"Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengamati pengaruh Interaksi Pengguna di Media Sosial terhadap Brand Awareness dan Purchase Intention pada Kasus Halaman Instagram Starbucks Indonesia dan Kopi Kenangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk kedua merek, annoyance pada brand page berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap brand page commitment dan brand awareness, sedangkan annoyance pada brand awareness tidak berpengaruh terhadap word of mouth. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa untuk Starbucks, gangguan dengan brand awareness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase Intention, sedangkan untuk Kopi Kenangan gangguan dengan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk kedua merek, brand page commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap brand awareness, word of mouth, sedangkan brand page commitment tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase Intention untuk kedua merek. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa untuk kedua merek, brand awareness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap word of mouth dan purchase Intention. Terakhir, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk kedua merek, word of mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase Intention.

This research focuses on observing the impact of User Interaction in Social Media on Brand Awareness and Purchase Intention for the Case of Starbucks Indonesia and Kopi Kenangan’s Instagram page. The result of this research shows that for borth brands, annoyance with the content of a brand page has a significant negative effect on brand page commitment and brand awareness, while annoyance with the content of a brand page has no effect on word of mouth. The result of this research also shows that for Starbucks, annoyance with the content of a brand page has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while for Kopi Kenangan annoyance with the content of a brand page has no effect on purchase intention. In addition, the result of this research shows that for both brands, brand page commitment has a significant positive effect on brand awareness, word of mouth, while brand page commitment has no effect on purchase intention for both brands. The result of this research also shows that for both brands, brand awareness has a significant positive effect on word of mouth and purchase intention. Lastly, the result of this research shows that for both brands, word of mouth has a significant positive effect on purchase intention."

"ABSTRACT
Persaingan yang ketat pada pasar fast food di Indonesia, membuat perusahaan terus berusaha untuk mempertahankan brand yang dimiliki pada pikiran konsumen. Di era globalisasi ini, perusahaan dapat menggunakan Web 2.0 tools untuk dapat berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen agar brand daapat selalu berada dalam pikiran mereka, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Facebook fanpage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh user interaction pada social media terhadap brand awareness dan repurchase intention konsumen. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah anggota Facebook fanpage McDonald rsquo;s. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa annoyance pada konten di Facebook fanpage berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan aktivitas positive word of mouth namun tidak berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap brand page commitment dan repurchase intention konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand page commitment berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness, aktivitas positive word of mouth, dan repurchase intention konsumen. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap aktivitas positive word of mouth dan repurchase intention konsumen. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas positive word of mouth tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention konsumen.

ABSTRACT
Tight competition in the fast food market in Indonesia, making the company continues to strive to maintain the brand awareness in the minds of consumers. In this globalization era, companies can be use Web 2.0 tools to be able to interact directly with consumers so the brands can always be in their minds, one of them by using Facebook fanpage This study aims to analyze the effect of user interaction on social media toward brand awareness and consumers repurchase intention. Data for this research were collected from member of McDonald rsquo s Facebook fanpage. They were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling method. The result of this research show that annoyance of content on Facebook fanpage have significant negative effect on brand awareness and positive word of mouth activities but does not have significantly negative effect on brand page commitment and consumers repurchase intention. The results if this research also shows that brand page commitment have significant positive effect on brand awareness, positive word of mouth activities, and consumers repurchase intention. In addition, the result of this research also shows that brand awareness has significant positive effect on positive word of mouth activity and consumers repurchase intention. The result also showed that positive word of mouth activities has not significant positive effect on consumers repurchase intention. "

