"Apoteker berperan penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat, dan obat tradisional sesuai dengan standar kefarmasian. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker, calon apoteker dapat mengonfirmasi kesesuaian antara ilmu yang telah didapatkan dan praktik di lapangan sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai apoteker. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Forsta Kalmedic Global periode Januari–Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode Maret 2022, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta Selatan periode Mei–Juni 2022. Setelah menjalani praktik kerja profesi apoteker, diharapkan calon apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The professional practice of pharmacists is held at PT Forsta Kalmedic Global in January–February 2022, Roxy Biak Pharmacy in March 2022, and the South Jakarta City Department of Health in May–June 2022. After completing professional practice of pharmacists, prospective pharmacists are expected to understand pharmacist's duties and responsibilities in pharmacy practice."

"Profesi apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam menyokong pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam dangka menjadi seorang apoteker, perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan praktik kefarmasian agar mendapatkan bekal pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman tentang peran apoteker. Praktik kefarmasian dilakukan di tiga tempat, yang mencangkup industri, distributor, dan apotek. Praktik kefarmasian industri dilakukan di PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global pada periode Januari – Februari 2022. Praktik kefarmasian distributor dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang berlangsung selama 2 minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 01 April hingga 14 April 2022. Pembelajaran di apoteker dilakukan pada Apotek Roxy cabanag Jagakarsa pada periode Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang dapat menjadi bekal di dunia kerja nantinya.

The implementation of the Professional Practice of Pharmacist is important as a provision of knowledge and skills regarding the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists for prospective pharmacists. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at the Roxy Pharmacy for the period of February 2022, PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories for the period March – April 2022, and the Jagakarsa District Health Center for the period May – June 2022. It is hoped that prospective pharmacists will gain insight and experience to engage in pharmaceutical practice."

The structured training referred to in this document can be in the form of pharmacist work (PKPA) for prospective pharmacists. This time, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Kalbio Global Medika for the January–February 2022 period and at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the May 2022 period. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy services, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and appropriate experience to perform pharmaceutical work."

Calon apoteker dituntut memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman sebelum terlibat langsung dalam praktik kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk peningkatan keterampilan professional apoteker adalah Praktik Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dirancang untuk membantu calon apoteker memahami dan mengembangkan kompetensinya. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa dan Apotek Kimia Farma Dramaga merupakan salah satu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia agar calon apoteker dapat menjalankan PKPA pada periode periode Februari – Mei 2022. The Professional Pharmacist Practice Act (PKPA), which is intended to help prospective pharmacists recognize and enhance their competencies, is one method of enhancing pharmacists' professional skills. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Jagakarsa District Health Center, and Kimia Farma Dramaga Pharmacy are among the institutions that work collaboratively with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia prospective pharmacists can take the PKPA examination between February and May 2022. Prospective pharmacists must acquire the necessary insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to practice pharmacy through PKPA in pharmacies, health centers, and these industries."

Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja di Apotek, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, serta industri farmasi diharapkan dapat memberikan pengembangan wawasan, ilmu pengetahuan, serta kompetensi bagi calon apoteker dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian di masa mendatang.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at the Apotek Roxy Mekarsari in January 2022 period, The National Agency of Drug and Food Control in March 2022 period, and PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia in April – May 2022 period. The implementation of the Professional Practice of Pharmacists in pharmacy, The National Agency of Drug and Food Control, and the pharmaceutical industry is expected to be able to provide the development of insight, knowledge, and competence for prospective pharmacists in implementing pharmaceutical practice in the future."

"Apoteker merupakan jabatan yang mempunyai ruang lingkup tugas, tanggung jawab, dan wewenang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan pada unit pelayanan kesehatan yang diduduki oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan hak dan kewajiban yang diberikan secara penuh oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian ini membutuhkan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi untuk keperluan praktik kerja di kemudian hari. Pelaksanaan perbekalan pekerjaan kefarmasian dilakukan oleh penulis dalam tiga bidang yaitu industri, apotek, dan pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan penulis pada PT. Harsen Laboratories di tanggal 03 Januari 2022 – 25 Februari 2022 untuk bidang industry farmasi, kemudian penulis melaksanakan proses praktik kerja di PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) cabang Pitara di tanggal 02 Maret 2022 – 31 Maret 2022, serta penulis melaksanakan praktik kerja terakhir di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada tanggal 23 Mei 2022 – 9 Juni 2022. Proses pembelajaran dan praktik kerja ini untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk kedepannya.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work supplies is carried out by the author in three fields, namely industry, pharmacies, and community health centers. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out by the author at PT. Harsen Laboratories on 03 January 2022 – 25 February 2022 for the pharmaceutical industry, then the author carried out the work practice process at PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) Pitara branch on 02 March 2022 – 31 March 2022, and the author carried out his last work practice at the Pasar Minggu District Community Health Center on 23 May 2022 – 9 June 2022. This learning process and work practice is expected to continue can be used for the future."
