"Seorang apoteker memiliki peran penting dalam praktek pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktek keprofesiannya. Standar kompetensi apoteker di Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktek kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di RSUP Fatmawati dan Apotek Dini selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist has an important role in health services in hospitals and pharmacies. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement to enter professional work practice and undergo professional practice. Pharmacist competency standards in Indonesia consist of ten competency standards as the skills expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, an internship was carried out at RSUP Fatmawati and Apotek Dini during the period February-June 2020. During internship, prospective pharmacists are expected to broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience doing pharmaceutical work in a professional work practices."

"Tenaga Kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP) dan Apotek Safa Bukit Duri untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon Apoteker pada tahun 2020. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan kefarmasian.

Pharmacy staff consists of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technical staff. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical service facilities, only pharmacists who have registration letters can carry out and apply pharmaceutical service standards in health service facilities. This is the basis of the University of Indonesias Pharmacy Faculty Pharmacist Professional Program collaboration with Pertamina Central Hospital and Apotek Safa Bukit Duri to organize internship during the February-May 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

Standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi.  Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon Apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di RSUP Fatmawati, Apotek Prima Sehat, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cilandak selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to assist the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at Fatmawati General Hospital, Prima Sehat Pharmacy, and Cilandak District Health Center during the January-April 2019 period. During PKPA, it is expected that Pharmacist candidates can be changed, understanding Pharmacists, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting dalam industri farmasi dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dalam rangka pencapaian standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Yosa Medika selama periode Februari-Mei 2020. Setelah melaksanakan PKPA diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

In order to achieve these competency standards, prospective pharmacists must carry out Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA). PKPA is held at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and Yosa Medika Pharmacy during the February-May 2020 period. After completing PKPA, it is hoped that Pharmacist candidates can gain insight, understanding and experience in carrying out pharmaceutical work."

During PKPA, prospective pharmacists are expected to get knowledge, insight and experience to do pharmaceutical work at professional work practices."

Untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi maka calon Apoteker melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dilaksanakan di industri farmasi bertujuan untuk membekali calon Apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan  tanggung jawab seorang Apoteker di industri farmasi. Praktik langsung yang dilakukan di industri farmasi diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terdapat di industri farmasi.  Sedangkan, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di apotek memiliki tujuan agar calon apoteker bisa meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pelayanan kefarmasian salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pengkajian resep. Untuk memenuhi Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma dan Apotek Roxy cabang Klender selama bulan Maret-Juni 2020.

Pharmacists are required to have insight and be expertise in applying and developing knowledge that has been obtained in order to be able carrying out pharmaceutical practices in professional manner. In order to complete the competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice, Pharmacist need to carry out internships. The aim of internship in the pharmaceutical industry is to to equip prospective Pharmacists regarding the role, function and responsibilities of a pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship in the pharmaceutical industry is expected to provide a real picture of the problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, the aims of internship in pharmacy are to improve prospective Pharmacists knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical services, one of which is by conducting a prescription screening. In order to complete the internships, prospective Pharmacists did the internship at PT Mahakam Beta Farma and Apotek Roxy Klender branch during March-June 2020."

"Industri farmasi dan apotek merupakan tempat dilaksanakannya praktik kefarmasian. Dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker sebagai orang yang berwenang harus mempunyai keahlian dalam penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi maupun penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker perlu mendapatkan pengalaman praktik baik pada industri farmasi maupun apotek sebagai perbekalan untuk bekerja sebagai profesional. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi Program Profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia untuk memberikan saya kesempatan untuk melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) pada PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals dan Apotek Roxy Biak. Selama melaksanakan PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami mengenai peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan CPOB maupun standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek.

Pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies are places where pharmaceutical practices are carried out. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices, pharmacists as authorized persons must have expertise in the application of CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of pharmaceutical care standards in pharmacies. Therefore, apothecary student need to gain practical experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies to work as professionals. Therefore Apothecary Professional Programme University of Indonesia has given me the opportunity to carry out the Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals and Apotek Roxy Biak. During the implementation of PKPA, apothecary student are expected to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions of CPOB and pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies."

Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesional. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker ketika lulus dan memasuki praktik kerja profesional. Sebagai persiapan dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, Praktek Kerja Profesional Apoteker dilakukan di BPOM RI. Selama PKPA diharapkan bahwa calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman mereka untuk melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di tempat kerja profesional.
