"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika periode bulan Februari 2020 dan di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Agustus - September 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, a Professional Work Practice of Pharmacists was carried out at Apotek Atrika for the period of February 2020 and at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi during the period August - September 2020. During PKPA, it is expected that candidate pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

Diharapkan melalui proses PKPA ini, calon apoteker mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacist bears important roles in Pharmaceutical Industries and Pharmacy. A pharmacist needs to fulfil the competency standards as a requirement to work and do the pharmacy practice. As a preparation and to gainsome experiences, a soon-to-be pharmacist needs to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competency, therefore, an internship at Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika and PT Harsen Laboratories was carried out from February until August 2020. In this internship period, it is hoped that pharmacist could obtain appropriate insights, knowledge and experience to do pharmacy practice in professional workplace."

"Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasimaupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literature data website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan untuk apotek, studi literature terhadap pembuatan aplikasiuntuk distributor farmasi dan studi literature menggunakan CPOB 2018 untuk industri farmasi. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pembuatan rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dan bekerjasama dengan BPJS di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara mulai dari penentuan lokasi, bangunan, jumlah karyawan hingga analisis keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa dari segala aspek,rancangan apotek yang dibuat telah layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai produk apa saja yang didistribusikan oleh PT Enseval Putera Megatrading agar lebih mudah dan efisien dalam pencarian informasi produk. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan investigasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di PT HarsenLaboratories selama tahun 2020. Investigasi berguna untuk menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan yang sama di masa mendatang serta untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi penyimpangan tersebut.

Health is a basic right for every human being, so that every country needs to develop

these human rights. Pharmacists as one of the health workers are required to devote

themselves in the pharmaceutical industry, distribution company of drugs, and the

pharmacy. To increasing understanding the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist student conduct to work practice. The authors work practice pharmacist profession at Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, and PT Harsen Laboratories. In

this study, the method which using study literature data on the BPJS website, the PTSP website in the North Sulawesi province, the LKPP e-catalog website, and laws and regulations for pharmacies for the pharmacy, using study literature on how to make an application for drug distributional company, and using study literature

on CPOB 2018 for the pharmaceutical industry. Implementation of practice in pharmacies, the authors made a design for a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program and collaborates with BPJS in North Sulawesi province, starting from determining the location, building, number of employees until financial analysis. Based on an analysis of all aspects, the pharmacy design that was made was feasible to be built and operated with the specified capital. While on drug distributional company, authors make an application about information of that company products. This application would be easier and efficiency on searching products. While in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors investigate the deviation that occur on PT Harsen Laboratories in 2020. This investigation would be useful to make the corrective and preventive action for the deviation."

"Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi

Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services."

During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowladges, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

Pharmacist plays crucial role in performing health service in health facilities such as in hospital and pharmacy. Pharmacist is required to have abilities in various activities of pharmaceutical practice, not only in pharmaceutical management or only in pharmaceutical clinics. Pharmacist is required to develop their competence in all aspects. Pharmacist competence is the key to get a successful in the pharmaceutical practice. Competency standards of Indonesia pharmacist consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills that expected from pharmacist when graduation and performing health service. Internship program is one of the place for future pharmacist to develop their competence. Internship program at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) and Apotek Keluarga 1 hopefully can provide an overview to future pharmacist about the role of duties and responsibilities of pharmacist specifically in pharmaceutical practice in hospital and pharmacy."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan. Sebagai seorang Apoteker, tugas dan fungsi yang dilakukan oleh apoteker adalah manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Manajemen Perbekalan farmasi yang dilakukan di antaranya adalah perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, dll. Sedangkan kegiatan farmasi klinik yang harus dilakukan adalah analisis dan pengkajian resep, dispensing, kegiatan pemantauan terapi obat, ronde, visite, konseling, pelayanan informasi obat, dll. Selama kegiatan PKPA berlagsung, penulis diberikan tugas khusus mengenai analisis interaksi obat di ruang rawat inap RUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebermaknaan klinis interaksi obat yang terjadi dan dampak yang timbul di paisen.

There are some duties of Pharmacist that have to be done in hospital, like make sure there are enough supply of medicine for atient, visite, ward round, etc. Given special assignment titled Analysis of Drug Interaction in RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The aim of this special assignment is to know hwhat the consequence of drug interaction."

"Praktik kerja profesi di RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo periode bulan Februari- Maret tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah evaluasi perencanaan obat untuk mata, obat untuk saluran cerna, dan obat yang mempengaruhi saluran kemih tahun 2017 menggunakan indikator persentase pemenuhan yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah obat yang dipesan dengan jumlah obat yang diterima serta persentase penyerapan yaitu perbandingan antara jumlah obat yang diadakan dengan obat yang direncanakan.

Internship at RSUPN dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo period of February to March 2018 aims to understand role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital accordance to laws and ethics in pharmaceutical practice and health care; to have knowledge, skills, and experience as a pharmacist in hospital; to learn about challenges in pharmaceutical practice and strategy to develop pharmaceutical practice in hospital. The specific assignment was about drug procurement evaluation of three classes drugs. The three classes drugs were eye medication, gastrointestinal medication, and urinary medication. Evaluation of drug procurement was performed with percentage of ratio between the amount of ordered drugs to approved drugs and the percentage of ratio between the amount of procured drugs to planned drugs. "
