"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengalaman buruk masa kecil dan kecenderungan malingering pada partisipan yang merupakan warga binaan di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa terdapat kecenderungan untuk melakukan malingering pada korban yang pernah mengalami kekerasan seksual di masa kecil, karena adanya keuntungan eksternal yang diharapkan. Malingering kerap kali muncul pada warga binaan. Warga binaan juga ditemukan seringkali mengalami pengalaman buruk masa kecil. Partisipan berjumlah 86 warga binaan yang diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner Adverse Childhood Experience International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ) milik WHO (2011) dan Structured Inventory of Malingered Symptomatology (SIMS) milik Smith dan Burger (1997), yang kemudian diolah dengan mengunakan Pearson Correlations. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengalaman buruk masa kecil dan kecenderungan malingering pada warga binaan dewasa di Lembaga Pemasyarakan Salemba, Cipinang, dan Cibinong.

ABSTRACT
This study is conducted to determine the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and the tendency of malingering among prisoner participants. Previous research found that victims who have experienced childhood sexual abuse have a tendency for malingering, because of the external incentive expected. Malingering often arise on inmates. Inmates also found that often got adverse childhood experiences. 86 inmates were asked to fill Adverse Childhood Experience International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ) made by WHO (2011) and Structured Inventory of Malingered Symptomatology (SIMS) made by Smith and Burger (1997). The data were then processed by using Pearson Correlations. The results of the find that there is a significant relationship between adverse childhood experiences and the tendency of malingering among adult inmates at the Lembaga Pemasyarakan Salemba, Cipinang, and Cibinong."

"In this research, the formulation of such problems are to identify the correlation strength and to test the variable independent, namely the Leadership and Motivation on variable dependent, which is Employee's Productivity of the Cipinang Correctional Institution, Jakarta. In reviewing some of the factors mentioned above, we could see that the leadership plays an important role in pushing the organization productivity, the leader are challenged to powered the organizational strength in such correct and precise manner to face the future challenge, that would influence the organizational life.
The universe from which the sample was selected included all the employees of the Cipinang Correctional Institution, of 480 officers, while intake sample were selected by using "Purposive Stratified Sampling" technique, in which the technique based on the current number of employees, the rank or faction of the officer from the total sample. 120 (one hundred and twenty) names were selected randomly.
Method of analysis that was used in this research is the analysis method and its correlation. The descriptive analysis was used to depict the frequency of such data, and to obtain a picture of the research's result. While correlation analysis were used to analyze the relation of variables, such as, variable of leadership and variable of productivity and also variable of motivation and variable of productivity.
The research was conducted by handing-over the closed enlist statements / questions for the respondents of officers. Reliabilities test was conducted to cover such topics, as how far the statement items have consistency with split half, that is, the instrument was grouped in the even and anomalous instruments. Then, score of each group were summed, and compared to its correlation coefficient by using SPSS 11,0 for windows, then by using the Spearman Brown's formula.
The validity test, which conducted on each question of this research, was using the item analysis, by reviewing the correlation of each question. The total score on each variable is representing the number of each score in pertinent variable. The question considered to be valid, if having the minimum correlation value of 0,3.
The result of the research, are:
1. Only a few of head sections in the Cipinang Correctional Institution would clarify the department's job description to his staff or subordinates; he assumed that his staff and subordinate have already comprehend their work and duty. In contrary; most of the staff and subordinate do not know the duty of their work.
Despitefully, the leader do not also explain whereof, what should be done and how to do it, most of the problems that occurred could not be solved properly, and the result are less optimal, because of the staff and subordinate do not know how. So, the purposes and objectives of the leader are not comprehensible by the staff and subordinate, and also there is no formal communications between the leader and the staff and subordinate. On the other hand, most of the Cipinang's leaders do not have knowledge and ability in the managerial field, so they can not lead the organization toward its target. In result, the officer's productivity is not optimal.
2. The security guarantee should represents a fundamental requirement for the Cipinang officers, but practically, the security guarantee provided by the leader only represents a supplementary factor for the officers. Because, the leader does not always there to assist them. There is a time when the leader would delegate the authority of the Cipinang's security to his staffs and subordinates; this is because the leader has other duty outside the Cipinang, which also important to him.
The job's duty and responsibility of the Cipinang security guards themselves are very risky, due to the occupancy of the offenders in the Cipinang, which much bigger than the officers on duty. In order to executing the duty and responsibility as the officer of the Cipinang, which are; to secure, to treat and to rehabilitate the inmate in pursuant to the treatment regulation, on the other hand, the Cipinang do not have high motivating human resources that qualified as a treatment officer, to meet the high work productivity.
To meet the organization target, the good or obsolesce of such organization is determined by the authority and the efficiency of its leader, in executing his leadership and leading his subordinate. The authority and efficiency of the leader will motivate the enthusiasm, creativity, participation and loyalties of the staff and subordinate in performing their duty. So, in the end, the target of organization can soon be reached.
Motivation leads the enthusiasm of all officers, so the officer will strive by performing their skill and ability to meet the organization target. Basically, the organizational is not only expecting the staff to be capable or to be reliable, but the most important is, how the officer would strive and willing to reach the optimal result.
Ability, efficiency and skill of the officers don't mean anything if not followed by the officer's striving and by using their ability, efficiency and skill they required. Motivation has become more important due to the officer strive, enthusiastic and creative to reach the maximum work productivity."

