"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang didapatkan seorang sarjana farmasi setelah lulus dari program pendidikan profesi apoteker dan lulus Ujian Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI). Seorang apoteker selanjutnya dapat berkarir di industri (obat, obat tradisional, kosmetik), pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), apotek, rumah sakit, puskemas, maupun klinik. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat belajar dan mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang dapat mendukung calon apoteker tersebut kedepannya lewat PKPA di industri dan apotek.

A pharmacist is a profession that is obtained by a pharmacy graduate after graduating from the pharmacist professional education program and passing the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination (UKAI). A pharmacist can then have a career in industry (drugs, traditional medicines, cosmetics), pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and clinics. As provosion for prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work in the future, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as part of the pharmacist profession study program curriculum. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

"Tenaga kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada pelayanan fasilitas kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan RSUP dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) dan Apotek Atrika untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon apoteker pada tahun 2020. During the internship, students are expected to able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalai praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. "Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma Periode Februari 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek dan menambah wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di Apotek. Selain itu peserta praktik kerja profesi juga mendapat gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 Periode Februari 2020”. Tujuan pengerjaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dari segi fisik apotek dan produk yang disediakan di apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 dan untuk mengetahui keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dari petugas dan pelayanan yang diberikan di apotek Kimia Farma No. 143. Secara umum, kepuasan pelanggan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 143 menunjukkan kategori puas dengan nilai kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan yaitu sebesar 4,572 dari nilai maksimal 5. Penulis telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di apotek. Praktik kerja profesi di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals periode Juli – Agustus 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu peserta praktik kerja profesi juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Improvement Proses Produksi Produk X di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals Periode Juli – Agustus 2020”. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan dominan, penyebab permasalahan yang terjadi, dan juga menganalisis solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan permasalahan pada proses produksi produk X. Permasalahan dominan yang terjadi pada proses produksi produk X terjadi pada proses filling yaitu terkait dengan ukuran vial produk tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi mesin, sehingga solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan pada beberapa bagian mesin proses produk X. Secara umum, PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals telah menerapkan aspek-aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan sebuah kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika dan PT Harsen Laboratories Periode Februari-Agustus Tahun 2020. As a preparation and to gainsome experiences, a soon-to-be pharmacist needs to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competency, therefore, an internship at Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika and PT Harsen Laboratories was carried out from February until August 2020. In this internship period, it is hoped that pharmacist could obtain appropriate insights, knowledge and experience to do pharmacy practice in professional workplace."

By participating in the Practice Program, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will have insight, knowledge, skills, and abilities to do pharmaceutical work"

This activity is the author's means to learn and understand the duties and responsibilities of an apothecary. This is expected to be the author's provision to carry out the role of pharmacists in the professional realm and can be useful for themselves, colleagues, and society. PKPA activities at PT Mahakam Beta Farma and Roxy Biak Pharmacy include reviewing managerial duties in the solid dosage production section of the pharmaceutical industry, clinical pharmacy duties in pharmacies, as well as special tasks in both the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industries."

"Pemastian mutu dalam industri farmasi dapat dilakukan melalui pengkajian mutu produk (Product Quality Review) setiap tahun atau secara berkala. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di industri farmasi PT Mahakam Beta Farma adalah mengetahui tujuan pembuatan dan departemen terkait dalam penyusunan laporan PQR serta mampu menyusun laporan PQR. Dokumen PQR bersifat komprehensif dengan tujuan memverifikasi konsistensi proses suatu produk selama periode berjalan, kesesuaian spesifikasi bahan baku, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, melihat dan mengevaluasi tren analisis dari tiap tahapan produksi, mengidentifikasi peluang tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses, melakukan evaluasi terhadap rekomendasi serta meningkatkan mutu produk sediaan likuid pada produksi periode yang akan datang. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat adalah Apotek. Tujuan pelaksanaan tugas khusus di Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu adalah menjadikan poster edukasi hipertensi sebagai media penunjang dalam pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi kepada masyarakat. Pembuatan poster edukasi tentang hipertensi dapat menjadi media informasi di lingkungan Apotek Roxy Pondok Labu sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman terkait gejala, komplikasi, dan pencegahan hipertensi serta penyampaian informasi kepada pasien lebih efektif dan maksimal.

Health service facilities located in the community are pharmacies. The purpose of carrying out special tasks at Roxy Pharmacy Pondok Labu is to make hypertension education posters as a supporting medium in providing education about hypertension to the public. Making educational posters about hypertension can be a medium of information in the Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy environment understanding related to symptoms, complications, and prevention of hypertension as well as delivering information more effectively and maximally."
