"ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi promosi Perpustakaan Daniel S.Lev melalui Twitter dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan promosi. Ini menjadi menarik karena dampak perkembangan teknologi yang dirasakan oleh perpustakaan melalui media sosial. Maraknya penggunaan media sosial memberikan keuntungan bagi perpustakaan dalam mempromosikan perpustakaan mereka sendiri. Perpustakaan Hukum Daniel S.Lev mempromosikan koleksi, layanan, dan fasilitas melalui Twitter. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah pustakawan yang terkait dengan media sosial Twitter @Danlevlibrary dan objek penelitian adalah media sosial Twitter yang digunakan oleh Perpustakaan Daniel S.Lev sebagai media promosi perpustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga jenis, yaitu wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Perpustakaan Daniel S.Lev telah menerapkan empat dari lima bauran komunikasi pemasaran yang terdiri dari promosi penjualan, penjualan pribadi, hubungan masyarakat, dan pemasaran digital. Selain itu, promosi juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi promosi adalah program Perpustakaan Aktif yang berhasil meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan di Perpustakaan Daniel S. Lev.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the promotion of the Daniel S.Lev Library through Twitter and find out the factors that influence promotional activities. This becomes interesting because of the impact of technological developments felt by libraries through social media. The rise of the use of social media provides an advantage for libraries in promoting themselves libraries. Daniel S.Lev Law Library promotes collections, services and facilities via Twitter. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of the study were librarians related to social media Twitter @Danlevlibrary and the objects of the research were Twitter social media that were used by the Daniel S.Lev Library as a media for library promotion. Data collection methods used in this study consisted of three types, namely interviews, document studies and observations. The result of this study is that the Daniel S.Lev Library has implemented four of the five marketing communication mixes consisting of sales promotion, personal sales, public relations, and digital marketing. In addition, promotion is also influenced by several factors. One of the factors that influenced promotion was the Active Library program which succeeded in increasing the number of visits in the Daniel S. Lev Library."
