Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan manufaktur peralatan listrik di Indonesia, sebelum menyusun rancangan strategi diperlukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Terdapat 30 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam model SCOR untuk tiap level. Tingkat kepentingan indikator kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa expert yang dibantu dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 71,47% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori ‘Good’. Setelah itu, setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), untuk mendapatkan indikator yang memiliki performance yang belum baik dan memiliki importance yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau di tingkatkan kinerjanya. Berdasarkan kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Diusulkan sembilan rancangan strategi yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok mereka.


This research was conducted to design a strategy to improve supply chain performance in electrical equipment manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. Thirty performance indicators are measured and divided into a SCOR model for each level. The importance of the performance indicators is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts assisted by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 is 71.47% which shows the company's performance is in the 'Good' category. After that, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to get indicators that have not performed well and have a large enough importance to improve or improve their performance. Based on the IPA quadrant, there are six indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance needs to be improved. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve this performance. Nine draft strategies are proposed to help companies improve their supply chain performance.

"With the passage of time, supply chain processes have shifted toward IT-based business processes regarding service-oriented architecture (SOA) to augment the agility, integration, and flexibility of IT-based applications in enterprise networks. SOA, as a fast-growing paradigm in IT, uses Web service technologies and provides new pattern integration and interoperability in processes, services, and data. Consequently, many reference models have been developed in the field of SC processes to support the requirements for the related modeling, as well as to apply the development and implementation of supply chain information systems. The aim of this paper is to compare six main supply chain reference models regarding SOA and its underlying concepts and to identify which reference model can support different stages of information system development. The results show that no supply chain reference model can support both the coordination and interaction of process models in more detail and with a service-oriented approach in supply chain process modeling. Moreover, there is a need for a plausible methodology for business process modeling based on the service-oriented approach in the domain of supply chain management (SCM)."

"Proses produksi adalah salah satu proses yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan manufaktur, proses ini bertujuan untuk mengubah barang mentah menjadi barang jadi. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk membantu pelaksanaan dan pencatatan pada proses produksi pada suatu perusahaan manufaktur, sistem ini termasuk ke dalam supply chain management (SCM). Setiap perusahaan manufaktur memiliki kebutuhan sistem yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan model bisnis yang dimiliki oleh setiap perusahaan manufaktur. Dari perbedaan kebutuhan tersebut, dibutuhkan metode pengembangan yang dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengaplikasikan kemiripan (commonality) dan keunikan (variability) dari setiap kebutuhannya agar dapat dikembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan yang berbeda dan lebih efisien secara pengembangan. Metode pengembangan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut ada metode software product line engineering (SPLE). SPLE menawarkan pendekatan mass customisation dengan mengelompokkan commonality dan variability dari sistem yang akan dibuat. Implementasi SPLE dapat dilakukan dengan bahasa pemodelan Abstract Behavioral Specification (ABS) dengan paradigma delta oriented programming, teknologi ini digunakan oleh platform SPLELive dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan SPLE terhadap sistem proses produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur agar nantinya tersedia reusable artifact yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem SCM. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengidentifikasian terhadap commonality dan variability menggunakan tools yang dimiliki oleh metode SPLE untuk membentuk desain aplikasi dalam bentuk feature model. Dari desain aplikasi yang sudah dibuat, dilakukan realisasi feature model dengan menggunakan ABS microservices framework untuk mengimplementasikan core module dan delta module. Penelitian ini berhasil mengimplementasikan pendekatan SPLE dalam mengembangkan sistem proses produksi perusahaan manufaktur dan dapat dihasilkan 30 produk sistem proses produksi berbeda.

The production process is one of the essential processes in a manufacturing company, this process converts raw materials into finished goods. A system is needed to record the production process in manufacturing company, this system is a part of supply chain management (SCM). Each manufacturing company has different system requirements based on the business model being used by each company. From these different requirements, a development method is needed to identify and to apply the commonality and variability between these requirements in order to develop a system that can meet all these requirements and can be developed more efficiently. Software product line engineering (SPLE) is a software development method that can be used to develop a system by taking advantage of the commonality and variability that exist on the requirements of several products. SPLE offers a mass customisation approach by classifying the commonality and variability from the requirements needed to build a system. Implementation of SPLE can be done with Abstract Behavioral Specification (ABS) modeling language with the delta oriented programming paradigm. These technologies are used by SPLELive to develop softwares. This study aims to create reusable artifacts by implementing SPLE for the production process system in manufacturing companies. In this study, the identification of commonality and variability will be carried out by the tools offered by SPLE method to form the application design in the form of feature model. The implementation of the application design is realized by implementing the realization of the feature model using ABS microservices framework to implement the core modules and the delta modules. This study successfully implemented the SPLE approach in developing a production process system for manufacturing company, and from this development, a system can be produced from 30 different products of production process system."

"ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi dalam proses supply chain yang kemudian dikenal dengan istilah e-SCM electronic supply chain management menjanjikan pengguna dan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan kolaborasi dari organisasi. Untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM serta pengaruh e-SCM terhadap kinerja individu dan organisasi, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan e-SCM dengan studi kasus PT Ericsson Indonesia. PT Ericsson Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen, PT Ericsson Indonesia menggunakan e- SCM bernama sitehandler yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan persediaan barang guna memberikan kontribusi dan informasi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas operasional kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan model dari kesuksesan sistem informasi dengan melihat hubungan faktor kualitas informasi information quality , kualitas sistem system quality , kualitas pelayanan service quality terhadap penggunaan use , kepuasan pengguna user satisfaction , dan manfaat net benefit pada sistem informasi PT Ericsson Indonesia. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square PLS yang merupakan bagian dari Structural Equation Modelling SEM dengan jumlah data yang berasal dari 149 responden. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem terhadap penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna e-SCM. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh positif dari penggunaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan net benefit e-SCM.

ABSTRACT
Information systems in supply chain process which also called as e-SCM electronic supply chain management promise users and companies in improving the communication, coordination, and collaboration of the organization. To observe the effectiveness of the use of e-SCM and the impact of e-SCM on individual and organizational performance, it will be good if organisation know the factors that influence the use of e-SCM. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-SCM; case studies at PT Ericsson Indonesia. PT Ericsson Indonesia is a multinational networking and telecommunications company. To provide services for consumers, PT Ericsson Indonesia uses an e- SCM called sitehandler which used to provide goods and services. This study uses the model of Information Systems Success by looking at the relation of information quality, system quality, and service quality to usage, user satisfaction and net benefits in PT Ericsson Indonesia information system. Partial Least Square PLS which is part of Structural Equation Modeling SEM used for data processing method. Data from 149 respondents used for do an anlysis in this paper. This result found there are positive relation in quality information and system quality to use and user satisfaction. Also, there are positive relation in use and user satisfaction to net benefits of e-SCM."
