"Seorang apoteker memiliki peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Adventis Pharma, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan RI, dan Apotek Kimia Farma selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama LUPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist has an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT Adventis Pharma, the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency, and Kimia Farma Pharmacy during the January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

"Kompetensi apoteker sebagai suatu profesi dipersiapkan dengan melaksanakan Praktik Kerja. Praktik Kerja dilakukan di industri farmasi (PT Aventis Pharma) pada periode Januari - Maret 2019, di pemerintahan (BPOM) pada periode Maret 2019, dan di apotek (Kimia Farma) pada periode April 2019. Di PT Aventis Pharma, apoteker melatih kemampuan dalam memahami CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) dengan tugas khusus Peninjauan Kembali Produk. Di BPOM, apoteker ditugaskan di unit kerja Pusat Riset dan Kajian Obat dan Makanan dengan tugas khusus Pembuatan Proposal Riset Hubungan Minuman Berenergi terhadap Penyakit Ginjal Kronis. Di Kimia Farma, apoteker melakukan dispensing dan penyimpanan obat dengan tugas khusus Analisis Resep Penyakit Tuberkulosis.

Apothecary competence as a profession was prepared by undergoing internship. Internship was done at pharmaceutical industry (PT Aventis Pharma) in January-March 2019, at government (NADFC) in March 2019, and pharmacy (Kimia Farma) in April 2019. In PT Aventis Pharma, apothecary practiced skills in understanding GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) with special assignment of Product Quality Review. In NADFC, apothecary was assigned to Research Center for Drug and Food Control with special assignment of Research Proposal on Correlation of Energy Drinks and Chronic Kidney Disease. In Kimia Farma, apothecary did drug dispensing and drug storage with special assignment of Prescription Analysis of Tuberculosis."

"ABSTRAKKesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi dalam mewujudkan pembentukan sumber daya yang baik. Dalam pelayanan kesehatan, obat menjadi salah satu komponen yang penting, sehingga pemerintah bertanggung jawab dalam menjamin ketersediaan obat bagi masyarakat. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB adalah suatu pedoman cara pembuatan obat bagi suatu industri farmasi di Indonesia. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat diproduksi secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan serta sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab pada masing-masing bidang pemastian mutu, produksi, dan pengawasan mutu dari produksi sediaan farmasi sesuai dengan CPOB. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program Apoteker Universitas Indonesia mengadakan kerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma dalam rangka menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . PT Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan setiap aspek CPOB dengan baik dan mengacu pada cGMP internasional, CPOB serta Kebijakan dan Panduan Mutu Sanofi Global. Selain itu, PT Aventis Pharma telah memaksimalkan peran Apoteker dengan baik pada posisi kunci.

ABSTRACTHealth is a basic human right and is a must to be fulfilled in realizing the establishment of a good resource. In the health service, drugs becomes one of the important components, so the government is responsible for ensuring the availability of drugs for the community. Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB is a guideline for drug manufacturing for a pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. The CPOB aims to ensure that drugs are produced consistently, meet the requirements set out as well as in accordance with their intended use. The pharmaceutical industry must have 3 three pharmacists in charge of each area of quality assurance, production, and quality control of pharmaceutical production in accordance with the CPOB. Therefore, Pharmacists are required to possess knowledge and skills in performing pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Apothecary Profession Program of Universitas Indonesia has established a partnership with PT Aventis Pharma in order to organize internship of Apotechary students. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of CPOB well and refers to the international cGMP, CPOB as well as the Sanofi Global Quality Policy and Guidelines. In addition, PT Aventis Pharma has maximized the role of Pharmacist well in key positions."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Abbott Indonesia Periode Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2019 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, calon Apoteker juga wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan GMP (CPOB) di industri farmasi, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi yang dilaksanakan di Industri Farmasi berlangsung selama dua bulan dengan tugas khusus yang diberikan, yaitu Analisis Perbedaan Antara Approval Terbaru dari Suatu Perubahan Yang Didaftarkan di BPOM dengan Approval yang Telah Diimplementasikan Sebelumnya. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk megetahui perbedaan antara approval terbaru dari suatu perubahan yang didaftarkan di Badan POM dengan approval yang telah diimplementasikan sebelumnya, serta memastikan spesifikasi produk yang di produksi di PT Abbott Indonesia masih sesuai dengan ketentuan Badan POM.

Internship at PT Abbott Indonesia for the September-October 2019 Period aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, prospective Pharmacists also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP (CPOB) in the pharmaceutical industry, and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the Pharmaceutical Industry lasts for two months with a special assignment, namely Analysis of the Difference Between the Latest Approval of a Change Registered at the BPOM and the Approval that has been previously implemented. This special task aims to find out the difference between the latest approval of a change registered at the POM with the approval previously implemented, and to ensure that the product specifications produced at PT Abbott Indonesia are still in accordance with the provisions of the POM."

Mendapatkan Sediaan Farmasi yang sehat sesuai dengan kebutuhan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan demi terjaminnya masyarakat yang sehat. Industri farmasi yang merupakan Fasilitas Produksi Sediaan Farmasi mendukung upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan. Industri Farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan CPOB, yang bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . Laporan pkpa ini dibuat sebagai hasil pembelajaran selama PKPA di industri farmasi. PT Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan setiap aspek CPOB dengan baik dan mengacu pada GMP internasional, CPOB, serta Kebijakan dan Panduan Mutu. Serta, PT Aventis Pharma telah memaksimalkan peran Apoteker dengan baik pada posisi kunci.

ABSTRACTHealth is a human right and one of the elements of well being that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the nation of Indonesia as referred to in Pancasila and the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009 . Pharmaceutical Preparations according to the needs of the human rights and welfare of one of the elements that must be realized for the sake of ensuring the healthy society. The pharmaceutical industry is a Production Facility for Pharmaceutical Preparations, support efforts to improve health services. Pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP, which aims to ensure the drugs are made consistently, and meet the requirements set in accordance with the intended use. Therefore, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge and skills in performing work in the pharmaceutical industry pharmacy. Pharmacist Profession Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT Aventis Pharma to hold Internship of Apothecary. Internship report was made as a result of learning during internship in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of GMP and refers to international GMP, GMP, as well as the Policy and Quality Manual. And also, PT Aventis Pharma has been maximizing the role of pharmacists in key positions."
