"Praktek kerja profesi di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia Bulan Maret Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di BPOM RI; memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi terkait BPOM RI; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan di BPOM RI; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan terkait obat dan makanan di BPOM RI. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Pengkajian Code Of Hygienic Practice For Low And Acidified Low Acid Canned Foods CAC/RCP 23-1979 dan Code Of Hygienic Practice For Aseptically Processed And Packaged Low-Acid Foods CAC/RCP 40-1993 rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan kedua peraturan tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam membuat Peraturan Kepala BPOM RI. Secara umum, BPOM RI telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai pengawas obat dan makanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

Internship at The National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republic of Indonesia Period March 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control; have the knowledges on main tasks and roles of The National Agency of Drug and Food Control; have the insight, knowledges, skills and practical experiences to undertake pharmaceutical practices in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control, and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues related drug and food in The National Agency of Drug and Food Control. This internship was conducted for four weeks with special assignment ldquo;Assessment of Code Of Hygienic Practice For Low And Acidified Low Acid Canned Foods CAC/RCP 23-1979 dan Code Of Hygienic Practice For Aseptically Processed And Packaged Low-Acid Foods CAC/RCP 40-1993 . The purpose of this special assignment is to review and compare both regulations as consideration in making the regulation of Head of The National Agency of Drug and Food Control. In general, The National Agency of Drug and Food Control has carried out duties and responsibilities in controlling drug and food in accordance with applicable laws."

"Menurut Peraturan Presiden Nomor 80 Tahun 2017 tentang Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, Badan POM adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Kementerian yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pengawasan obat dan makanan. Badan POM berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada presiden melalui Menteri Kesehatan. Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh BPOM dilakukan secara premarket dan postmarket. Salah satu kegiatan pengawasan postmarket adalah pemberantasan produk illegal dan penegakan hukum melalui penindakan (Penyidikan) yang dilakukan oleh Direktorat Penyidikan Obat dan Makanan. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan RI yakni untuk mengetahui gambaran nyata tentang praktek kefarmasian di lembaga pemerintahan seperti Badan POM, khususnya di Direktorat Penyidikan Obat dan Makanan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan dengan metode kuliah umum secara daring, dilakukan dengan studi literatur dan observasi lapangan yang dilakukan pada 8-31 Maret 2021. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan PKPA di Badan POM khususnya di Direktorat Penyidikan Obat dan Makanan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik kefarmasian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyelidikan adanya pelanggaran dalam pembuatan/pendistribusian/penggunaan obat yang tidak sesuai, seperti obat tidak memenuhi syarat dan obat yang tidak memiliki izin edar. Alur penyidikan terdiri dari investigasi awal dan penindakan yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang dengan bukti tersebut dapat dibuat kesimpulan tindak pidana yang terjadi serta menemukan tersangkanya.

According to Presidential Regulation Number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, the POM Agency is a Non-Ministerial Government Institution that carries out government affairs in the field of drug and food supervision. The POM Agency is under and responsible to the president through the Minister of Health. Supervision carried out by BPOM is carried out on a premarket and postmarket basis. One of the postmarket surveillance activities is the eradication of illegal products and law enforcement through investigations carried out by the Directorate of Drug and Food Investigation. The purpose of implementing the Pharmacist Professional Practice (PKPA) activity at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia is to find out the real picture of pharmaceutical practice in government institutions such as the POM Agency, especially in the Directorate of Drug and Food Investigation. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out using an online public lecture method, carried out with a literature study and field observations conducted on 8-31 March 2021. Based on the results of the PKPA implementation at the POM Agency, especially at the Directorate of Drug and Food Investigation, it can be concluded that the pharmaceutical practices carried out are to investigate violations in the manufacture/distribution/use of inappropriate drugs, such as drugs that do not meet the requirements and drugs that do not have a distribution permit. The flow of the investigation consists of an initial investigation and action which aims to collect evidence with which a conclusion can be drawn about the crime that occurred and find the suspect."

