"Sebagai calon apoteker, penting untuk mempelajari mengenai peran-peran apoteker di dunia pekerjaan. Salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang dilakukan apoteker adalah pelayanan resep. Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari seorang dokter, dokter gigi, dokter hewan yang diberi izin berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku kepada apoteker untuk menyiapkan, meracik serta menyerahkan obat kepada pasien. Kajian aspek administratif merupakan skrining awal dalam pelayanan resep di apotek, dalam mencegah kejadian medication error. Sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Apotek Roxy sebagai gambaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Praktik Kerja dilakukan dari Bulan Juli hingga Desember 2021. Selain di bidang pelayanan, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di Industri Obat. Pada praktik kerja di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, pembelajaran dilakukan secara pengamatan langsung mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh industri farmasi. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

It is critical for a future pharmacist to understand the duties of pharmacists in the workplace. Prescription services are one of the services provided by pharmacists. A prescription is a written request from a doctor, dentist, or veterinarian who gives authority to a pharmacist to make, mix, and distribute pharmaceuticals to patients based on current laws and regulations. The investigation of administrative elements is a first step in preventing pharmaceutical errors in pharmacies' prescription services. A pharmacist's professional work practice is demonstrated as an example of pharmacists' function in the workplace. Work methods are demonstrated at the Roxy Pharmacy as an example of the pharmacy's pharmaceutical services. From July to December 2021, work practices will be carried out. Work practices are also carried out at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma as an indication of the function of pharmacists in the drug industry, in addition to the service sector. Learning takes place in the work environment at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma through direct observation of pharmaceutical business activities. Prospective pharmacists are given the opportunity to assess the challenges that exist in each workplace in addition to learning directly from observation. As a result, the problems and solutions presented in each workplace practice will be discussed in this work practice report."

"Pemastian mutu dalam industri farmasi dapat dilakukan melalui pengkajian mutu produk (Product Quality Review) setiap tahun atau secara berkala. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di industri farmasi PT Mahakam Beta Farma adalah mengetahui tujuan pembuatan dan departemen terkait dalam penyusunan laporan PQR serta mampu menyusun laporan PQR. Dokumen PQR bersifat komprehensif dengan tujuan memverifikasi konsistensi proses suatu produk selama periode berjalan, kesesuaian spesifikasi bahan baku, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, melihat dan mengevaluasi tren analisis dari tiap tahapan produksi, mengidentifikasi peluang tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses, melakukan evaluasi terhadap rekomendasi serta meningkatkan mutu produk sediaan likuid pada produksi periode yang akan datang. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat adalah Apotek. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu adalah menjadikan poster edukasi hipertensi sebagai media penunjang dalam pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi kepada masyarakat. Pembuatan poster edukasi tentang hipertensi dapat menjadi media informasi di lingkungan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman terkait gejala, komplikasi, dan pencegahan hipertensi serta penyampaian informasi kepada pasien lebih efektif dan maksimal.

The purpose of carrying out special tasks in the pharmaceutical industry of PT Mahakam Beta Farma is to know the purpose of the manufacturing and related departments in preparing PQR reports and be able to compile PQR reports. PQR documents are comprehensive to verify the consistency of the process of a product during the current period, conformity of specifications for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, viewing and evaluating trend analysis of each stage of production, identifying opportunities for corrective and preventive actions needed for products and processes, conducting an evaluation of rean commendations and improve the quality of liquid preparation products in the production period to come. Health service facilities located in the community are pharmacies. The purpose of carrying out special tasks at Roxy Pharmacy Pondok Labu is to make hypertension education posters as a supporting medium in providing education about hypertension to the public. Making educational posters about hypertension can be a medium of information in the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy environment understanding related to symptoms, complications, and prevention of hypertension as well as delivering information more effectively and maximally."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang didapatkan seorang sarjana farmasi setelah lulus dari program pendidikan profesi apoteker dan lulus Ujian Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI). Seorang apoteker selanjutnya dapat berkarir di industri (obat, obat tradisional, kosmetik), pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), apotek, rumah sakit, puskemas, maupun klinik. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat belajar dan mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang dapat mendukung calon apoteker tersebut kedepannya lewat PKPA di industri dan apotek.

