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh makroekonomi dan konsenterasi perbankan terhadap penyaluran kredit UMKM di 33 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2007-2012. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik estimasi data panel dengan metode Fixed Effect. Hasilnya menunjukkan konsentrasi perbankan, inflasi, dan suku bunga kredit modal kerja (SBMK) berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan PDRB tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Tesis ini menyarankan Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) memperlonggar regulasi kredit bagi UMKM. Bank sentral juga perlu menjaga stabilitas inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga pada level yang rendah. Pemerintah daerah perlu membantu meningkatkan kualitas UMKM melalui pelatihan usaha dan keuangan, serta mendorong BPD meningkatkan alokasi kredit UMKM.

This thesis analyses the influence of macroeconomic and banking concentration towards loan disbursement for MSME in 33 provinces in Indonesia during 2007-2012. The quantitative approach of this research uses data panel estimation with Fixed Effect method. The result shows that banking concentration, inflation and working capital lending rate (SBMK) have significant impact, while GDP has smaller impact. It suggests the central bank and Financial Service Authority (OJK) to ease credit regulation for MSME. The central bank also needs to maintain inflation stability and interest rate at a low level. The regional government must enhance the MSME quality through business and financial training, and urge regional development banks to increase credit allocation for MSME."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana pengaruh makro ekonomi terhadap probability of default untuk segmen usaha mikro di Indonesia. Model yang digunakan untuk dapat mengukur indikator risiko kredit berdasarkan Days Past Due (DPD) dan kolektabilitas, sehingga dapat dihitung probability of default sesuai dengan data historis internal perusahaan. Selanjutnya dilakukan regresi linier berganda untuk dapat mengetahui apakah perubahan variable makro ekonomi yang terdiri dari PDB, Inflasi, nilai tukar IDR terhadap USD, dan tingkat pengangguran dapat mempengaruhi probability of default untuk segmen usaha mikro di Indonesia. Sesuai dengan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa perubahan makro ekonomi khususnya untuk variable makro ekonomi seperti inflasi dan nilai tukar IDR terhadap USD yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap probability of default untuk segmen usaha mikro untuk setiap bucket pinjaman. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada perbankan Indonesia dalam melakukan ekspansi pinjaman khususnya untuk segmen usaha mikro, serta dapat dijadikan acuan pada saat melakukan perbaikan kebijakan pengukuran risiko kredit dalam rangka meningkatkan prinsip kehati-hatian.

This research is conducted to analyze the effects of macroeconomics to the default probability of micro business segment in Indonesia. The model used for credit risk indicator measurement was based on Days Past Due (DPD) and collectability which allow calculate probability of default based on the companys internal historical data. Furthermore, multiple linear regression was applied in order to find out if macro economy variables, consists of GDP, inflation, IDR/USD exchange rate and unemployment rate could affect probability of default of micro segment in Indonesia. In accordance with the result of statistical test, macroeconomic variable such as inflation and the exchange rate of IDR to USD have a significant effect on the probability of default for the micro business segment for each loan bucket. Thus, this research is expected to provide adequate information related to micro expansion as well as to be a guidance of credit risk policy improvement for banks in Indonesia in pursuance of precautionary principle."
