"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan media yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk menerapkan ilmu serta mengembangkan keahliannya dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melaksanakan PKPA di Industri Farmasi, Pemerintahan (BPOM), Apotek, dan Distributor Farmasi. Salah satu peran apoteker sebagai Business Development di industri farmasi yaitu memberikan ide produk baru dan menyiapkan product knowledge produk. Peran apoteker di pemerintahan yaitu sebagai pengawas peredaran obat dan makanan di masyarakat, salah satu nya peredaran pada e-commerce. Di apotek, peran apoteker yaitu memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian dan melakukan pemberian informasi kesehatan kepada pasien, baik melalui media offline maupun online. Peran apoteker di distributor yaitu melakukan proses pengadaan, penyimpanan, hingga penyaluran obat. Kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan bermanfaat sebagai bekal apoteker sebelum berkontribusi di dunia kerja kefarmasian.

Pharmacist student can implement PKPA in Pharmaceutical Industry, Government (BPOM), Pharmacy, and Pharmaceutical Distributor. One of the pharmacist's roles as Business Development at the pharmaceutical industry is to provide new product ideas and prepare product knowledge. The role of pharmacist at government is to supervise drug and food distribution in the community, one of which is the distribution in e-commerce. At pharmacy, the role of pharmacist is to provide pharmaceutical services and provide health information to patients, both through offline and online media. The pharmacist's role at the distributor is to carry out the process of procurement, storage, and distribution of drugs. PKPA is useful as a provision for pharmacists before contributing to the pharmaceutical work."

"Profesi apoteker adalah salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang berperan penting dalam lingkungan kesehatan. Salah satu hal yang dilakukan oleh apoteker adalah praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kefarmasian dilakukan tidak hanya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti puskesmas atau rumah sakit, tetapi juga dilakukan di apotek, industri farmasi, dan distributor atau pedagang besar farmasi. Seorang calon apoteker diwajibkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian dengan mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) untuk memastikan calon apoteker dapat bekerja secara profesional setelah lulus dinyatakan sebagai apoteker. Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Harsen Laboratories periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy periode Mei 2022. PKPA dilaksanakan dengan harapan dapat membantu calon apoteker untuk memperoleh ilmu, keterampilan, dan wawasan yang sesuai untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai dengan bidangnya.

A prospective pharmacist is required to improve competence in carrying out pharmaceutical practice by participating in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice to ensure that prospective pharmacists can work professionally after being graduated and declared as pharmacists. The Pharmacis Professional Work Practice is carried out at PT. Harsen Laboratories on January – February 2022 and Roxy Pharmacy on May 2022. Professional Work Practice is implemented with the hope of helping prospective pharmacists to acquire the appropriate knowledge, skills, and insights to carry out pharmaceutical work in accordance with their fields"

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kefarmasian dapat dilaksanakan baik di industri farmasi maupun di tempat pelayanan farmasi klinik, seperti apotek dan puskesmas. Praktik tersebut harus dilakukan secara profesional dan rasional sehingga diperlukan kompetensi yang baik sesuai standar kompetensi apoteker. Dalam mencapai standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus berpartisipasi langsung dalam Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA memfasilitasi calon apoteker untuk memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Di samping itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di industri farmasi serta di tempat pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di PT Clinisindo Laboratories pada periode 3 Januari 2022 sampai 25 Februari 2022, Apotek Kimia Farma 563 Utama Raya pada periode 2 Maret 2022 sampai 31 Maret 2022, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres pada periode 11 April 2022 sampai 25 April 2022.

Pharmacist is a profession that has an important role in pharmaceutical practice. The pharmaceutical practice could be performed in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical pharmacy services, such as pharmacy and puskesmas. The practice must be performed professionally and rationally. Thus, good competence is needed according to pharmacist competency standards. In achieving these competency standards, prospective pharmacists should participate directly in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). PKPA facilitates prospective pharmacists to obtain knowledge, skills, and experiences in pharmaceutical practice. Besides that, prospective pharmacists could also get a clear picture of pharmacists' roles and responsibilities in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical pharmacy services. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was held at PT Clinisindo Laboratories from January 3 rd , 2022 to February 25th , 2022; Apotek Kimia Farma 563 Utama Raya from March 2 nd , 2022 to March 31st , 2022; and Puskesmas Kecamatan Kalideres from April 11th , 2022 to April, 25th , 2022."

Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Apoteker merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang ikut bertanggung jawab dalam menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan bagi pasien, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Seorang apoteker harus mempunyai ilmu yang mendalam dan pengalaman kerja yang mumpuni agar dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang terbaik bagi pasien. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya untuk membekali seorang apoteker, mahasiswa program studi apoteker diwajibkan untuk mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan para mahasiswa dapat mengenal lebih dalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker, serta dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas terkait dunia kerja kefarmasian. Therefore, in an effort to equip a pharmacist, Apothecary Professional Program's students are required to take the Apothecary Professional Work Practice. The goals of this activity are for students to comprehend more regarding the role and duties of pharmacists, and provide a clearer picture of the world of pharmaceutical work. Thus, the abilities and capabilities of apothecary students can be increased. As a student of the Apothecary Professional Program, the author had the opportunity to do the Apothecary Professional Work Practice at PT Takeda Indonesia for the period July – August 2021 and Apotek Kasih for the period September 2021. Through this opportunity, the author was given a special task regarding Product Quality Review and Workload Analysis."

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was held at PT Global Onkolab Farma, National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), and Kimia Farma 46 Rawa Badak pharmacy for the period of January – May 2022. Prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain the appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience from work practice activities that have been obtained to perform pharmaceutical work."

"Visite apoteker merupakan salah satu standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di rumah sakit yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan PMK tahun 2016, bertujuan untuk berkomunikasi dan memantau kondisi klinis pasien rawat inap secara langsung, memantau terapi obat, menyajikan informasi obat, dan memberikan rekomendasi terapi obat kepada dokter. Selain itu, apoteker juga melakukan pelayanan informasi obat yang diberikan secara langsung atau melalui video edukasi dan leaflet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan visite kepada pasien ibu menyusui pasca operasi sesar dan membuat video edukasi penggunaan alat nebulizer, handihaler, dan mencuci hidung dengan NaCl 0,9%. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat penggunaan analgesik yang tidak tepat, sehingga bisa membahayakan pasien dan bayinya. Olehkarena itu, apoteker memberikan rekomendasi dan berdiskusi dengan dokter terkait analgesik yang aman untuk pasien. Selanjutnya, salah satu cara untuk menjamin mutu kehidupan pasien oleh apoteker di apotek adalah melakukan kajian pada resep polifarmasi. Resep polifarmasi merupakan resep yang dituliskan dengan 3 jenis obat atau lebih. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu data yang berasal dari resep polifarmasi di Apotek Roxy Pitara. Hasil penelitian 28 resep polifarmasi, kajian administrasi dari aspek umur 55,57%, berat badan 14,29 %, jenis kelamin 92,86%, paraf dokter 78,57 %, dari kajian kesesuaian farmasetik nama obat, bentuk sediaan, kekuatan sediaan, jumlah obat, dan stabilitas obat pada resep lengkap 100%, dan kajian klinis terdapat 1 resep duplikasi (4,76%) dan 3 resep berinteraksi (14,28%) pada resep dengan 3 obat dari total 21 resep. Resep yang berisi 4 obat, terdapat 2 resep yang berinteraksi (40%) dari total 5 resep.

Visiting pharmacist is one of the clinical pharmacy service standards in hospitals which is carried out in accordance with the 2016 Permenkes RI, which aims to communicate and monitor the clinical condition of inpatients directly, monitor drug therapy, present drug information, and provide drug therapy recommendations to doctors. In addition, pharmacists also provide drug information services which are provided directly or through educational videos and leaflets. The method used in this study was to visit patients with breastfeeding patients after cesarean section and make educational videos on the use of a nebulizer, handihaler, and washing the nose with 0.9% NaCl. The results of this study indicate that the use of analgesics is not appropriate, so that it can harm the patient and her baby. Therefore, pharmacists provide recommendations and discuss with doctors regarding analgesics that are safe for patients. Furthermore, one way to ensure the quality of life of patients by pharmacists is to conduct a study on polypharmacy prescriptions. Polypharmacy prescriptions are prescriptions written with 3 or more types of drugs. The research method was carried out by collecting data retrospectively, namely data from polypharmacy prescriptions at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. The results of the study were 28 polypharmacy prescriptions, in the administrative study from the aspect of age 55.57%, body weight 14.29%, gender 92.86%, doctor's initials 78.57%, from the study of pharmaceutical suitability of drug name, dosage form, dosage strength, number of drugs, and drug stability in 100% complete prescriptions, and in clinical studies there was 1 duplicate prescription (4.76%) and 3 interacting prescriptions (14.28%) in prescriptions with 3 drugs out of a total of 21 prescriptions. Prescriptions containing 4 drugs, there are 2 interacting prescriptions (40%) of the total 5 prescriptions."
