"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang ada di lingkungan kerja kantor utama Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai implementasi sistem pengamanan yang telah dilakukan oleh divisi keamanan Perusahaan X sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan kejahatan. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan. Teori pencegahan kejahatan situasional juga digunakan untuk melihat efektifitas dari implementasi sistem pengamanan untuk mencegah kejahatan yang berasal dari ancaman internal dan eksternal. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan teori aktivitas rutin sebagai alat analisis untuk melihat sejauh mana sistem pengamanan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh divisi keamanan perusahaan X telah melindungi korban yang mana merupakan aset bernilai dari Perusahaan X.

This mini thesis discussed about the implementation of security systems at the work environment head office of Corporate X as a form of prevention of crimes that have been committed. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type to provide an overview of the implementation of the security system that has been carried out by the security division of Corporate X as a form of crime prevention. The theory used in this study is the situational crime prevention theory which is then linked to the security system that has been implemented. Situational crime prevention theory is also used to see the effectiveness of the implementation of security systems to prevent crimes that come from internal and external threats. In addition, this study also used routine activity theory as an analytical tool to see the extent security system implemented by the security division of Company X has protected victims who are a valuable asset of Corporate X."

"The objective of this research is to make an overview of the application of situational crime prevention strategies, focus in the application of access control, in Duri Field by PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. The research used qualitative method, so that the data obtained through the interview and direct observation to the location. "This bachelor thesis tries to explain policies which have been using by BP Indonesia?s Security Department as part of multinational oil company to prevent BP Indonesia?s Employees from being victimized. Preventing BP Indonesia?s Employees from being victimized enable them to show their best and BP Indonesia can regainbenefit. Researcher used qualitative method in order to get an in depth and precise data. In order to get an in depth and current analyzes, participant observation, secondary data search, interviews and assessments had been used by researcher. In depth and collaborative analyzed had been used by researcher according tocriminological theories such as security management theory, situational crime prevention and social crime prevention theory. Findings suggest that BP Indonesia Security Department have done their job so well that they don?t have to increase their security breach in order to prevent the worst. According to experiences andrecommendations from BP Indonesia?s employees, technical methods needs to be upgraded for the sake of employees comfort."

"Terorisme merupakan kejahatan luar biasa dan menjadi ancaman dunia karena merupakan suatu tindakan kekerasan yang mampu menimbulkan suasana teror atau rasa takut secara meluas sehingga menimbulkan banyak korban. Di Indonesia sendiri pada awalnya sasaran dari serangan terorisme memfokuskan pada simbol-simbol negara barat, akan tetapi sejak tahun 2010 jaringan terorisme tersebut beralih sasaran terhadap pemerintah khususnya Polri yang dianggap sebagai salah satu pihak untuk melakukan penanganan terorisme. Para pelaku teroris menganggap satuan kepolisian sebagai thogut karena dianggap menghalangi kegiatan mereka. Adapun dari pihak kepolisian sendiri menerapkan suatu upaya guna melakukan pencegahan terhadap serangan terorisme, yaitu peningkatan sistem pengamanan internal yang berlaku bagi seluruh kantor polisi di Indonesia. Oleh karenanya, tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengamanan internal Kepolisian Resor X, Jawa barat sebagai kantor polisi pertama yang terkena serangan bom secara langsung oleh teroris. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Adapun analisis temuan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teori Pencegahan Kejahatan Situasional dan Pencegahan Kejahatan Berbasis Komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan dan peningkatan sistem pengamanan internal di Polres X setelah terjadinya serangan terorisme serta adanya pelibatan masyarakat sekitar Polres X dalam pencegahan kejahatan terorisme.

Terrorism is considered as an extraordinary crime and also a world threat because of their violent acts. Other than that, terrorism is capable of creating an atmosphere of terror which cause moral panic as well as the victims. Before 2010, the target of terrorism attacks in Indonesia mainly focused on symbols of westernization. However, now it has changed that the terrorism network has shifted their target to attack the government, especially against the Police, which is considered as one of the parties responsible for handling terrorism in Indonesia. The terrorists assume that the police are part of the thagut because they have intervened in their activities. As for the police themselves, to prevent terrorist attacks they are implementing an effort to prevent terrorism attacks, namely by increasing their internal security system that applies to all police stations in Indonesia. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to find out the internal security system of the X Police in West Java as the first police station to be bombed by a terrorist. This study used descriptive qualitative research, and the data was collected from interviews and observations. Furthermore, the study was analyzed with situational crime prevention theory and community-based crime prevention. The results showed that there were changes and improvements in the internal security system at Polres X after the terrorism attack. In addition, the involvement of the community around Polres X also has an important role to prevent the terrorism attacks."

"Melihat pola sasaran serangan teroris dari tahun 2000 sampai 2009, teroris cenderung menjadikan tempat-tempat dengan simbol barat sebagai sasarannya. Seeing the pattern of targets of terrorist attacks from 2000 to 2009, terrorists tend to target places with western symbols as their targets. Over time, there was a shift in the target where the police became the target of terrorist attacks. This writing uses the theory of routine activity, rational choice and crime pattern by considering the success rate of attacks with the existing security vulnerability conditions. This writing uses secondary data analysis. The results of the writings showed attacks on the Regional Police, Polres, Polsek to Police Posts due to lack of supervision and security. In addition, it was found that there were still Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that were not appropriate. Prevention efforts undertaken by the police station against

terrorist attacks include several techniques in situational crime prevention."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas mengenai sebuah program strategi pencegahan kejahatan insider threat pada industri aviasi melalui proses seleksi kinerja karyawan. Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari laporan program Security Clearance pada salah satu perusahaan industri aviasi PT. X yang bergerak dibidang MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) dan hasil temuan kasus yang terjadi selama periode 2012-2016. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihat efektifitas program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan pada industri aviasi terhadap kejahatan yang terjadi. Program security clearance sebagai strategi pencegahan kejahatan ini dianalisis menggunakan 25 teknik dalam situational crime prevention dan faktor-faktor yang membuka peluang terjadinya kejahatan industri aviasi dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan routine activiy theory.

