"Abstrak: Crowdfunding merupakan praktik penggalangan dana secara kolektif dengan bantuan teknologi internet. Sebuah kampanye crowdfunding perlu mengumpulkan banyak pendukung agar target dana tercapai, sehingga penting bagi penggalang dana untuk mengemas strategi komunikasi kampanye sedemikian rupa agar khalayak tertarik untuk berdonasi. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menganalisis penggunaan guilt appeal dalam strategi komunikasi kampanye crowdfunding dan implikasinya terhadap keberhasilan penggalangan dana. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik kepada kampanye crowdfunding di Indonesia berdasarkan elemen teks dan visual yang digunakan. Peneliti menemukan bahwa guilt appeal memiliki dampak signifikan dalam mendorong niat pendukung untuk berdonasi. Namun, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kampanye crowdfunding seperti kredibilitas penggalang dana, durasi kampanye, dan pemasaran media sosial.

Abstract Crowdfunding is an internet-based platform that allows people to raise funds collectively. A crowdfunding campaign needs to gather many backers in order to achieve its goal, hence it’s important for fundraiser to create a great campaign communication strategy that attracts people. This research aims to analyze how guilt appeal is used in crowdfunding communication strategy and its implication on crowdfunding’s success. The analysis was carried out thematically to three crowdfunding campaigns in Indonesia based on text and visual elements used. This research found that guilt appeal has a significant impact in encouraging backers’ intention to donate. However, there are other factors that influence crowdfunding campaign’s success such as fundraiser’s credibility, campaign duration, and social media marketing."

"This internship report evaluates the preparation of Documents procedure for the Appeal Submission of PT A's 2020 Appeal Case carried out by PT CAX. The report provides a comprehensive, step-by-step overview of the preparation process, which includes drafting the Appeal Letters, preparing the Supporting Documents for the Appeal Letters, and submitting the Appeal Documents to the Tax Court. Evaluation is undertaken to evaluate whether all preparation procedures undertaken by PT CAX for PT A's Appeal Case align with the relevant Taxation Regulations. Based on these evaluations, it is determined that the preparation of the Appeal Documents and their submission to the Tax Court conform to the requirements delineated in the Tax Court Regulations, Minister of Finance Regulations, and the Circular Letter issued by the Head of the Tax Court and conduct a self-reflection from this evaluation.

"Kasus COVID-19 terus mengalami peningkatan dan ditemukan pada semua usia. Kasus COVID-19 remaja di Kota Depok menempati urutan kedua pada bulan Oktober 2021 sebanyak 15.524 kasus. Remaja menjadi kelompok berisiko COVID-19 karena memiliki aktivitas besar dan kebiasaan berkelompok. Remaja yang terinfeksi COVID-19 menampilkan gejala ringan atau tidak bergejala karena sistem imunitas yang baik. Pada Januari 2022, Dinas Pendidikan mengeluarkan surat edaran Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas kepada seluruh sekolah menengah di Kota Depok. Kasus COVID-19 pada remaja dan temuan kasus berulang di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMA) berpotensi menjadi cluster transmisi COVID-19. Pencegahan COVID-19 dilakukan dengan protokol kesehatan dan kepatuhan remaja dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan baik tentang protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran tingkat pendidikan, sikap dan keterampilan tentang protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada remaja di SMA Negeri Kota Depok. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross-sectional pada 178 responden dengan teknik cluster sampling. Analisis univariat dengan uji proporsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang protokol kesehatan dalam kategori baik (64,6%), sikap remaja tentang protokol kesehatan dalam kategori baik (57,3%), dan keterampilan remaja tentang protokol kesehatan dalam kategori baik (52,2%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan pengetahuan remaja yang baik tentang protokol kesehatan mempengaruhi terbentuknya sikap yang baik dan melakukan keterampilan tentang protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan remaja meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19, serta sekolah dan puskesmas dapat memberikan penyuluhan dan memfasilitasi pemberian informasi kepada remaja tentang protokol kesehatan.Cases of COVID-19 continue to increase and are found at all ages. Prevention of COVID-19 is carried out with health protocols and adolescent compliance is influenced by good knowledge, attitudes and skills about health protocols. This study aims to describe the description of the level of education, attitudes and skills regarding the COVID-19 health protocol in adolescents at Depok City Public High School. This quantitative descriptive study used a cross-sectional design on 178 respondents with a cluster sampling technique. Univariate analysis with proportion test. The results showed that the level of knowledge of adolescents about health protocols was in the good category (64.6%); adolescent attitudes about health protocols were in the good category (57.3%), and adolescent skills about health protocols were in the good category (52.2%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that good adolescent knowledge about health protocols affects the formation of good attitudes and skills regarding health protocols. This study recommends that adolescents improve their COVID-19 prevention behavior, and that schools and health centers can provide counseling and facilitate the provision of information to adolescents about health protocols."

"Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi proses penyusunan dokumen dalam proses persiapan sidang banding atas sengketa pajak yang dihadapi oleh PT. TMV (bergerak di bidang teknologi) yang diwakilkan oleh kuasa hukum konsultan KAP XYZ. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap dua hal, yaitu evaluasi terhadap pemenuhan persyaratan substantif berdasarkan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku dan terhadap efisiensi kinerja berdasarkan pengalaman kerja serta observasi penulis. Ruang lingkup laporan ini meliputi evaluasi atas pembuatan data tracker, penyusunan Surat Banding, peyusunan Surat Bantahan, dan Penyusunan Surat Kuasa Khusus serta Pakta Integritas. This internship report aims to evaluate the process of preparing documents in the preparation process for the appeal hearing on tax disputes faced by PT. TMV (engaged in technology) which is represented by a consultant attorney for KAP XYZ. The evaluation was carried out on two things, namely the evaluation of the fulfillment of substantive requirements based on applicable tax regulations and on performance efficiency based on work experience and observations of the authors. The scope of this report includes an evaluation of a data tracker preparation, preparation of an appeal letter, preparation of a rebuttal letter, also preparation of a special power of attorney and an integrity pact. The evaluation was conducted to find out whether the entire preparation process carried out by KAP XYZ for the appeal dispute of PT. TMV is in accordance with the applicable Tax Regulations and has been running effectively."

"Penelitian ini membahas strategi persuasif orang tua dalam membujuk anak. Data diambil dari acara televisi Jepang Old Enough season 1. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Hafied Cangara mengenai teknik appeal atau daya dalam komunikasi persuasif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi dan keefektifan teknik persuasif yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam membujuk anak-anak berdasarkan variasi usia anak. Peneliti menemukan sebanyak 16 tuturan persuasif yang dibagi menjadi 4 jenis daya yang terdiri dari 8 daya emosional, 6 daya motivasi, 1 dorongan ancaman, dan 1 dorongan dengan imbalan. Jenis daya yang paling dominan ditemukan pada data ini adalah daya emosional. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tiga data utama. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan strategi persuasif berdasarkan rentang usia, sehingga menghasilkan dua pengelompokkan utama, yaitu (i) Strategi Persuasif pada Anak Usia 1-3 Tahun (Batita) dan (ii) Strategi Persuasif pada Anak Usia 3-5 Tahun (Prasekolah). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa anak usia 1-3 tahun (batita) cenderung lebih responsif terhadap daya emosional. Di sisi lain, anak usia prasekolah (3-5 tahun) lebih merespons terhadap daya motivasi. Fleksibilitas dalam memilih strategi persuasif berdasarkan usia dan kepribadian adalah kunci keberhasilan komunikasi orang tua dalam membujuk anak.

This study examines parental persuasive strategies in influencing children. Data were collected from the Japanese television show Old Enough, season 1. Using a qualitative approach, this research refers to Hafied Cangara's theory on appeal techniques in persuasive communication. The aim of this study is to analyze the strategies and effectiveness of persuasive techniques employed by parents in influencing children based on the age variations of the children. The researcher identified 16 persuasive utterances, which were categorized into 4 types of appeals: 8 emotional appeals, 6 motivational appeals, 1 fear appeal, and 1 reward appeal. The most dominant type of appeal found in the data was emotional appeal. The analysis is based on three main data points. Conclusions are drawn by grouping persuasive strategies based on the age range, resulting in two main groups: (i) Persuasive Strategies for Children Aged 1-3 Years (Toddlers), and (ii) Persuasive Strategies for Children Aged 3-5 Years (Preschoolers). The analysis shows that children aged 1-3 years (toddlers) tend to be more responsive to emotional appeals, while preschool-aged children (3-5 years) are more responsive to motivational appeals. Flexibility in choosing persuasive strategies based on age and personality is key to the success of parental communication in persuading their children."

"Laporan magang ini disusun untuk mengevaluasi proses banding dalam sengketa pajak PT OIK yang dilakukan oleh KKP FAVA. PT OIK adalah perusahaan manufaktur makanan dan minuman yang menghadapi beberapa kasus sengketa pajak. Pada laporan ini, sengketa yang akan dibahas yakni terkait dengan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN). Evaluasi difokuskan pada kesesuaian prosedur yang dilaksanakan oleh KKP FAVA dengan standar dan peraturan yang berlaku, mencakup kesesuaian linimasa selama proses penyelesaian sengketa pajak melalui upaya hukum banding, pengajuan permohonan banding melalui e-Tax Court, serta persidangan pemenuhan ketentuan formal di Pengadilan Pajak. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, proses yang dilakukan KKP FAVA telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum perpajakan dan tata cara yang berlaku. PT OIK is a food and beverage manufacturing company that faces several tax dispute cases. In this report, the dispute that will be discussed is related to Value Added Tax (VAT). The evaluation focuses on the suitability of the procedures implemented by KKP FAVA with the applicable standards and regulations, including the suitability of the timeline during the process of resolving tax disputes through appeals, filing appeals through the e-Tax Court, as well as the trial of compliance with formal provisions in the Tax Court. Based on the evaluation results, the process carried out by KKP FAVA is in accordance with the provisions of tax law and applicable procedures. This report also outlines a reflection of the author's internship experience at KKP FAVA, including technical mastery and in-depth understanding of the tax dispute resolution process."
