"Studi ini menganalisis mengenai dampak Information and Communication Technology (ICT) terhadap total perdagangan bilateral antar enam negara ASEAN dan tiga mitra dagang utama ASEAN yaitu China, Amerika Serikat, dan Jepang dengan menggunakan data panel dari tahun 2000 hingga 2019. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel proxy ICT yang digunakan, antara lain adalah fixed-broadband subscriptions, mobile-cellular subscriptions, serta angka penetrasi internet: (i) memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perdagangan bilateral antar enam negara ASEAN dan tiga mitra dagang, walaupun besar pengaruh antar variabel proxy berbeda-beda; (ii) melalui variabel interaksi antara jarak dan variabel proxy ICT, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa ICT dapat mengkompensasi jarak fisik antar dua negara yang melakukan perdagangan bilateral.

This study analyzes the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the total bilateral trade between the six ASEAN countries and the three main ASEAN trading partners, namely China, the United States, and Japan using panel data from 2000 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that ICT proxy variables used include fixed-broadband subscriptions, mobile-cellular subscriptions, and internet penetration rates: (i) it has a positive and significant impact on bilateral trade between six ASEAN countries and three trading partners, although the influence between variables is different among the three proxies; (ii) through the interaction variable between distance and ICT proxy variable, it can be shown that ICT can compensate for the physical distance between two countries conducting bilateral trade."

"Perkembangan Information and Communication Technology (ICT) memberikan dampak yang luas tak terkecuali terhadap perdagangan internasional. Dengan adanya ICT diharapkan dapat mengurangi biaya perdagangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak ICT terhadap perdagangan bilateral Indonesia. Dalam studi ini juga melihat dampak ICT di 3 kelompok barang yang berbeda yaitu barang modal, barang setengah jadi dan barang konsumsi. Selain itu, studi ini mencoba untuk menganalisis keunggulan komparatif Indonesia di 3 kelompok barang dan mengurai pertumbuhan ekspor Indonesia ke dalam efek harga dan efek kuantitas. Untuk analisis empiris, studi ini menggunakan model gravitasi (Tinbergen, 1962) sebagai model acuan dengan data panel dari perdagangan bilateral Indonesia dan 36 negara pada tahun 2000 sampai 2017. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah proxy-proxy ICT (mobile-cellular subscription, fixed-broadband subscriptions, dan jumlah pengguna internet) yang digunakan mempunyai dampak yang positif dan signifikan serta konsisten mempengaruhi perdagangan bilateral Indonesia secara total maupun ketika dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok barang. Sebagai tambahan, Indonesia memiliki keunggulan komparatif di barang konsumsi dan barang setengah jadi berdasarkan metode revealed comparative advantage, serta ekspor Indonesia masih di dominasi oleh efek harga dibandingkan efek kuantitas.

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has a very broad impact, including to international trade. With the existence of ICT, it is expected to reduce trade costs. This study aims to look at the impact of ICT on Indonesias bilateral trade. In this study also try to see the impact of ICT in 3 different groups of goods, namely capital goods, intermediate goods and consumer goods. In addition, this study attempts to analyze Indonesias comparative advantage in 3 groups of goods and breaks down the growth of Indonesian exports into the price effect and quantity effect. For empirical analysis, this study uses a gravity model (Tinbergen, 1962) as a reference model with panel data from bilateral trade between Indonesia and 36 countries in 2000 to 2017. The results obtained are ICT proxies (mobile-cellular subscriptions, fixed-broadband subscriptions, and number of internet usage) have a positive and significant impact and consistently affecting Indonesias bilateral trade in total and when divided into 3 groups of goods. In addition, Indonesia has a comparative advantage in consumer goods and intermediate goods based on revealed comparative advantage method, and Indonesian exports are still dominated by price effects compared to the quantity effect. "

"Salah satu cara mengukur kualitas layanan teknologi informasi adalah denganditerapkannya perjanjian tingkat layanan. Lamanya waktu penanganan terhadapinsiden dan problem terhadap SLA Service Level Agreement yang telah disepakatiserta masih terjadinya insiden setelah adanya perubahan yang terencana dapatmenurunkan kualitas manajemen layanan teknologi informasi TI sehinggamenurunkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap organisasi.PT XYZ merupakan sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan teknologi informasidi bidang infrastruktur TI. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untukmengevaluasi serta mengukur tingkat kapabi litas proses-proses manajemenlayanan TI pada PT XYZ serta memberikan rekomendasi bentuk perbaikan prosesberdasarkan COBIT 5.Metodologi yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah dimulai denganmengidentifikasi permasalahan di organisasi, kemudian menentukan proses domaindi ITIL Versi 3 yang terkait dengan permasalahan dan melakukan pemetaanterhadap proses-proses yang serupa di COBIT 5. Hasil pemetaan tersebut kemudiandiukur tingkat kapabilitasnya. Selanjutnya menentukan target tingkat kapabilitasdan dianalisis kesenjangan antara tingkat kapabilitas saat ini dengan target,membuat prioritas terhadap perbaikan proses yang kemudian dilanjutkan denganmenentukan KPI Key Performance Indicator dan rekomendasi aktivitas setiapproses TI.Berdasarkan penilaian tingkat kapabilitas layanan teknologi informasi denganmenggunakan PAM Process Assessment Model COBIT 5, didapatkan hasil bahwatingkat kapabilitas proses-proses TI berada pada level 3 established . Rekomendasiperbaikan proses tersebut telah tersedia melalui panduan dari COBIT 5.

