Hasil dari penelitian dengan metode hukum yuridis-normatif menunjukkan bahwa penanam modal asing wajib untuk menyesuaikan kepemilikan saham nya hingga sebesar 33% sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 39 Tahun 2014. Penanam modal asing yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban untuk menyesuaikan kepemilikan modal nya dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the legal consequences of the change in ownership provisions of foreign capital in the warehousing services sector in Indonesia and the sanctions imposed by the government to foreign investors who do not adjust their capital holdings by as much as 33% in the warehousing services sector. The results of the study with the juridical-normative legal method shows that foreign investors are required to adjust its shareholding up to 33% as stipulated in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 Year 2014. Foreign investors who do not fulfill the obligation to adjust its capital holdings can be subject to administrative sanctions."
