"Latar Belakang : Kerja shift dapat menyebabkan gangguan tidur dan gangguan kehidupan sehari-hari (stres), perubahan perilaku seperti mulai merokok dan pola konsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat, yang menyebabkan obesitas dan perubahan kadar kolesterol darah. Dimana hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan antara pekerja shift dan non shift terhadap perubahan profil EKG iskemik di perusahaan baja selama kurun waktu 2014-2018.Nelayan adalah jenis pekerjaan dengan risiko kelelahan kerja yang tinggidan
Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian ini adalah kohort retrospektif dengan subyek penelitian adalah pekerja perusahaan baja yang melakukan medical check up rutin kurun waktu 2014-2018, dilakukan dengan mengambil data sekunder hasil medical check up dalam kurun waktu diatas. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square dan Regresi Cox menggunakan nilai probabilitas (p<0,05) untuk signifikansi. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 834 pekerja, laki-laki usia 36-55 tahun. Faktor risiko PJK yang diukur obesitas, usia, lingkar pinggang, lama bekerja, aktifitas fisik, konsumsi makanan berlemak, riwayat genetik, hipertensi, diabetes, dislipidemi, dan merokok. Sedangkan faktor stres kerja diukur menggunakan kuesioner survey diagnosis stres.
Hasil : Prevalensi perubahan EKG iskemik pada pekerja shift sebanyak 13,2% dan pada pekerja non shift 12,0%. Survival rate untuk perubahan EKG iskemik pada pekerja shift sebesar 85,4% dan pekerja non shift sebesar 82,9%. Hipertensi berhubungan dengan EKG iskemik, dengan RR 1,88 dan IK95% (1,15-3,09). Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kerja shift dan non shift dengan EKG iskemik.di Ancol, Cilincin
Kesimpulan : Kejadian EKG iskemik antara kelompok pekerja shift dan non shift tidak berbeda signifikan. Hipertensi berhubungan dengan EKG iskemik. Pekerja non shift memiliki angka ketahanan lebih rendah terhadap terjadinya EKG iskemik daripada pekerja shift. satu

Research methods : The design of this study was a cohort retrospective with research subjects as steel industry workers who performed routine medical check-ups in the 2014-2018 period, carried out by taking secondary data from medical check-up results in the above period. Results : The prevalence of ischemic ECG changes in shift workers is 13.2% and in non shift workers is 12.0%. The survival rate for ischemic ECG changes in shift workers was 85.4% and non-shift workers was 82.9%. Hypertension is associated with ischemic ECG, with RR 1.88 and CI 95% (1.15-3.09). There is no relation between shift and non shift work with ischemic ECG.
Conclusion : Ischemic ECG events between shift and non shift worker groups are not significantly different. Hypertension is associated with ischemic ECG. Non-shift workers have lower endurance numbers against ischemic ECG than shift workers"

"ABSTRAK
Tidur merupakan salah satu kebutuhan fisiologis bagi manusia yang berguna
untuk proses pemulihan tubuh. Pekerja shift memiliki jadwal kerja yang berubahubah
yang mengakibatkan perubahan irama sirkadian tubuh. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan faktorfaktor
yang mempengaruhi tidur pada pekerja shift di PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatif. Teknik sampel yang
digunakan adalah total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70
orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja shift memiliki kualitas tidur
yang buruk (64,3 %) dan adanya hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan penyakit
fisik (p value=0,020, α = 0,05). Rekomendasi bagi pekerja diperlukan pelayanan
kesehatan untuk mengatasi masalah penyakit fisik

ABSTRACT
Sleeping is one of physiological needs for humans that is useful for body recovery
process. Shift workers had rotating work schedule which can change the circadian
rhythm of body. The aim of this research was to identify the relationship between
sleep quality and factors that affect sleep in shift worker at Krakatau Industrial
Water. This research used a correlative descriptive design. Sample tecqnique used
was total sampling. The number of sample in this research were 70 shift workers.
The results showed that shift workers had poor quality sleep (64,3 %) and there is
a relationship between sleep quality and disease (p value=0,020, α = 0,05). The
recommendation for worker is needed health service for overcome disease
problem.

