"Apoteker memiliki peranan yang penting untuk masyarakat terutama dibidang apotek, industri farmasi maupun pedagang besar farmasi. Untuk mempersiapkan apoteker yang profesional maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dibeberapa tempat, sehingga diharapkan para calon apoteker dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan selama kuliah. Selain itu para calon apoteker mendapatkan ilmu baru yang belum pernah didapatkan sebelumnya di tempat PKPA. Pada kesempatan kali ini penulis berkesempatan melakukan PKPA di Apotek Safa, PT. Harsen Laboratories dan PT. Sammarie Tramedifa Periode September-Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan dapat menjadi calon apoteker yang profesional dan siap memasuki dunia kerja.

"Apoteker mempunyai peranan penting terutama di apotek, industri farmasi, maupun di pedagang besar farmasi. Untuk menjalankan peran penting tersebut, apoteker harus mempunyai kompetensi yang mumpuni sebagai syarat melakukan praktik kefarmasian. World Health Organization mengeluarkan istilah seven-stars pharmacist consept, yang merupakan peran penting bagi seorang apoteker. Salah satu peran seorang apoteker tersebut adalah life long learner, yaitu apoteker harus selalu memperbarui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya seiring dengan perubahan tren dari waktu ke waktu. Pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis berkesempatan mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT. Harsen Laboratories, dan PT. SamMarie Tramedifa selama periode bulan Agustus – Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasannya di dunia kefarmasian sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja.

One of the roles of a pharmacist is a life-long learner, where pharmacists must always update their knowledge and skills in line with changing trends from time to time. On this occasion, the author had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at Apotek Atrika, PT. Harsen Laboratories, and PT. SamMarie Tramedifa during the period from August - December 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can improve their horizons in the world of pharmacy as a provision to enter the world of work."

"Setiap manusia memiliki hak dasar kesehatan, dengan demikian hak asasi manusia tersebut perlu dikembangkan. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di apotek, industri farmasi maupun distributor farmasi. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Safa, PT Harsen Laboratories dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literatur, kunjungan langsung ke Kantor PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) Kecamatan Tebet DKI Jakarta Selatan, pengerjaan di Laboratorium Quality Control Hormon PT Harsen Laboratories, serta tanya jawab dengan Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari cabang Jakarta Distribution Center. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan kegiatan perbandingan prosedur penutupan apotek di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan prosedur penutupan apotek di DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan penetapan kadar dan keseragaman kandungan Estradiol Cypionate dan Medroxyprogesterone Acetate pada sediaan injeksi secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) dan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu memnuhi persyaratan spesifikasi kadar pada USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) tahun 2020. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di distributor farmasi, penulisan melakukan saran untuk penambahan fitur scan barcode batch number product pada aplikasi zyllem untuk pemastian kesesuaian batch number product yang diterima customer. Penambahan fitur ini berguna untuk menghidari terjadinya perbedaan batch pada fisik produk dengan batch pada dokumen pengeluaran, serta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keefektifan pembacaan batch number product.

Every human being has a basic right to health, thus those human rights need to be developed. Pharmacists as one of the health workers must devote themselves both in pharmacies, pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical distributors. In increasing understanding of the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist professional work practice is carried out at Safa Pharmacy, PT Harsen Laboratories and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari.The method used in making this particular task is through literature studies, direct visits to the PTSP office (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) of Tebet District of DKI Jakarta Selatan, work on the Hormone Quality Control Laboratory of PT Harsen Laboratories, as well as a question and answer with the Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Jakarta Distribution Center branch. In the implementation of practice in pharmacies, the author conducts comparative procedures for closing pharmacies in the DKI Jakarta area and other regions in Indonesia. There are similarities and differences in pharmacy closing procedures in DKI Jakarta and other regions in Indonesia.In the implementation of practice in the pharmaceutical industry, the author determines the levels and uniformity of Estradiol Cypionate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate content in injection preparations in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (KCKT) and the results obtained are to meet the requirements of level specifications in USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) in 2020. While in the implementation of practices in pharmaceutical distributors, writing does advice for the addition of barcode scan feature batch number product in zyllem application to check the suitability of batch number product received by customer. The addition of this feature is useful to avoid the occurrence of batch differences in the physical product with batches on the expense document, as well as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of batch number product readings."