"[Tujuan utama skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi pengguna media sosial, terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa annoyance mempengaruhi brand page commitment secara positif. "Penelitian ini mengadopsi penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Pradhan, Duraipandan dan Sethi (2014) di India. Objek penelitian tersebut adalah brand sepatu olahraga seperti Adidas, Nike, Puma dan Reebok. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesesuaian kepribadian konsumen dengan merek  (UP-BP congruence), kesesuaian merek dengan selebriti (BP-CP congruence), dan kesesuaian selebriti dan konsumen (CP-UP congruence) terhadap sikap brand (brand attitude atau BA) dan dampaknya pada minat beli (brand purchase intention atau BPI). Pengaruh celebrity-brand-user personality congruence terhadap brand purchase intention dimediasi oleh brand attitude (BA).
Pada penelitian ini, objek penelitian dikembangkan menjadi produk kosmetik lokal indie. Sebanyak 119 responden perempuan, yang familiar dengan Tyna Kanna Mirdad dan brand lipstik lokal indie SAS C, serta mengetahui lipstik Truly Mazing berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dalam penelitian ini, dianalisa menggunakan Path Analysis, yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence, dan CP-UP congruence secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BA dan BPI. Akan tetapi, brand attitude (BA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand purchase intention (BPI). Sehingga, melalui mediasi BA, UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence dan CP-UP congruence, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand purcase in tention (BPI).

This study adopted research conducted by Pradhan, Duraipandan and Sethi (2014) in India. The object of the research is sport footwear brand such as Adidas, Nike, Puma and Reebok. The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of consumer-brands personality congruence (UP-BP congruence), brand-celebrities personality congruence (BP-CP congruence), and celebrities-user personality congruence (CP-UP congruence) on brand attitudes (BA) and their impact on brand purchase intention (BPI). The influence of celebrity-brand-user personality congruence on brand purchase intention is mediated by brand attitude (BA).
In this study, the object of research was developed into indie local cosmetic products. A total of 119 female respondents, who were familiar with Tyna Kanna Mirdad, the local indie lipstick brand SAS C and the Truly Mazing lipstick participated in this study. The data in this study were analyzed using Path Analysis, which was processed using the SPSS 24 program. The results showed that UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence, and CP-UP congruence did not significantly influence BA and BPI. However, brand attitude (BA) has a significant effect on brand purchase intention (BPI). Thus, through mediation BA, UP-BP congruence, BP-CP congruence and CP-UP congruence, have a significant effect on brand purcase tention (BPI).

"Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan oleh We Are Social bersama dengan HootSuite, YouTube adalah platform media sosial yang paling aktif digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Selain menjadi media untuk mempublikasikan hasil karya, YouTube juga dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam melakukan pemasaran berbagai macam produk. Orang yang melakukan pemasaran pada media digital seperti YouTube umumnya disebut influencer. Penelitian ini melihat peran perceived trust dalam memediasi pengaruh model social media influencer value (SMIV) yang terdapat pada influencer marketing terhadap sebuah produk, yang dalam konteks penelitan ini dikategorikan sebagai high involvement product. Pengaruh antara model SMIV yang terdiri dari advertising value dan source credibility terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention dengan perceived trust sebagai variabel mediasi juga akan dibahas pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan proses survei dan data yang didapat akan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM).

According to a research conducted by We Are Social and HootSuite, YouTube is recently the most active social media platform used by Indonesian people. Apart from being a medium for publishing contents, YouTube can also be used as a medium in marketing for various kinds of products. People who do marketing on digital media usually called as an influencer. This research looks at the mediating role of perceived trust on mediating the impact of social media influencer value (SMIV) model in influencer marketing towards a product, which in the context of this research is categorized as high involvement product. The impact of the SMIV model which consists of advertising value and source credibility to brand awareness and intention to purchase, with perceived trust as a mediator will also be discussed in this research. The method used in this research is quantitative research by conducting survey process and the data obtained will be analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) method."

"Pemanfaatan platform media sosial untuk berkomunikasi dan mempromosikan produk atau layanan telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Fenomena ini juga berdampak secara signifikan pada perubahan perilaku konsumen. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing dan social brand engagement terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring dan memperoleh 142 responden. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS- SEM untuk memverifikasi model penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa social media marketing dan social brand engagement memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Namun, pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa social media marketing lebih mempengaruhi social brand engagement dibandingkan purchase intention.