A pharmacist is a profession that is obtained by a pharmacy graduate after graduating from the pharmacist professional education program and passing the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination (UKAI). A pharmacist can then have a career in industry (drugs, traditional medicines, cosmetics), pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and clinics. As provosion for prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work in the future, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as part of the pharmacist profession study program curriculum. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

"Medication error merupakan kejadian yang merugikan pasien akibat pemakaian obat selama dalam penanganan tenaga kesehatan, yang sebetulnya dapat dicegah. Pengkajian resep merupakan hal yang penting dalam mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat (medication error). Pengkajian resep wajib dilakukan oleh apoteker pada alur pelayanan resep yang meliputi kajian administratif, kajian kesesuaian farmasetik, dan kajian pertimbangan klinis. Data yang terdapat pada tugas khusus ini diambil berdasarkan resep pada periode November 2021 di Apotek Roxy Pitara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengklasifikasikan resep yang diterima oleh Apotek Roxy Pitara berdasarkan tanggal diterimanya resep masuk dan kemudian diambil secara acak sebanyak tiga resep. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengkajian terhadap tiga resep yang telah diambil secara acak, meliputi kajian administratif, kajian kesesuaian farmasetik, dan kajian pertimbangan klinis. Hasil pengkajian resep menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat resep yang memenuhi seluruh aspek administratif. Seluruh resep tidak mencantumkan berat badan pasien dan paraf dokter. Dari hasil kajian kesesuaian farmasetik, terdapat dua resep (resep 2 dan resep 3) yang memenuhi seluruh aspek kesesuaian farmasetik. Satu resep lainnya (resep 1) tidak memenuhi aspek kesesuaian farmasetik karena tidak mencantumkan kekuatan sediaan. Dari hasil kajian pertimbangan klinis, tidak terdapat resep yang memenuhi seluruh aspek pertimbangan klinis. Dua resep (resep 1 dan resep 3) tidak memenuhi aspek pertimbangan klinis karena tidak mencantumkan berat badan pasien anak, sehingga tidak dapat diketahui ketepatan dosis obat yang diberikan serta terdapat satu resep (resep 2) yang memiliki interaksi obat. Industri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari menteri kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Industri farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan CPOB. Salah satu area yang terdapat di industri farmasi adalah area produksi. Terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pada area produksi, diantaranya adalah sistem tata udara yang memegang peran penting dalam industri farmasi untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap lingkungan pembuatan produk, memastikan produksi obat yang bermutu serta memberikan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman bagi personil. Setiap industri farmasi perlu melakukan pemantauan terhadap sistem tata udara. Hasil dari pemantauan didokumentasikan dalam bentuk tren data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode retrospektif yang diperoleh dari data BAS (Building Automatic System) meliputi data suhu, kelembaban nisbi, dan perbedaan tekanan udara di Lantai 4 Area Produksi Solid (Kelas E) Non Sefalosporin PT Mahakam Beta Farma periode Januari – Juni 2021. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencatat data suhu, kelembaban nisbi, dan perbedaan tekanan udara. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memplotkan data ke dalam borang statistik (Microsoft Excel) dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan grafik untuk mengetahui pola serta pergerakan tren dari data suhu, kelembaban nisbi, dan perbedaan tekanan udara yang telah dipantau serta posisi dari data terhadap control limit atau spesifikasinya. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi yang berisi hasil review dan evaluasi terhadap data yang diperoleh serta dibuat kesimpulan. Hasilnya sebagian besar memenuhi persyaratan, baik suhu, kelembaban nisbi, maupun perbedaan tekanan udara dengan rincian masing-masing yaitu suhu ≤25 ESCIC, kelembaban nisbi ≤65%, dan perbedaan tekanan udara ≥5 Pa. Namun, terdapat dua data yang melewati rentang specification limit, yaitu data kelembaban nisbi AHU 4.7 dan data perbedaan tekanan udara AHU 4.4, sehingga insiden/deviasi harus dibuat.

