"Film Bankier van Het Verzet menjadi salah satu film yang mengangkat kisah nyata perjuangan rakyat Belanda dalam melawan pendudukan Nazi, khususnya Walraven van Hall yang merupakan tokoh utama dalam film dengan ambisinya membela rakyat Belanda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan permasalahan penelitian yaitu bagaimana tindak tutur digunakan oleh tokoh utama film Bankier van Het Verzet tahun 2018. Teori yang digunakan dalam menyusun penelitian ini yaitu tindak tutur dari Searle (1969). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari dialog tokoh utama yang memiliki dua peran berbeda dalam film dengan judul Bankier van Het Verzet. Film ini diperoleh dari layanan over the top (OTT), Netflix. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan adanya perbedaan penggunaan secara umum tindak tutur serta tujuan tindak tutur yang digunakan tokoh utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan tindak tutur yang digunakan tokoh utama sesuai dengan mitra tutur dan konteks yang ada saat tuturan terjadi.

Bankier van Het Verzet is one of the films that tells the true story of the struggle of the Dutch people against the Nazi occupation, focused on Walraven van Hall who is the main character in the film with his ambition to defend the Dutch people. The method of this research is qualitative research method, with the aim of knowing the speech acts of the main character of the 2018’s movie Bankier van Her Verzet. The theory that used to compile this research is the speech of acts by Searle (1969). The data that used in this research was taken from the main character of Bankier van Het Verzet movie that has two different characters. This movie was obtained from Netflix's over the top (OTT) service. The purpose of this research is to show the differences in the general use of speech acts and the purpose of speech acts used by the main character. The results of this research show the differences of the speech acts that used by the main character according to the speech partners and the context that existed when the speech occurred."

"Perang Dunia II menimbulkan berbagai dampak terhadap beberapa negara di Eropa, salah satunya Belanda. Tahun 1940 Belanda menjadi negara yang diinvasi oleh tentara Jerman. Terjadi kekacauan di negara Belanda akibat adanya invasi tersebut. Film Bankier van het Verzet (2018) merupakan salah satu film yang menceritakan tentang Perang Dunia II di Belanda. Film ini memperlihatkan perjuangan seorang bankir bernama Walraven van Hall dalam mendanai perlawanan Belanda terhadap Jerman. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dinamika kepribadian tokoh Walraven van Hall dalam film Bankier van het Verzet (2018)? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud tentang id, ego, dan superego yang didukung oleh pendapat Mac Dougall tentang dorongan naluri dasar manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripksikan dinamika kepribadian tokoh Walraven van Hall. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Walraven van Hall mengalami perubahan kepribadian dari id ke ego lalu menjadi superego, id menjadi ego, dan id menjadi superego. Id Walraven van Hall merupakan manifestasi dari dorongan naluri untuk mempertahankan hidup dan berbakti. Ego Walraven van Hall bekerja untuk memuaskan id melalui tindakan-tindakannya dalam menghadapi realita. Superego Walraven van Hall dapat dilihat melalui tindakannya yang berusaha mengendalikan ego, karena hati nurani dan norma yang berlaku di masyarakat.

World War II has impacts on several countries in Europe, one of which is Netherlands. In 1940 Netherlands became a country that was invaded by German army. There was chaos in Netherlands due to the invasion. Bankier van het Verzet (2018) is a film that tells about World War II in Netherlands. This film shows the struggle of a banker named Walraven van Hall in funding Dutch resistance against Germany. Walraven van Hall sacrifices many things to defend his country. The research’s problem is how Walraven van Hall’s personality dynamics in Bankier van het Verzet film (2018)? This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and Sigmund Freud's literary psychoanalysis theory about id, ego, and superego which supported by Mac Dougall's opinion about human instincts. The purpose of this research is to describe Walraven van Hall’s personality dynamics. The results show that Walraven van Hall’s personality changes from id to ego to superego, id to ego, and id to superego. Walraven van Hall's id is manifestation of survival and serves instinct. Walraven van Hall's ego works to satisfy id in dealing with reality. Walraven van Hall's superego can be seen when he tries to control ego, because of conscience and norms in society."

