"Stress Induced Leakage C urren! (SILC) telah menjadi suatu fenomena tersendiri dalam perkembangan divais MOSFET. SILC yang lbih dikenal dengan nama arus bocor ini, hadir setting dengan berkembangnya teknologi mikron dalam sebuah divais MOSFET. Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan demi memperoleh suatu pengertian baku yang mampu menjelaskan keseluruhan fenomena SILC ini, Diharapkan dari pengetahuan dan penelitian yang ada, arus SILC dapat diatasi, walaupun sebenarnya hal ini masih menjadi tanda tanya besar. Sejauh ini SI]_.C dqelaskan dalam bebempa model, di antaranya adalah model _field enhancement dan model trap-assisted.
SILC juga dimsakan mengganggu proses kenja sebuah divais memori. Dalam proses write dan erase sebuah divais memori, SILC seringkali menyertai perpindahan muatan yang disimpan dalam sebuah divais memori. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terganggunya besar muatan yang disimpan oleh divais tersebut_ Divais memori dalam proses kerjanya menggunakan fenomena Fowler-Nordheim (FN) tunneling, sebagai fenomena penyimpanan muamn.
Dalam skripsi ini dilakukan penelitian perbandingan antara arus SILC dan arus FN. Hasil perbandingan tersebut memberi hasil bahwa, antara arus SI]..C dan ams FN terdapat sam buah titik potong, yang kemudian dinamakan titik balik. Pada saat nilai pembengkokan pita energi bemilai % dari smj`aee potential, titik balik terletak pada tegangan gate -1.633 V dan -1.733 V untuk hasil LOGEST. Pada saat nilai pembengkokan pita energi bemilai % dari surface potential, titik balik terletak pada tegangan gate -1_524 V dan -1.575 V untuk hasil LOGEST_
Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan, juga diperoleh bahwa saat tegangan gate belum menqapai nilai titik balik, maka ants yang mengalir melalui lapisan gme-oksida-
silikon, sama besar dengan nilai arus SILC.itu sendiri."

"Studi terhadap perlakuan mekanokimia kering pada arang batok untuk mengembangkan material penyimpan karbon dengan adsorpsi hidrogen yang lebih tinggi. Karbon aktif yang telah digiling selama 30 jam, dicampur dengan activating agent KOH dengan rasio 1:1 lalu dicuci dengan HCL 5M dan dibilas dengan akuades selanjutnya dibentuk menjadi pelet ( 5 mm) dengan pengikat gula cair. Karbon aktif yang telah dibentuk pelet diuji kemampuan adsorbsinya pada temperatur -5°C dan 25°C dengan metode volumetrik. Tekanan yang diberikan berupa 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, dan 4000 kPa masing-masing selama 1 jam. Hasil pengujian dibandingkan dengan sampel awal terjadi peningkatan kapasitas adsorbsi 1,20 %wt untuk suhu -5°C dan 1,13 %wt untuk suhu 25°C pada tekanan 4000kPa.

Study about dry mechanochemical treatment on coconut charcoal to develop a better material for hydrogen storage. After being milled for 30 hours, activated carbon was milled using KOH as activating agent with ration of 1:1. After that, the sample was washed by HCl 5M and cleaned using aquades. After that, the sample was ( 5 mm) with a commercial liquid sugar binder. Adsorpstion test is performed to charcterize the sample adsorption capability with volumetric method. The pressuress were set at 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, and 4000 kPa for 1 hour of adsorption period respectively. Reactivated sample compared to granular has a larger adsorption capability 1,20 %wt at 5°C and 1,13 #wt at 25°C on 4000 kPa."

"Tailing (residu) bauksit hasil pencucian pada pengolahan bijih bauksit telah menumpuk sebanyak 3 ton di Indonesia salah satunya di Dareah Wacopek, Pulau Bintan, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penimbunan residu tersebut menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan sehingga perlu pemanfaatan dari residu tersebut yaitu dengan ekstraksi logam tanah jarang (LTJ). Peningkatan logam tanah jarang ini dengan proses mekanokimia dengan penambahan NaOH sebanyak 0%, 33.33%, dan 50%. Kemudian diberi proses pemanggangan pada temperatur 400°C, 500°C, 1000°C dan 1100°C. Diperoleh hasil nilai recovery yang variatif terhadap yttrium, cerium, neodymium, lanthanum dan samarium. Morfologi dari residu bauksit sebelum dan setelah proses mekanokimia juga diamati pada studi ini.

Bauxite residue as the result of ore dressing of bauxite mining has stickpiled as much as three tons in Indonesia one of them in the Wacopek, Bintan Island, Riau Province. The residue causes environmental pollution that needs to utilization of the residue. One of them is the extraction of rare earth metals (REEs). Rare earth metal was increased with mechanochemical process with the addition of NaOH as much as 0%, 33.33% and 50%. Then given a roasting process at a temperature of 400°C, 500°C, 1000°C and 1100°C. The results varied recovery value of the yttrium, cerium, neodymium, lanthanum and samarium. Morphology of the bauxite residue before and after mechanochemical process was also observed in this study.