"ABSTRAK
Rumah sakit menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan selama 24 jam. Perawat sebagai bagian terpenting dari pelayanan kesehatan perlu memenuhi pelayanan 24 jam tersebut melalui kerja shift. Namun, perawat kerja shift lebih memiliki risiko penurunan kualitas tidur dibanding non-shift, yang dapat berdampak pada penurunan performa/kinerja. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas tidur antara perawat kerja shift dan non-shift. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang yang melibatkan 162 perawat di RSUD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor, yang dipilih dengan proportional random sampling. Data demografi diambil melalui kuesioner A, kerja shift melalui kuesioner B dan kualitas tidur melalui kuesioner C The Pittsburgh Scale Quality Index. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan proporsi kualitas tidur buruk pada perawat yang bekerja shift 35.2 lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada perawat yang bekerja non-shift 10.5 . Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kualitas tidur antara perawat yang bekerja shift dan non-shift x2 161 = 5.205; p = .023 Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan kualitas tidur antara perawat kerja shift dan non-shift di RSUD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor. Saran bagi manajemen dan keperawatan rumah sakit, untuk membuat kebijakan pengaturan jadwal kerja yang meminimalkan penurunan kualitas tidur dan peningkatan kualitas tidur seperti kebijakan napping.

ABSTRAK
Hospitals provide a 24 hour health services. Nurses as an integral part of health services at the hospital need to work in shifts in order to deliver uninterrupted nursing care. Nevertheless, shift work nurses have a higher risk of sleep deprivation than non shift, which may have an impact on performance degradation. This research aimed to identify the difference of sleep quality between shift and non shift work nurses. The design of this study was a comparative descriptive with cross sectional approach involving 162 nurses in RSUD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Tanjung Selor, selected by proportional random sampling. Demographic data were collected through questionnaire A, shift work through questionnaire B and sleep quality through Questionnaire C The Pittsburgh Scale Quality Index. The result of statistical analysis showed that the proportion of poor sleep quality in shift nurses 35.2 was higher than in non shift nurses 10.5 . Further analysis showed that there were significant differences in sleep quality between shift and non shift nurses x2 161 5.205 p .023 . Our study concluded the significant difference of sleep quality between shift and non shift working nurses at RSUD Tanjung Selor. This study suggested hospital and nursing management to create policy work schedule arrangements that could improve sleep quality. This study also suggested the development of policy with respect to napping for shift nurses."

"Untuk mempertahankan tingkat produksi, daya saing dan kontinuitas pekerjaan maka di era sekafang banyak perusahaan atau pabrik-pabrik yang memberlakukan pekesjaan shi# bagi karyawannya. Ada yang memberlakukan 2 atau 3 shi# tergantung dari pada kebutuhan perusahaan. Pada populasi pekeria dinegara berkembang 20 - 30 % memberlakukan kerja shim sehingga kelja shift menjadi hal yang biasa. Pada penelilian Simon Folkard dan Philip tahun 2002 (shitiwork safely and productivity) rnenyimpulkan bahwa produktifltas dan keselamatan kerja akan berkuranglmenurun pada waktu karyawan beraktilitas di malam hari. Pengurangan inl didasari oleh berbagai faktor antara lain: gangguan kesehatan, terganggunya kehidupan sosial, gangguan tidur (memendeknya waktu tldur) dan gangguan irama Sirkadlan.
Dalam tesis ini ingin ditelili dampak kerja malam terhadap perubahan tekanan darah sistolik, diastolik dan denyut jantung pada Operator Pmduction perusahaan Migas X. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitalif dengan desain penelitian kuasi eksperimental, menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner dan pengukuran langsung tekanan darah slstolik, diastol0< dan denyut jantung pada 77 Operator Production perusahaan Migas X pada saat shi# non malam dan malam. Setelah diukur kemudian dibandingkan apakah ada perbedaan hasil pengukuran antara yang shit! non malam dengan malam pada seorang pekerja.
Hasil penetitian dengan analisis bivariat menunjukkan terjadinya perbedaan bermakna tekanan sistotik dan diastolik antara pekerja shift non maiam dengan shift malam (p< 0,05). Untuk tekanan sistolik oenderung mengalami penumnan pada saat shit? malam, sedangkan untuk tekanan diastolik mengalami kenaikan pada saat shift malam. Kenaikan dan penurunannya masih dalam batas yang tidak mengganggu kesehatan. Untuk tekanan denyut jantung oenderung tidak mengalami perubahan antara yang bekerja pada shift non malam maupun shit? malam. Analisa multivariat menunjukkan bahwa faktor Olah Raga dan Kopl merupakan faktor dominan dalam perubahan tekanan darah dan denyut jantung.