"Penelitian ini adalah kajian tentang jenis-jenis tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif yang  terdapat dalam  film Belanda 'Jongens', Film 'Jongens' merupakan film yang dirilis di tahun 2014 tentang pencarian jati diri seorang atlet estafet remaja bernama Sieger serta kebingungannya dengan seksualitas dan label diri. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk memaparkan tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif apa saja yang terdapat di dalam film 'Jongens'. Kajian ini berlandaskan teori John Langshaw Austin dalam How To Do Things With Words dan John R. Searle dalam Speech Acts: An Essay in the Philosophy of Language dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Terdapat total 32 tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif yang dapat diidentifikasi dalam kajian ini dan tindak jenis ekspresif yang ditemukan adalah sarkasme, memberi sindiran, pujian, kekhawatiran, amarah, dan kekecewaan.

This research is a study of the types of expressive illocutionary speech acts through linguistic perspective contained in the Dutch film 'Jongens', the film 'Jongens' is a film released in 2014 about the search for the identity of a teenage relay athlete named Sieger and his confusion with his sexuality and self label. The purpose of this study is to describe what expressive illocutionary speech acts are in the film 'Jongens'. This study is based on the theory of John Langshaw Austin in How To Do Things With Words and John R. Searle in Speech Acts: An Essay in the Philosophy of Language and uses a qualitative descriptive method. There are a total of 32 examples of expressive illocutionary speech acts that can be identified in this study and the identified expressive acts are sarcasm, praise, worry, anger, and disappointment.

Penelitian ini memakai teori film David Bordwell dan Kristin Thompson yang dilihat dari aspek sinematografis. Pendekatan negosiasi menjadi pendukung untuk menganalisis korpus. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan negosiasi dan penolakan identitas yang dipilih tokoh utama untuk menyelesaikan konflik identitasnya. Adanya stereotip orang Belanda terhadap imigran Maroko menjadi penyebab konflik identitas yang dialami tokoh utama. Pada akhirnya tokoh utama memilih untuk tetap mempertahankan identitas Marokonya.

This research discusses the negotiation identity of the main character in the film Valentino (2013). This research uses the theory of the film David Bordwell and Kristin Thompson as seen from cinematographic aspects. The negotiation approach becomes a supporter for analyzing the corpus. The results of this research show that negotiation and rejection of the identity chosen by the main character to resolve their identity conflict. The existence of the stereotype of the Dutch towards Moroccan immigrants is a cause of identity conflict experienced by the main character. In the end the main character chose to keep his Moroccan identity."

"Penelitian ini membahas tindak tutur direktif dalam Film Yowis Ben karya Bayu Skak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan tuturan direktif bahasa Jawa dialek Malang dalam Film Yowis Ben. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teori pragmatik. Tindak tutur tidak hanya ditemukan pada percakapan sehari-hari, tetapi juga dapat ditemukan dalam karya sastra berupa film. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tuturan direktif bahasa Jawa dialek Malang dituturkan oleh penutur secara langsung, tanpa basa-basi, dan sebagian besar menggunakan bahasa Jawa ragam Ngoko, tanpa melihat status sosial mitra tutur. Terdapat 22 data yang merupakan tuturan direktif, yang dapat dibagi menjadi 19 data tindak tutur langsung, dan 3 data tindak tutur tidak langsung. Fungsi yang ditemukan yaitu fungsi memerintah, fungsi meminta, fungsi melarang, dan fungsi memberikan nasihat. Dari beberapa penggunaan tuturan direktif bahasa Jawa dialek Malang dalam Film Yowis Ben, yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu penggunaan tuturan direktif secara langsung, fungsi memerintah.

This study discusses directive speech acts in the film Yowis Ben by Bayu Skak. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of directive speech in Javanese dialect of Malang in the film Yowis Ben. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with pragmatic theory. Speech acts are not only found in everyday conversations, but can also be found in literary works in the form of films. The results showed that the use of the Javanese dialect of Malang dialect directive was spoken by the speakers directly, without further ado, and most of them used the Javanese variety of ngoko, regardless of the social status of the speech partner. There are 22 data which are directive speech acts, which can be divided into 19 direct speech act data, and 3 indirect speech act data. The functions found are commanding function, requesting function, prohibiting function, and giving advice function. Of the several uses of Javanese directive speech in Malang dialect in Yowis Ben's film, the most commonly found is the use of direct directive speech, the function of commanding."