"Penyakit degeneratif disebabkan oleh berubahnya sel-sel tubuh yang mempengaruhi fungsi organ lain. Penyakit degeneratif menyumbang sekitar 71% kematian global yang setara dengan 41 juta orang per tahun. Penyakit degenerative di Indonesia meliputi hipertensi, diabetes melitus, stroke, dan kanker menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun 2013 hingga 2018. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan dan promosi kesehatan sangat penting dalam mengatasi penyakit degeneratif dan upaya untuk mengurangi jumlah kematian global. Pembinaan pasien degeneratif menjadi salah satu langkah yang dilakukan oleh apotek untuk lebih mengetahui dan memahami pasiennya, dengan demikian pasien dapat memperoleh pelayanan dan pembinaan hubungan jangka panjang yang terbaik oleh apotek. Pembinaan pasien diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pasien karena pasien dapat terkontrol pengobatannya. Salah satu metode dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pelanggan yang diterapkan oleh apotek kimia farma adalah kimia farma reminder. Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini membahas mengenai manfaat adanya kimia farma reminder, alur dari kimia farma reminder, serta respon pasien degenerative yang direminder. Kimia farma reminder adalah salah satu cara apotek kimia farma untuk membina pelanggan dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat bagi penderita penyakit degeneratif dengan cara mengingatkan bahwa persediaan obat hampir habis sehingga diharapkan menumbuhkan kesadaran bagi masyarakat untuk segera melakukan pengecekan ke dokter. Kimia farma reminder memberikan hubungan timbal balik antara apotek dan pelanggan yang menguntungkan. Alur kimia farma reminder secara singkat yaitu penginputan data pasien – reminder – konfirmasi. Pengkajian Mutu Produk (PMP) merupakan salah satu penerapan sistem mutu industri farmasi yang diatur dalam CPOB 2018. Seluruh obat yang terdaftar perlu dilakukan pengkajian mutu produk termasuk produk ekspor. Hal ini untuk memastikan bahwa prosesnya konsisten, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas, dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. Pengkajian mutu produk biasanya dilakukan setiap tahun terhadap produk yang diproduksi tahun sebelumnya. Penyusunan laporan PMP menjadi tanggung jawab departemen Quality Assurance (QA). Penyusunan laporan PMP berbeda antar industri farmasi, namun harus sesuai dengan persyaratan CPOB. Laporan PMP di PT. Harsen Laboratories dikenal dengan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini membahas penyusunan laporan PTAP tahun 2020 untuk produk L tablet salut selaput yang diproduksi oleh PT. Harsen Laboratories. Hasil kajian PTAP meliputi bahan awal dan bahan x pengemas, pengawasan selama proses kritis dan pengujian produk jadi, hasil uji di luar spesifikasi, laporan penyimpangan, perubahan, izin edarregistrasi lokal dan ekspor, program pemantauan stabilitas dan tren yang tidak diinginkan, produk kembalian, keluhan, dan penarikan obat, Tindakan perbaikan terhadap proses/peralatan proses, komitmen pasca pemasaran, status kualifikasi peralatan dan sarana penunjang kritis, status validasi, teknis kontrak, inspeksi Badan POM, evaluasi sampel per tinggal, serta pemantauan lingkungan. Produk L tablet salut selaput pada peroide tahun 2020 memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu yang telah ditentukan.

