"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di apotek, rumah sakit, distributor farmasi, industri farmasi, dan pemerintahan. Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi, apoteker diharuskan untuk dapat memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh seorang apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Selain ilmu yang cukup, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker, oleh karena itu dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung selama periode Bulan Februari – Agustus 2020. Setelah PKPA dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan dan pemahaman terkait praktik profesi apoteker di berbagai instansi seperti industri farmasi, distributor farmasi, dan apotek.

Pharmacist have an important role in pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical distributors, pharmaceutical industry, and government. Before entering the work life and undergoing professional practice, pharmacist is required to have the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards. This competency standard is the ability that is expected to have by a pharmacist when graduates and enters a professional work practice. Besides sufficient knowledge, a pharmacist candidate is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession, therefore the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung during the period of February – August 2020. After PKPA, it is hoped that pharmacist candidates will get a knowledge of the pharmacist’s professional practice in various institution such as pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical distributor, and pharmacy."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting, salah satunya dalam bidang industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensinya sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. Selama PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi nantinya.

A pharmacist plays an important role, one of which are in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. Pharmacist competency standards in Indonesia consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional field. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to understand their role and improve their competence, on this occasion, the authors had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA) at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk., Apotek Hidup Baru and PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period  of February to August 2020. During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

Standar kompetensi apoteker terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker saat lulus dan bekerja di tempat praktik. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker, dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di berbagai tempat salah satunya di Apotek, Industri Farmasi, dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi. PKPA dilakukan mulai dari bulan Februari - Agustus 2012. Selama PKPA, diharapkan apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan menambah pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerja kefarmasian di tempat bekerja nantinya.

"Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi

Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services."

Oleh karena itu dalam pelaksanaannya seorang apoteker harus dapat memperbarui pengetahuan tentang kondisi kesehatan di dunia ini. Dengan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan sarana bagi seorang calon apoteker dalam memperoleh pengalaman dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuannya. Praktik kerja di PT Hexpharm Jaya yaitu merupakan industri farmasi yang dapat memberikan gambaran dalam mempelajari bagaimana suatu obat dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga saat sampai kepada konsumen dapat mempengaruhi kondisi fisiologi lebih baik. Kemudian pelaksanaan praktik kerja selanjutnya di Apotek Kimia Farma 366 Maharaja yang menjadi sarana dalam memahami peran apoteker di apotek harus dapat memberikan obat yang baik dan benar kepada pasien agar diperoleh efek yang diinginkan dari obat tersebut. Dan selanjutnya praktik kerja yang dilaksanakan di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, yaitu sebuah distributor obat yang dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di bidang distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, penyusunan laporan praktik kerja ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan beberapa topik dan pembahasan yang diberikan oleh setiap tempat praktik kerja.

Then the implementation of further work practices at Kimia Farma 366 Maharaja Pharmacy which is a means of understanding the role of pharmacists in pharmacies must be able to provide good and correct drugs to patients in order to obtain the desired effect of the drug. And then the work practices carried out at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, which is a drug distributor who can provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in the distribution of drugs and medical devices. Therefore, the preparation of this work practice report aims to describe some of the topics and discussions provided by each workplace practice."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran umum mengenai kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, menganalisis peran dan fungsi apoteker di rumah sakit secara profesional, serta secara khusus menganalisis daftar obat dan kelas terapi dalam Formularium Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia Periode 2020 terhadap Formularium Nasional 2022. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengamati kegiatan distribusi obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dalam ruang lingkup Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di PBF secara profesional, serta secara khusus melakukan identifikasi permasalahan pada proses pendaftaran customer baru kemudian mengembangkan inovasi pada eZView PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 382 bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek secara umum, mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker di apotek secara profesional, serta secara khusus menganalisis kerasionalan peresepan terhadap pasien diabetes melitus di Apotek Kimia Farma 382.

Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal untuk memahami peran apoteker, serta meningkatkan kemampuan sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceutical for the period January – March 2022, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari period April 2022, and Apotek Kimia Farma period May 2022. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, wholesale pharmaceutical distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to get appropriate experience, knowledge, insight, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice."
