"Waktu tunggu pelayanan obat (racikan dan non racikan) dan kehilangan penjualan obat atau obat lost sales dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien/pelanggan. Indikator ini termasuk dalam standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) farmasi rumah sakit yang diatur dalam Permenkes No. 129 tahun 2008. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI) memiliki salah satu pelayanan yaitu depo (Departemen Pengambilan Obat) yang memberikan pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan. Pengkajian evaluasi data waktu tunggu dan obat lost sales pasien BPJS di Depo rawat jalan RSUI dalam periode 3 bulan bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan dan keterampilan para calon apoteker agar dapat meningkatkan juga menjaga kualitas SPM sebagai standar mutu pelayanan sehingga dapat mencegah kerugian finansial rumah sakit serta penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Seluruh data dikaji dengan penelitian observasional yang bersifat deskriptif dan hasilnya disesuaikan dengan kriteria SPM. Dari evaluasi ini diketahui jika waktu tunggu pelayanan obat non racikan tidak memenuhi standar SPM tetapi obat racikan memenuhi dan tingkat obat lost sales pasien BPJS sebanyak 69% yang disebabkan oleh peresepan yang tidak sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional (Fornas). Pentingnya kualitas SPM di rumah sakit sama halnya dengan di apotek salah satunya yaitu Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu. Di apotek ini penggunaan obat yang banyak dibeli pasien salah satunya adalah obat antidiabetik. Berdasarkan analisa penggunaan obat antidiabetik periode september 2021 dengan cara pengkajian yang sama seperti sebelumnya diketahui bahwa penggunaan obat terbanyak dipegang oleh obat DM (Diabetes Melitus) golongan guanida yang termasuk obat generik dosis tunggal yaitu metformin 500 mg sebanyak 8.770 tablet dengan persentase 51,49 % dengan tingginya penggunaan obat jenis ini maka perlu ketersedian barang yang banyak untuk menghindari terjadinya kekosongan stok yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya lost sales.

Respond time drug services (prescription and non prescription) and lost drug sales can affect patient/customer satisfaction. This indicator is included in the hospital pharmacy Minimum Services Standard (MSS) which is regulated in Permenkes number 129 of 2008. The University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI) has one service, namely a Depot (Drug Collection Department) which provides BPJS Health services. The study of evaluation of respond time and lost drug sales of BPJS patients at outpatient depots RSUI for a period of 3 months aims to train the abilities and skills of prospective pharmacists in order to improve and maintain the quality of MSS as a service quality standard so as to prevent hospital financial losses and decrease customer satisfaction. All data were examined by observational research method by descriptive and the results were adjusted according to the MSS criteria. From this evaluation, it is known that the respond time for non prescription drugs does unqualified the MSS standards but the prescription drugs qualified and the level of drug lost sales for BPJS patients is 69% due to prescribing that is not in accordance with the National Formulary (Fornas). The importance of the quality level of MSS in hospitals is the same as in pharmacies, one of which is the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy. In this pharmacy, the use of drugs that many patients buy is antidiabetic drugs. Based on the analysis of the use of antidiabetic drugs for the period of September 2021, with same method as before, it was found that the most drug use was held by DM (Diabetes Melitus) drugs of the guanide group, which included single dose generic drugs, namely metformin 500 mg as many as 8.770 tablets with a percentage of 51.49% with a high number of drug use. With this type, it is necessary to have a lot of availability to avoid stock emptiness which can cause lost sales."

"Pemastian mutu dalam industri farmasi dapat dilakukan melalui pengkajian mutu produk (Product Quality Review) setiap tahun atau secara berkala. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di industri farmasi PT Mahakam Beta Farma adalah mengetahui tujuan pembuatan dan departemen terkait dalam penyusunan laporan PQR serta mampu menyusun laporan PQR. Dokumen PQR bersifat komprehensif dengan tujuan memverifikasi konsistensi proses suatu produk selama periode berjalan, kesesuaian spesifikasi bahan baku, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, melihat dan mengevaluasi tren analisis dari tiap tahapan produksi, mengidentifikasi peluang tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses, melakukan evaluasi terhadap rekomendasi serta meningkatkan mutu produk sediaan likuid pada produksi periode yang akan datang. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat adalah Apotek. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu adalah menjadikan poster edukasi hipertensi sebagai media penunjang dalam pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi kepada masyarakat. Pembuatan poster edukasi tentang hipertensi dapat menjadi media informasi di lingkungan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman terkait gejala, komplikasi, dan pencegahan hipertensi serta penyampaian informasi kepada pasien lebih efektif dan maksimal.