"ABSTRAK
Tugas akhir ini adalah suatu rancangan program yang penulis tawarkan sebagai pelengkap program pembinaan kemandirian pada keterampilan kerja di Lapas Klas II A Bogor serta Lapas di Indonesia pada umumnya.
Pemasyarakatan adalah suatu tatanan mengenai arah dan batas serta cara pembinaan warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) berdasarkan Pancasila yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu antara pembina dan yang dibina dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas WBP agar menyadari kesalahannya, memperbaiki diri dan tidak mengulangi tindak pidana sehingga dapat diterima kembali oleh lingkungan masyarakat.
Walaupun sudah ada program pembinaan kemandirian tetapi masih berdasarkan pada keterampilan kerja teknis saja (paham materi pelatihan dan ada hasil kerja), sebenarnya pada diri WBP yang perlu diamati adalah :
a. Kondisi psikis dari diri WBP, karena mereka tinggal di lingkungan penjara. Maka ia mengalami hilangnya kemerdekaan bergerak dan disertai hilangnya kebutuhan lain yaitu lost of heterosexual relationship, lost of goods service, lost of autonomy, lost of security (Greshan M Skyes, 1974)
b. Kondisi status-status yang dimiliki sebelumnya, karena mereka mempunyai kegiatan-kegiatan atau suatu pekerjaan yaitu mahasiswa, pengemudi angkot, pegawai swasta dan masih usia remaja/belum punya tuntutan kebutuhan. Hal inilah yang menimbulkan situasi konflik diri pada masing-masing persepsi mereka.
c. Dari kedua pengaruh tersebut, sehingga terjadi dorongan-dorongan spontanitas adalah dimana saat mereka memilih, dan ingin mendaftarkan diri menjadi anggota kelompok keterampilan kerja di Lapas Bogor.
Oleh karena itu, pada WBP perlu dianalisa baik dari sisi kondisi psikis, kondisi status sebelumnya dan bentuk kompetensi (minat, bakat dan pengalamanpengalamannya), bahwa mereka sebenarnya ada usaha tetapi tidak paham mengenai jalan keluarnya (hambatan atau bantuan), hal inilah mereka merasa keraguan dalam mengikuti keterampilan kerja di Lapas Bogor
Pada penelitian penulis tentang kondisi WBP dalam mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan kerja, baik yang diselenggarakan oleh LSM/Ormas, dan pihak petugas pemasyarakatan maka perlu dilaksanakan Program Pelatihan Analisis Sahabat (PAS).
Diakhir pelatihan PAS diharapkan WBP memahami dan mengendalikan suatu ambisi dan kenyataan yang cenderung menemui adanya hambatan yang juga ada bantuan (pendukung ambisi). Berharap WBP dengan dorongan bukan spontan saja terhadap keterampilan kerja tetapi punya n-ach yang tinggi, dan punya dorongan mental yang merupakan daya gerak di dalam dirinya sehingga dalam meraih dengan cepat dan efektif mencapai keberhasilan."

"Resiliensi dikaitkan dengan kemampuan narapidana untuk bangkit kembali dalam menghadapi tekanan selama masa pemenjaraan, sehingga mampu beradaptasi dengan menciptakan koping yang adaptif dan terhindar dari depresi. Tingginya depresi pada berakibat pada banyaknya kasus bunuh diri pada narapidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan resiliensi dan depresi pada narapidana pria dewasa di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan pada tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional survey yang melibatkan 160 narapidana pria dewasa di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan yang telah divonis dan telah menghabiskan setidaknya satu tahun di penjara sebagai syarat untuk penelitian ini. Mereka dipilih dengan menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan diuji menggunakan Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) untuk depresi dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) untuk resiliensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan depresi di kalangan narapidana, dengan nilai p-value 0.014 melalui uji Chi-Square dengan arah korelasi negatif. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi, maka semakin rendah tingkat depresi. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa resiliensi memberikan kontribusi positif bagi munculnya gejala depresi. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bagi Lembaga Pemasyarakata agar mempertimbankan program penguatan resiliensi sebagai upaya dalam mengurangi tingkat depresi.