"Topik mengenai virus covid-19 merupakan topik yang sedang menjadi perbincangan penting dua tahun ke belakang di seluruh dunia termasuk di Belanda. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk memberi edukasi mengenai pencegahan virus covid-19 adalah dengan membuat film animasi edukasi mengenai virus covid-19. Cara tersebut dilakukan oleh dua kanal YouTube asal Belanda, kanal YouTube pribadi Sjoerd Visser dan kanal YouTube lembaga akademik Social and Behavioural Sciences Leiden University. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tindak tutur dari penyampaian informasi penting yang terdapat pada dua film animasi dengan topik virus covid-19 dan perbedaan serta persamaan yang terdapat pada dua film animasi edukasi dari dua kanal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori tindak tutur yang dikembangkan oleh John R. Searle. Data diambil dari film animasi edukasi yang diunggah oleh kanal YouTube pribadi dan lembaga akademik asal Belanda. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa diantara dua film animasi tersebut ditemukan perbedaan yaitu pada jenis tindak tutur, penokohan, dan pusat pengisahannya serta persamaan yaitu tindak tutur pada kedua film animasi tersebut berisi langkah-langkah mengurangi laju penyebaran virus covid-19 yang ditujukan kepada anak-anak.

The topic of the Covid-19 virus is a topic that has become an important topic of discussion for the past two years around the world, including in the Netherlands. One of the methods used to provide education about the prevention of the covid-19 virus is by making educational animated films about the covid-19 virus. This method was carried out by two YouTube channels from the Netherlands, Sjoerd Visser's personal YouTube channel and the YouTube channel of Leiden University's Social and Behavioral Sciences academic institution. This study discusses the speech acts of delivering important information contained in two animated films with the topic of the covid-19 virus and the differences and similarities found in the two educational animated films from the two channels. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using the speech act theory developed by John R. Searle. The data is taken from educational animated films uploaded by private YouTube channels and academic institutions from the Netherlands. The results of this study show that between the two animated films there are differences, namely in the types of speech acts, characterizations, and the center of the story, and the similarity, namely the speech acts in the two animated films, which contain steps to reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus aimed at children. ."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini menganalisis perubahan karakter tokoh utama anak yaitu Theeb Al-Howeitat dalam film Theeb. Tujuannya adalah untuk memaparkan dan menjelaskan berbagai perubahan karakter Theeb beserta penyebabnya. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa metodologi kepustakaan, metode strukturalis digunakan untuk menganalisis unsur intrinsik, metode deskriptif analitis digunakan untuk menganalisis perubahan karakter tokoh Theeb. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan tokoh Theeb mengalami perubahan karena mengalami perasaan dukacita yang mendalam, kemudian ia pun berubah menjadi karakter yang lain demi mendapatkan kebahagiaan.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori hierarki kebutuhan manusia oleh Abraham Harold Maslow dan didukung dengan teori tokoh oleh Nurgiyantoro. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hierarki kebutuhan manusia dari tokoh utama film Antonia’s Line (1995) yang tersusun atas kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan keamanan, kebutuhan cinta, kebutuhan ego, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri dari Antonia berhasil terpenuhi.

Film is a form of literary work because it uses language to convey messages and is a creation of the imagination of its author. Film is a contemporary movement from the form of textual literature to visual literature. One of the literary works in the form of a film that was well received by international community is Antonia's Line (1995) by Marleen Gorris. The film Antonia’s Line (1995) received many prestigious awards and gained much attention from film critics as well as journalists. The film which lasts 1 hour 42 minutes tells the story of a woman named Antonia who returns to the village where she was born with her daughter, Danielle, after World War II. The problem of this research is how are the hierarchy of human needs of the main character in Antonia's Line (1995) film by Marleen Gorris. The purpose of this research is to describe the hierarchy of human needs of the main character in Antonia's Line (1995) film by Marleen Goris. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. This research used the theory of the hierarchy of human needs by Abraham Harold Maslow and supported by the theory of character from Nurgiyantoro. The results of this research show that the hierarchy of human needs of the main character in Antonia’s Line (1995) film which is composed of physiological needs, security needs, love needs, ego needs, and self-actualization needs has been successfully fulfilled."

This undergraduate thesis analyzes the main character Cheng Dieyi in the film and novel 霸王别姬 Bawang Bie Ji (Farewell My Concubine). The purpose of this study is to explain both the similarities and differences of Cheng Dieyi's characterization between the film and novel. The conclusion of this study indicates that the characterization of Cheng Dieyi in the novel is more prominent than in the film due to the characteristics of both mediums. The sources of this study are the film Farewell My Concubine and the second edition of novel 霸王别姬 Bawang Bie Ji (Farewell My Concubine). Moreover, the author also uses otherrelevant sources to support the study."