The utilization of social media platforms for communication and promotion of products or services has experienced rapid growth in recent years. This phenomenon has significantly impacted changes in consumer behaviour. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing and social brand engagement on purchase intention. This study employs a quantitative research method by distributing online questionnaires and obtaining 142 respondents. The collected data is analysed using the PLS-SEM method to verify the research model. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing, and social brand engagement have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. However, it is found that in this research, social media marketing has a greater influence on social brand engagement compared to purchase intention."

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penggunaan pemasaran influencer telah meningkat secara eksponensial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi studi terdahulu untuk memahami mekanisme pemasaran influencer yang memengaruhi konsumen melalui media sosial. Dengan mengusulkan model nilai pengaruh media sosial untuk menjelaskan peran nilai iklan dan kredibilitas sumber, penelitian ini mengelola survei daring di antara 270 orang pengguna media sosial yang merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia, beragama Islam, dan mengikuti setidaknya selama 6 bulan, 1 atau lebih akun Instagram dan/atau YouTube social media influencer muslim (bukan selebriti/tokoh publik media tradisional) yang sering mempromosikan produk-produk halal dengan jumlah pengikut minimal 1.000. Hasil pemodelan jalur partial least square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa nilai keinformatifan dari konten yang dihasilkan influencer, keahlian, sifat dapat dipercaya, dan daya tarik influencer secara positif memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada konten promosi produk halal, yang kemudian memengaruhi kesadaran merek dan niat pembelian.

In the past few years, the use of influencer marketing has increased exponentially. This study adopts previous studies to understand the influencer marketing mechanism that influences consumers through social media. By proposing a social media influence value model to explain the role of message value and source credibility, this research manages an online survey among 270 social media users who are Indonesian citizens who live in Indonesia, are muslims, and have been following for at least 6 months, 1 or more Instagram and/or YouTube account(s) of muslim social media influencers (not celebrities/public figures from traditional medias) who often promote halal products with a minimum number of followers of 1.000. The results of partial least square (PLS) path modeling show that the informativeness value of the content produced by influencers, expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness of influencers positively influence consumer trust towards halal product promotional content, which then influences brand awareness and purchase intention."

"Pesatnya perkembangan Information Communication Technology (ICT) memudahkan akses informasi dan komunikasi masyarakat. Hal ini dimanfaatkan perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) untuk menempatkan keterjangkauan informasi bagi konsumen. Salah satu media yang digunakan dalam pemasaran yaitu mobile advertisement berbentuk banner. Dalam memasang iklan banner ini diperlukan strategi yang baik seperti membuat konten banner yang bersifat informatif , menghibur, agar menciptakan kesadaran merk dan niat beli bagi konsumen . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis pengaruh dimensi mobile banner advertisement terhadap advertising value dan menganalisis pengaruh advertising value terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention. Metode penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 156 responden yang merupakan pengguna laptop , smartphone, tablet yang memiliki pengalaman melihat mobile banner advertisement produk smartphone Samsung serta data dianalisa menggunakan Path Analysis-SPPS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dimensi mobile banner advertisement seperti credibility dan entertainment berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap advertising value, sedangkan informativeness, irritation, dan customization berpengaruh positif dan memiliki kekuatan yang sedang terhadap advertisement value. Di samping itu, advertising value berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap brand awareness dan purchase intention

The rapid development of Information Communication Technology (ICT) facilitates access to information and public communication. This is used by companies in the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) to place information affordability for consumers. One of the media used in marketing is a mobile advertisement in the form of a banner. In placing this banner ad, a good strategy is needed such as creating banner content that is informative, entertaining, in order to create brand awareness and purchase intention for consumers. This study aims to analyze the effect of the dimensions of the mobile banner advertisement on advertising value and analyze the effect of advertising value on brand awareness and purchase intention. This research method is quantitative with the distribution of data by distributing questionnaires to 156 respondents who are laptop, smartphone, tablet users who have experience viewing mobile banner advertisements for Samsung smartphone products and the data is analyzed using Path Analysis-SPPS. The result of this research is that the dimensions of mobile banner advertisement such as credibility and entertainment have a positive and strong effect on advertising value, while informativeness, irritation, and customization have a positive and moderate effect on advertisement value. In addition , advertising value has an effect on brand awareness and purchase intention "

