"ABSTRAKSeorang Apoteker memegang peranan penting di Industri Farmasi, Apotek, dan Pemerintahana. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai syarat untuk memasuki dunia pekerjaan dengan melakukan praktik kerja profesi. Standar kompetensi Apoteker di Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan dapat dipenuhi oleh calon Apoteker sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon Apoteker untuk memenuhi kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, Apotek Jacoebson, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dari bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon Apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

ABSTRACT

A Pharmacist plays an important role in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Community Pharmacy and Government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a prerequisite for entering the workforce by undertaking professional work practices. Pharmacist competency standards in Indonesia consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected to be met by prospective Pharmacists before entering the workforce. As a preparation and experience of prospective Pharmacists to fulfill competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, Jacoebson Pharmacy, and the East Jakarta Municipal Health Service Office from January to April 2019. While doing professional work practices, Apothecary candidates are expected to broaden their horizons, insights, and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces.

"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peranan penting pada apotek, industri farmasi dan distributor farmasi. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi persyaratan dan standard kompetensi agar dapat memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi apoteker. Terdapat sepuluh standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang merupakan suatu yang diharapkan melekat pada apoteker setelah lulus dan masuk pada dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker melaksanakan kerja praktik di beberapa instansi agar dapat memahami peranan dan tanggung jawab apoteker, permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi calon apoteker, maka dari itu dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di Apotek Jacoebson Pharmacy, PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia yang merupan industri Farmasi dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang merupakan Distributor Farmasi yang dimana dilaksanakan sejak bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas pemahaman, wawasan, dan pengalaman untuk menghadapi pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. "Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Hidup Baru bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Apoteker dituntut untuk memahamipengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) dari mulai perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu, apoteker dituntut untuk dapat melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinis dari mulai pengkajian resep, dispensingPelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO). Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa Pembuatan Brosur Seledri Sebagai Herbal AntiHipertensi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pasien yang datang ke apotek, khususnya pasien hipertensi tentang seledri yang dapat digunakan untuk meringankan penyakit hipertensi.

The internship at Apotek Hidup Baru aims to find out and participate in the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the pharmacy which includes the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials and clinical pharmacy. Pharmacists are required to understand themanagement of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables from planning, procurement, receiving, storing, destroying, controlling, recording and reporting. In addition, pharmacists are required to be able to carry out clinical pharmacy services from prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services, counseling, home pharmacy care, drug therapy monitoring and drug side effect monitoring. The special task given is in the form of making celery brochures as anti-hypertensive herbs with the aim of providing counseling to patients who come to pharmacies, especially hypertensive patients about celery which can be used to alleviate hypertension."

"ABSTRAKApoteker dapat berperan penting dalam industri farmasi, apotek, maupun instansi pemerintahan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata terkait pekerjaan yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang apoteker sehingga dihasilkan apoteker yang berkompetensi dan mampu bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di tiga tempat dalam jangka waktu tertentu, yaitu Apotek Prima Sehat selama 1 bulan, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur selama 2 minggu, dan PT Bayer Indonesia Cimanggis selama 2 bulan. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan mendapatkan gambaran yang dapat menjadi bekal sebelum memasuki dunia kerja.
