"Indonesia responds to the urgency of the threat of food crisis by developing national food estate. According to reports released by FAO and United Nations, the Covid-19 pandemic has the potential to threaten more than 50 million people towards extreme poverty. This has an impact on the global food crisis that threatens other countries if they do not take the right steps immediately. Food crisis is one of the non-traditional threats because it has significant impact on lives of many people in a country. Non-traditional threats are defined as security threats that hit a country non-militarily, it can be in the form of issues of climate change, economy, limited resources, disease outbreaks, or food security. Food security can be achieved when access to food can be easily achieved by all elements of society and meets the domestic needs. However, when access to food cannot be easily accessed by public, it creates a potential for a food crisis. This is because food is the primary need of every individual which must be fulfilled at any time so it is a national security issue. Through these problems, the availability of national food security must be guaranteed by the government. Along with high population growth and a pandemic outbreak, national food security and stability is on the verge of limitations. This article aims to explain the development of food estate as Indonesia’s strategy in facing the threat of food crisis in the next few years. This research used qualitative analysis method to understand the urgency of the development of food estate as a way for Indonesia to face the threat of food crisis by using the theory of threats, food security, and food estate. In this case, Jokowi responded to the threat of the food crisis by building national food estate in Central Kalimantan. The development of national food estate is considered to be able to meet Indonesia’s food reserves in the next few years, especially after the pandemic period. The results of the research in this article show that the government sees the potential for the food crisis as a national threat, so it needs measurable steps that can overcome these problems and pay attention to the sustainability aspect in its implementation. Therefore, building a food estate is the right step to answer this challenge."

"The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed an emergency of prejudice and savagery via social media by traditional ‘patriots’ in India. Meta, Twitter, and Instagram have turned into digital spaces full of deception about the pandemic. Hindu Instagram accounts such as @Hindu_secrets and @Hindu_he_hum have been unwavering and dedicated in spreading Islamophobic crusades by utilizing the COVID-19 pandemic. This has opened doors for hatred directed at Muslim people in India. This study situates itself inside the system of Stuart Hall's encoding and translating hypothesis to reveal the visual and printed codes used to make shameful and obtrusive generalizations that dehumanize and slander specific networks utilizing social media platforms. This is an explorative request that took part through a semiotic examination of the Instagram accounts of @Hindu_secrets and @Hindu_he_hum. The review tracked down encoded generalizations of danger in the utilization of variety, strict designs, garments, and other actual markers of social character in producing Islamophobic content. COVID-19 was depicted to as having Islamic parentage in the images; consequently, it depicted the Muslim people group as sustaining and deliberately spreading the infection across India and abroad."

"Pandemi COVID-19 telah menghadirkan berbagai masalah dan juga berdampak pada para pelaku usaha, khususnya yang bergerak di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Adanya penurunan penjualan, pembelian, bahkan modal usaha yang mengakibatkan adanya penurunan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) di daerah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha untuk menggambarkan penyesuaian program pemulihan UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur dengan menggunakan model contingency pada masa pandemi COVID-19, demi mengembangkan sumber daya manusia dan daya saing para pelaku usaha di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian berasal dari a) Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Cianjur; b) Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) KUMKM Cianjur; c) Direktorat Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia; serta d) UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur, dengan total informan berjumlah 15 orang. Karya ini menyajikan gambaran rancangan pemulihan UMKM Kabupaten Cianjur melalui model contingency plan. Hasil menunjukan terdapat tiga kebijakan yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Cianjur pada masa pandemi COVID-19 yaitu: 1) Sumber daya manusia; 2) Pemasaran dan 3) Pembiayaan, hal tersebut terlihat dengan adanya peningkatan anggaran dalam pemulihan UMKM Cianjur pada tahun 2021. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat beberapa program yang belum mampu diwujudkan dalam pemulihan pengembangan UMKM Cianjur pada tahun anggaran 2021.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented various problems and also has an impact on business actors, especially those engaged in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. There was a decrease in sales, purchases, and even business capital which resulted in a decrease in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the region. This study seeks to describe the recovery plan for SMEs in Cianjur Regency using the contingency model during the COVID-19 pandemic, to develop human resources and competitiveness for business actors in Cianjur Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Research informants came from a) the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Trade and Industry of Cianjur Regency; b) Center for Integrated Services of SMEsCo in Cianjur Regency; c) Directorate of Domestic Trade, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia; and d) SMEs in Cianjur Regency, with a total of 15 informants. This study describes the dimension of adjustment that covers an overview of the design for the recovery of MSMEs in Cianjur Regency through a contingency plan model. The results show that there are three policies developed by the Cianjur Regency Government during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely, human resource development, marketing, and financing, this can be seen by the increase in the budget for the restoration of the Cianjur MSMEs in 2021. However, there are still several programs that have not been able to be realized in the recovery of the Cianjur MSME development in the 2021 fiscal year."

