"Apoteker merupakan profesi kunci yang memegang peranan penting, baik di industri farmasi, apotek, maupun pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk dapat terjun langsung sebagai tenaga kefarmasian dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi. Kompetensi dalam sepuluh standar tersebut merupakan persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Oleh karena itu setiap calon apoteker difasilitasi untuk mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), yang dapat membekali calon apoteker melalui pengalaman kerja dan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai praktik pelayanan kefarmasian. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, dan PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi periode bulan Februari, Maret, Juni sampai Agustus 2020. Setelah menjalani PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana pekerjaan apoteker yang sesungguhnya di dunia kerja, menambah wawasan, dan pengalaman melakukan praktik kerja profesi sebagai apoteker.

Pharmacist is a key profession that plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy, and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement to be able to work directly as a pharmacist and carry out professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 (ten) competency standards. Competence in the ten standards is a requirement to enter the world of work and undergo professional practice. Therefore, every prospective pharmacist is facilitated to take part in the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), which can equip prospective pharmacists through work experience and increased understanding of pharmaceutical service practices. PKPA is implemented at Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, and PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi period February, March, June to August 2020. After undergoing PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will get an idea of how pharmacists actually work in the world of work, gain insight, and experience doing professional work practices as pharmacists"

"Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan suatu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam peningkatan wawasan dan juga kompetensi sesuai dengan area nya masing-masing. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melaksanakan PKPA pada bidang farmasi industri di PT. Soho Industri Farmasi, bidang pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma 340 Cikarang, lembaga pemerintahan khususnya terkait registrasi obat pada Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) RI, dan pada bidang distribusi di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Pelaksanaan PKPA dilakukan pada periode bulan Juli – November Tahun 2021. Setiap area PKPA memiliki fokus dan tujuan yang berbeda-beda. Pada laporan ini akan membahas masing-masing pelaksanaan PKPA sesuai dengan ruang lingkup serta analisis masalah yang dilakukan. Pengalaman praktik kerja tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu calon apoteker untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di masa mendatang.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is a place for pharmacist to increase their knowledge and competence with their respective areas. Author had the opportunity to carry out apothecary internship for pharmaceutical industry at PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi, good pharmacy practice at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 340 Cikarang, pharmaceutical related government for drug registration at Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) RI, and distribution sector at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. The implementation of internship program was carried out in period of July-November 2021. Each internship program has different focus area and its aim. This report will discuss implementation for its scope and analyzing problems of each internship place. The internship experiences were hoped to help pharmacist to do pharmaceutical practice in the future.

"Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi

Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services."

Sebelum memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi, apoteker diharuskan untuk dapat memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh seorang apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Selain ilmu yang cukup, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal berupa pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker, oleh karena itu dilaksanakanlah Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung selama periode Bulan Februari – Agustus 2020. Setelah PKPA dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan dan pemahaman terkait praktik profesi apoteker di berbagai instansi seperti industri farmasi, distributor farmasi, dan apotek.

Before entering the work life and undergoing professional practice, pharmacist is required to have the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards. This competency standard is the ability that is expected to have by a pharmacist when graduates and enters a professional work practice. Besides sufficient knowledge, a pharmacist candidate is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession, therefore the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, and Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung during the period of February – August 2020. After PKPA, it is hoped that pharmacist candidates will get a knowledge of the pharmacist’s professional practice in various institution such as pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical distributor, and pharmacy."

During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices."

Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) abilities that are expected to be possessed by pharmacists when they graduate from professional education and enter the professional practical work field. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists when they graduate and enter the professional work place, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was carried out at PT Soho Industri Pharmasi and Apotek Roxy Pamulang during the period February-June 2020. Prospective pharmacists are expected to broaden their horizons and understanding to do pharmaceutical work during PKPA."

"Tenaga kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, dan Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon apoteker pada tahun 2020. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, lembaga pemerintahan, dan rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan kefarmasian.

In carrying out pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical service facilities, only pharmacists who have registration letters can carry out and apply pharmaceutical pharmacy standards in health service facilities. This is the basis of Universitas Indonesia’s Faculty of Pharmacy Professional Degree of Apothecary collaboration with Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional to organize internships during February-July 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to be able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance with the provision and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."
