Berpartisipasi langsung dalam bidang praktik kefarmasian menjadi salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan sebagai bekal agar calon apoteker memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan pada lapangan yang sebenarnya sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories periode Januari - Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode April 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman, pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut.

Participating directly in the field of pharmacy practice is one of the important things that need to be done to become a professional pharmacist. The working practice of the pharmacist profession is carried out as a provision so that prospective pharmacists understand the role of pharmacists, as well as improve their abilities in the actual field before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist (PKPA) is held at PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories for the January - February 2022 period and Apotek Roxy Sawangan for the April 2022 period. Prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and appropriate skills to carry out pharmaceutical work through the PKPA process in pharmaceutical idnsutry and pharmacy."

"Profesi apoteker adalah salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang mempunyai peran penting dalam memanjukan kesehatan. Salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan oleh apoteker adalah praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Indonesia dapat dilakukan di tiga tempat, yaitu industri farmasi, distributor atau pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek atau pelayanan kefarmasian seperti puskesmas atau rumah sakit. Sehingga, seorang calon apoteker diwajibkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian dengan mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan pada PT. Harsen Laboratories, pada tanggal 03 Januari 2022 – 25 Februari 2022 untuk di industri farmasi, kemudian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 – 14 Februari 2022 di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari untuk proses pembelajaran di pedagang besar farmasi, dan tanggal 09 – 31 Mei 2022 di PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) cabang Sawangan untuk proses pembelajaran di apotek. Diharapkan proses pembelajaran ini dapat menjadikan bekal untuk di dunia kerja nantinya.

The pharmacist profession is one of the health workers who have an important role in promoting health. One of the things that must be done by pharmacists is pharmacy practice. Pharmaceutical practice in Indonesia can be carried out in three places, namely the pharmaceutical industry, distributors or wholesalers of pharmaceuticals, and pharmacies or pharmaceutical services such as health centers or hospitals. Thus, a prospective pharmacist is required to improve competence in practicing pharmacy by following the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). PKPA is implemented at PT. Harsen Laboratories, on 03 January 2022 – 25 February 2022 for the pharmaceutical industry, then held on 01 – 14 February 2022 at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari for the learning process at pharmaceutical wholesalers, and on 09 – 31 May 2022 at PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) Sawangan branch for the learning process in pharmacies. It is hoped that this learning process can make provision for the world of work in the future."

Melalui proses PKPA di bidang industri farmasi dan pelayanan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists, as one of the actors in health services, especially pharmaceutical services, must have reliable knowledge and skills, as well as ethical and moral integrity to support the realization of quality pharmaceutical services. In order to increase the professionalism of pharmacists, both prospective pharmacists and pharmacists who have built a career, structured training is needed that can be used for knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes as a qualified pharmacist. The structured training referred to in this document can be in the form of pharmacist work (PKPA) for prospective pharmacists. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker penting sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker bagi calon apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy periode bulan Februari 2022, PT. "Apoteker merupakan jabatan yang mempunyai ruang lingkup tugas, tanggung jawab, dan wewenang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan pada unit pelayanan kesehatan yang diduduki oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan hak dan kewajiban yang diberikan secara penuh oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian ini membutuhkan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi untuk keperluan praktik kerja di kemudian hari. Pelaksanaan perbekalan pekerjaan kefarmasian dilakukan oleh penulis dalam tiga bidang yaitu industri, apotek, dan pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan penulis pada PT. Harsen Laboratories di tanggal 03 Januari 2022 – 25 Februari 2022 untuk bidang industry farmasi, kemudian penulis melaksanakan proses praktik kerja di PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) cabang Pitara di tanggal 02 Maret 2022 – 31 Maret 2022, serta penulis melaksanakan praktik kerja terakhir di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada tanggal 23 Mei 2022 – 9 Juni 2022. Proses pembelajaran dan praktik kerja ini untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk kedepannya.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work supplies is carried out by the author in three fields, namely industry, pharmacies, and community health centers. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out by the author at PT. Melalui PKPA di apotek dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.
