"Despite the fact that focus groups are an ideal research tool for studying and employing group communication in action, many research practitioners and scholars have missed the opportunity to utilize them to their maximum benefit. Few researchers have the skills that enable them to approach focus group facilitation and analysis from a communication point of view. In this book, Dr. Christine Davis teaches readers how to take a project from an idea to the design, facilitation, and analysis stages. This book takes a unique communication perspective to apply group communication theories, knowledge of group processes, and a close discourse analysis approach to explain and understand the discursive aspect of focus groups. This book helps readers of all stages of experience - including those with no background in focus group research to those practitioners with more focus group expertise - understand how a communication approach to focus groups takes advantage of this discipline's rich Despite the fact that focus groups are an ideal research tool for studying and employing group communication in action, many research practitioners and scholars have missed the opportunity to utilize them to their maximum benefit.

Successful development of digital wallets in Indonesia is driven by a successful discount/cashback strategy from their service providers. This strategy has been proven to make people interested in adopting a digital wallet. However, the strategy cannot be done indefinitely. Now, the service providers should focus to retain their users so all of efforts they have done before are not wasted. This study aims to examine the factors that influence user’s intention to keep using digital wallets by using the theory of planned behavior. The effect of benefit and risks perceived by users to their attitude will also examined. Furthermore, regulatory focus theory which classifies individuals based on their sensitivity is being used as a moderation between some factors. This study conduct 756 respondents through an online survey and using PLS-SEM for analysis. Results show that the continuance intention of using digital wallets is influenced by attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. The user’s attitude is influenced by benefit and risks they perceived. There is a stronger influence effect between risk and attitude and also between perceived behavioral control and continuance intention in prevention focus individuals. The results help service providers to know what factors influence their users continuance intention.
