"Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi proses kemas ulang informasi digital di saluran komunikasi milik pemerintah, Indonesiabaik.Id, selama pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses dan hambatan dalam kemas ulang informasi digital dilihat dari metodologi IACR Chatterjee, yang terdiri dari inisiasi, penentuan cakupan/karakteristik produk, perencanaan dan persiapan, pengumpulan informasi, pemrosesan dan pengorganisasian informasi, pelaksanaan tugas pelengkap dan penyempurnaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait kemas ulang informasi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama COVID-19 tidak ada perubahan besar pada proses penerapan, namun anggota tim dituntut untuk bekerja lebih cepat dan lebih akurat dalam desain dan penelitian informasi dengan melakukan check and recheck sumber. Temuan penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa pertama, langkah inisiasi belum optimal dalam menentukan topik yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dan kedua, langkah penyempurnaan belum optimal dalam memberikan kredit yang tepat kepada sumber. Studi ini menyarankan bahwa tim juga perlu memprioritaskan kebutuhan informasi masyarakat dan produk membutuhkan penulisan referensi yang tepat dengan alamat tautan artikel dan/atau nama atau jabatan narasumber.

This research discusses the implementation of digital information repackaging process in government-owned communication channel, Indonesiabaik.Id, during COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze process and barriers in repackaging digital information as seen from Chatterjee’s m ethodology of IACR, which consists of initiation, determination of scope/product characteristics, planning and preparation, collection of information, processing and organization of information, undertaking complementary tasks and consummation. Data collected through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to digital information repackaging. The results showed that during COVID-19 there are no major changes to implementation process, however team members required to work faster and more accurate in design and information research by doing checks and recheck the sources. The study findings also revealed that first, the initiation step is not yet optimal in determining the topics needed by community and second, consummation step is not yet optimal in giving proper credit to the sources. This study suggests that team needs to prioritize community’s information needs, too and products need proper references writing with the article’s link address and/or the name or title of the intervieewes."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang pengelolaan Layanan Informasi Publik Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika sebagai wujud implementasi dari Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik secara komprehensif. Layanan Informasi Publik PPID merupakan satu pintu akses informasi publik yang dihasilkan dan dikuasai oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI secara terseleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika RI telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola layanan informasi publik, meliputi akusisi, klasifikasi, pengujian konsekuensi, penyimpanan dan pendokumentasian, penyelesaian sengketa, dan diseminasi informasi publik berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Strategi peningkatan kualitas adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bidang pengelolaan informasi dan dokumentasi dan penyediaan aplikasi teknologi touchscreen dalam proses transaksi informasi publik yang sedang menjadi perhatian saat ini.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this undergraduate thesis is management of public information service of information and documentation management officer (PPID) in the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia in a comprehensive. Public Information Service is one door access to public information is generated and controlled by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics which is selective. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The method of data collection is done by participant observation and in-depth interviews. The result shows management officer of information and documentation (PPID) of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics has implemented duties and responsibilities in managing public information service, consist of acquisition, classification, consequences test, storage and documentation, dispute adjudication, and dissemination of public information which based on the provisions of the legislation. Strategies of quality improvement are human resources development in the field of management of information and documentation and providing touchscreen technology applications in transaction process which is becoming concern at this time."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penting yang berpengaruh dalam Digital Knowledge Sharing. Penelitian ini juga menyelidiki seberapa besar pengetahuan yang disumbangkan dan dikumpulkan dalam Digital Knowledge Sharing yang dapat mempengaruhi Innovative Work Behaviour dan Organizational Innovation Capability pada organisasi pemerintah, khususnya Biro Komunikasi dan Layanan Informasi Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan adalah positivisme dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei online. Berdasarkan survei online dengan menggunakan total population sampling terdapat 112 pegawai Biro KLI yang menjadi sampel penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menyelidiki model penelitian berdasarkan teori kognitif sosial. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jabatan, Subjective Norm, Knowledge Self Efficacy, Reciprocal Benefits, dan Top Management Support secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Innovation Capability melalui Digital Knowledge Sharing.