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media usage terhadap purchase decision involvement, brand awareness, dan brand image dengan dimediasi oleh EWOM dan trust pada industri rumah subsidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 orang responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki gaji dibawah delapan juta rupiah perbulan dalam enam bulan terakhir, pernah mengulas atau melihat ulasan mengenai sosial media rumah subsidi dalam enam bulan terakhir, dan tidak sedang bekerja pada agensi pemasaran rumah subsidi. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) atau model persamaan struktural dengan menggunakan aplikasi AMOS versi 24. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa social media usage memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand image dan brand awareness dengan dimediasi EWOM dan trust. Selain itu hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa social media usage tidak mempengaruhi purchase decision involvement baik secara langsung maupun dengan dimediasi oleh EWOM dan trust. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan membahas industri rumah subsidi sebagai objek penelitian serta mengembangkan model penelitian terdahulu dengan menambahkan brand image, brand awareness, dan pengaruh social media usage pada EWOM. Selain itu penelitian ini juga berkontribusi sebagai alat bantu mengambil keputusan pada komunikasi pemasaran di industri rumah subsidi.

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media usage on purchase decision involvement, brand awareness, and brand image mediated by EWOM and trust in the subsidized house industry. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. The respondents of the research are Indonesian people who have a salary of under eight million rupiah per month in the last six months, have reviewed or seen reviews on subsidized housing social media in the last six months, and are not currently working at a subsidized housing marketing agency. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method or structural equation modeling using the AMOS version 24. The study results show that social media usage has an influence on brand image and brand awareness mediated by EWOM and trust. In addition, the research results also indicate that social media usage does not affect purchase decision involvement either directly or mediated by EWOM and trust. This research contributes by discussing the subsidized house industry as a research object and developing previous research model by adding brand image, brand awareness, and the influence of social media usage on EWOM. In addition, this research also contributes as a decision-making tool on marketing communication in the subsidized house industry."

"Industri perhotelan sedang bertumbuh dan kembali berkembang dengan memunculkan beragam jenis-jenis hotel unik, salah satunya adalah glamping atau glamorous camping yang didirikan oleh Bobocabin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh utilitarian, social bonding, dan aesthetic branded content experiences terhadap customer curiosity, brand engagement, dan purchase intention, yang nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, khususnya pendekatan konklusif deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk sampling menggunakan non-probability sampling, secara khusus menggunakan judgemental sampling. Data primer didapatkan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 367 responden yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian, yaitu berusia 18-34 tahun, berdomisili di Pulau Jawa, merupakan pengguna aktif Instagram, pernah berinteraksi dengan Instagram Bobocabin, serta belum pernah menginap atau menggunakan jasa hotel Bobocabin. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui media sosial, seperti WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram, dan Twitter. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan CB-SEM menggunakan LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa utilitarian, social bonding, dan aesthetic branded content experiences memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer curiosity. Selanjutnya terbukti juga bahwa customer curiosity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand engagement dan purchase intention, sementara brand engagement terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap purchase intention.

The hospitality industry is experiencing growth and development, with the emergence of various unique types of hotels, one of which is glamping or glamorous camping, established by Bobocabin. This study aims to explore the effects of utilitarian, social bonding, and aesthetic branded content experiences on customer curiosity, brand engagement, and purchase intention, which can then be used to formulate effective marketing strategies. The research employs a quantitative methodology, specifically a descriptive conclusive approach. Non-probability sampling is utilized, with a particular focus on judgmental sampling. Primary data were collected through a survey administered via an online questionnaire to 367 respondents meeting the study’s criteria: aged 18-34 years, residing on Java Island, active Instagram users, having interacted with Bobocabin's Instagram account, and having never stayed at or used the services of Bobocabin. The questionnaire was disseminated through social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LINE, Instagram, and Twitter. Data analysis was conducted using CB-SEM with LISREL 8.80. The study's findings demonstrate that utilitarian, social bonding, and aesthetic branded content experiences positively influence customer curiosity.