One way to measure quality of IT services is by applying SLA Service LevelAgreement . The length of time for incident and problem handling with the agreedSLA and incidents post planned change implementation can degrade the quality ofIT service management, thereby it will decreasing the level of customer satisfactionwith the organization.PT XYZ is an IT service provider and focusing on manage IT infrastructureservices. The main goal of this research is to evaluate and measure the level ofcapability of IT service management processes in PT XYZ and to providerecommendations on the form of process improvement based on COBIT 5The methodology used in this research is begin by identifying the problems in theorganization, then determine the process domain in ITIL version 3 which is relatedto the problem, mapping the similar processes in COBIT 5 and then measure itscapability level. Next step is determine target of capability level and then analyseits gap between current capability level with the target, prioritize the processimprovements which then proceed with determining the KPI Key PerformanceIndicator and activity recommendations for each IT process.Based on the assessment of the capability level of IT services by using PAM Process Assessment Model COBIT 5 showed that the capability level of ITservices are at level 3 established . Recommendations for such processimprovmenet are available through guidance from COBIT 5."

"Beragamnya layanan informasi semakin menuntut peningkatan bandwidth dan kehandalan jaringan yang memadai. Oleh karena itu PT Telkom Indonesia, melakukan perencanaan jaringan backbone DWDM 40G link Jatinegara - Cikupa. perencanaan ini berasal dari jaringan exsisting sampai batas maksimum kapasitas yang dapat ditampung. Pada tahun 2012 kebutuhan bandwidth adalah 380 Gbps sampai tahun 2024 mencapai 1178,296 Gbps yang dihitung menggunakan regresi linear. Terdapat perbedaan teknologi yang dipakai antara DWDM 40G dengan teknologi DWDM dibawahnya seperti faktor dispersi kromatik dan format modulasi (RZ-DQPSK). Pada perencanaan ini dilakukan kalkulasi level daya dan penambahan DCM untuk mendapatkan parameter perencanaan yang optimum seperti BER dan OSNR.

Diversity of information services increasingly demanding higher bandwidth and network reliability are adequate. Therefore, PT Telkom Indonesia, planning 40G DWDM backbone network link Jatinegara - Cikupa. This plan comes from exsisting network to the maximum capacity that can be accommodated. In 2012 was 380 Gbps bandwidth requirements up to 2024 Gbps reached 1178.296 calculated using linear regression. There are differences between 40G DWDM and under 40G DWDM such as chromatic dispersion factor and modulation format (RZ-DQPSK). This planning is done calculations on the power level and the addition of DCM to obtain the optimum design parameters such as A and OSNR."

"Industri teknologi komunikasi dan informasi (ICT) merupakan industri berteknologi tinggi yang dikuasai oleh mayoritas negara maju seperti Amerika, Jepang, dan negara-negara Eropa Barat. China sendiri merupakan negara pendatang baru dalam industri ini. Pada dekade 1980-1990an industri ICT China masih terbelakang dibandingkan negara-negara lain. Akan tetapi pada tahun 2001-2008 China mengalami kemajuan pesat dalam industri tersebut. Penelitian ini akan membahas penyebab kemajuan industri ICT China tersebut. Dalam menganalisis kemajuan industri ICT China, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Catch Up Strategies for Latecomer Alexander Gerschenkron tentang tahap-tahap yang perlu dilalui suatu negara pendatang baru untuk dapat memiliki daya saing industri yang kuat secara internasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa China telah menjalani reformasi sistem sains dan teknologi, mengalami upgrading dalam struktur jaringan produksi internasional, mereformasi sistem hukum, dan melakukan internasionalisasi terhadap industri ICTnya.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a high tech industry possessed by majority of developed countries such as USA, Japan, and Western European countries. China is a latecomer in this industry. In 1980-1990s, the China ICT industry was still falling behind other countries. However, in 2001-2008, China undergoes rapid advancement on the industry. This research would analyse the reasons of the advancement of China ICT industry. In analysing the advancement of China ICT industry, this research applies the theory of Catch Up Strategies for Latecomer by Alexander Gerschenkron which talks about the phases required to undertook by a latecomer towards strong international competitiveness. The result of this research is that China has undergone science and technology system reform, upgrading in the structure of international production network, refroming the law system, and internationalising her ICT industry."

"Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di lingkungan sekolah telah banyak dibahas di berbagai penelitian. Namun, kebanyakan dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa belum terdapat satu pun model universal yang cocok untuk diterapkan oleh semua sekolah. Disertasi ini menghasilkan pemodelan pemanfaatan TIK sekolah yang dibangun dengan menggunakan pendekatan data empiris berdasarkan hasil survei yang dikumpulkan dari 544 sekolah di Indonesia. Dalam proses awal, literatur dan pendapat ahli setempat dieksplorasi untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama dalam proses pemanfaatan TIK di sekolah. Faktor-faktor ini kemudian digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk merancang instrumen pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari 50 pertanyaan. Variabel yang paling diskriminatif diidentifikasi menggunakan Analisis Principal Component, yang menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK di sekolah memiliki tujuh principal component dengan masing-masing bobot: (1) Fasilitas TIK (20,35%); (2) Pemanfaatan TIK dalam administrasi (14,89%); (3) Pemanfaatan TIK dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran (12,71%); (4) Keterampilan pengguna (11,52%); (5) Kebijakan (6,61%); (6) Pendanaan (6,53%) dan (7) Infrastruktur TIK dasar (6,29%). principal components kemudian diproses ulang berdasarkan uji kausalitas statistik yang secara empiris mencerminkan kasus-kasus yang terjadi sekolah. Model ini menunjukkan tujuh principal component yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil ujian nasional sekolah.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the school environment has been widely acknowledged by many prominent studies. However, many of them also show that there is no single universal model suitable to be implemented by all schools. This study produce a modelling of school ICT utilization which is built by using an empirical data driven approach based on survey results data collected from 544 schools in Indonesia. In the initial process, literature and local expert opinions were explored to identify the main factors in an ICT utilization process in school. These factors were then used as guidelines for a design of data collection instrument which consisted of 50 questions. The most discriminative variables are identified using Principal Component Analysis, which indicates that ICT utilization in schools have seven principal components with each weight: (1) ICT facilities (20.35%); (2) utilising ICT in administration (14.89%); (3) utilising ICT in teaching and learning (12.71%); (4) user skill (11.52%); (5) policy (6.61%); (6) financial (6.53%) and (7) basic ICT infrastructure (6.29%). The principal components are subsequently reprocessed based on a statistical causality test that reflects from empirical schools cases. The model shows seven principal components which contribute to schools' national examination results."

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai efektifitas dari e-government di Arsip Nasional RI (ANRI) dalam bentuk Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (JIKN). JIKN, sebagai salah satu bentuk pengembangan e-government dapat memberikan percepatan akses pelayanan kearsipan kepada pengguna melalui satu jaringan berskala nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan skor rata-rata 2,96 ? 3,56 yang menyatakan bahwa penilaian JIKN cukup efektif
dengan kecenderungan efektif.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is about the effectivity of e-government in The National Archives Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), in the form of Indonesian Archival Information Network (JIKN). JIKN, as a form of e-government development can provide access acceleration archival services to the users through one nationwide network. This study is a survey research with quantitative approach in the descriptive design. The results of this study showed an average score of 2.96 to 3.56 which states that the assessment of JIKN quite effectively with the trend effectively."

TIK yang handal sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri suatu organisasi dan orang-orangnya dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. Sebuah studi yang dilakukan oleh Harris Interactive, sebuah perusahaan riset pasar, menunjukkan bahwa Chief Information Officer (CIO) kurang percaya diri dalam hal kesiapan menghadapi bencana. Kesiapsiagaan TIK merupakan komponen penting dalam mendukung kesinambungan bisnis. Menurut survey The World Economic Forum's Networked Readiness Index (NRI), penggunaan TIK di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan, namun demikian potensi bencana di Indonesia cukup tinggi. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan TIK perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kesiapsiagaan TIK tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah kerangka kerja penilaian kesiapan TIK untuk mendukung Business Continuity. Penelitian dimulai dengan menetapkan isu yang menjadi perhatian, kemudian mencari model-model yang relevan dan memroses serta menyusunnya menjadi sebuah kerangka kerja penilaian kesiapan TIK. Kerangka kerja yang sudah disusun,diujicobakan pada sebuah studi kasus dengan tujuan untuk memerbaiki kekurangan-kekurangan yang muncul pada saat penggunaan. Hasil penerapan kerangka kerja tersebut membantu menilai tingkat kesiapan TIK dan memudahkan prioritisasi upaya meningkatkan kesiapan TIK dalam menghadapi ancaman gangguan bencana.;Information and Communication Technology (ICT) potentially provide high returns and can also make changes in the economy and changes in a country. Reliable ICT is needed to improve the confidence of an organization and its people in business processes. A study conducted by Harris Interactive, a market research firm, shows that the Chief Information Officer (CIO) lack of confidence in terms of disaster readiness. Readiness ICT is an essential component to support business continuity. According to the survey of the World Economic Forum's Networked Readiness Index (NRI), the use of ICT in Indonesia continues to increase, however, the potential for disaster in Indonesia is quite high. In an effort to improve the readiness of ICT needs to conduct an assessment of the ICT readiness. This study was conducted to create a framework for ICT readiness assessment to support Business Continuity. The study begins with a set of issues of concern, then look for the relevant models and process and compile them into a framework for ICT readiness assessment. The framework has been developed, tested on a case study with the aim to repair the deficiencies that arise during use.