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker (Kemenkes, 2014). Dalam menjalankan perannya, profesi apoteker harus telah memahami tugas dan tanggungjawab baik secara teori maupun praktik. Pengetahuan secara teori telah diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal. Adapun kegiatan praktik yang dilakukan diperoleh melalui program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama masa pendidikan apoteker untuk meningkatkan keahlian dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai praktik profesi di lapangan. Kegiatan praktik kerja yang dilakukan antara lain di industri famasi (PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi) selama 2 bulan, pemerintahan (BPOM Republik Indonesia) selama 3 minggu, Apotek Roxy Jatibaru selama 1 bulan, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung selama 2 minggu. Terdapat tugas khusus yang diberikan selama menyelesaikan kegiatan praktik pada masing-masing tempat PKPA. Seluruh kegiatan praktik dan tugas khusus yang diberikan memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas keprofesian yang dimiliki guna mendukung tercapainya pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik di masyarakat.

Pharmacists are pharmacy graduates who have graduated as pharmacists and have taken the pharmacist's oath of office (Kemenkes, 2014). In carrying out its role, the pharmacist profession must have understood the duties and responsibilities both in theory and practice. Knowledge in theory has been obtained through formal education. The practical activities carried out are obtained through the Pharmacist Professional Practice (PKPA) program during the pharmacist education period to improve skills and increase knowledge about professional practice in the field. The practical work activities carried out included the pharmaceutical industry (PT. Ethica Industri Pharmacy) for 2 months, the government (BPOM of the Republic of Indonesia) for 3 weeks, Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy for 1 month, and the Cipayung District Health Center for 2 weeks. There are special tasks given during the completion of practical activities at each PKPA location. All practical activities and specific tasks given provide new knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their profession in order to support the achievement of good pharmaceutical services in the community.

"Telah dilakukan penelitian sebagai tugas khusus dalam Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Penelitian di RS Universitas Indonesia yaitu mengevaluasi penggunaan obat pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di instalasi farmasi rawat jalan. Hasil didapatkan dari metode analisis ABC, dan disimpulkan bahwa pada pemakaian obat peserta JKN di rawat jalan terdapat 19 obat Fast Moving, 626 obat Slow Moving, dan 384 obat-obat dead stock. Praktik kerja di BPOM tentang peran apoteker khususnya di Direktorat Pengawasan Obat Tradisional dan Suplemen Kesehatan, yaitu melakukan pengawasan terhadap informasi dan promosi, fasilitas produksi dan distribusi, serta keamanan dan mutu dari obat tradisional dan suplemen kesehatan. Penelitian di Apotek Roxy Sawangan yaitu menganalisis data penjualan obat antihipertensi periode bulan Mei – Juli 2021. Hasil didapatkan bahwa amlodipine 5 mg merupakan antihipertensi dengan penjualan tertinggi. Penelitian di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yaitu penambahan fitur pendaftaran klien pada aplikasi eZRX sebagai pengembangan digitalisasi yang dapat mempermudah klien maupun staff dalam proses pendaftaran.

Research has been carried out as a special task in the Pharmacist Professional

Practice. Research at the Indonesia University Hospital is to evaluate the use of drugs for outpatients pharmacy installations with the National Health Insurance (JKN). The results were obtained from the ABC analysis method, and it was concluded that in the outpatient use of JKN participants' drugs there were 19 fast moving , 626 slow moving, and 384 dead stock of drugs. Work practices at BPOM regarding the role of pharmacists, especially in the Directorate of Supervision of Traditional Medicines and Health Supplements, namely supervising information and promotion, production and distribution facilities, as well as the safety and quality of traditional medicines and health supplements. Research at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy is analyzed data on sales of antihypertensive drugs for the period May – July 2021. The results showed that 5 mg amlodipine was the antihypertensive with the highest sales. Research at PT. APL is the addition of a client registration feature on the eZRX application as a digitalization development that can make it easier in the client registration process.