"Kewirausahaan sosial Islam mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi terutama dalam rangka pemulihan pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Seiring dengan meningkatnya reliugisitas masyarakat, solidaritas sosial serta adanya perubahan pola hidup dan berkembangnya inovasi dan teknologi perlu didukung dengan strategi pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial Islam yang tepat. Walaupun pertumbuhan ekosistem kewirusahaan cukup pesat, masih banyak kendala dalam pengembangannya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab serta faktor-faktor yang dominan menjadi hambatan dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial Islam dengan pendekatan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) BOCR termasuk solusi dan strategi yang diusulkan. Berdasarkan urutan prioritas, maka alternatif aspek masalah menunjukkan bahwa Sumber Daya manusia menjadi aspek prioritas, selanjutnya diikuti oleh aspek pemasaran, pendanaan, dan kelembagaan. Penguraian solusi secara keseluruhan menghasilkan urutan prioritas 1) Peningkatan pelatihan dan keterampilan 2) inovasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi, 3) Pemanfaatan ziswaf dan pembiayaan mikro syariah 4) regulasi untuk legalitas sosiacla entrepreneurship. Sedangkan prioritas strategi yang dianggap dapat meningkatkan pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial Islam terdiri dari: 1) Intervensi kurikulum pendidikan untuk pembentukan perilaku dan Jiwa kewirausahaan 2) Pemberdayaan komunitas/lembaga Islam seperti Masjid dan Pesantren, dan 3) Optimalisasi dukungan Pemerintah melalui regulasi pada ekosistem syariah

Islamic social entrepreneurship has a very important role in supporting the improvement of social and economic welfare, especially in the context of recovering the current COVID-19 pandemic. Along with the increase in community religiosity, social solidarity as well as changes in lifestyle and the development of innovation and technology need to be supported by appropriate Islamic social entrepreneurship development strategies. Although the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is quite rapid, there are still many obstacles in its development. This study tries to identify the causes and the dominant factors that become obstacles in the development of Islamic social entrepreneurship with the BOCR Analytic Network Process (ANP) method approach including the proposed solutions and strategies. Based on the order of priority, the alternative aspects of the problem indicate that human resources are the priority aspect, followed by marketing, funding, and institutional aspects. The breakdown of the overall solution resulted in a priority order of 1) Improvement of training and skills 2) innovation and use of technology, 3) Utilization of Ziswaf and Islamic microfinance 4) regulation for the legality of social entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, strategic priorities that are considered to be able to increase the development of Islamic social entrepreneurship consist of: 1) Educational curriculum interventions for the formation of entrepreneurial behavior and spirit 2) Empowerment of Islamic Communities/Institutions such as Mosques and Islamic Boarding Schools, and 3) Optimizing Government support through regulations on the sharia ecosystem."

"Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia di Indonesia dan dunia yaitu pada aspek kesehatan, perekonomian, pendidikan, sosial, dan psikologis. Pandemi COVID-19 juga mempengaruhi industri minyak dan gas (migas) dengan dampak kesehatan pada pekerja dan dampak pada kegiatan operasionalnya. Keberlangsungan industri migas memiliki peran penting sebagai penyedia energi untuk penggerak perekonomian. Luasnya dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 serta dengan diterapkannya adaptasi kebiasaan baru membutuhkan pencegahan dan pengendalian yang baik pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak di industri migas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di perusahaan migas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengukur implementasi dari pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di perusahaan migas PT.X secara kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan daftar periksa yang dikembangkan dari ISO 45005:2020 mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan tindakan yang dijabarkan dalam 11 klausul persyaratan. Implementasi pencegahan dan pengendalian COVID-19 di PT. X sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan tingkat pemenuhan sebesar 82%. Nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh klausul komunikasi dimana PT. X sudah memenuhi aspek komunikasi yang dipersyaratkan dalam daftar periksa. Terdapat hal-hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh PT. X guna meningkatkan kinerja pengendalian COVID-19 di tempat kerja antara lain melakukan identifikasi dan penilaian apakah tempat dan situasi di rumah pekerja memungkinkan untuk bekerja dengan efektif.

COVID-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of human life in Indonesia and the world, including health, economy, education, social and psychological aspects. COVID-19 pandemic has also affected the oil and gas industry with health impacts on workers and impacts on their operational activities. The sustainability of the oil and gas industry has an important role as a provider of energy to drive the economy. The extent of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of adaptation to new habits require good prevention and control for companies operating in the oil and gas industry. This study aims to analyze the implementation of prevention and control of COVID-19 in an oil and gas company. This study uses a descriptive method to measure the implementation of the prevention and control of COVID-19 in the oil and gas company PT.X quantitatively. Data collection was carried out using a check list developed from ISO 45005:2020 covering aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring and action in 11 clauses of requirements. Implementation of prevention and control of COVID-19 at PT. X has been running well with a compliance rate of 82%. The highest value is obtained by the communication clause where PT. X has met the communication aspects required in the checklist. There are things that can be done by PT. X in order to improve the control of COVID-19 in the workplace, among others, knowing and assessing whether the place and situation in the workers' homes support them to work effectively."

"Infeksi COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bekasi semakin meningkat. Infeksi COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan ini merupakan HAIs. HAIs dapat dicegah dengan penerapan PPI yang optimal. Kepatuhan Penerepan PPI COVID-19 dipengeruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor determinan yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (PPI) COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study dengan metode self-reported dengan mengisi kuesioner melalui googleform. Populasi adalah tenaga kesehatan di seluruh Puskesmas Kabupaten Bekasi. Sample sebanyak 190 orang dihitung melalui rumus uji beda dua proporsi dengan teknik Quota sampling. Berdasarkan analisis univariat diperoleh rata-rata nilai kepatuhan PPI COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan adalah 93.17 dari skala 100, dengan indikator kepatuhan tertinggi adalah kepatuhan mencuci tangan 93.4 dan kepatuhan terendah adalah kepatuhan disinfeksi 86. Hasil uji regresi logistik berganda menunjukan bahwa variable persepsi risiko dan ketersediaan sarana mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan PPI COVID-19. Variable persepsi risiko merupakan variable dominan yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan PPI COVID-19 (p value <0.0001, OR= 5.314, CI 95%= 2.669 – 10.578). Intervensi yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan penerapan PPI COVID-19 adalah dengan meningkatkan persepsi risiko tenaga kesehatan melalui komunikasi risiko

