"Pertumbuhan ritel modern seperti supermarket semakin meningkat sehingga menimbulkan persaingan ketat antar ritel modern. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu membangun manajemen hubungan pelanggan yang kuat guna mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) dengan pendekatan model Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary (LRFM) serta menentukan strategi untuk setiap segmen pelanggan. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk melakukan segmentasi pelanggan yang menghasilkan 4 klaster dan nilai CLV dipakai untuk menentukan nilai dari setiap klaster pelanggan dengan variabel LRFM. Kemudian pemetaan klaster menggunakan Customer Value Matrix (CVM) dilakukan untuk memastikan karakteristik klaster pelanggan. Data produk yang dimiliki juga diolah dengan metode Market Basket Analysis (association rules) untuk mendapatkan pola perilaku belanja pelanggan serta menghasilkan rekomendasi produk sebagai strategi product affinity yang dapat diterapkan pihak supermarket. Kemudian dirumuskan 8 kategori strategi customer retention untuk dilakukan penilaian prioritas dengan metode ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) sebagai bagian dari strategi Customer-Centric dan menghasilkan 30 buah strategi yang dapat diterapkan pihak supermarket.

The expansion of modern retail such as supermarkets is fostering severe competition among modern retailers. Therefore, businesses must use effective customer relationship management to preserve and even improve client loyalty. The purpose of this study is to segment consumers based on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) using the Length, Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (LRFM) model and establish strategies for each segment. Customers are segmented using the K-Means Clustering method, which yields four clusters, and the CLV value is utilized to determine the value of each customer cluster with the LRFM variable. The Customer Value Matrix (CVM) is then used to determine the characteristics of the customer clusters through cluster mapping. The owned product data is also analysed using the Market Basket Analysis approach (association rules) to identify patterns of consumer buying behavior and generate product suggestions as part of a product affinity strategy that supermarkets might employ. As part of the CustomerCentric approach, eight types of customer retention strategies were developed for priority assessment utilizing the ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method, resulting in thirty supermarket-applicable tactics."

"Pertumbuhan kinerja industri alas kaki yang positif dengan permintaan alas kaki domestik yang terus meningkat menjadi peluang besar bagi para usaha mengembangkan bisnisnya di bidang alas kaki, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Seiring dengan dorongan pemerintah terhadap digitalisasi UMKM, semakin bertambahnya UMKM alas kaki yang memasarkan produknya melalui e-commerce. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan peningkatan persaingan antar UMKM alas kaki di e-commerce dalam memenangkan kompetisi bisnis. Salah satu upaya dalam mempertahankan keuntungan jangka panjang berupa penerapan customer relationship management untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pelanggan melalui segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) dengan pendekatan model Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary (LRFM) dan merumuskan serta menentukan strategi retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada segmentasi pelanggan sepatu kulit sebagai volume produk terbesar dalam UMKM Alas Kaki tersebut. Pada tahap awal, metode K-Medoids clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan dengan menggunakan model LRFM sehingga dapat menghitung CLV pada tiap segmen pelanggan. Tiap klaster tersebut dianalisis karakteristiknya berdasarkan model LRFM, CLV, dan pemetaan klaster pada Customer Value Matrix (CVM). Strategi retensi pelanggan dirumuskan dan ditentukan prioritasnya sesuai karakteristik klaster yang terbentuk menggunakan metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 klaster pelanggan yang terbentuk dan 7 rekomendasi strategi peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan dengan tiga prioritas teratas pada tiap klaster.

The positive performance growth of the footwear industry with the increasing demand for domestic footwear is a great opportunity for businesses to develop their business in footwear, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Along with the government's encouragement of the digitalization of MSMEs, more and more footwear MSMEs are marketing their products through e-commerce. This has resulted in increased competition among footwear MSMEs in e-commerce in winning business competitions. One of the efforts in maintaining long-term profits is the implementation of customer relationship management to increase customer loyalty. Therefore, this research aims to identify customer characteristics through customer segmentation based on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) with the Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary (LRFM) model approach and formulate also determine customer retention strategies. This research focuses on segmenting leather shoe customers as the largest volume of products in this company. In the initial stage, the K- Medoids clustering method is used to group customers using the LRFM model so as to calculate CLV in each customer segment. Each cluster is analyzed for characteristics based on the LRFM model, CLV, and cluster mapping on the Customer Value Matrix (CVM). Customer retention strategies are formulated and prioritized according to the characteristics of the clusters formed using the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. This research resulted in 3 customer clusters formed and 7 recommendations for strategies to increase customer loyalty with the top three priorities in each cluster."