To maintain productivity level, competition among and continuity of workers, most company or production apply shift working among their employee. There are 2 or 3 shifts applied based on the company?s need. In the developing countries' population. 20-30% ofthe country apply working shift, which make it as a common thing. ln the research done by Simon Folkard and Philip 2002 (Shift Working Safety and Productivity) concluded that productivity and work safely will decrease during night shift This decrease is due to several factors, such as health, social, sleep (decrease in the quantity time of sleep), and circadian rhythm disorder.
This thesis would like to know the effect of night shift on systolic, diastolyc blood pressure and heart beat among pmducfion operators in X Indonesia Company. This is a quantitative research with Quasy experimental design using queslonnaire and direct blood pressure measurement (systolic and diastolic) and heart beat as the research tools on 77 production operators during night and non-night shift in X Indonesia Company. After being measured, we compare the difference ofthe result among workers who work on night and non-night shift.
This research shows that there is a difference on systolic and diastolic among night shift and non-night shift workers (p < 0,05). Systolic pressure tends to decrease during night shift, while for diastolic pressure tends to increase during the same shift. Both the increase and decrease are within normal limit which does not effect their health. Heart beat tends not to change between these workers. Sport and coffee are the dominant factors to influence blood pressure and heart beat by multivariate analysis.

"Perawat merupakan petugas yang memberikan layanan asuhan keperawatan selama 24 jam kepada pasien serta memiliki sistem kerja shift dan hal ini dapat menyebabkan kelelahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji faktor apa saja yang dapat menyebabkan kelelahan pada perawat yang bekerja shift maupun non shift. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Tempat penelitian di RSUD dr Slamet Garut, dengan sampel 150 perawat. Pengukuran kelelahan menggunakan International Fatigue Research Committee dan Piitsburg Sleep Quality Index serta Alat Actigraph untuk kualitas dan kuantitas tidur. Analisis data univariat menunjukkan 44.7 responden mengalami kelelahan berat, 80 perawat memiliki kualitas tidur buruk, 66,7 memiliki kuantitas tidur buruk dan mayoritas perawat 70 menjalankan sistem shift kerja.
Hasil bivariat menggunakan pearson correlation yang memiliki hubungan dengan kelelahan yaitu shift kerja, beban kerja, waktu kerja dan kualitas tidur. Shift kerja dan sleep hygiene memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kualitas dan kuantitas tidur. Kesimpulan shift kerja dan sleep hygiene merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kuantitas dan kualitas tidur, serta shift kerja, beban kerja, waktu kerja dan kualitas tidur merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan perawat di RSUD dr Slamet Garut.

The nurse is an officer who provides nursing care services for 24 hours to the patient and has a shift work system and this can lead to fatigue. The purpose of this study to examine any factors that can cause fatigue in nurses who work both shift and non shift. Quantitative research method using cross sectional design. Place of study in RSUD dr Slamet Garut, with a sample of 150 nurses. Measurement of fatigue using International Fatigue Research Committee and Piitsburg Sleep Quality Index and Actigraph Tool for quality and quantity of sleep. Univariate data analysis showed that 44.7 of respondents had severe fatigue, 80 nurses had bad sleep quality, 66,7 had bad sleeping quantity and majority of 70 nurses were running work shift system.
Bivariate result using pearson correlation which was related to fatigue of shift work, workload, working time and sleep quality. Shift work and sleep hygiene have a significant relationship with the quality and quantity of sleep. The conclusion is work shift and sleep hygiene are factors related to the quantity and quality of sleep, and work shift, workload, working time and sleep quality are factors related to nurse fatigue in RSUD dr Slamet Garut.

