"Apotek, Puskesmas, dan rumah sakit merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Pelayanan kefarmasian harus mengikuti standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi pemusnahan vaksin COVID-19 yang telah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode Maret – Desember 2021, membandingkan kesesuaian standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pamulang menurut PMK No. 73 Tahun 2016, dan untuk melihat kecenderungan penggunaan narkotika dan psikotropika (NAPZA) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Maret 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Vaksin COVID-19 yang sudah kedaluwarsa di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama belum bisa dimusnahkan karena menunggu arahan dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Selatan, pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Roxy Pamulang sudah memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, dan Penggunaan obat NAPZA paling banyak di RSUI pada periode Maret 2021 – Februari 2022 adalah Klobazam 10 mg.

A pharmacy, public health center, and a hospital are pharmaceutical service facilities where pharmacists practice pharmaceutical services. Pharmaceutical services must follow pharmaceutical service standards in accordance with applicable regulations. This task was carried out to evaluate the disposal of expired COVID-19 vaccines at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama in the period March – December 2021, comparing the suitability of pharmaceutical service standards carried out at Apotek Roxy Pamulang according to PMK No. 73 of 2016, and to look at the trend of using narcotics and psychotropic drugs (NAPZA) at the University Indonesia Hospital during the period from March 2021 to February 2022. The results of this final project show that the expired COVID-19 vaccine at Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama has not been able to be disposed of due to waiting for directions from the South Jakarta Health Sub-dept., the pharmaceutical services at Apotek Roxy Pamulang have complied with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 73 of 2016, and the highest use of narcotic drugs in RSUI in the period March 2021 - February 2022 is 10 mg Klobazam."

"Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Dalam menjalankan praktik profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian Apoteker perlu memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker. Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi antara lain, praktik kefarmasian secara professional dan etik, optimalisasi penggunaan sediaan farmasi, dispensing sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, pemberian informasi sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, formulasi dan produksi sediaan farmasi, upaya preventif dan promotif kesehatan masyarakat, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, komunikasi efektif, keterampilan organisasi dan hubungan interpersonal, peningkatan kompetensi diri. Dalam memastikan bahwa seorang apoteker memiliki seluruh kompetensi yang relevan untuk mejalankan perannya dilakukan Pratik kerja pada dua sektor yakni di industri farmasi, dan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker kali ini dilakukan di PT Sydna Farma, Apotek Kimia Farma 78 Tangerang, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kramat Jati Jakarta.

In carrying out professional practice and pharmaceutical work, pharmacists need to meet pharmacist competency standards. The Competency Standards of Indonesian Pharmacists consist of 10 (ten) competency standards, among others, professional and ethical pharmaceutical practice, optimizing the use of pharmaceutical preparations, dispensing pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, providing information on pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, formulation and production of pharmaceutical preparations, preventive measures, and promotion of public health, management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, effective communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relationships, self-competence improvement. In ensuring that a pharmacist has all the relevant competencies to carry out his role, work practices are carried out in two sectors: the pharmaceutical industry and public health services. This professional practice of pharmacists was carried out at PT Sydna Farma, Kimia Farma 78 Pharmacy Tangerang, and Kramat Jati District Health Center, Jakarta."

"Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan memiliki peranan penting dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Peran apoteker sangat dibutuhkan salah satunya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang memenuhi syarat kompetensi dan etik kefarmasian. Untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, maka salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu tahapan penting yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa apoteker untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensinya, serta mempersiapkan diri sebagai tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di tiga fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, yaitu Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode 10-21 Januari 2022, Apotek Roxy Beringin pada periode 2-26 Februari 2022, dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RS UI) pada periode 7 Maret-27 April 2022. Melalui proses Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di puskesmas, apotek, dan rumah sakit tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Pharmacists as health workers have an important role in carrying out pharmaceutical practice according to applicable regulations. The role of pharmacists is needed, one of which is in health care facilities in providing pharmacy practice that meet the requirements of pharmaceutical competence and ethics. To become a competent pharmacists, one of the efforts that can be done is to participate directly in carrying out pharmaceutical practices. Pharmacist internship is one of the important stages carried out by pharmacist students to improve skills and competencies, and also to prepare themselves as health workers. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to carry out professional work practices. The internship was carried out in three health care facilities, that is Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Public Health Center period January 10-21st 2022, Roxy Beringin Pharmacies period February 2-26th 2022, and Universitas Indonesia Hospital period March 7th-April 27th 2022. Through the process of pharmacist internship in public health center, pharmacies, and hospital, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledges, skills, and experiences that are suitable for doing pharmaceutical practice in health care facilities."

"Profesi Apoteker merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karir seorang apoteker. Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pekapuran periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry."

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry is held at Sanofi Indonesia PT. Aventis Pharma in January – February 2022 while Professional Practice of Pharmacist in pharmacy is held at Apotek Kimia Farma 298 Bendungan Hilir in April 2022.