"Tesis ini berfokus mengenai Strategi Pengamanan dan Pencegahan Konflik Antar Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan di Lapas Kias I Cipinang Jakarta. Penelitian di dalam tesis ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penggalian informasi yang relevan dengan topik yang diteliti dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang memahami permasalahan yang sedang diteliti ataupun informan yang mengalami langsung situasi konfik di Lapas Kias I Cipinang. Informan penelitian yang dimaksud adalah warga binaan serta petugas Lapas.
Dari hasil temuan lapangan didapatkan bahwa terjadi sistem pengelompokan antar warga binaan berdasarkan etnis atau kesukuan merupakan potensi yang sangat rawan untuk terjadinya konflik. Pertentangan antar kelompok yang dikarenakan perebutan kekuasaan serta keinginan untuk mendominasi menyebabkan terjadinya gesekan-gesekan yang jika tidak diantisipasi akan memicu terjadinya gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban. Faktor-faktor yang turut menjadi penentu terjadinya konflik antar warga binaan antara lain kondisi kelebihan daya tampung, terbentuknya kelompok-kelompok dalam Lapas, keterbatasan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan penghuni, serta interaksi antara petugas dan penghuni.
Perumusan strategi yang efektif akan sangat membantu petugas dalam pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan. Strategi pengamanan yang ada di Lapas Kias I Cipinang cenderung melakukan reactive policing, dimana tindakan pengamanan baru dilakukan setelah terjadi pelanggaran.Selain reactive policing strategi pengamanan yang dilakukan adalah proactive policing, dimana petugas pengamanan memiliki mata-mata yang berasal dari narapidana sendiri yang selalu memantau seluruh kegiatan narapidana di blok dan melaporkannya kepada petugas. Untuk mengatasi konflik Lapas hendaknya dapat melakukan pembenahan terhadap strategi pengamanan dan penanganan konflik, dimana tindakan pengamanan tidak hanya dilakukan setelah terjadinya pelanggaran melainkan dilakukan langkah-langkah antisipasi terhadap timbulnya konflik. Antisipasi dapat dilakukan dengan merencanakan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan konflik, pengorganisasian kelompok-kelompok warga binaan, pengawasan terhadap seluruh kegiatan warga binaan, serta pengendalian terhadap seluruh kegiatan kelompok antar warga binaan.

This thesis focuses on how the Security Strategy and Conflict Prevention Among The Citizens in Prisons Penitentiary Built Class I Cipinang Jakarta. Research in this thesis is done with qualitative research methods with a descriptive design. Extracting information relevant to the topic under study is carried out through literature study, observation and depth interviews to informants who understand the issues being studied or informants who experienced the conflict situation in prisons Class I Cipinang. Informants referred to research that is a Citizen of the built and prison officers.
From the field findings can be concluded that the grouping system built among citizens based on ethnicity or tribalism is the most vulnerable potential for conflict. Conflicts between groups are due to power struggles and the desire to dominate the friction-causing friction that otherwise would trigger the occurrence of anticipated disturbances and order. Factors that contribute to determining the occurrence of conflicts among people, among others built excess capacity conditions, the formation of groups in Prison, limitations in fulfilling the needs of residents, and interacrion between staff and residents.
Formulation of effective strategies will greatly assist officers in the implementation of security tasks. Security strategy is in prison Class I Cipinang tend to reactive policing, in which new security measures carried out after the reactive policing security strategy taken is proactive policing, where security officials have a spy who came from the prisoners themselves who constantly monitor the whole inmate activities in the block, and report it to the officer. To resolve the conflict prisons should be to make corrections to the security strategy and the handling of conflicts, where security measures are not only done after the offense but do anticipate steps toward conflict. Anticipation can be done by planning activities related to conflict prevention, organizing Citizen groups built, supervision of all activities of citizens built. and control of all inter-group activities citizens built.

"Tujuan pemidanaan dalam sistem pemasyarakatan adalah mengembalikan narapidana ketengah masyarakat agar menjadi warganegara yang baik, berguna dan bertanggungjawab. Tujuan pembinaan tersebut sejalan dangan kebijakan penghukuman yang disebut sebagai reintegrasi. Dalam penelitian ini Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Terbuka adalah tempat membina narapidana yang telah menjalani setengah masa pidananya yaitu telah sampai pada tahap asimilasi. Struktur bangunannya terbuka dan tanpa dikelilingi oleh tembok.
Salah satu program pembinaan narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan adalah pembinaan kemandirian dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan diri dan potensi diri narapidana agar memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang baik setelah selesai menjalani pemidanaan.
Pada dewasa ini masih banyak narapidana yang telah selesai menjalani pemindanaannya sangat sulit mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak untuk penghidupannya dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan dari pelaksanaan pembinaan kemandirian.
Belum ada peraturan yang secara spesifik berlaku di Lapas Terbuka Jakarta. Dalam operasionalisasinya, Lapas Terbuka Jakarta masih memakai peraturan yang sama juga dengan fungsi, sasaran dan tujuan, jenis pembinaan dan struktur organisasi yang sama dengan yang diberlakukan di Lapas Biasa atau Lapas Tertutup pada umumnya. Hal tersebut menjadi kendala atau faktor yang menghambat upaya reintegrasi dan penerapan konsep residential centre di Lapas Terbuka Jakarta.
Metode yang dipergunakan penulis pada penelitian ini adalah metode peneletian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode yang menggambarkan kemampuan narapidana dalam program pembinaan kemandirian pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Terbuka Jakarta.
Hasil tesis ini menunjukan bahwa analisa kemampuan narapidana dalam mengikuti program pembinaan kemandirian belum terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan, sehinga hasil yang diharapkan agar nantinya narapidana yang telah selesai menjalani pidananya memiliki kemampuan diri dan potensi diri yang dilihat dari pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang baik belum tercapai.