"Persaingan e-commerce untuk mendapatkan pelanggan membuat pelaku industri online memerlukan nilai unggul dan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan agar tercipta loyalitas terhadap e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti customer relationship management terhadap competitive advantage dan customer loyalty sebagai variabel mediasi pada Shopee sebagai e-commerce dengan pengunjung terbanyak di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 130 responden menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling berupa purposive dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi customer relationship management yaitu customer orientation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, sedangkan customer knowledge dan technology capabilities memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap customer loyalty. Pada variabel competitive advantage ditemukan technology capabilities memiliki hubungan yang positif, sedangkan pada customer knowledge dan customer orientation ditemukan hubungan yang negatif. Ditemukan juga bahwa customer loyalty tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap competitive advantage. Dan juga customer loyalty tidak memediasi hubungan antara customer relationship management dan competitive advantage.

E-commerce competition to get customers means that online industry players need superior value and various efforts to improve relationships with customers to create loyalty to e-commerce. This research aims to examine customer relationship management regarding competitive advantage and customer loyalty as mediating variables in Shopee as the e-commerce with the most visitors in Indonesia. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The results of the research show that the customer relationship management dimension, namely customer orientation, has a positive influence on customer loyalty, while customer knowledge and technology capabilities have a negative influence on customer loyalty. For the competitive advantage variable, technology capabilities were found to have a positive relationship, while for customer knowledge and customer orientation a negative relationship was found. It was also found that customer loyalty has no influence on competitive advantage. And also customer loyalty does not mediate the relationship between customer relationship management and competitive advantage."

Pertumbuhan industri kosmetik dan kecantikan semakin berkembang secara signifikan di Indonesia. Tingkat persaingan yang timbul antar pemilik usaha sejenis mendorong perusahaan untuk bisa menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan memiliki peranan yang cukup penting untuk menjaga hubungan pelanggan, salah satunya adalah dengan mengidentifikasi nilai hidup pelanggan atau Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Nilai hidup pelanggan yang tinggi menunjukan loyalitas pelanggan yang semakin tinggi. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persebaran karakteristik kelompok segmen pelanggan yang diukur berdasarkan salah satu metrik CLV yaitu variabel Length, Recency, Frequency dan Monetary (LRFM) pada beberapa wilayah. Proses segmentasi pelanggan dilakukan dengan membandingkan beberapa Metode Clustering. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat tiga kelompok segmen yang terdiri dari kelompok pertama dengan nilai hidup yang tinggi dan loyal terhadap perusahaan, kelompok kedua dengan karakteristik pelanggan pendatang baru yang tidak tetap dan kelompok terakhir merupakan pelanggan tidak tetap dan sudah hilang. Selanjutnya, untuk memperoleh analisis lebih mendalam maka dilakukan proses visualisasi terhadap informasi spasial pelanggan. Kesimpulan akhir dari visualisasi spasial menunjukkan bahwa persebaran segmen pelanggan loyal berada pada wilayah di Pulau Jawa khususnya pada Provinsi Jawa Barat, DKI Jakarta, dan Banten. Luaran penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam mempertahankan pelanggan potensial dan memperluas pangsa pasar perusahaan.


Beauty and cosmetics industry in Indonesia has growth significantly. The increasing of competitiveness encourages local companies to maintain their customer loyalty by enhancing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM has an important role to maintain customer relationship by identifying Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The high value of CLV shows higher customer loyalty. Therefore, this research aims to specify customer segment distribution that has similar lifetime value in several areas based on CLV metrics that consists of Length, Recency, Frequency and Monetary (LRFM). The customer segmentation process is done by comparing several Clustering Methods. The results of the study prove that there are three customer segments consisting of the first group with the characteristics of high value and loyal customers, the second group with the characteristics of uncertain new customers and the last group is uncertain lost customers. Moreover, to obtain more in-depth analysis towards segmentation result, a visualization process is carried out by considering customer spatial information. The result of spatial visualization shows that segmentation distribution of loyal customer is located in West Java, DKI Jakarta and Banten. In summary, these findings can be used as a reference to retain loyal customers, discover potential area and expand company’s market share

"Perkembangan industri fesyen muslim di Indonesia memberikan peluang yang baik bagi para penjual produk fesyen muslim, termasuk Usaha Menengah, Kecil, dan Mikro (UMKM). Seiring dengan itu, perkembangan teknologi dan adopsi e-commerce di Indonesia juga meningkat pesat. UMKM perlu meningkatkan daya saingnya untuk bersaing di pasar dengan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan dan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai loyalitas setiap pelanggan menggunakan Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), melakukan segmentasi pelanggan berdasarakan loyalitasnya, dan merancang strategi pengembangan pelanggan untuk UMKM Indonesia di industri fesyen muslim yang telah memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk menjual produk mereka menggunakan metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS). Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan menjadi beberapa cluster dan variabel Recency, Frequency, dan Monetary (RFM) digunakan untuk menghitung nilai CLV dari setiap pelanggan. Terdapat tiga klaster pelanggan yang terbentuk dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuh strategi pengembangan pelanggan yang dipilih dari berbagai klaster berdasarkan karakteristik masing-masing klaster yang terbentuk. Rekomendasi strategi yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing UKM fesyen muslim yang menjadi objek penelitian ini.

