"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

Pharmacists are professions that have an important role in pharmaceutical work. Pharmacists professional practice is a training activity for future pharmacists which aims to provide an overview about pharmacists role in our work society, and enhance the competences of future pharmacists. The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. The pharmacists professional practice is held at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi from January to February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Biak in April 2022. Through this pharmacists professional practice at pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, future pharmacists are expected to increase their knowledge, understanding, experience, and skills.

"Fakultas Farmasi mewadahi mahasiswa/i untuk dapat belajar dan mengembangkan diri menjadi seorang Apoteker yang handal di masa yang akan datang di masing-masing bidang penekunannya. Calon Apoteker tersebut sudah berkesempatan mendapatkan teori-teori dasar dalam berpikir, dan bertindak secara logis, akan tetapi, praktek di lapangannya belum atau masih jarang dilakukan oleh calon Apoteker tersebut. Oleh karena itu, Praktek Kerja Lapangan atau yang disebut juga dengan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), diwajibkan sebagai syarat lulus bagi mahasiswa Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia. Untuk kali ini, PKPA dilakukan di Industri (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Apotek (Apotek Roxy) dan Distributor (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). Di Industri, tugas utama terkait menganalisis cycle time empat varian produk pada periode April-Mei 2021, dan tercatat cycle time empat varian tersebut sebesar 6,04; 10,25; 6,17; dan 7 hari. Kedua, PKPA di Apotek ditugaskan untuk menganalisis penjualan produk pada bulan Februari 2021 dengan cara kategorisasi pengelolaan persediaan berdasarkan metode ABC atau prinsip pareto. Terakhir, saya berkesempatan PKPA di PT SamMarie Tramedifa dengan tugas khusus berupa peninjauan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) Tramedifa terkait Kualifikasi Tempat Penyimpanan Produk Rantai Dingin terhadap pemenuhan standar regulator. Berdasarkan hasil kajian tersebut, POB Tramedifa sudah memenuhi standar BPOM meskipun belum memenuhi standar kualifikasi dari WHO.

The Faculty of Pharmacy accommodates students to be able to learn and develop themselves to become a reliable pharmacist in the future in their respective fields of practice. Pharmacist candidate has had the opportunity to get basic theories in thinking and acting logically, however, the practice in the field has not been or is still rarely done. Therefore, the field work practice or also known as the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA), is required as a graduation requirement for apothecary students at the University of Indonesia. PKPA is carried out in Industry (PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi), Pharmacies (Roxy Pharmacy) and Distributors (PT SamMarie Tramedifa). In Industry, the main task is to analyze the cycle time of four product variants in the April-May 2021 period, and the cycle time of the four variants is recorded at 6.04; 10.25; 6.17; and 7 days. Secondly, PKPA at Pharmacy is assigned to analyze product sales in February 2021 by categorizing inventory management based on the ABC method or the Pareto principle. Finally, I had the opportunity to PKPA at PT SamMarie Tramedifa with a special task in the form of reviewing Tramedifa’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding the Qualification of Cold Chain Product Storage against compliance with regulatory standards. Based on the study results, SOP Tramedifa has met the BPOM standards even though it has not met the qualification standards of the WHO."

"Profesi apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam bidang kesehatan, khususnya pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pelayanan kefarmasian sendiri merupakan suatu pelayanan langsung yang bertanggung jawab kepada pasien berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi guna meningkatkan mutu dari kehidupan pasien. Salah satu hal penting yang dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesuia adalah berpartisipasi dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntuk untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan sumber pengalaman untuk memahami peran sebagai apoteker serta meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia pekerjaan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Januari 2022 dan PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional periode Maret – April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA ini, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman, pengetahuan, wawasan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai dan memadai untuk masuk ke dunia pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmaceutical service is a direct service that is responsible to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations in order to improve the quality of patient life. One of the important things to do to become a professional pharmacist is to participate in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and source of experience to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence before entering the world of work. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the January 2022 period and PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional for the March – April 2022 period. Through this PKPA process, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain experience, knowledge, insight, and skills that are appropriate and adequate to enter the world of pharmaceutical work. "

"Salah satu hal yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan industri farmasi adalah rendemen yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi. Jika nilai rendemen meningkat maka akan meningkatkan nilai laba bersih. Sebaliknya jika rendemen menurun maka akan menurunkan nilai laba bersih sehingga pendapatan menurun. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi penurunan rendemen pada proses produksi tablet serta upaya peningkatannya untuk mengurangi penurunan rendemen dan memperoleh rendemen yang maksimal. Setelah ditelusuri dari setiap stage proses produksi, ditemukan beberapa faktor pada proses compounding, drying, tableting dan packaging yang berpotensi dapat menimbulkan reject. Kemudian dari faktor tersebut diusulkan beberapa upaya untuk mengurangi potensi terjadinya reject sehingga meningkatkan rendemen.