Making educational posters about hypertension can be a medium of information in the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy environment understanding related to symptoms, complications, and prevention of hypertension as well as delivering information more effectively and maximally."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang berfokus pada pelayanan kefarmasian, yaitu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien terkait dengan sediaan farmasi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja sesungguhnya, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian. PKPA merupakan suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker untuk meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawabnya di fasilitas kefarmasian yang sesuai. Internship provide an overview and experience in the world of work. Direct observations about the activities in each department (Production, Quality Control, dan Quality Assurance) are occurred during internship at the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist also learnt how to analyze many problems that happened and have to identified the closure. During internship at the pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacist was shown every department’s responsibility in general and had to make an innovation project. During internship at pharmacy, pharmacists did any pharmaceutical services. Pharmacist had to do prescription screening, prescription services, which be given with counselling. Prescription screening was done to prevent or minimize the occurrence of medication error."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek dari obat yang dimulai dari proses penemuan obat hingga sampai di tangan konsumen. Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Kebayoran Baru Public Health Center, Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in public health center, pharmacy, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu dan PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Tugas khusus yang berjudul “Analisis Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu Pada Periode 1 – 31 Agustus 2021”, bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan obat antihipertensi terbanyak di apotek.Kegiatan PKPA di PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan. Melalui kegiatan ini penulis berkesempatan untuk melihat aktivitas yang ada di industri farmasi, terutama penerapan CPOB dalam industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Pemetaan Suhu Pada Climatic Chamber QACLI204, QACLI221 dan QACLI222” bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kegiatan kualifikasi, prinsip kualifikasi dan pemetaan suhu pada instrumen chamber. Proses kualifikasi dilakukan sesuai dengan standar operating procedure (SOP) yang berlaku di industri bersangkutan. Penulis melakukan pemetaan suhu pada climatic chamber untuk memperoleh dokumentasi distribusi suhu pada beberapa titik dalam climatic chamber.

Apothecary Profession Internsip (PKPA) was carried out at Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy and PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. PKPA activities in pharmacy is held on September 1 – 30, 2021, with the aim to provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in pharmacies, one of which is procurement and product control. This assignment entitled "Antihypertensive Drug Use Analysis at Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy in the Period 1 - 31 August 2021", aims to analyze the most use of antihypertensive drugs in pharmacies.

PKPA activities at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi lasts for two months. Through this activity, the author had the opportunity to see activities in the pharmaceutical industry, especially the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry. The assignment entitled “Mapping Temperature for Climatic Chamber QACLI204, QACLI221 and QACLI222” aims to give an understanding of qualification activities, qualification principles and mapping temperature in chamber instruments. The qualification process is carried out in accordance with the industry’s standard operating procedure (SOP). The author carried out mapping temperature in climatic chamber to obtain documentation of temperature distribution at several points in the climatic chamber."

"Profesi apoteker menjadi profesi memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab inti dalam terlaksananya kegiatan kefarmasian dengan baik. Latar belakang pendidikan apoteker membuatnya menjadi tenaga yang memiliki pengetahuan spesifik mengenai kefarmasian untuk mengisi peran dan memenuhi tanggung jawab tersebut. Selain dibekali dengan ilmu kefarmasian, apoteker juga dibekali dengan praktik kerja profesi untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam proses kegiatan praktik kefarmasian, baik pada farmasi klinis, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Pada laporan ini dibahas mengenai Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu, Periode Februari 2022 dan PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Periode Maret-April 2022. Adapun topik yang menjadi pembahasan dalam laporan ini yaitu pengkajian resep obat asma yang terdapat pada apotek tersebut dan validasi pemberihan alat-alat sampling di industri farmasi. Pengalaman praktik kerja ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal bagi apoteker untuk menjalankan kegiatan profesinya nanti.