COVID-19 infections among healthcare workers at Puskesmas in Bekasi Regency are increasing. This COVID-19 infection in healthcare workers is an HAIs. HAIs can be prevented by implementing optimal IPCs. Various factors affect the adoption of COVID-19 IPCs. This study aims to obtain an overview and determinants related to compliance with the prevention and control of infection (IPC) COVID-19 among health workers at the Bekasi District Health Center in 2020. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a self-reported method by filling out a questionnaire via googleform. The population is healthcare workers in all Puskesmas in Bekasi District. A sample of 190 people was calculated by means of a two-proportion difference test formula with the Quota sampling technique. Based on univariate analysis, it was obtained that the average COVID-19 IPC compliance value for healthcare workers was 93.17 from 100 scales, with the highest compliance indicator being hand washing compliance 93.4 and the lowest compliance being disinfection compliance 86. The results of multiple logistic regression tests showed that the variable risk perception and availability of facilities has a significant relationship with COVID-19 IPC compliance. The risk perception variable is the dominant variable associated with PPI COVID-19 compliance (p value <0.0001, OR = 5,314, 95% CI = 2,669 - 10,578). The intervention that needs to be done to improve compliance the implementation of COVID-19 IPC is to increase the risk perception of health workers through risk communication"

"This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on labor productivity in the agricultural and the National Economic Recovery (PEN) Program to support labor productivity in the agricultural sector. This research method is descriptive qualitative using secondary data. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on labor productivity in the agricultural sector. The pandemic increases health risks, disrupts agricultural production and marketing, increases the burden of health expenditures, and reduces access to education and training. The PEN program supports the productivity of the agricultural sector workforce by providing assistance and developing the capacity of the farm workforce using the distribution of social assistance (bansos) and additional pre-employment card allocations. The social assistance and capacity-building program for the agricultural workforce enabled the agricultural workforce to continue working and being productive, thus supporting the sustainable development of the farming sector."

"Pemerintah menurunkan target Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara untuk tahun 2020 sebanyak dua kali melalui Perpres No 54 dan 72 Tahun 2020 yang menggantikan UU No 20 Tahun 2019 tentang APBN. Total penurunan anggaran pendapatan negara melalui dua Perpres tersebut ialah sebesar Rp533,25 triliun. Penurunan anggaran pendapatan negara sebanyak dua kali menunjukkan sinyal awal menurunnya kinerja pendapatan negara pada tahun 2020 akibat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pendapatan negara Republik Indonesia selama pandemi Covid-19 periode tahun2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif berdasarkan analisis varians (selisih) anggaran pendapatan dan analisis pertumbuhan pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pendapatan negara selama pandemiCovid-19 tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan bila dibandingkan pada periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Realisasi pendapatan negara tahun 2020 tumbuh negatif 16,53% atau terjadi penurunan realisasi sebesar Rp323,61triliun bila dibandingkan pada periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Bila realisasi pendapatan negara dilihat lebih dalam, penurunan realisasi terjadi baik pada realisasi penerimaan pajak maupun realisasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP). Realisasi penerimaan pajak pada tahun 2020 tumbuh negatif19,67% dan realisasi PNBP-16,42% dibanding tahun 2019."

"Kajian ini akan mengungkapkan tentang kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan negara untuk penanganan pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Dampak pandemi ini telah menyebabkan kelumpuhan sektor usaha kecil menengah yang dipicu menurunnya daya beli masyarakat, sedangkan pada sektor industri manufaktur mengalami penurunan supply dan demand yang tajam, terganggunya rantai pasok dan pemutusan hubungan kerja, sehingga terjadi penurunan penerimaan negara dari sektor pajak. Pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional yang minus 5,32 persen pada kuartal kedua dikhawatirkan dapat memicu resesi dan krisis sehingga respon extraordinary pengelolaan keuangan negara ditempuh untuk mengantisipasi kondisi berat dan sangat berat yang mungkin bisa terjadi. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan data sekunder yang dapat memberikan analisis pengelolaan keuangan negara terhadap stimulus ekonomi. Pengalokasian anggaran ditujukan untuk infrastuktur kesehatan dan berbagai paket stimulus pemberdayaan masyarakat, penguatan sektor dunia usaha, dan penyiapan keberlanjutan kegiatan ekonomi melalui program pemulihan ekonomi nasional searah dengan upaya penemuan vaksin Covid-19."