Medication error is an adverse event of the patient due to the use of drugs during the handling of health workers, which can actually be prevented. Prescription assessment is important in preventing medication errors. Prescription assessment must be carried out by pharmacists in the flow of prescription services that include administrative studies, pharmaceutical suitability studies, and clinical consideration studies. The data contained in this particular task were taken on the basis of prescriptions in the November 2021 period at the Apotek Roxy Pitara. The data collection was done by classifying the prescriptions received by Apotek Roxy Pitara based on the date of incoming prescriptions and then randomly taken three prescriptions. Furthermore, an assessment of three prescriptions that have been taken randomly, including administrative studies, pharmaceutical suitability studies, and clinical consideration studies. The results of the prescription review show that there is no prescription that meets all administrative aspects. The entire prescription does not list the patient's weight and the doctor's signature. From the results of the study of pharmaceutical suitability, there are two prescriptions (prescription 2 and prescription 3) that meet all aspects of pharmaceutical suitability. Other prescription (prescription 1) does not meet the pharmaceutical suitability aspect because it does not include the strength of the preparation (dosage). From the results of the clinical consideration study, there is no prescription that meets all aspects of clinical consideration. Two prescriptions (prescription 1 and prescription 3) do not meet the aspect of clinical consideration because it does not include the weight of the pediatric patient, so it cannot be known the accuracy of the dose of the drug given and there is one prescription (prescription 2) that has drug interactions.

The pharmaceutical industry is a business entity that has a license from the minister of health to carry out drug manufacturing activities or medicinal materials. The pharmaceutical industry is obliged to meet the requirements of GMP. One of the areas in the pharmaceutical industry is the production area. There are several things that need to be considered in the production area, including air conditioning systems that play important role in the pharmaceutical industry to provide protection for the product manufacturing environment, ensure quality drug production and provide comfortable working environment for personnel. Every pharmaceutical industry needs to monitor the air system.

The results of monitoring are documented in the form of data trends. The method used in this study is a retrospective method obtained from BAS (Building Automatic System) data including temperature, relative humidity, and air pressure differences data on the 4th floor of the Non Cephalosporin Solid Production Area (Class E) of PT Mahakam Beta Farma for the January – June 2021 period. Data collection is done by recording temperature, relative humidity, and air pressure differences data. Furthermore, data processing is done by plotting the data into a statistical form (Microsoft Excel) and followed by making graphs to determine the pattern and trend movement of temperature, relative humidity, and air pressure differences data that have been monitored and the position of the data against the control limit or specifications limit. Then conducted an evaluation that contains the results of the review and evaluation of the data obtained and made conclusions. The results mostly meet the requirements, both temperature, relative humidity, and air pressure differences with the details of each temperature is ≤25 ESCIC, relative humidity ≤65%, and air pressure difference ≥5 Pa. However, there are two data that pass through the specification limit range, namely relative humidity data AHU 4.7 and air pressure differences data AHU 4.4, so the incident / deviation must be made."

Apoteker dapat bekerja di industri farmasi, pelayanan (apotek, rumah sakit), pemerintahan, dan juga Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Praktik Kerja memberikan gambaran dan pengalaman di dunia kerja. Pengamatan secara langsung mengenai kegiatan yang ada di setiap departemen (Produksi, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) dilakukan pada praktik kerja di industri farmasi, Apoteker juga dilatih untuk menganalisis berbagai masalah yang terjadi dan mengidentifikasi penyelesaiannya. Pada praktik kerja di PBF, apoteker diperlihatkan secara garis besar mengenai pekerjaan yang ada di setiap departemen dan ditugaskan untuk membuat proyek inovasi. Pada praktik kerja di apotek, apoteker melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian. Apoteker ditugaskan untuk melakukan skrining resep, penyiapan resep, dan disertai dengan konseling ke pasien. Skrining resep dilakukan untuk mencegah atau meminimalisir terjadinya medication error.

Pharmacist is a profession in the field of health that has a very wide scope of work. Pharmacist can work in the pharmaceutical industry, health services (pharmacies, hospitals), government and also pharmaceutical distributor. Internship provide an overview and experience in the world of work. Direct observations about the activities in each department (Production, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) are occurred during internship at the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist also learnt how to analyze many problems that happened and have to identified the closure. During internship at the pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacist was shown every department’s responsibility in general and had to make an innovation project. During internship at pharmacy, pharmacists did any pharmaceutical services. Pharmacist had to do prescription screening, prescription services, which be given with counselling. Prescription screening was done to prevent or minimize the occurrence of medication error."