One of the things that affect the income of the pharmaceutical industry is the yield generated from the production process. If the yield value increases, it will increase the net profit value. Conversely, if the yield decreases, it will reduce the value of net income so that income falls. This scientific work aims to determine the potential for yield reduction in the tablet production process and efforts to increase it to reduce yield reduction and obtain the maximum yield. After being traced each stage of the production process, the author founds a few factors in the compounding, drying, tableting and packaging processes that could potentially cause rejects. Then from these factors, several efforts are proposed to reduce the potential for rejects so as to increase the yield."

"Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

However, in its application, the pharmaceutical industry is experiencing many difficulties, especially industries where the data collection system is still manual. The FDA expects the pharmaceutical industry to keep laboratory equipment clean and sanitized to provide confidence in the results of the analysis. One way to provide this confidence is through a validation program, namely cleaning validation. However, the details on the cleaning validation of laboratory glassware do not have to be the same as the validation of cleaning equipment used for production because laboratory glassware is only used for testing purposes and is considered to have a low risk to the product and the patient. So it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the appropriate marker product, marker laboratory equipment and acceptance criteria."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan praktik profesi di industri farmasi dan fasilitas kesehatan. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker saat lulus dari pendidikan profesi dan memasuki lapangan kerja praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat kerja profesi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi dan Apotek Roxy Pamulang selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi selama PKPA.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement to carry out professional practices in pharmaceutical industry and health facilities. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) abilities that are expected to be possessed by pharmacists when they graduate from professional education and enter the professional practical work field. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work place, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was carried out at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Pamulang during the period February-June 2020. Prospective pharmacists are expected to broaden their horizons and understanding to do pharmaceutical work during PKPA."

Apoteker perlu memastikan dan menjaga mutu, keamanan, serta khasiat obat mulai dari proses produksi obat, distribusi obat, sampai obat diterima oleh pasien. Maka dari itu, apoteker harus memiliki kompetensi yang baik sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi agar apoteker dapat mengetahui perannya dan meningkatkan kompetensinya. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode 3 Januari-25 Februari 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung pada periode 2-26 Maret 2022, dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode 1-14 April 2022. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini diharapkan dapat membantu apoteker dalam mengembangkan kemampuannya dan memperoleh pengetahuan baru terkait profesinya di Industri Farmasi, Pedagang Besar Farmasi, dan Apotek.

The Professional Practices of Pharmacist is one of the requirements that have to be carried out so that prospective pharmacists can understand their role and improve their competencies. The Professional Practices of Pharmacist are carried out at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 3 January-25 February 2022, Apotek Roxy Telajung for the period 2-26 March 2022, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari for the period 1-14 April 2022. The Professional Practices of Pharmacist is expected to help pharmacists in expanding their skills and gaining new knowledge related to their profession in pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical distributor, and pharmacy."

