X. Penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan utama yaitu Business Process Reengineering dan Agile Project Management guna memberikan rekomendasi proses bisnis baru pada proyek yang sedang berjalan. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa PT. X perlu memanfaatkan QR Code dan Human Machine Interface untuk memaksimalkan efektivitas dan hasil penerapan usulan proses bisnis tersebut.

Agile project management is one of the methodologies used by organizations to

manage software development projects. The method allows processes to adapt

quickly and respond to customer expectations. Nevertheless, agile method

utilization has its challenges in software development projects. It is crucial to

identify the relevant challenges of agile software development to attain project

success. This study aims to (1) identify agile software development (2) identify

most common challenges and most impact challenges (3) identify impact of

challenges related to project success. Nineteen challenges and map the challenges

into five categories are identified using the systematic literature review and Delphi

method. The result of survey was conducted on Agile practitioners in Indonesia

showed the most common challenge in implementing Agile is organizational

culture, meanwhile the challenge that has the greatest impact is resistance to change

using Henry Garret’s ranking and z-score ranking. The results of PLS-SEM method

show that the challenges related to human resources management, coordination, and

technology have a positive and significant impact on project success. This study can

serve to anticipate the challenges that occur in agile implementation to lead into

project success."

"Tingkat keberhasilan implementasi dan pengembangan manajemen proyek infrastruktur TI di area industri farmasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan pengelolaan proyek. Salah satu aspek yang kurang mendapat perhatian dalam pelaksanaan proyek adalah pengendalian keamanan informasi. Aspek ini merupakan poin critical yang harus dikelola organisasi untuk menjaga confidentiality (C), integrity (I), dan availability (A). Dari data tim keamanan TI farmasi pada 2021 juga menunjukkan bahwa ada potensi insiden yang disebabkan oleh ancaman internal dan eksternal sebanyak 2928 setiap bulan serta 35.04% memiliki korelasi erat dengan proyek Infrastruktur TI dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan perencanaan dan tata kelola penerapan kontrol keamanan informasi pada salah satu proyek infrastruktur TI yaitu “Teknologi Agile Networking SD-WAN” dengan pendekatan ITIL V4 dan ISO 27001:2013. Dengan melakukan analisis risiko berbasis ITIL V4 diharapkan dapat menerapkan kontrol keamanan yang tepat dari ISO 27001 : 2013 sehingga dapat mengurangi atau menurunkan potensi insiden dari ancaman yang ada. Dari analisis dan pengujian dengan pendekatan ITIL V4 dan ISO 27001:2013 melalui metode kualitatif didapatkan tingkat kesenjangan dengan gap sebesar 34.2% dan 32.3% terhadap prasyarat yang telah diajukan. Untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan diperlukan pemetaan keterlibatan pelaku proyek dan penambahan kontrol keamanan di fase manajemen proyek SD-WAN. Kerangka kerja yang telah disusun juga dapat menjadi rekomendasi dan referensi organisasi untuk menyusun keamanan informasi dari setiap manajemen proyek khususnya infrastruktur TI sehingga dapat mengatasi kerentanan terhadap ancaman keamanan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses bisnis di masa depan.

The success rate of implementation and development of IT infrastructure project management in the pharmaceutical industry area is greatly influenced by project management readiness. One aspect that received little attention in implementing the project was information security control. This aspect is a critical point that the instance must manage to maintain confidentiality (C), integrity (I), and availability (A). From the data of the pharmaceutical IT security team in 2021 it also shows that there are potential incidents caused by internal and external threats of 2928 each month and 35.04% have a close correlation with the IT Infrastructure project in the last 3 years. In this study, planning and managing the implementation of information security controls on one of the IT infrastructure projects “SD-WAN Agile Networking Technology” with the approach of ITIL V4 and ISO 27001:2013. By conducting ITIL V4 based risk analysis it is expected to implement appropriate security controls from ISO 27001: 2013 so that it is predicted to reduce or decrease potential incidents from existing threats. From analysis and testing with the approaches of ITIL V4 and ISO 27001:2013 through qualitative methods, a gap of 34.2% and 32.3% was obtained with respect to the proposed requirements. To achieve the desired target requires mapping the involvement of project participants and additional security controls in the SD-WAN project management phase. A structured framework can also serve as an agency recommendation and reference for compiling the information security of any project management in particular IT infrastructure so that it can address vulnerabilities to security threats that may affect future business processes.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perbaikan proses berupa pengembangan aplikasi digital di perusahaan properti dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) untuk mempercepat waktu proses pelaporan defect pada saat proses penjaminan proyek pembangunan berlangsung. Data proses bisnis dan dokumen operasional dikumpulkan dari tim proyek dan internal perusahaan dan dianalisis menggunakan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) dan Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) dengan bantuan software iGrafx. Penelitian ini merancang tiga skenario perbaikan proses yang terdiri dari pengembangan aplikasi digital mobile, pengimplementasian dasbor proyek pada web serta skenario gabungan dengan mengintegrasikan penggunaan aplikasi digital dengan dasbor proyek. Skenario 3 merupakan skenario ideal karena memiliki pengurangan waktu aktivitas dari 32 hari menjadi 12 hari dengan efisiensi tertinggi senilai 45% dikarenakan penggabungan konsep antara skenario 1 dan skenario 2 yaitu pengutilisasian aplikasi digital yang dilengkapi dengan sistem informasi dan terintegrasi datanya ke dalam dasbor proyek dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pada proses pelaporan temuan dan rekapitulasi data yang memakan waktu lama.

