"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, dan Apotek Safa selama periode Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. as stock and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, so done the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices in PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia, East Jakarta City Health Office Administration, and Apotek Safa during the period January-April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that candidates pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A Pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government-related jobs. Pharmacist must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills and/or abbilities expected to be possessed by Pharmacist when they graduated and/or enter professional work practices. As a preparation and to gain an experience as a Pharmacist, a prospective pharmacist have to be able to understand the role of Pharmacist and improve his or her competence, the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) was carried out at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 152, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, and PT Abbott Indonesia in January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that students of Apotechary Professional Program can broaden their horizon, to experience and understanding pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Hidup Baru bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek yang meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Apoteker dituntut untuk memahamipengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) dari mulai perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu, apoteker dituntut untuk dapat melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinis dari mulai pengkajian resep, dispensingPelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat (MESO). Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa Pembuatan Brosur Seledri Sebagai Herbal AntiHipertensi dengan tujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada pasien yang datang ke apotek, khususnya pasien hipertensi tentang seledri yang dapat digunakan untuk meringankan penyakit hipertensi.

The internship at Apotek Hidup Baru aims to find out and participate in the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the pharmacy which includes the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials and clinical pharmacy. Pharmacists are required to understand themanagement of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables from planning, procurement, receiving, storing, destroying, controlling, recording and reporting. In addition, pharmacists are required to be able to carry out clinical pharmacy services from prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services, counseling, home pharmacy care, drug therapy monitoring and drug side effect monitoring. The special task given is in the form of making celery brochures as anti-hypertensive herbs with the aim of providing counseling to patients who come to pharmacies, especially hypertensive patients about celery which can be used to alleviate hypertension."

"Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor ataupun Fasilitas Kesehatan seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dll. Untuk dapat memenuhi peran Apoteker dengan baik, seorang Apoteker diwajibkan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan selalu mengikuti standar yang berlaku dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi calon Apoteker untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT. Abbott Indonesia, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 295 Jatiwaringin dan Distributor PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan praktik kerja ini diharapkan calon apoteker mendapat banyak pengetahuan, wawasan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important role, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installations, etc. To be able to fulfill the Pharmacists role properly, a Pharmacist is required to meet established competency standards and always follow the applicable standards in carrying out the duties. Therefore, it is important for pharmacists to learn and practice pharmaceutical work directly, so the Intenships were done in three different pharmacy practice places, namely PT. Abbott Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 295 Jatiwaringin and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from January to April 2019. With this work practice it is expected that pharmacists will gain a wealth of knowledge, insights, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical work."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Analysis of the Difference Between the Latest Approval of a Change Registered at the BPOM and the Approval that has been previously implemented. This special task aims to find out the difference between the latest approval of a change registered at the POM with the approval previously implemented, and to ensure that the product specifications produced at PT Abbott Indonesia are still in accordance with the provisions of the POM."