"Proses produksi obat cair terdiri dari penimbangan, pencampuran, pengisian (pengemasan primer), pengemasan sekunder dan pengkajian catatan bets. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menghasilkan satu bets produk dari proses produksi disebut dengan cycle time (waktu siklus). Saat ini, permasalahan terkait cycle time menjadi hal yang sangat esensial dan penting untuk diatasi dalam pelaksanaan proses produksi di industri farmasi. Penyebab terbesar terkait cycle time adalah perbedaan waktu yang sangat signifikan. Penyebab terbesar waktu produksi melebihi waktu teoritis adalah kerusakan mesin dan keahlian masing-masing operator sedangkan penyebab terbesar adanya waktu tunggu adalah Perjalanan BR. Persentase waktu tunggu terlama dari proses produksi 3 produk cair yaitu Dari Secondary Packaging ke Review BR dengan rata-rata 53%. Penyebab pemeriksaan BR lama dikarenakan Antrean BR Produk dengan rata-rata waktu pemeriksaan BR yaitu 3,95 hari atau 4 hari. Dari penjelasan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab cycle time menjadi lebih lama yaitu proses review BR, antrian mesin, dan juga berkaitan dengan keahlian masing-masing operator.Kegiatan perencanaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan di apotek berfungsi untuk memprediksi kebutuhan persediaan farmasi untuk jangka waktu tertentu. Dalam membuat perencanaan pengadaan sediaan farmasi perlu diperhatikan pola penyakit, pola konsumsi, budaya, dan kemampuan masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan perencanaan pengadaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan haruslah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, salah satunya dengan pembuatan dari Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB). Dalam hal ini, peningkatan dalam kualitas dari kegiatan perencanaan sediaan farmasi ini dapat didukung dalam pembuatan Prosedur Operasional Baku (POB) sehingga memiliki standar minimum yang harus dicapai dalam pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kegiatan perencanaan yang baik oleh Apoteker yang bertugas maupun Asisten Apoteker. Seluruh kegiatan perencanaan sediaan farmasi sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun belum terdapat dokumen yang dapat menjadi standar dalam kegiatan perencanaan sediaan farmasi. Setiap POB yang telah dibuat dan disepakati tetap perlu diperbaharui secara berkala sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi di lapangan sehingga pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan perencanaan sediaan farmasi di Apotek menjadi semakin berkembang.

Currently, problems related to cycle time are very essential and important to be overcome in the implementation of the production process in the pharmaceutical industry. The biggest cause related to cycle time is a very significant time difference. The biggest cause of production time exceeding the theoretical time is machine breakdown and the expertise of each operator while the biggest cause of waiting time is BR trips. The percentage of the longest waiting time from the production process of 3 liquid products, namely From Secondary Packaging to BR Review with an average of 53%. The cause of the old BR inspection is due to the Product BR Line with an average BR inspection time of 3.95 days or 4 days. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the cause of the longer cycle time is the BR review process, the machine queue, and also related to the expertise of each operator.

Planning activities for pharmaceutical products and medical devices in pharmacies function to predict the need for pharmaceutical supplies for a certain period of time. In planning the procurement of pharmaceutical preparations, it is necessary to pay attention to disease patterns, consumption patterns, culture, and the ability of the local community. Planning activities for the procurement of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices must comply with established standards, one of which is the manufacture of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In this case, the improvement in the quality of pharmaceutical preparations planning activities can be supported in the manufacture of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that they have minimum standards that must be achieved in the implementation and supervision of good planning activities by pharmacists on duty and pharmacist assistants. All pharmaceutical preparations planning activities have been going quite well, but there is no document that can become a standard in pharmaceutical preparations planning activities. Every SOP that has been made and agreed upon still needs to be updated regularly according to the needs and conditions in the field so that the implementation of pharmaceutical preparation planning activities at the pharmacy is growing."

Dalam dangka menjadi seorang apoteker, perlu dilakukan suatu kegiatan praktik kefarmasian agar mendapatkan bekal pengalaman dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman tentang peran apoteker. Praktik kefarmasian dilakukan di tiga tempat, yang mencangkup industri, distributor, dan apotek. Praktik kefarmasian industri dilakukan di PT. Forsta Kalmedic Global pada periode Januari – Februari 2022. Praktik kefarmasian distributor dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang berlangsung selama 2 minggu, yaitu dari tanggal 01 April hingga 14 April 2022. Pembelajaran di apoteker dilakukan pada Apotek Roxy cabanag Jagakarsa pada periode Mei 2022. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang dapat menjadi bekal di dunia kerja nantinya.

Dalam rangka menciptakan tenaga apoteker yang profesional, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam dunia pekerjaan nyata di institusi kefarmasian, seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diselenggarakan untuk memberikan bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, sehingga kelak setelah lulus, apoteker mampu bekerja dan melaksanakan perannya dengan baik di institusi kefarmasian yang menjadi tempatnya berkarya. Laporan PKPA ini berisi gambaran pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan di dua sarana kefarmasian, yaitu : PT. Dankos Farma pada periode 11 Januari-5 Maret 2021; dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode 8 Maret 2021-3 April 2021.