This research aims to design process improvements in the form of developing digital applications at property developer industry using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach to speed up the process of reporting findings when checking development projects in progress. Data was collected from the project team and internal companies and analyzed using Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) using iGrafx software. This research produced three process improvement scenarios consisting of developing digital mobile applications, implementing project dashboards on the web and combined scenarios by integrating applications formed with project dashboards. Scenario 3 is the ideal scenario because it reduces the cycle time of quality assurance process from 32 days to 12 days with the highest efficiency of 45% which can solve problems in the process of reporting findings and data recapitulation which takes a long time."

"Dengan diproduksinya banyak plastik kemasan meningkatkan jumlah sampah plastik kemasan pasca-konsumen. Dalam kondisinya saat ini, rantai nilai plastik kemasan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal untuk mendapatkan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun konsep alur plastik kemasan dari hasil analisis dampak lingkungan serta kesadaran lingkungan dimana untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode analisis LCA, analisis environmental prices, analisis jalur, serta analisis deskriptif. Temuan penelitian ini mencakup dampak lingkungan, biaya lingkungan, kesadaran lingkungan, serta susunan konsep alur pengelolaan plastik kemasan. Analisis keseluruhan produksi plaastik kemasan menunjukkan dampak tertinggi dihasilkan dari produksi bahan baku plastik dengan biaya lingkungan sebesar Rp. 14.586.000 per ton plastik kemasan serta pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku berpengaruh sebesar 76.81% terhadap kesadaran lingkungan maka konsep pengelolaan plastik kemasan yang dapat dilakukan adalah berlandaskan ekonomi sirkular dengan memperpanjang rantai hidup dari plastik kemasan.

The production of a lot of plastic packaging increases the amount of post-consumer plastic packaging waste. In its current condition, the plastic packaging value chain is not being utilized optimally to obtain economic value. This research aims to develop a concept for the flow of plastic packaging from the results of environmental impact analysis and environmental awareness, where to achieve this goal, LCA analysis methods, environmental prices analysis, path analysis and descriptive analysis are used. The findings of this research include environmental impacts, environmental costs, environmental awareness, as well as the concept of plastic packaging management flows. The overall analysis of plastic packaging production shows that the highest impact results from the production of plastic raw materials with environmental costs of IDR. 14.586.000 per ton of plastic packaging and knowledge, attitudes and behavior have an influence of 76.81% on environmental awareness, so the concept of managing plastic packaging that can be implemented is based on a circular economy by extending the life chain of plastic packaging."

"Hasil observasi dan survei penilaian tingkat kematangan implementasi manajemen proyek agile menggunakan kerangka kerja scrum di VCTD menunjukkan bahwa VCTD telah mencapai tingkat kematangan level 3. Proses implementasi scrum yang ada di VCTD dapat ditingkatkan lagi agar bisa mencapai level 4 dengan cara melengkapi variabel-variabel yang belum terpenuhi. Masalah utama yang terdapat di VCTD adalah belum tercapainya target rilis pada produk Non-GDS dikarenakan belum idealnya beberapa variabel saat implementasi scrum pada divisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat kematangan implementasi scrum di VCTD saat ini dan mengetahui berapa level kematangan yang telah didapatkan, setelah itu, diberikan rekomendasi untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi untuk menentukan variabel penilaian dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari artefak-artefak scrum, dokumentasi perusahaan serta tools yang dipakai dalam manajemen proyek agile saat menerapkan kerangka kerja scrum. Setelah tahap pertama selesai, kemudian dilakukan survey kepada seluruh tribe pada produk Non-GDS di VCTD untuk mendapatkan nilai kematangan di VCTD saat ini.

The results of observations and surveys on the assessment of the maturity level of the implementation of agile project management using the scrum framework in VCTD show that VCTD has reached a maturity level of level 3. The scrum implementation process in VCTD can be improved again so that it can reach level 4 by completing the missing variables fulfilled. The main problem with VCTD is that the release target for Non-GDS products has not been achieved because some variables were not ideal when implementing Scrum in the division. This study aims to assess the maturity level of the current scrum implementation in VCTD and to find out how many maturity levels have been obtained, after which, recommendations are given to reach a higher maturity level. This research was conducted by means of interviews and observations to determine the assessment variables by collecting data from Scrum artifacts, company documentation and tools used in agile project management when implementing the Scrum framework. After the first phase was completed, a survey of all the tribes in the Non-GDS product in VCTD was conducted to obtain the maturity value in the current VCTD."
