"Neraca air baku DKI Jakarta terdiri dari kebutuhan dan ketersedian air baku yang ada di DKI Jakarta. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah dan perubahan tata guna lahan hingga tahun 2030 menyebabkan kebutuhan air bertambah setiap tahunnya. Strategi potensi sungai Cisadane dan Citarum, panen hujan dan reverse osmosis menjadi sumber daya alternatif untuk menambah ketersediaan air baku. Jumlah defisit air baku setelah diaplikasikannya strategi ini berkurang 37.3% dari tahun 2010 sebesar 9661.536 l/det menjadi 3604.931 l/det pada tahun 2030. Untuk menghilangkan defisit air baku diperlukan tambahan altenatif sumber daya air lainnya berupa Waduk Ciawi dan IPA Buaran III
DKI Jakarta water balance consists of the demaind and supply water in DKI Jakarta. Number of gowing population and the changes in landuse through 2030 led the demaind of water grow every year. Strategy of potential Cisadane and Citarum river; rain harvesting; and reverse osmosis are the alternative to increase the supply of water. The amount of water deficit after this strategy apllied was reduced 37.3% from 2010 amounted 9661.536 l/s to 3604.931 l/s in 2030. To eliminate the deficit of water required additional alternative from other water resources such as Ciawi reservoir and IPA Buaran III"