This study aims to analyze and identify several important factors that influence Digital Knowledge Sharing. This study also investigates how much knowledge donated and collected in Digital Knowledge Sharing can affect Innovative Work Behavior and Organizational Innovation Capability in government organizations, specifically the Ministry of Finance's Communication and Information Services Bureau of the Republic of Indonesia. The research paradigm used is positivism with a quantitative research approach with online survey research methods.

Based on an online survey using total population sampling, there were 112 KLI Bureau employees who became the study sample, this study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to investigate research models based on social cognitive theory. The findings of this study indicate that the Position, Subjective Norm, Knowledge Self Efficacy, Reciprocal Benefits, and Top Management Support significantly influence Organizational Innovation Capability through Digital Knowledge Sharing."

"Menurut tingkat permintaan ekspor terhadap industri manufaktur sepatu dunia diperkirakan akan memengaruhi stabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan pada industri ini di Indonesia. Untuk dapat terus bersaing, diperlukan adanya inovasi dan strategi yang mumpuni di masa sekarang ini, dengan tujuan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan buyer. Inovasi dan strategi dapat dicapai dengan penerapan digital transformasi pada proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan, dimana salah satu penerapannya adalah dengan implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses produksi dan logistik internal. Penelitian ini meneliti proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan manufaktur sepatu dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam prosesnya selama operasional perusahaan berlangsung. Didapatkan hasil rancangan sistem informasi melalui metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri atas tiga sistem. Hasil perancangan berupa use case scenario and diagram, DFD, ERD, activity diagram, dan rancangan interface dari sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mencapai 4 tahap pengembangan teknologi pada tranformasi digital proses penjualan, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, otomatisasi proses, dan integrasi sistem.

The global decline in export demand for the shoe manufacturing industry is expected to affect the stability of companies in this industry in Indonesia. To be able to continue to compete, innovation and qualified strategies are needed today, with the aim of maintaining and increasing consumer confidence. These innovations and strategies can be achieved by implementing digital transformation in the company's internal production and logistics processes, where one of the applications is the implementation of information systems that support the production and internal logistics processes. This research examines the production and internal logistics processes of shoe manufacturing companies and designs business processes that incorporate integrated information systems in the process during company operations. The results of designing information systems through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method consisting of three systems were obtained. The design results are in the form of use case Scenarios, DFD, ERD, Activity Diagrams, and information system interface designs. The designed information system can achieve 3 stages of technology development in the digital transformation of the sales process, namely digitization, data integration, process automation, and integration system."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang kegiatan preservasi digital yang dilakukan pada koleksi foto oleh Pusat Informasi Kompas. Preservasi digital yang dilakukan adalah untuk mempertahankan nilai historis dan untuk menyediakan akses dalam jangka waktu yang lama ketika foto dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memahami proses serta komponen dari preservasi digital yang dilakukan serta membandingkannya dengan teori yang sudah ada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakaan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan kegiatan preservasi digital koleksi foto di Pusat Informasi Kompas yang mencakup proses preservasi fisik yang dilakukan, proses digitalisasi, pengolahan foto hasil digitalisasi yang meliputi berbagai komponen di dalamnya seperti format gambar, hak cipta, metadata, dan terakhir adalah preservasi digital.

ABSTRAKThis research discusses the digital preservation performed on a collection of photographs on Kompas Information Center. Digital preservation covers activities to maintain the historical value and to extend the availability when a photo is needed. The purpose of this research was to describe and comprehend the process of digital preservation on Kompas Information Center, which then compared with its theories. This research uses qualitative aproach using case study methods. The results of this research describe activites that are done by Kompas Information Center to preserve its photo collection including the processes of physical preservation, digitizing process which include various components such as the format of digital image, copyright, metadata, and digital preservation process."

"The advancement in computer-information technology nowdays has come to a revolutionary development which affect the current information sources. One of the latest forms of information source is the digital publishing/e-publishing which can be accessed from computer network. A number of changes have happened which leads is to a demand that librarians as information providers have to be able to create a system which is user friendly. This can be done by creating information architecture, database integration and human computer interaction systems or good user interface so that users are able to retrieve d=the desired information easily. The current changes of digital publishing have demanded users to be able to adapt with the existing system. In addition users also have to know about the online information retrieval system and have a good searching strategy. Towards these challenges, both librarians and users are expected to make innovations in order to create a system which is compatible with digital publishing/e-publishing and usable for them as well."