Latar Belakang. Penyakit jantung koroner PJK merupakan penyakit dengan prevalensi yang cukup tinggi di masyarakat umum maupun masyarakat pekerja. Berbagai studi mengindikasikan penyakit jantung koroner berhubungan dengan kerja gilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerja gilir terhadap insidensi risiko sedang-tinggi PJK pada pekerja laki-laki perusahaan manufaktur di Bogor sejak tahun 2011 hingga 2016.Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kohort retrospektif dalam periode lima tahun menggunakan metode Nelson-Aalen untuk analisis hazard function. Risiko PJK dinilai berdasarkan Skor Risiko Framingham.Hasil. Tingkat insidens risiko sedang-tinggi PJK pada pekerja gilir adalah 103/1.000 orang-tahun, berbeda secara bermakna dengan tingkat insidens pekerja non gilir yaitu 68/1.000 orang-tahun RR=1,5; IK 95 =1,001-2,304 . Hazard function kumulatif pekerja gilir untuk memiliki risiko sedang-tinggi PJK di tahun kelima lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pekerja non gilir HR=1,51.

ABSTRACT
Background. Coronary heart disease CHD is a disease with a high prevalence in the general population and workers. Studies have indicated that coronary heart disease is associated with shift work. This study is aimed to determine the effect of shift work on the incidence of intermediate high risk CHD among male workers at manufacturing company in Bogor from 2011 to 2016.Method. This is a retrospective cohort study in five year period using Nelson Aalen method for hazard function analysis. Risk of CHD is assessed based on Framingham Risk Score.Result. The intermediate high risk CHD incidence rate of shift workers was 103 1,000 person year, significantly different from the incidence rate of non shift workers which was 68 1.000 person year RR 1.5 95 CI 1.001 2.304 . Cumulative hazard function of shift workers to have an intermediate high risk CHD in the fifth year was greater than that of non shift workers HR 1.51 . Workers with length of employment ge 14 years had greater cumulative hazard function than workers with length of employment .

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil

obligation to fulfill the standards of aircraft airworthiness. In doing so, one of the MRO
industry, Company ?X? develop a system of shift workers with standardized skills to
operate 24/7 for the sake of upholding the airworthiness of aircrafts and adjusting to
the flight schedules. Working in shifts is a risk to the workers, especially the risk of
being fatigue, because working in shifts forces them to work against their natural body
clock. In order to start the development of fatigue management program in Company
?X?, it is needed to assess the subjective feelings toward fatigue as a starting point.

industry, Company ‘X’ develop a system of shift workers with standardized skills to
operate 24/7 for the sake of upholding the airworthiness of aircrafts and adjusting to
the flight schedules. Working in shifts is a risk to the workers, especially the risk of
being fatigue, because working in shifts forces them to work against their natural body
clock. In order to start the development of fatigue management program in Company
‘X’, it is needed to assess the subjective feelings toward fatigue as a starting point.
This quantitative research is conducted to determine work related and non work related
factors toward the subjective feelings of fatigue with a cross sectional study design.
This research was done in October—December 2015 in the Domestic and International
Line Maintenance of Company ‘X’ with a total sample of 105 respondents. Results
showed that there is a correlation between work shifts (p=0,002), excessive working
hours (p=0,005), quantity of sleep (p=0,048), and commuting time (0,042) with
subjective feelings toward fatigue.]"

"Petugas shift merupakan bagian dari pekerja kritis di Instalasi RSG-GAS. Sistem kerja shift dan tuntutan kerja yang kompleks di instalasi nuklir menyebabkan petugas shift rentan mengalami kelelahan kerja. Kelelahan kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap penurunan performa kerja, penurunan konsentrasi, penurunan pemenuhan prosedur maupun penurunan kewaspadaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kelelahan kerja petugas shift dan melakukan analisis terhadap faktor risiko yang berkontribusi pada kelelahan kerja petugas shift di RSG-GAS Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, alat ukur lingkungan kerja, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh petugas shift mengalami kelelahan dengan tingkat kelelahan ringan sebesar 31,25%, kelelahan sedang sebesar 64,58%, dan kelelahan berat sebesar 4,17%. Faktor risiko kelelahan kerja adalah status Gizi yang diukur dengan indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan umum adalah indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, konsumsi kafein, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan fisik adalah usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, masa kerja, posisi kerja, beban kerja, desain tugas, dan tekanan udara negatif. Faktor risiko pelemahan aktivitas adalah kepuasan kerja. Faktor risiko pelemahan motivasi adalah kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, desain tugas dan shift malam. Faktor risiko kelelahan mental adalah kualitas tidur, beban kerja, desain tugas, pencahayaan, dan tekanan udara negatif. Rekomendasi pengendalian melibatkan manajemen dan petugas shift dengan mengembangkan program manajemen kelelahan kerja sesuai kondisi di Instalasi Nuklir.