"Profesi apoteker menjadi profesi memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab inti dalam terlaksananya kegiatan kefarmasian dengan baik. Latar belakang pendidikan apoteker membuatnya menjadi tenaga yang memiliki pengetahuan spesifik mengenai kefarmasian untuk mengisi peran dan memenuhi tanggung jawab tersebut. Selain dibekali dengan ilmu kefarmasian, apoteker juga dibekali dengan praktik kerja profesi untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam proses kegiatan praktik kefarmasian, baik pada farmasi klinis, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Pada laporan ini dibahas mengenai Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, Periode Februari 2022 dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Periode Maret-April 2022. Adapun topik yang menjadi pembahasan dalam laporan ini yaitu pengkajian resep obat asma yang terdapat pada apotek tersebut dan validasi pemberihan alat-alat sampling di industri farmasi. Pengalaman praktik kerja ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal bagi apoteker untuk menjalankan kegiatan profesinya nanti.

This report discusses the Professional Internship of Pharmacists at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu on February 2022 and PT Mahakam Beta Farma on March-April 2022. The topics discussed in this report are the review of drug prescription for asthmam in the pharmacy and sampling tools cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry. This practical work experience is expected to be a provision for pharmacists to carry out their professional activities in the future."

"Persaingan industri yang ketat mendorong banyak industri farmasi untuk terus melakukan perkembangan dan meningkatkan produktivitas untuk memproduksi produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang bersaing. Prinsip lean manufacturing telah diterapkan oleh banyak industri farmasi untuk tujuan pengembangan dengan mengurangi pemborosan dalam proses produksi tanpa mempengaruhi kualitas produk. Salah satu target dari lean manufacturing adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dan pemeliharaan mesin dan peralatan produksi. One-Point Lessons merupakan suatu sarana penyampaian informasi terkait pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan mesin atau peralatan produksi dengan memanfaatkan prinsip visual management. Pada area produksi, One-Point Lessons dimanfaatkan sebagai bentuk penyampaian informasi atau prosedur dari Standard Operating Procedure yang disampaikan secara singkat dalam bentuk gambar. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Departemen Produksi Sediaan Solid PT. Mahakam Beta Farma dari tanggal 11 Januari 2021 hingga 5 Maret 2021. Metode pengerjaan tugas khusus PKPA adalah dengan pengumpulan data berupa gambar dan dokumen Standard Operating Procedure, yang selanjutnya akan disusun menjadi suatu prosedur kerja dalam bentuk One Point Lessons. Penulis menyusun One-Point Lessons untuk berbagai prosedur pengoperasian, pembersihan, serta pengaturan beberapa mesin, peralatan, serta prosedur kerja pada beberapa area produksi sediaan solid antara lain area penimbangan, WIP staging, mixing & granulasi, pencetakkan tablet, penyalutan tablet, filling kapsul, pengemasan primer, IPC, dan pengemasan sekunder.Profesi apoteker mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam pelayanan kefarmasian untuk mengoptimalkan terapi guna memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien. Tetapi masih sering terjadinya kesalahan pada pengobatan (medication error) yang merugikan dapat berdampak buruk bagi pasien. Medication error pada resep biasanya adalah kejadian yang berasal dari penyimpangan atau kesalahan penulisan resep, seperti kesalahan dalam dosis, jenis obat, atau aturan penggunaan. Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep yang melipui pengkajian aspek administrasi, farmasetik dan klinis sebelum resep diracik Skrining resep dilakukan untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu jenis resep yang menjadi perhatian khusus adalah resep untuk pasien pediatrik. Hal ini dikarenakan, pasien pediatrik memiliki kondisi fisiologis yang belum sempurna, sehingga faktor metabolisme dan absorbsi obat yang tidak sesuai dapat berdampak fatal bagi pasien. Penulis melakukan pengkajian resep terhadap resep pediatrik di Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi dan memeriksa kesesuaian aspek-aspek yang harus ada pada suatu resep. Resep yang dikaji oleh penulis merupakan resep untuk pasien pediatrik, dengan kondisi rhinitis alergi dan batuk, yang cukup umum ditemukan pada pasien anak. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) periode 8 Maret – 6 April 2021 dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy cabang Jakasampurna. Resep yang dikaji umumnya sudah lengkap dan sesuai dengan aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinis. Namun, dari hasil pengkajian resep juga ditemukan adanya perbedaan dosis pada resep dengan dosis pada literatur, namun perbedaan tersebut masih rasional sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan permintaan konfirmasi kepada dokter penulis resep.