This thesis evaluates the effectiveness of Security Clearance as a crime prevention strategy in preventing and handling insider threats in the aviation industry, particularly the ones committed through the industry's employee selection process. The data used in this paper are obtained from the Security Clearance report from an aviation company, PT. X who focuses on Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), as well as case reports ranging from 2012-2016. The data are used only as an entry point in evaluating the program's effectiveness in handling insider threats. Analysists done in this paper uses the 25 technics of situational crime prevention, accompanied by an analytical discourse based on routine activity theory on the criminogenics of the aviation industry."

This thesis analyzes erime prevention in the cash delivezy management of PT Certis Cisco security services in Jakarta. The main concern in !his study is a security management applied management and form of security to the of deliver cash from specific threats, namely robbery and internal theft. Thus, the purpose of !his thesis is to analyze the patterns and forms of security applied by the management in the delivery of cash.

The research questions in this thesis; How is the crime prevention being managed by BUJP cash in transit PT Certis Cisco? Namely: First, what security has been applied by PT Certis Cisco. Second, what obstacles impede delivery of the cash security. Third, how is the patterns of crime prevention inthe office of Cisco,in travel and destination. Fourth, How do the security measures taken by management to change it into an ideal one. Research of security patterns in order to prevent the threat of specific crimes used qualitative methods with a juridical approach to the managerial and writing methods of analytical descriptive. "Permasalahan pelanggaran hukum yang sering terjadi di sekitar Teluk Bintuni-Papua Barat dipengaruhi oleh berkembangnya perusahaan ekstraktif yang melakukan pengeboran lepas pantai dalam melakukan eksploitasi sumber daya alam. The problem of law violations that often occurs around Bintuni Bay-West Papua is influenced by the development of extractive companies that carry out offshore drilling in the exploitation of natural resources. The law violations that often occur in Bintuni Bay are due to the large number of workers who are not absorbed by the industry, economic problems and also customary rights. Therefore, this thesis discusses the appropriate method to prevent law violations that have an impact on the industry in Bintuni Bay. The results of this study are an effective crime prevention method using the Human Security and Community Policing that can reduce the level of law violations. The driving force behind this prevention method is the collaboration between the Community itself, the Police and the Company."

Data yang digunakan pada penulisan ini diambil dari program pencegahan pada salah satu maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia yaitu corporate security unit PT. X dengan program Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP. Data ini hanya digunakan sebagai entry point untuk melihata upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol yang lebih efektif. Upaya pencegahan ini dilihat menggunakan konsep social crime prevention yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan social bond theory dan konsep crime prevention through social development yang dianalisis menggunakan differential reinforcement theory. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah melihat pencegahan yang lebih efektif dalam pelanggaran penggunaan narkoba dan alkohol pada air crew.

The data used in this paper are taken from crime prevention program in one of airlines in Indonesia which is PT. X with Drug and Alcohol Management Program DAMP . Pentingnya penerbangan mendorong kekhawatiran tentang bagaimana ancaman keamanan seperti sabotase dapat mempengaruhi keamanan penerbangan. Sabotase dapat terjadi di Bandara maupun dalam penerbangan, dan jika hal tersebut terjadi tentunya akan mengakibatkan kerugian yang sangat besar, berdampak pada citra maskapai, Bandara, juga Negara dan dapat mengancam nyawa banyak orang. Sabotase dapat terjadi pada tempat tertentu dan pada waktu tertentu, hal tersebut yang mendorong munculnya pertanyaan bagaimanakah strategi yang tepat dalam mengantisipasi adanya sabotase dalam maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia? Dan routine activity theory untuk melihat siapa kontroler bagi target, offender dan place sebagaimana yang telah direpresentasikan dalam crime triangle. Data untuk penelitian ini didapatkan dari Aviation Security International yang mencakup kasus sabotase dari berbagai negara selama 2 tahun terakhir, sejak 2015 sampai 2017.

ABSTRACT<>br>Airport is an important place where International traffic happens every day. People come and leave from and to a country through the airport. Therefore it is very essential place. Because of its essentially, it is important to guard the safety of an airport. Threat to security problem in airport such as sabotage can affect aviation safety and security. Sabotage could happen both in the airport and also in the aircraft. If sabotage was happened, many parties will get the impact. First it will damage the image of the airline, the airport and also the country where it took place. Second, it could harm the people. Sabotage could occurred in a specific time and place. Therefore, a good preparation is need to anticipate the sabotage. Thus, we will be ready to face the sabotage when it occurred. Based on this idea, this research is aim to study the crime prevention strategy to prevent sabotage against the airport or the airline. Combination of situational crime prevention and routine activity theory were used to conduct this study. This study focus on suspect rsquo s modus operandi. The aspect of situational crime prevention which use are increase effort, increase risk, reduce the reward and remove excuses. The routine activity theory used crime triangle to predict the controller for target, offender and place of a sabotage. Data in this study was obtained from Aviation Security International.
