"Pandemi COVID-19 mendorong industri food and beverages untuk mengambil langkah strategis dengan menyediakan layanan pemesanan makanan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online menu dan perception of risk terhadap purchase intention melalui desire for food dan perceived of convenience pada cloud kitchen Hangry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik non- probability sampling. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 136 responden yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner secara daring. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara online menu terhadap desire for food, perception of risk terhadap desire for food, dan desire for food terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa perception of risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap perceived of convenience dan perceived of convenience tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Selanjutnya, ditemukan juga bahwa desire for food mampu memediasi online menu dan perception of risk terhadap purchase intention. Sedangkan perceived of convenience tidak memediasi perception of risk terhadap purchase intention.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the food and beverage industry to take strategic steps by providing online food ordering services. This study aims to analyze the effect of online menu and perception of risk on purchase intention through desire for food and perceived of convenience on Hangry cloud kitchen. This study uses a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 136 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect between the online menu on the desire for food, the perception of risk on desire for food, and desire for food on purchase intention. In addition, it was also found that the perception of risk had no effect on the perceived of convenience and the perceived of convenience had no effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, it was also found that desire for food is able to mediate online menu and perception of risk on purchase intention. Meanwhile, perceived of convenience does not mediate the perception of risk on purchase intention."

"Pandemi Covid-19 yang menimbulkan kehawatiran secara global tidak hanya di Indonesia namun juga diseluruh dunia. Hal ini akibat virus corona yang mudah menyebar secara cepat terutama di akhir tahun 2019 yang menimbulkan kontaminasi cukup tinggi dan berdampak terhadap fenomena perubahan perilaku konsumen. Untuk mengatasi dampak dari Covid-19 itu sendiri, pelaku bisnis berupaya membuat terobosan dengan menu online yang menawarkan produk usaha mereka namun berpegang pada protocol kesehatan dengan meminimalisir risiko Covid-19, efek kontaminasi dan hygiene terhadap sentuhan produk yang ditawarkan untuk menarik minat beli konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dari stimulus yang terdapat pada menu online terhadap keinginan membeli konsumen dan kaitannya dengan kontaminasi dimasa pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada industry makanan dan minuman di Indonesia dengan menggunakan model Stimulus Organism Response melalui metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan confirmatory. Teknik pengumpulan melaui purposive sampling sebanyak 357 responden. Subjek penelitian adalah konsumen yang mengunjungi restoran dan melihat layanan menu online pada restoran selama pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perception of covid-19 risk, hygiene, ease of app use, menu visual appeal, dan menu informativeness sebagai stimulus serta perceived uncontamination, perceived convenience dan desire for food sebagai organism yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen akan purchase intention sebagai response. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat mengungkapkan bahwa yang mempengaruhi orang sekarang itu bukan hanya kecanggihan, tapi lebih memperhatikan hygiene dan kontaminasi.

The Covid-19 pandemic is causing global concern, not only in Indonesia but also throughout the world. This is due to the corona virus which spreads quickly, especially at the end of 2019 which causes quite high contamination. The perceived impact also highlights the phenomenon of changes in consumer behaviour. To overcome the impact of Covid-19 itself, marketer is trying to make breakthroughs with online menus that offer their business products but adhere to the health protocol by minimizing the risk of Covid- 19, the effects of contamination and hygiene on the touch of the products offered to attract consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of online menu which used in businesses circumstances in restaurants by analysing the influence of the stimulus covid-19 risk, hygiene through perceived contamination, ease of app use through on perceived convenience and menu visual appeal and informativeness that effect desire for food to the consumer's purchase intention. This research was conducted in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia using the Stimulus Organism Response model through quantitative research methods with confirmatory research. Data collection techniques by electronic survey with convenience sampling technique as many as 357 respondents which consumers who shop for food using online menu at restaurants, especially during the pandemic. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that perception of covid-19 risk, hygiene, perceived contamination, perceived convenience, and desire for food are considered by consumers in their buying interest in food (purchase intention)."

"Makanan organik adalah makanan yang diproduksi dengan menggunakan metode yang aman bagi lingkungan seperti tidak menggunakan bahan kimia, pestisida, atau organisme hasil rekayasa genetika lainnya. Pandemi COVID-19 telah membawa perubahan pola perilaku konsumen, termasuk pada konsumsi makanan organik yang menyebabkan kenaikan pada penjualan produk. Penelitian ini akan mengidenfitikasi pengaruh consumer involvement, price sensitivity, dan sensory appeal pada minat beli makanan organik selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung. Hipotesis penelitian akan diuji menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Model penelitian menggunakan eksplanatori riset dengan menyebar survei kuesioner secara daring dengan kriteria responden yang pernah mengkonsumsi sayuran dan buah organik selama pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung.