Degenerative diseases in Indonesia including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke, and cancer showed an increase from 2013 to 2018. Therefore, health development and promotion is very important in overcoming degenerative diseases and efforts to reduce the number of global deaths. The development of degenerative patients is one of the steps taken by pharmacies to better know and understand their patients, thus patients can obtain the best service and long-term relationship development by the pharmacy. Patient guidance is needed in order to improve the quality of patient's health because patients can control their treatment. One of the methods in managing and improving the quality of customer health that is applied by Apotek Kimia Farma is Kimia Farma Reminder. This Pharmacist Professional Practice Report discusses the benefits of having a pharma chemistry reminder, the flow of a Kimia Farma Reminder, and the response of degenerative patients who are reminded. Kimia Farma Reminder is one way for Apotek Kimia Farma to foster customers and improve public health for people with degenerative diseases by reminding that drug supplies are running low so it is hoped that it will raise awareness for the public to immediately check with the doctor. Kimia Farma Reminder provides a mutually beneficial relationship between pharmacies and customers. The flow of Kimia Farma Reminder briefly is inputting patient data – reminder – confirmation. Pengkajian Mutu Produk (PMP) is one of the applications of the pharmaceutical industry quality system regulated in the GMP 2018. All registered drugs need to be assessed for product quality, including export products. This is to ensure that the process is consistent, conforming to specifications for starting materials, packaging materials and finished products, to spot trends and identify needed improvements to products and processes. Product quality assessment is usually carried out annually on products produced the previous year. The preparation of the PMP report is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance (QA) department. The preparation of PMP reports differs between pharmaceutical industries, but must comply with GMP requirements. PMP report at PT. Harsen Laboratories is known as the Annual Product Review (PTAP). This Pharmacist Professional Practice Report discusses the preparation of the 2020 PTAP report for the film-coated tablet L product produced by PT. Harsen Laboratories. The results of the PTAP study include starting materials and packaging materials, supervision during critical processes and testing of finished products, out-of-spec test results, deviation reports, changes, xii local and export marketing permits, stability monitoring programs and unwanted trends, product returns, complaints, and withdrawal of drugs, corrective action on process/process equipment, post-marketing commitments, qualification status of critical supporting equipment and facilities, validation status, technical contracts, POM inspections, evaluation of samples per stay, and environmental monitoring. Secara manajerial, mahasiswa juga diajarkan agar memahami alur pengadaan barang, penerimaan, penyimpanan stok serta metode penjualan yang dilaksanakan. Apotek Roxy memberikan gambaran nyata dari tanggung jawab yang diemban seorang apoteker sebagai praktisi maupun sebagai apoteker penanggung jawab outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober-November 2021 bertujuan untuk memahami pernerapan dan penggunaan ilmu kefarmasian di bidang industri, serta memahami peran apoteker sebagai tenaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan khususnya di PT Pharos Indonesia. Adapun penyusunan tugas khusus pada pemahaman alur perilisan sediaan suspensi 150 mL yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Quality Control PT Pharos Indonesia. Sedangkan pada PBF SamMarie Tramedifa, mahasiswa memahami alur pendistribusian barang, pendistribusian barang kepada konsumen secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, teknik pemesanan serta pola komunikasi apoteker terhadap konsumen dalam hal pemasaran. Hal penting yang diajarkan dalam ketiga tempat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker diharapkan menjadi bekal yang mumpuni sebelum benar-benar memiliki gelar apoteker dan siap bekerja di lapangan.

Roxy Pharmacy provides a real picture of the responsibilities of a pharmacist as a practitioner or as a pharmacist in charge of the outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia for the period October-November 2021 aims to understand the application and use of pharmaceutical science in the industrial sector and understand the role of pharmacists as staff who are responsible for maintaining the quality and quality of the products produced, especially at PT Pharos Indonesia. The preparation of a special task on understanding the release flow of the 150 mL suspension preparation was carried out by the Quality Control Department of PT Pharos Indonesia. While at PBF SamMarie Tramedifa, students understand the flow of distribution of goods, distribution of goods to consumers directly or indirectly, ordering techniques, and communication patterns of pharmacists to consumers in terms of marketing. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories periode Februari – Maret 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa periode April 2021, dan Apotek Barkah periode Mei 2021. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi, pedagang besar farmasi, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories for the periode February – March 2021, PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the April 2021 period, and Apotek Barkah for the May 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy no. 284, PBF PT SamMarie Tramedifa and PT Medifarma Laboratories for the period January-April 2019. During PKPA it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons , understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai Apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan Apoteker. Keberadaan Apoteker sangat penting, khususnya di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi. Apoteker memiliki standar kompetensi dalam menjalankan perannya. Salah satu cara untuk mengasah kompetensi dari Apoteker adalah dengan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi bagi para calon Apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi merupakan rangkaian kegiatan untuk para Apoteker memahami dan belajar bagaimana peran serta kontribusinya di masyarakat. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere dan di PT Harsen Laboratories. Setelah dilakukan praktik kerja profesi, diharapkan para calon Apoteker mampu untuk menyiapkan diri dan memiliki bekal untuk menjadi tenaga kesehatan Indonesia yang bermanfaat bagi nusa dan bangsa.

The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere and at PT Harsen Laboratories. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation."