Pharmacist is as a profession that has a core role and responsibility in the proper implementation of pharmaceutical activities. Educational background of a pharmacist brings this profession to have specific knowledge of pharmacy that fits this role and fulfill this responsibility. In addition to being equipped with pharmaceutical knowledge, pharmacists are also equipped with professional work practices to provide direct experience in the process of pharmaceutical practice activities, not only in clinical pharmacy but also in pharmaceutical industry and government. This report discusses the Professional Internship of Pharmacists at Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu on February 2022 and PT Mahakam Beta Farma on March-April 2022. The topics discussed in this report are the review of drug prescription for asthmam in the pharmacy and sampling tools cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry. This practical work experience is expected to be a provision for pharmacists to carry out their professional activities in the future."

"Sesuai dengan Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 34 Tahun 2018 tentang Pendoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), proses produksi harus memperhatikan berbagai aspek termasuk area kerja, jalur produksi, mesin, peralatan, bahan, dan personelnya untuk menjamin mutu obat serta memenuhi ketentuan izin edar. Oleh karena itu, diperkenalkan salah satu tolak ukur yakni Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang termasuk dalam Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) yang merupakan standar ukur untuk menilai efisiensi mesin produksi. Target nilai OEE yang ditetapkan di area Solid Production PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi pada tahun 2020 adalah 75% dan akan ditingkatkan secara bertahap untuk mencapai standar nilai OEE global yakni 85%. Pada tahun 2020, nilai OEE yang diperoleh mesin primary packaging masih berada dibawah 75%. Standar nilai OEE global yakni 85%. Kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan mesin Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, Wonder eB350, KSM 3, Duan Kwei, Volpack, dan Siebler HM 300. di area Primary packaging Solid Production pada tahun 2020 sehingga mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan mesin tersebut dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penyusunan laporan tugas khusus kerja praktik ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, pengamatan proses produksi, dan wawancara secara langsung terhadap supervisor dan operator di Departemen Solid Production PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi. Hasil tugas khusus kerja praktik ini menunjukkan penggunaan mesin di area solid production belum merata karena mesin Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, dan Wonder eB350 sebagian besar memproduksi produk-produk pareto, sedangkan mesin-mesin seperti Volpack, Duan Kwei, dan Siebler HM 300 sebagian besar memproduksi produk non pareto sehingga penggunaannya masih jarang. Produksi yang tidak merata pada ketujuh mesin ini dipengaruhi oleh jadwal produksi berdasarkan forecast dari PPIC, ketersediaan mesin, dan ketersediaan operator.

Following the Regulation of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency Number 34 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the production process must pay attention to various aspects including the work area, production line, machinery, equipment, materials, and personnel to ensure drug quality and meet distribution permit conditions. Therefore, one of the benchmarks was introduced, namely, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) which is included in Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM), which is a measuring standard to assess the efficiency of production machines. The target OEE value is set in the Solid Production area of PT. The SOHO of the Pharmaceutical Industry in 2020 is 75% and will be gradually increased to reach the global OEE value standard of 85%. In 2020, the OEE value obtained by the primary packaging machine is still below 75%. The global OEE value standard is 85%. This practical workshop aims to analyze the use of Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, Wonder eB350, KSM 3, Duan Kwei, Volpack, and Siebler HM 300 machines in the Primary packaging Solid Production area in 2020 to determine the effectiveness of using these machines and the factors which influence. The preparation of this special assignment report for practical work was carried out using the method of literature study, observation of the production process, and direct interviews with supervisors and operators in the Solid Production Department of PT. SOHO Pharmaceutical Industry. The results of this practical work specific task show that the use of machines in the solid production area has not been evenly distributed because the Pam Pac, Siebler HM 230, and Wonder eB350 machines mostly produce Pareto products, while machines such as Volpack, Duan Kwei, and Siebler HM 300 mostly produce Most of them produce non-Pareto products so their use is still rare. The uneven production of these seven machines is influenced by the production schedule based on forecasts from PPIC, machine availability, and operator availability."