Organic food is grown and produces in an organic way without any use of chemicals such as pesticide, fertilizers, or any other modified organism. COVID-19 brought a significant change on consumer behavior, including organic food consumption. Thus, resulting an increase in sales. The focus of this study is to identify the effects of consumer involvement, price sensitivity, and sensory appeal of organic food purchase intention during the COVID-19 pandemic. Structural equation modelling with Partial Least Square (PLS) and multi-sample approach were used as a technique to analyze the research models proposed in the study. To test the model, this study used explanatory research with an online survey with criteria of the respondents that has purchase organic food during the COVID-19 pandemic."

"Restoran menjadi salah satu sektor bisnis yang sangat terdampak oleh Pandemi COVID-19. Restoran all you can eat termasuk jenis restoran yang mengalami penurunan jumlah pengunjung yang drastis akibat pandemi. Dibutuhkannya strategi bisnis yang disesuaikan pada perilaku konsumen selama pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived safety & brand trust, fair price, perceived risk, government trust, dan solidarity with restaurant sector terhadap intention to visit restoran all you can eat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 150 responden secara online untuk mengumpulkan data. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perceived safety & brand trust, fair price, government trust, dan solidarity with restaurant sector secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to visit restaurant. Selanjutnya perceived risk berpengaruh negatif terhadap intention to visit restaurant. Perceived safety & brand trust, fair price, perceived risk, government trust, dan solidarity with restaurant sector berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap intention to visit restaurant. Faktor-faktor tersebut selanjutnya harus diperhatikan oleh restoran all you can eat dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk berkunjung.

Restaurant is one of the most business sector that affected by COVID-19 pandemic. All You Can Eat is one of restaurant type that has a drastic decrease in the number of visitors due to the pandemic. Therefore, an adapted strategy is needed based on consumer’s behaviour during the pandemic. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived safety and brand trust, fair price, perceived risk, government trust, and solidarity with restaurant sector toward consumer’s intention to visit all you can eat restaurant. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting online survey through distributing questionnaires in order to collect the data from 150 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS software version 26.0. The results showed that perceived safety and brand trust, fair price, government trust, and solidarity with restaurant sector partially had a positive effect toward consumer’s intention to visit all you can eat restaurant. Furthermore, perceived risk had a negative effect toward consumer’s intention to visit all you can eat restaurant. Perceived safety and brand trust, fair price, perceived risk, government trust, and solidarity with restaurant sector had a significant simultaneous effect toward consumer’s intention to visit all you can eat restaurant. These factors must be considered by all you can eat restaurant for attracting consumers to visit."

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh purchase involvement terhadap perceived risk, pengaruh dari perceived risk terhadap trust, pengaruh purchase involvement terhadap trust serta pengaruh trust terhadap online repurchase intention konsumen pada online merchant/online shop. Responden penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian barang yang bersifat low/high involvement secara online pada online merchant. Responden penelitian ini berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya antara lain ; Bogor, Bekasi , Tangerang, Depok. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Multiple Regression. ABSTRACT
AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of Purchase Involvement on Perceived Risk, the effect of perceived risk on trust, the effect of purchase involvement on trust, and the effect of trist on online repurchase intention. Respondents on this study are consumers who ever buy low high involvement product through online merchant online shop. Resident is resided in Jakarta and the nearest other city as Depok, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi. This study uses multiple regression to process the data. The results of this research show that Low high purchase involvement in online merchant has positive effect on perceived risk, only high purchase involvement and perceived risk that has positive effect on trust, and trust has positive effect on online repurchase intention. "

"Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan internet sekarang ini, media sosial telah menjadi sarana komunikasi, sumber informasi, dan pemasaran merek yang strategis bagi perusahaan, salah satunya dengan digital influencer. Sebagai online opinion leader, opini dan rekomendasi digital influencer mampu mempengaruhi persepi para pengikutnya. Namun beberapa hasil penelitian terdahulu menyatakan bahwa tingkat popularitas digital influencer belum tentu sebanding dengan tingkat pengaruh yang dapat diberikan kepada pengikutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived influence Tasya Farasya sebagai mega-influencer produk kosmetik Indonesia terhadap purchase intention pengikutnya pada produk kosmetik merek Maybelline melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 220 orang melalui kuesioner online Gform dengan metode non probabilita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived influence berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap purchase intention; perceived influence berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention melalui brand engagement in self-concept dan brand expected value, serta brand engagement in self-concept berpengaruh positif terhadap brand expected value. Rekomendasi penelitian agar Maybelline mempertahankan penggunaan influencer yang memiliki keahlian di bidang produk kosmetik seperti Tasya Farasya serta meningkatkan pertimbangannya untuk memilih influencer yang memiliki kemampuan persuasif yang tinggi dalam mempengaruh persepsi pengikutnya.

Along with the development of communication technology and the internet nowdays, social media has become a means of communication, a source of information, and strategic brand marketing for companies, one of which is digital influencers. As an online opinion leader, digital influencers' opinions and recommendations are able to influence the perceptions of their followers. However, some previous research results state that the level of popularity of digital influencers is not necessarily proportional to the level of influence that can be given to their followers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the effect of Tasya Farasya's perceived influence as a mega influencer on the purchase intention of Maybelline cosmetic products by her followers on Instagram through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach with a sample of 220 people through an online google form questionnaire with a non-probability method. The results shows that perceived influence had a direct positive effect on purchase intention; perceived influence has a positive effect on purchase intention through brand engagement in self-concept and brand expected value; and brand engagement in self-concept has a positive effect on brand expected value. This study recommends that Maybelline maintain the use of influencers who have expertise in cosmetic products such as Tasya Farasya and increase their consideration in choosing influencers who have high persuasive abilities in influencing the perceptions of their followers."

"Meningkatnya penggunaan internet telah mempengaruhi perkembangan travel agent. Pertumbuhan internet juga menjadi pemicu para milenial melakukan wisata. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 membuat para milenial harus mempertimbangkan risiko dalam niat pembelian di travel agent. Penelitian ini ingin mempelajari bagaimana persepsi risiko mempengaruhi niat pembelian travel agent secara online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.
Terdapat enam persepsi risiko yang diukur yaitu, risiko keuangan, risiko produk, risiko, keamanan, risiko waktu, risiko sosial, dan risiko psikologis. Survei akan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 310 responden yang akan difokuskan kepada generasi milenial sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemi, keenam persepsi risiko yang diukur memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhdap niat pembelian pada online travel agent. Risiko produk, risiko waktu, dan risiko psikologis menjadi ketiga risiko yang memiliki pengaruh negatif tertinggi terhadap niat pembelian online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pandemi mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam melihat risiko yang akan dihadapinya. Dengan memahami persepsi risiko, perusahaan travel agent dapat mengurangi persepsi risiko yang akan berdampak negatif kepada niat pembelian dari konsumen.

The increasing use of the internet has influenced the development of travel agents with the existence of online travel agents. The growth of the internet is also one of the triggers for millennials to travel. However, the Covid-19 pandemic makes millennials have to consider the risks in their purchase intentions at travel agents. This research wants to study how perceived risks affect online purchase intention of travel agencies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are six perceptions of risk that are measured, namely, financial risk, product risk, risk, security, time risk, social risk, and psychological risk.
The survey will be carried out by distributing questionnaires to 310 respondents who will focus on the millennial generation as respondents. The results showed that during a pandemic, the observed risk of perception had a negative effect on purchase intentions of online travel agents. Product risk, time risk and psychological risk are the three risks that have the highest negative influence on online purchase intentions during the Covid-19 pandemic.The results also show that the pandemic changes consumer behavior in seeing the risks they will face. By understanding the differences in risk perceptions, companies can reduce perceived risks that will have a negative impact on consumer purchase intentions.

"Di era modern, perkembangan industrial dan meningkatnya populasi dunia menaruh tanah pertanian dalam tekanan yang membuat manusia melakukan apapun untuk memperbaiki produksi pertanian yang sedang dalam tekanan krisis pertanian, hama yang tak terkontrol dan kesuburan tanah yang buruk. Oleh karena itu Badan Pangan dan Pertanian (FAO) menyarankan untuk mengimplementasikan pertanian organik untuk melestarikan lingkungan dunia yang menghasilkan panen makanan organi untuk manusia. Di Indonesia, konsumsi makanan organik mulai berkembang dan menjadi konsumen potensial di masa depan. Saat pandemi COVID-19, dilaporkan makanan organik di Indonesia meningkat permintaan nya. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa intensi beli terhadap makanan organik dengan menggunakan variabel health consciousness, consumer knowledge, dan subjective norms sebagai faktor dalam sikap konsumen dan intensi beli terhadap makanan organik dan selain itu consumer attitude sebagai peranan mediasi untuk purchase intention. Penelitian ini dapat mengumpulkan 205 responden dari Indonesia yang pernah membeli makanan organic saat pandemic COVID- 19 untuk mengisi kuesioner secara online dan dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penemuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa consumer attitude, consumer knowledge dan subjective norms memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada purchase intention sedangkan environmental concern dan health consciousness terhadap hubungan pada purchase intention telah dimediasi penuh oleh consumer attitude.