The development of the muslim fashion industry in Indonesia provides good opportunities for sellers of Muslim fashion products, including for Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs). Along with this, the development of technology and the adoption of e-commerce in Indonesia are also increasing rapidly. MSMEs need to improve their competitiveness to compete in the market by retaining customer’s loyalty and utilizing technology such as e-commerce. This study aims to determine the value of customers using customer lifetime value (CLV), segmenting customer based on their loyalty value, and design customer development strategies for Indonesian MSMEs in Muslim fashion industry, that has adopted e-commerce to sell their product, using Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. The K-Means Clustering method is used to segment customers into several clusters and Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) variables are used to calculate CLV value of each customer. There are three customer clusters formed in this study with seven customer development strategies selected from various clusters based on the characteristics of each formed cluster. The proposed strategy recommendations aim to increase customer loyalty and competitiveness of Muslim fashion SMEs which are the object of this research.

"Persaingan untuk dapat unggul dibandingkan dengan kompetitor terjadi sangat kompetitif pada industry consumer goods. Strategi bisnis dan pemasaran yang efektif sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjadi keunggulan bersaing, dimana strategi harus fokus kepada tujuan jangka panjang. Loyalitas konsumen merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan sebagai tujuan bisnis.
Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai strategi yang fokus kepada hubungan jangka panjang antara perusahaan dan konsumen untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen pada industri consumer goods. Implementasi Lactamil Mama Care dari PT. Sarihusada, Danone Indonesia merupakan objek yang digunakan untuk studi kasus.
Penelitian ini bersifat konklusif-deskriptif dengan desain single cross sectional. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 hipotesis dan 290 responden yang telah memenuhi syarat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM memengaruhi positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Selain itu, reputasi perusahaan, kepuasan konsumen, dan kepercayaan konsumen juga memengaruhi positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi manajerial diberikan untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan.

Massive competition occurred in consumer goods industry when every company try to become superior to other competitors. Effective business and marketing strategy is needed to become a competitive advantage and that strategy must be focus on long term objective. Customer loyalty is the important factor that influences profitability as main objective of the company.
This study analyzed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation as strategy that focus on long term relationship between company and customer that impact to the customer loyalty in consumer goods industry. Lactamil Mama Care implementation from PT. Sarihusada, Danone Indonesia was the object of this case study.
This is the conclusive - descriptive study with single cross sectional design study. This study consist of 9 hypothesis with 290 qualify respondents.
Results of this study shows that CRM implementation is positively and significantly influence customer loyalty. Besides that, corporate reputation, customer satisfaction, and customer trust are also positively and significantly influence customer loyalty. Managerial implications are offered to the company for improving the business performance.

"ABSTRAK
Perubahan strategi pemasaran dari transactional marketing menjadi relationship marketing dilakukan oleh Perusahaan untuk mempertahankan bisnis yang berkelanjutnan. Dalam relationship marketing, perusahaan fokus pada pelanggan dengan sasaran untuk memperoleh manfaat jangka panjang. Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran untuk mengetahui manfaat jangka panjang pelanggan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived value dan customer commitment terhadap customer loyalty serta pengaruh customer loyalty terhadap CLV di PT SUCOFINDO, perusahaan inspeksi dan testing. Penelitian dimulai dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 37 pelanggan B to B dan mengumpulkan data profit margin serta menghitung CLV. Data dianalisa menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dan pengolahannya menggunakan software SmartPLS ver 2.0 M3. Hasil penelitian menindikasikan bahwa perceived value dan customer commitment secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap terbentuknya customer loyalty dan customer loyalty memberikan efek yang kuat terhadap peningkatan CLV. . Hasil penelitian membuktikan teori bahwa perceived value dan customer commitment mempengaruhi customer loyalty serta customer loyalty berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan CLV.

ABSTRACT
Changing marketing strategy from transactional marketing to relationship marketing is required by company to maintain its business sustainability. This is because relationship marketing focuses on customer rather than the transaction itself; hence the objective is to get long-term benefits. One of the method used to assess this long-term benefit is Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The main objective of this research is to study the contribution of perceived value and customer commitment towards customer loyalty, as well as to see whether customer loyalty affects CLV in PT SUCOFINDO, the inspection and testing services company. The research started by sending questionnaires to 37 Business to Business (B-to-B) customers along with collecting profit margin and calculating CLV of them. The collected data then is analyzed by applying Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The software used for calculating PLS is SmartPLS ver 2.0 M3. The PLS analysis result indicates that perceived value and customer commitment, significantly effects customer loyalty in positive direction, as well as customer loyalty to CLV. This supports the theory which says that customer loyalty is affected by customer perceived value and commitment, and customer loyalty contributes to increasing of CLV."

Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku pelanggan melalui segmentasi pelanggan dan merancang strategi pengembangan pelanggan UMKM Perhiasan Emas. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan menjadi beberapa klaster berdasarkan variabel Recency, Frequency, dan Monetary (RFM). Metode Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) dan Customer Value Matrix (CVM) juga digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelanggan pada setiap klaster. Setiap klaster akan dirancang strategi pengembangan dengan penentuan prioritas menggunakan Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS). Terdapat empat klaster pelanggan yang terbentuk dalam penelitian ini dengan delapan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan berdasarkan karakteristik masing-masing klaster yang terbentuk.

The growing interest in investments such as gold jewelry in Indonesia provides good opportunities for gold jewelry business owners, including Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises(MSMEs). Along with this, the times and technology have directed changes in spending behavior of the Indonesian people towards online shopping through e-commerce. With increasing competitiveness, MSMEs need to develop customer relationship management to maintain and increase customer loyalty. For this reason, this study aims to determine customer behavior through customer segmentation and design customer development strategies for Indonesian Gold Jewerly MSMEs. The K-Means Clustering method is used to group customers into several clusters based on Recency, Frequency, and Monetary variables. Customer Lifetime Value(CLV) and Customer Value Matrix(CVM) methods are also used to determine the characteristics of customers in each cluster. Each cluster will be designed with a development strategy with prioritization using the Complex Proportional Assessment(COPRAS). In this study, there are four clusters with eight recommendation strategies to increase customer loyalty based on the characteristics of each cluster."

This research is conducted to cellular telecommunication custotner in Jakarta. Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi. This research use one way ANOVA to evaluate the correlation of customer prolilc and the profit that customer gives to the company. In evaluate the customer value, l use lifetime value model which was developed by Hyunseok Hwang, Tacsoo Jung, and Euiho Suh, from Science and Technology University, South Korea, by ignoring the probability of future customer contribution change.
This research shows that only customer age and customer workplace which give significant effect to customer contribution level or customer loyalty level. This research is also shows that cellular telecommunication customers in Jakarta. Tangerang. Bogor and Bekasi give low contribution to the cellular operator company, even though they have high loyalty level."

"Semakin ketatnya persaingan pada industri e-commerce menyebabkan perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang inovatif untuk dapat memenangkan kompetisi ini. Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah dengan menerapkan customer relationship management (CRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi pelanggan yang sudah ada pada salah satu perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia. Identifikasi pelanggan dengan konsep CRM, yaitu customer lifetime value (CLV) merupakan salah satu pelaksanaan dari analytical CRM. Relational database management system digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pelanggan berdasarkan atribut yang dimiliki. Model Recency, Frequency, dan Monetary (RFM) dijadikan atribut untuk mensegmentasikan pelanggan dengan metode clustering k-means. Pemetaan customer value matrix juga digunakan untuk membantu dalam pembuatan program maintaining pelanggan sehingga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa 9 segmen pelanggan dimana 3 diantara memiliki nilai CLV yang rendah dari semua model analisis. Selain itu, pelanggan yang paling menguntungkan bagi perusahaan adalah pelanggan pada segmen 6 dan 9 karena memiliki nilai CLV tinggi dan penilaian karakteristik lain yang paling baik. Untuk itu, kedua segmen tersebut merupakan pelanggan yang harus dijaga hubunganannya dengan perusahaan agar terciptanya profit.

The increasing of competition in e-commerce industry forces the company to have an innovative strategy in order to lead this competition. One of these strategy which can be implemented is customer relationship management concept. In the implementation, the company needs to understand the target of customer based on behavior and characteristics in the transaction process. The study aims to identify the existing customer of e-commerce's company in Indonesia. Identifying customer is one of the activity in analytical CRM. Customer lifetime value is a concept of CRM to identify the customer loyalty. The used of the existing database can help in analyzing customer. Relational database management system approach is used to retrieve the information about RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary) atribut of each customer. RFM model is used as atribut to differentiate customer with clustering k-means method. Finally, mapping the customer's segment into customer value matrix is used to help in creating maintaining customer program in order to increase customer loyalty. Result from this study is 9 segments of customer where 3 clusters have the lowest CLV and another analysis model. Beside that, segment 6 and 9 have high CLV and high in another model of assessment. Both segments are the customer which have high loyalty. Company should maintain the relationship very well with those kind of customer"