Shift workers are part of critical workers at the RSG GAS Installation. The shift work system and complex work demands in nuclear installations cause shift workers to be prone to work fatigue. Work fatigue has contributed to decreased work performance, decreased concentration, decreased in procedure compliance, and reduced alertness. This study aims to evaluate the level of work fatigue of shift workers and analyze the risk factors that contribute to the work fatigue of shift workers at RSG-GAS in 2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires, measuring tools for the environment, interviews, and documents. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive and inferential analysis with a correlation test. The results showed that all shift workers experienced fatigue with mild fatigue level of 31,25%, moderate fatigue of 64,58%, and severe fatigue of 4,17%. The risk factors for work fatigue (total score) are nutritional status as measured by body mass index, sleep quality, workload and task design. The risk factors for general fatigue are body mass index, sleep quality, sleep quantity, caffeine consumption, workload, and task design. The risk factors for physical fatigue are age, sleep quality, sleep quantity, years of service, job role, workload, task design, and negative air pressure. The risk factor for reduced activity is job satisfaction. The risk factors for reduced motivation are sleep quality, sleep quantity, task design, and night shift. The risk factors for mental fatigue are sleep quality, workload, task design, lighting, and negative air pressure. Control recommendations involve management and shift worker by developing a work fatigue management program according to the conditions at the Nuclear Installation."

"ABSTRAK
Paparan panas yang ekstrem bisa mengakibatkan penyakit akibat kerja dan luka. Iklim kerja yang tinggi bisa mengakibatkan sengatan panas, panas yang berlebihan, kram panas, atau ruam panas. Panas juga dapat meningkatkan risiko cedera pada pekerja karena dapat menyebabkan telapak tangan berkeringat, kacamata pengaman yang berkabut, dan pusing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan perakitan suku cadang yang memiliki proses produksi panas yang dapat memajan pekerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran tingkat tekanan panas pada lapangan kerja 2, bagaimana keluhan subjektif akibat panas yang dirasakan para pekerja dan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung tekanan panas pada 10 titik pengukuran dan pengukuran langsung terhadap pekerja menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan data di dilakukan pada 129 pekerja shift 1. Analisis data digunakan uji statistik menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Dan didapatkan hasil berupa seluruh pekerja di lapangan kerja 2 seluruhnya merasakan iklim kerja yang panas melebihi NAB yang berlaku di Indonesia dan seluruhnya merasakan keluhan subjektif akibat panas. Faktor kovariat yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan subjektifnya adalah status hidrasi p value = 0,000 dan status kesehatan p value = 0,002 . Dikarenakan adanya pajanan panas berlebih pada lapangan kerja 2 maka perusahaan harus melakukan pengendalian teknis, administrated dan personal pekerja untuk meminimalisir kejadian tekanan panas dan keluhan subjektif yang dirasakan pekerja.

ABSTRACT
Exposure to extreme heat can result in occupational illnesses and injuries. Heat stress can result in heat stroke, heat exhaustion, heat cramps, or heat rashes. Heat can also increase the risk of injuries in workers as it may result in sweaty palms, fogged up safety glasses, and dizziness. This study was conducted on a spare parts assembly company that has a hot production process that can expose its workers. This study aims to see the description of the level of heat stress on work area 2, how subjective complaints caused by the heat felt by workers and what factors are influential. This study uses cross sectional method by conducting direct measurement of heat pressure at 10 points of measurement and direct measurement to workers using questionnaire. Data collection was done on 129 workers shift 1. Data analysis used statistical test using statistical software. And the results obtained in the form of all workers in work area 2 entirely exposed to heat pressure and entirely feel the climate is hot overpass Indonesia rsquo s TLV subjective complaints due to heat. Covariate factors that have significant relationship with subjective complaints are hydration status p value 0,000 and health status p value 0,002 . Due to excessive heat exposure in work area 2, the company must perform technical, administrated and personal controls to minimize the incidence of heat stress and subjective complaints felt by workers."
