"Background: Some Intelectual disability athletes who have intelligence quotation between 70-75 around the world can have the same achievement as the athletes who have normal cognitive ability. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of imagery training and instructional film program towards the improvement of running performance in Intelectual disability athletes. Methods: 12 Intelectual disability 100 meters running athletes, 9 men and 3 women, with intelligence score between 70-75 at the age of 20 – 29 years old from Indonesian Special Olympics Club in Rawamangun, Jakarta were divided into 3 treatment groups: (a) Imagery group, (b) Instructional film groups, (c) control group. Each treatment groups was conducted to 12 times of their training program. Every athlete was performed running tests before and after treatments. Result : The results show that there is no influence of all the training types towards the before and after treatment running tests ( in control group p=0.957, instructional film group p=0,661, and imagery group p=0,192). There is no significant difference between all groups in the results of running test before and after treatment with p=0,744 (p<0,05). Conclusion : Imagery practicing method and Instructional film program do not influence the achievement of the Special Olympic Athlete Club in Jakarta in 100 m running group."

"Imagery dan film instruksional dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi atlet dalam cabang olahraga yang digelutinya. Bagi atlet Special Olympics yang terbatas inteligensinya pengaruh imagery dan film instruksional tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dalam proses pengambilan datanya dilakukan eksperimen. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap atlet lari 100 meter Special Olympics Indonesia DKI Jakarta sebanyak 12 orang pada kelompok usia 20 hingga 29 tahun. Kelompok eksperimen dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok yakni; (1) kelompok imagery, (2) kelompok film instruksional dan (3) kelompok kontrol. Hasil olah statistik t-test kelompok kontrol (P = 0,957), kelompok film (P = 0,661) dan imagery (P = 0,192). Sedangkan olah statistik anova satu arah (P = 0,744). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa imagery dan film instruksional tidak memberikan pengaruh berarti terhadap prestasi lad 100 meter atlet Special Olympics Indonesia DKI Jakarta."

"Telah dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar mioglobin serum & urin pada 37 atlet maraton nasional peserta pertandingan Asian Marathon III & Proklamaton XV. Tiga atlet menunjukkan kadar mioglobin < 50 ug/L dan 34 atlet yang lain menunjukkan kadar mioglobin 211-3300 ug/L. Rhabdomiolisis didapatkan hanya pada 2 atlet sehingga angka kejadian rhabdomiolisis adalah 6,1%. Didapatkan korelasi bermakna antara mioglobinemia dan prestasi lari. (Med J Indones 2003; 12: 207-14)

Serum and urine myoglobin assessments were conducted on 37 national marathon athletes who participated in the Asian Marathon III & Proklamaton XV. Three athletes showed a myoglobin value of < 50 ug/L and the other 34 athletes showed a myoglobin value of 211-3300 ug/L. Rhabdomyolysis were only found in 2 athletes, thus the prevalence of rhabdomyolysis is 6.1%. A correlation was found between myoglobinemia value and the athlete’s performance. "ABSTRACTThis study focuses on the difference in spending policy behavior between regions having re running incumbents in the 2015 election and regions that have the last period incumbent. Hypothetically, re runner incumbents would try to enhance their re election probability by increasing their targeted expenditures in the times leading to the election time; in contrary, the last period incumbents will do the opposite. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) cross sectional data has been used to analyze the politicians behavior on fiscal spending policy for 237 municipalities. The study result shows that there is no difference in behaviour between regions having re running incumbent and regions that have a last period incumbent. Compared to regions with lame ducks, grant expenditure tends to be higher on election year in regions having a re running incumbent. There is also a tendency that the higher grant expenditure in the year prior to the election, the lower grant expenditure during an election year in those regions."

"Pengalaman pelanggan di dalam toko telah menjadi bagian integral dari strategi dan diferensiasi pengecer. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sensory perception dan mental imagery yang mempengaruhi behavioral intent dengan anticipatory emotions dan decision confidence sebagai mediasi dalam berbelanja pakaian di toko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 139 responden melalui survei. Responden adalah pelanggan retail fashion di Indonesia yang berusia 19 - 35 tahun. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara sensory perception dan mental imagery. Ada pengaruh dari sensory perception, ancitipatory emotions, dan decision confidence terhadap behavioral intent. Anticipatory emotions dipengaruhi oleh sensory perception dan mental imagery. Baik sensory perception dan mental imagery tidak menemukan efek tidak langsung pada behavioral intent. Namun, sensory perception secara tidak langsung memengaruhi behavioral intent melalui anticipatory emotions. Hasil penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi akademisi, manajer, dan penelitian selanjutnya karena dapat menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, serta dapat dijadikan referensi dalam kajian sensory marketing dan mental imagery.

In-store customer experience has become an integral part of retailers' strategy and differentiation. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between sensory perception and mental imagery influencing behavioral intent with anticipatory emotions and decision confidence as mediations in shopping for clothes at the store. This research is a quantitative study by analyzing data collected from 139 respondents through a survey. Respondents were retail fashion customers in Indonesia age 19 - 35 years old. The data in this study were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant correlation between sensory perception and mental imagery. There was an influence from sensory perception, anticipatory emotion, and decision confidence on behavioral intent. Anticipatory emotion is influenced by sensory perception and mental imagery. Both sensory perception and mental imagery found no indirect effect on behavioral intent. However, sensory perception indirectly influences behavioral intent through anticipatory emotions. The results of this study can be useful for academics, managers, and further research because they can add insight, knowledge, and can be used as a reference in sensory marketing and mental imagery studies."

Dalam hal inikesejahteraan olahragawan dan mantan olahragawan adalah tugas KementerianPemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia untuk mewujudkannya. Masihbanyaknya mantan olahragawan yang masih belum sejahtera dimasa pensiunnyamenjadi pokok pembahasan dalam penulisan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melaluiobservasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaperan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mantan olahragawanberprestasi di Indonesia masih belum maksimal, karena kebijakan denganprakteknya yang masih tidak sejalan.

ABSTRACTIn implementing the sport in Indonesia a country requires a role ofgovernment. The authority of the sports industry under the Ministry of Youth andSports of the Republic of Indonesia. The position of the Ministry of Youth andSports of the Republic of Indonesia is a minister representing the government inthe field of youth and sport, the ministry has a role in regulating, foster, develop,implement, and oversee the national sport. In this case the welfare of sportsmenand former sportsmen is the task of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of theRepublic of Indonesia to make it happen. Still many former sportsman who stillprosperous future retirement in issue in this writing. This study used a qualitativeapproach with the method of data collection is done through observation andinterview. These results indicate that the government's role in improving thewelfare of ex-athlete excel in Indonesia is still not optimal, because the policy andthe practice is still not in line."