The rise of industrial competition encourages many pharmaceutical industries to continue to develop and increase productivity to produce products with a good quality at competitive prices. Lean manufacturing principles have been applied by many pharmaceutical industries for development purposes by reducing waste in the production process without affecting product quality. One of the targets of lean manufacturing is to increase productivity and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. One-Point Lessons is a means of delivering information related to the operation and maintenance of machines or production equipment by utilizing the principles of visual management. In the production area, One-Point Lessons are used as a form of delivering information or procedures from the Standard Operating Procedure which includes a brief information in the form of pictures. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity was carried out at the Solid Preparations Production Department of PT. Mahakam Beta Farma from January 11, 2021 to March 5, 2021. The working method was done by collecting data in the form of drawings and the Standard Operating Procedure documents, which will then be compiled into an operational procedure in the form of One Point Lessons. The author compiled One-Point Lessons for various operating procedures, cleaning, and setting up several machines, equipment, and work procedures in several solid dosage production areas including weighing, WIP staging, mixing & granulation, tablet printing, tablet coating, capsule filling, primary packaging, IPC, and secondary packaging.

The pharmacist profession has a responsibility in pharmaceutical services to optimize therapy in order to improve the patient's quality of life. However, there are still frequent cases of medication errors that can adversely affect the patients. Medication errors in prescriptions are usually caused by deviations or errors in prescribing, such as errors in dosage, type of medication, or directions of use. In the prescription process, pharmacists are required to do a screening on prescriptions, which includes reviewing administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical aspects before prescriptions are processed. The screening process on prescription is carried out to ensure the legality of a prescription and minimize medication errors. One of the type of prescriptions that requires a greater concern is the prescriptions for pediatric patients. That is because pediatric patients have physiological conditions that are fully developed yet, so that the metabolic factors and inappropriate drug absorptions can have a fatal impact on the patient. The author conducted a prescription review of pediatric prescriptions at Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna with the aim of identifying and checking the suitability of the determined aspects in a prescription. The prescriptions reviewed by the author are prescriptions for pediatric patients, with allergic rhinitis and cough conditions, which are quite common in pediatric patients. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) for the period 8 March – 6 April 2021 was held at the Apotek Roxy Jakasampurna. The prescriptions that were assessed and screened were generally complete and in accordance with administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. However, from the results of the review of prescriptions, it was also found that there was a difference in the dose in the prescription with the dose in the literature, but the difference was still rational, so there was no need to request further confirmation from the prescriber."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker kali ini dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma 267 Bintaro periode Februari 2022 dan PT. Mahakam Beta Farma periode Maret – April 2022. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapakan untuk bisa menambah pengalaman, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan gambaran mengenai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dapat menunjang untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian nantinya.

Dalam alur pelayanan resep, apoteker wajib melakukan skrining resep. Ada tiga aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam skrining resep yakni kelengkapan administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis untuk menjamin legalitas suatu resep dan meminimalkan kesalahan pengobatan. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang juga harus dilakukan dalam rangka menangani masalah terkait obat adalah Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Penyimpanan obat, bahan obat, alat kesehatan dan produk lainnya sesuai kategori seringkali menjadi hal yang cukup sulit di PBF PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari khususnya di PBF cabang Bogor. Terutama penyimpanan barang di area loading APL cabang Bogor sehingga dibutuhkan tanda khusus untuk memberikan perbedaan setiap area loading berbagai daerah. Penyusunan Protokol Cleaning Validation, Pengkajian resep dan PTO pasien loyal, dan kegiatan pembuatan penanda area loading daerah Cianjur dilakukan pada saat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Global Onkolab Farma, Apotek Roxy Poltangan, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Periode pengerjaan mulai dari Juli – November 2021.

"Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Jakarta Timur yang berlangsung pada tanggal 3 Januari – 25 Februari 2022 dan di Apotek Roxy Biak, Jakarta Pusat yang berlangsung pada tanggal 9 – 31 Mei 2022. Kegiatan ini merupakan sarana penulis untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang aporeker. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal penulis untuk melaksanakan peran apoteker di ranah professional serta dapat bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri, rekan sejawat, serta masyarakat. Kegiatan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma dan Apotek Roxy Biak meliputi tinjauan tugas managerial di bagian produksi sediaan solid industri farmasi, tugas farmasi klinis di apotek, serta tugas khusus baik di industri farmasi maupun apotek.