In this modern era, industrial development and increasing population of the world put agricultural land under pressure which makes people do anything to improve the production of agriculture under the pressure of crisis in agriculture, uncontrolled pests, and bad fertility. Hence, Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), suggest implementing organic agriculture to preserve the world environment which harvest the organic foods for the people. In Indonesia, the organic food consumption starts emerging and could become the potential consumer in coming years. During pandemic of COVID-19, it reported that organic foods in Indonesia is increased in terms of demand. Based on the phenomenon, this research aims to analyzed the intention to purchase towards organic foods by using the variables of health consciousness, environmental concern, consumer knowledge, and subjective norms as a factors of consumer attitude and purchase intention towards organic food while consumer attitude as mediating role to purchase intention towards organic foods. The research was gathered 205 respondents from Indonesia that bought organic foods during COVID-19 pandemic to fill the online questionnaire and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings showed that consumer attitude, consumer knowledge and subjective norms have a significant influence on purchase intention while environmental concern and health consciousness in its relationship on purchase intention has been fully mediated by consumer attitude."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari faktor hubungan antara menu online restoran terhadap niat pembelian konsumen selama pandemi COVID-19 (studi pada Shopee Food di di 8 Kota Besar di Pulau Jawa) serta penelitian ini dilakukan di 8 Kota Besar di Pulau Jawa yang lebih tepatnya di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Surabaya, & Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari kuisioner dengan skala likert 1-6, pengambilan sampling dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan screening pada pengguna layanan delivery apps yang pernah melakukan pembelian makanan atau minuman melalui aplikasi Shopee Food. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daya tarik visual menu berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk makan. Persepsi risiko COVID-19 juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keinginan untuk makan. Namun disisi lain ternyata persepsi risiko COVID-19 mempunyai pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kenyamanan yang dirasakan dari pemesanan makanan secara online. This study aims to determine the influence of the relationship factor between restaurant online menus on consumer purchase intentions during the COVID-19 pandemic (study on Shopee Food in 8 big cities on Java Island) and this research was conducted in 8 major cities on the island of Java, more precisely in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Surabaya, & Yogyakarta.. This study uses primary data from a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-6, sampling using non-probability sampling, by screening users of delivery apps services who have purchased food or beverages through the Shopee Food application. This study found that the visual appeal of the menu had a significant positive effect on the desire to eat. The perceived risk of COVID19 also had a significant positive effect on the desire to eat. On the other hand, it turns out that the perception of the risk of COVID-19 has a significant negative effect on the perceived convenience of ordering food online. This study uses the Structural Equation Method (SEM) which is processed with AMOS version 22 software."

Namun dari sisi konsumen, terdapat pertimbangan dan persepsi risiko dalam menggunakan aplikasi makanan online selama pandemi, serta pertimbangan risiko tertular dari virus COVID- 19 yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku konsumen untuk melakukan pemesanan makanan online. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 306 individu yang pernah melakukan pemesanan makanan online melalui aplikasi online serta dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS - SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan langsung convenience risk dan attitude, hubungan COVID-19 risk severity terhadap attitude, serta attitude dan online food delivery behavior menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted consumer behavior to utilize online food delivery services to a greater extent from dine-in restaurants particularly due to the risks of being exposed to the COVID-19 virus and risks of punishments from the government for breaching health protocols by visiting restaurants. However, from the consumer side, consumers face multiple risks when associating themselves with online food delivery services applications – which, added with consumers’ perceived risk towards the COVID-19 virus, influences consumers’ attitudes and behaviours towards online food delivery services. This research study was conducted using purposive sampling with 306 total respondents collected, and analyzed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS - SEM). The results of this research study found that relationships between convenience risk towards attitude, risk severity towards attitude, and attitude towards online food delivery behaviour had significant relationships."