The goals of imprisonment in system pemasyarakatan is to return prisoners to his/her community in order to become good citizen and have had good responsibility to the community. The goal of the treatment that in the line with that policy is called as reintegration. In this research , Open Prison is a place to treat prisoners which have experienced 1/2 of his/her sentence period or called as asimilation phase. The building structure of Jakarta Open Prison is open and without encircled by wall.
One of the coaching programs received by a convicted criminal in a penitentiary is the self construction, which is intended to improve the confict's own attitude and potency, thus enabling him to possess the usefull skills, knowledge, and proper attitude after serving his sentence in a prison.
Currently, a large number of ex-convicts are unable to find suitable employment for their own livelihood after they are released from the institution, mainly because they do not have the necessary skill and knowledge to support themselve. This is the crux of the problem, which the self construction tried to rectify.
There is not yet regulation that specifically made to be applied in Jakarta Open Prison. The regulation that used in Jakarta Open Prison is still same with the regulation that used in ordinary Prison in general. Function, target and objective, treatment type and organization chart which is used in Jakarta Open Prison has also same as to which is used in ordinary Prison in general. That problems mentioned above become factor or constraint pursuing effort of reintegration and applying the concept of residential centre in Jakarta Open Prison.
The method used by the the author in this thesis is a descriptive research utilizing a qualitative approach, which is a method that illustrates the convict'S aptitude self contructions program conducted in Jakarta Open Prison .
Analysis of this thesis ending shows that the convict's aptitude has yet to show a significant improvement, even after attending self constructions program, therefore the result in which the released convict is expected to have gained, namely the necessary skills and knowledge to support themselve has not yet been achieved."

"The First Class Prison of Cipinang is an institution which served a guidance program for convicts, based on imprisonment system where it focused on the effort of nurturing and guiding convicts in order to rehabilitate the wholeness of relationship between individual convict, officer and society.
In this research, the main problem posed is to explain the correlation and test the relation between independent variable, which is the ability and work motivation of officer. and the dependent variable, convicts guidance ln First Class Prison of Cipinang. The population on this research is all 423 officers work in First Class Prison of Cipinang. Sample was gathered using stratified random method, which is stratified selection of samples from each level of population, in total of 109 people.
The research method used here is a survey method using questioners with closed questions proposed to respondents, where all the answers set in likert scale. Literature study and observation are also used to analyze data of officers' ability, their work motivation and the guidance of convicts in First Class Prison of Cipinang. ln order to analyze the relation between variables, this research used SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solutions) to produce cross tabs and correlation test. Validity test of each question in the research used item analysis by counting the score correlation between each question and total variable (total score of each related variable). Reliability test was done to determine the consistency of question items to split half Spearman Brown.
From the correlation result of Spearman counting method, the relation between ability and motivation of 0.355 was detemtined with significance level of 0.00. Hence, the conclusion reached was that there is a low level of relation between ability and motivation of officer. There is a relation between officers' ability and convicts' guidance of 0.305 with a significance level of 0.00t. lt can also be concluded that the relation between officers' ability and convicts' guidance is exist although low. Meanwhile, th relation between officers? motivation and convicts' guidance is at 0.307 with significance level of 0001. The conclusion to be reached was that there is a relation between officers' motivation and convicts' guidance but the relation is weak. The conclusion to be reached from this research is that there is a positive and significant relation between officers' ability and work motivation and convicts' guidance in First Class Prison of Cipinang.
Based on the research findings, the writer recommended several suggestions to policy makers concerning the improvement of the First Class Prison of Cipinang, as follow:
1. Improvement of ability level of officers through education and training based on port folios in First Class Prison of Cipinang.
2. Improvement of work motivation of ofricers to be able to execute their tasks as expected from their portfolios.
3. Improvement of convicts' guidance trough systematic in order to fulfill the aim of guidance, which are to prevent repetitious of legal offence and established active, productive and contented person."
