"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di apotek, rumah sakit, industri farmasi, distributor sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, serta pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalani praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi yang diharapkan sebagai kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang apoteker saat lulus. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for professional practice. The Indonesian pharmacist competency standard consists of ten competency standards which are expected to be possessed by a pharmacist upon graduation. According to Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009 about Pekerjaan Kefarmasian, a pharmacist is a bachelor of pharmacy who has graduated as a pharmacist and has taken the oath of its position. The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The “Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker” in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Apotek Hidup Baru and at PT AstraZeneca. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation."

"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menangani obat-obatan di Indonesia, mulai dari proses pembuatan, penyaluran dan pemberian ke pasien sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker harus memenuhi 10 standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang ditetapkan oleh IAI. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sangat diperlukan sebagai sarana penunjang dalam hal memahami penerapan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan juga peranan apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman mengenai pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasian tersebut dari pembelajaran secara teoritis maupun praktik langsung di institusi kefarmasian. In addition to sufficient knowledge, pharmacist candidate is also expected to have provisions in the form of experience in practicing the pharmacist profession. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out at Atrika Pharmacy and PT AstraZeneca Indonesia during the period of February – September 2020. After PKPA was carried out, pharmacist candidates are expected to broaden their knowledge and increase their understanding of pharmacist’s professional practices in various institution such as pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy. "Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasimaupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literature data website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan untuk apotek, studi literature terhadap pembuatan aplikasiuntuk distributor farmasi dan studi literature menggunakan CPOB 2018 untuk industri farmasi. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pembuatan rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dan bekerjasama dengan BPJS di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara mulai dari penentuan lokasi, bangunan, jumlah karyawan hingga analisis keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa dari segala aspek,rancangan apotek yang dibuat telah layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai produk apa saja yang didistribusikan oleh PT Enseval Putera Megatrading agar lebih mudah dan efisien dalam pencarian informasi produk. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan investigasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di PT HarsenLaboratories selama tahun 2020. Investigasi berguna untuk menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan yang sama di masa mendatang serta untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi penyimpangan tersebut.

themselves in the pharmaceutical industry, distribution company of drugs, and the

pharmacy. To increasing understanding the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist student conduct to work practice. The authors work practice pharmacist profession at Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, and PT Harsen Laboratories. In

this study, the method which using study literature data on the BPJS website, the PTSP website in the North Sulawesi province, the LKPP e-catalog website, and laws and regulations for pharmacies for the pharmacy, using study literature on how to make an application for drug distributional company, and using study literature

on CPOB 2018 for the pharmaceutical industry. Implementation of practice in pharmacies, the authors made a design for a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program and collaborates with BPJS in North Sulawesi province, starting from determining the location, building, number of employees until financial analysis. Based on an analysis of all aspects, the pharmacy design that was made was feasible to be built and operated with the specified capital. While on drug distributional company, authors make an application about information of that company products. This application would be easier and efficiency on searching products. While in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors investigate the deviation that occur on PT Harsen Laboratories in 2020. This investigation would be useful to make the corrective and preventive action for the deviation."

Untuk menjadi seorang Apoteker tentu harus terlebih dahulu lulus dari Pendidikan Profesi Apoteker dan mengucap Sumpah Apoteker sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundangan yang berlaku dan selanjutnya berhak untuk melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian sebagai seorang Apoteker. Selama menempuh pendidikan Profesi, mahasiswa wajib untuk mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Kegiatan PKPA ini menjadi salah satu sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman praktik dan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang tugas dan fungsi seorang Apoteker. Kegiatan PKPA dapat di laksanakan di berbagai sarana kefarmasian seperti di Industri dan Apotek. Kegiatan PKPA di Industri farmasi di laksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia periode bulan September – Oktober 2021. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek di Industri Farmasi termasuk mengetahui penerapan CPOB di PT Takeda Indonesia. Kegiatan PKPA di Apotek di laksanakan di Apotek Roxy Jatibaru periode Desember 2021. Mahasiswa dapat memahami dan mempelajari secara langsung tugas dan peran Apoteker di Apotek dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian kepada pasien. Pada setiap lokasi PKPA mahasiswa akan memperoleh tugas khusus terkait dengan permasalahan yang ada di masing-masing lokasi praktik dan hasilnya dapat di tuangkan dalam bentuk Laporan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker.

PKPA activities at the Pharmacy are carried out at the Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy for the period of December 2021. Students can understand and learn firsthand the duties and roles of Pharmacists at the Pharmacy in providing pharmaceutical services to patients. At each PKPA location, students will receive special assignments related to the problems that exist in each practice location and the results can be written in the form of a Pharmacist Professional Practice Report."

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika periode Agustus 2021 dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September – Oktober 2021. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan praktik kerja yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa program profesi apoteker di instansi farmasi dengan tujuan mempelajari pekerjaan kefarmasian di masing-masing instansi. PKPA dilakukan di tiga instansi berbeda yaitu Apotek Atrika, Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. PKPA di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek dan secara khusus membuat rancangan apotek yang bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan sebagai pelaksana program rujuk balik. Praktik Kerja di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit dan secara khusus membuat analisa pemakaian dan kategori Dead Stock obat dan BMHP di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam distribusi sediaan farmasi dan rantai pasok farmasi dan secara khusus membuat poster pengambilan produk di gudang untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam penyiapan produk yang akan didistribusikan.

Pharmacy Professional Internship is a work practice carried out by students of the pharmacist profession program in pharmaceutical institutions with the aim of studying pharmaceutical work in each agency. PKPA was carried out in three different institutions, namely Apotek Atrika, Universitas Indonesia Hospital and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. PKPA at Apotek Atrika aims to study the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists at Apotek and specifically to design a pharmacy in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan as the executor of the referral program. The Pharmacy Professional Internship at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital aims to study the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and specifically to analyze the use and categories of drug Dead Stock and BMHP in the Emergency Installation of the Universitas Indonesia Hospital. Pharmacy Professional Internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to determine the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations and the pharmaceutical supply chain and specifically to make posters for taking products in warehouses to minimize errors in product preparation to be distributed.
