"Profesi Apoteker merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karir seorang apoteker. Sebelum mengaplikasikan keilmuan di bidang kefarmasian secara profesioanl, seorang apoteker perlu menempun pendidikan profesi untu mendapat gelar apoteker. Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kegiatan pada perkuliahan profesi apoteker yang bertujuan mengasah kemampuan praktik calon apoteker sebelum terjun langsung ke dunia kerja sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma Pekapuran periode Januari 2022 dan PT. Kalbio Global Medika periode Maret – April 2022. Melalui kegiatan ini, penulis berharap ilmu yang didapatkan selama PKPA dapat menjadi bekal yang baik untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang profesional, baik di pelayanan masyarakat maupun industry farmasi.

The pharmacist profession degree is a very important education in the career development of a pharmacist. Before applying knowledge in the field of pharmacy professionally, a pharmacist needs to undergo professional education to get a pharmacist degree. The Pharmacist Professional Practice Activity (PKPA) is one of the activities in the pharmacist profession curriculum which aims to hone the practice skills of prospective pharmacists before going directly into the world of work as a professional pharmacist. This PKPA activity was carried out at Kimia Farma Pekapuran Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT. Kalbio Global Medika for the period March – April 2022. Through this activity, the author hopes that the knowledge gained during PKPA can be a good provision to become a professional pharmacist, both in community service and the pharmaceutical industry."

Apoteker berperan dalam menjamin praktik keframasiaan, baik untuk menjamin kualitas obat di Industri farmasi maupun pelayanan di bidang klinis seperti apotek. Apoteker harus berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakuakan praktik kefarmasiaan tersebut, maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melakukan praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Pekerjaan Kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusi atau penyaluranan obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Calon apoteker memiliki kewajiban untuk melakukan praktik profesi sebagai gambaran untuk memahami peran apoteker dan mengasah kompetensi sebelum berpraktik kerja. Proses PKPA ini diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan calon apoteker melalui wawasan dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan peran pekerjaan kefarmasian.

"Personel yang terkualifikasi dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan proses kegiatan yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri. Personel yang terkualifikasi sangat berpengaruh dalam terjaminnya suatu produk PT Kalbio Global Medika merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak dalam pembuatan produk obat dengan menggunakan bahan biologi. Pada pembuatan produk obat dengan bahan biologi tentunya dibutuhkan pengendalian khusus agar menjaga mutu dari produk yang akan diproduksi. Penjaminan mutu dari produk olahan tersebut harus dimiliki oleh personel yang terkualifikasi dan terlatih yang berpedoman pada CPOB. Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi merupakan contoh departemen yang harus memiliki personel yang terkualifikasi dan terlatih dalam proses pembuatan produk, selain divisi pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, diperlukan adanya kualifikasi personel yang terdokumentasi sesuai prosedur yang berlaku pada Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi di PT Kalbio Global Medika. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dibuat untuk membuat laporan alur kualifikasi personel Departemen Pemastian Mutu dan Departemen Produksi dari PT Kalbio Global Medika.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) adalah program kerja yang bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di sarana pekerjaan kefarmasian, yaitu rumah sakit, industri farmasi, apotek, puskesmas, dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Mahasiswa calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara profesional. Kegiatan PKPA dilakukan di industri farmasi dan apotek, yaitu PT Clinisindo Laboratories dan Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya secara berturut-turut. PKPA di PT Clinisindo Laboratories dilaksanakan pada periode Januari - Februari 2022, sementara PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya dilaksanakan pada periode Maret 2022. Pada PKPA di PT Clinisindo Laboratories, penulis melaksanakan pengkajian terhadap beberapa software yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem manajemen informasi laboratorium, yaitu LabSolution CS, NuGenesis SDMS, dan Agilent SLIMS. Pada PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, penulis melaksanakan analisis Pareto ABC dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa calon apoteker memeperoleh ilmu yang bermanfaat untuk pengabdiannya kelak sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional.

Pharmacist students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to do pharmacy work professionally. Professional pharmacist work practice activities are carried out in the pharmacy store and pharmacy industry, namely PT Clinisindo Laboratories and Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, respectively. Professional pharmacist work practice at PT Clinisindo Laboratories was carried out in the period January - February 2022, while professional pharmacist work practice at Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya was carried out in the period March 2022. In PT Clinisindo Laboratories, the authors carried out an assessment of several software that can be used in laboratory information management systems, namely LabSolution CS, NuGenesis SDMS, and Agilent SLIMS. In Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, the authors carried out Pareto ABC analysis and clinical pharmacy service activities at pharmacy store. Thus, pharmacist students gain useful knowledge for their future service as a professional pharmacist."

Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman,dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
