"Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan penyediaan obat-obatan. Hal ini termasuk didalamnya proses produksi, distribusi, pengendalian mutu, dan pelayanan. Sebagai tenaga kesehatan, peran seorang apoteker dapat mempengaruhi hasil dari pengobatan masyarakat baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung sehingga pekerjaan ini harus dilakukan secara profesional. Seorang apoteker baru yang belum berpengalaman perlu untuk memahami peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga dilakukan pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada periode Juli-Oktober 2021 dan juga menjadi sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker untuk memperoleh pengalaman dasar. PKPA di apotek kasih bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman proses pelayanan kefarmasian dan PKPA di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pekerjaan kefarmasian di industry. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk membahas berbagai topik yang ada di setiap tempat praktik kerja sebagai pembelajaran.

Pharmacists are one of the health workers who play a role in providing medicines. This includes the production process, distribution, quality control, and patient service. As a health worker, the role of a pharmacist can affect the results of community treatment either directly or indirectly, so this work must be done professionally. A new pharmacist who is inexperienced needs to understand the role and work of pharmacy so that the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out in the July-October 2021 period and also becomes a means for a prospective pharmacist to gain basic experience. PKPA in the Kasih Pharmacy aims to provide an understanding of the process of pharmaceutical therapy and PKPA at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to provide an understanding of pharmaceutical work in the industry. Therefore, the preparation of this work practice report aims to discuss various topics that exist in each workplace as a learning experience."

"Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories periode Februari – Maret 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode April 2021, dan Apotek Barkah periode Mei 2021. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories for the periode February – March 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the April 2021 period, and Apotek Barkah for the May 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, praktik kerja yang dilaksanakan di PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Laboratories bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi serta penerapan cara pembuatan obat yang baik CPOB . Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker ini juga memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industry farmasi sehingga dapat melatih kemampuan Apoteker dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di industri farmasi. Adapun tugas khusus yang diberikan selama praktik kerja di PT Novell, yakni 'Validasi Metode Analisis Disolusi Kapsul X 75 mg 150 mg Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus validasi ini adalah melatih kemampuan analis dalam melakukan pengujian terhadap produk jadi untuk mengetahui kesesuaian spesifikasi yang dimiliki produk jadi terhadap persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi. Tugas khusus ini juga melatih kemampuan analis dalam mengoperasikan alat berupa KCKT dalam pengujian serta melatih kemampuan berpikir analais dalam menyelidiki permasalahan pada saat terjadi penyimpangan dari hasil pengujian.

Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to understanding the role, duties, and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the work practices at PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Laboratories aims to provide the knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of good manufacturing practice GMP . This internship also provides a real representation of the pharmaceutical work pharmacy issues in order to train the pharmacist 39;s ability to solve the problems in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is Validation Dissolution of 75 mg 150 mg Capsules X using High Performance Liquid Chromatography.

The purpose of this special assignment is to train the analyst 39;s ability in testing the finished good to determine the conformity of the specifications of the finished good to the requirements to be met. This special assignment also trains analysts 39; ability to operate tools in the form of HPLC in testing and to train an anarchic thinking ability in investigating problems in the event of deviation from test results."

"Praktik kerja profesi di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan Maret - April Tahun 2018 bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di industi farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yaitu 'Validasi Metode Analisis Kadar pada Tablet X 5 mg dan Tablet X 10 mg Menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi'. This internship was conducted for two months with special assignment Validation of Analytical Methods for Assay of Tablets X 5 mg and Tablets X 10 mg Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography'. The purpose of this special assignment is to have the validation of analytical methods for assay of tablets X done in order to make documented evidence that has a high guarantee that the method of analytical for assay of tablets X can be done consistently and provide good result which is meet the specified specifiactions."

Praktik kerja profesi di PT Novell Pharmaceutical bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Validasi Metode Analisis Senyawa Sejenis C pada Kapsul Y 75 mg dan 150 mg menggunakan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa hasil validasi metode analisis pengotor C pada kapsul Y 75 mg dan 150 mg dapat memberikan hasil yang konsisten dan memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, analisis pengotor C pada kapsul Y membuktikan bahwa terdapat senyawa polar yang terelusi sebelum zat Y. Secara umum, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar. Penulis mampu memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi dan mendapatkan wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis, terutama dalam pengembangan metode analisis.

Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to add insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is ldquo;Method of Analysis Validation for Related Substances Impurity C of Y 75 mg and 150 mg Capsules Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to prove that method of analysis for related substances Impurity C of Y 75 mg and 150 mg capsules is conducted consistently and produces responses which conform to the determined specifications. In addition, analysis of related substances Impurity C in Y capsules also prove that there are polar compounds eluting before Y substance. In general, PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has applied 12 aspects of GMP well and correctly. The author is able to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and gain insight, skills and practical experience, especially in analytical method development."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan media yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu serta mengembangkan keahliannya dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melaksanakan PKPA di Industri Farmasi, Pemerintahan (BPOM), Apotek, dan Distributor Farmasi. Salah satu peran apoteker sebagai Business Development di industri farmasi yaitu memberikan ide produk baru dan menyiapkan product knowledge produk. Peran apoteker di pemerintahan yaitu sebagai pengawas peredaran obat dan makanan di masyarakat, salah satu nya peredaran pada e-commerce. Di apotek, peran apoteker yaitu memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian dan melakukan pemberian informasi kesehatan kepada pasien, baik melalui media offline maupun online. Peran apoteker di distributor yaitu melakukan proses pengadaan, penyimpanan, hingga penyaluran obat. Kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan bermanfaat sebagai bekal apoteker sebelum berkontribusi di dunia kerja kefarmasian.

Dalam Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker memberikan informasi terkait peran apoteker dalam departemen pemastian mutu di Industri farmasi dalam kegiatan pengkajian mutu produk. Sebagai seorang apoteker di Industri Farmasi terutama di bidang pemastian mutu berperan penting untuk menjamin bahwa produk yang telah diproduksi dan akan diedarkan bermutu, aman dan berkhasiat. Pengkajian mutu produk merupakan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker secara berkala terhadap seluruh bets suatu obat yang diproduksi dalam satu tahun dan didokumentasikan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi, dan untuk melihat trend dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. As a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in the field of quality assurance, Pharmacist plays an important role in ensuring that the products that have been produced and will be distributed are of high quality, safe and efficacious. Product quality review is an evaluation carried out by pharmacists on a regular basis on all batches of a drug produced in one year and documented. Product quality review is conducted with the aim of proving process consistency, conformance to specifications, and to review the trends and identify necessary improvements to products and processes. In addition, pharmacists also play an important role in the clinical field, one example is in pharmaceutical service facilities, is pharmacy. "CPOB atau Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Dalam CPOB tercantum persyaratan untuk ruang karantina. PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories memiliki ruang Work In Process (WIP) sebagai ruang karantina produk yang merupakan area penting dalam proses. Area ini digunakan sebagai tempat untuk karantina produk antara dan/atau tablet yang siap untuk dilakukan proses primary packaging. Kegiatan dan produk yang ada di ruang WIP harus sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB), produk yang berada dalam ruang WIP harus jelas identitasnya, ruangan harus terjaga kebersihannya, wadah yang digunakan harus sesuai ketentuan, dan akses untuk memasuki ruang WIP harus terbatas hanya untuk orang yang memiliki wewenang, seperti supervisor dan PIC pada ruang produksi. Penumpukan dalam ruang WIP juga dapat menyebabkan mix up batch yang dapat terjadi apabila operator salah mengambil material atau saat operator menggeser wadah, label identitas dari produk yang menempel pada wadah terjatuh mengakibatkan kemungkinan label tertukar. Oleh karena itu, dalam tugas khusus ini penulis diminta untuk memanajemen ruang WIP agar lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dengan cara pembuatan mapping dan lay out pada ruang WIP. Hasil yang didapat, hampir semua aspek pada ruang WIP PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratorium sudah sesuai dengan pedoman CPOB, hanya aspek kerapihan saja yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Aspek kerapihan dapat diatasi dengan memanajemen ruang WIP dengan pembuatan mapping, hasilnya cukup efektif untuk membuat ruang WIP lebih terstruktur sehingga dapat menghindari risiko mix up batch dan memudahkan operator dalam mencari MSC atau MSS yang akan diproses

CPOB or Good Manufacturing Practices of Drugs aims to ensure that drugs are made consistently, meet the stipulated requirements and are in accordance with their intended use. In the GMP, the requirements for quarantine rooms are listed. PT Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories has a Work In Process (WIP) room as a product quarantine room which is an important area in the process. This area is used as a place for quarantine of intermediate products and/or tablets that are ready for the primary packaging process. The activities and products in the WIP room must comply with the guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the product in the WIP room must have a clear identity, the room must be kept clean, the containers used must comply with the provisions, and access to enter the WIP room must be limited to authorized persons, such as supervisors and PICs in the production room. Stacking in the WIP chamber can also cause a mix up batch which can occur if the operator picks up the wrong material or when the operator shifts the container, the identity label of the product attached to the container falls, resulting in the possibility of labels being confused. Therefore, in this special task, the author is asked to manage the WIP room so that it is more structured and in accordance with the guidelines for the Good Manufacturing Practice of Medicine by mapping and laying out the WIP room. The results obtained, almost all aspects of the PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratory has complied with GMP guidelines, only the tidiness aspect still needs to be improved. The neatness aspect can be overcome by managing the WIP space by making a mapping, the results are quite effective in making the WIP room more structured so as to avoid the risk of batch mix ups and make it easier for operators to find MSC or MSS to be processed."
