"Jl. Pancoran merupakan daerah yang terapit oleh kawasan bersejarah yaitu Kota Tua dan Glodok. Dalam perancangan ini, Jl. Pancoran merupakan jembatan penghubung masyarakat urban Jakarta dengan kawasan turisme Kota Tua dengan menghadirkan berbagai macam fasilitas penunjang dan juga atraksi tersendiri. Untuk merealisasikan itu, pengolahan site berupa transportasi air dilakukan pada Kali Krukut yang tehubung sampai Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa untuk menghadirkan atraksi dan transportasi umum alternatif berupa terminal air.

Sebuah terminal air akan berfungsi sebagai penyambung daerah Pancoran dengan keseluruhan kawasan bersejarah Jakarta lainnya dan juga berfungsi sebagai penunjang kegiatan pariwisata pada konteks local Glodok dan Pancoran bersama dengan perancangan masterplan Pancoran Glodok.

 


Jl. Pancoran is an area surrounded by heritage sites that are Kota Tua and Glodok. In this design plan, Jl. Pancoran acts as a bridge to connect the urban people of Jakarta with the heritage tourism in Kota Tua by offering a multitude of supporting facilities and its own set of attractions. To realise that, a site development in the form of water transportation is done on the Krukut Canal which is connected all the way to Sunda Kelapa Harbour to create a public transport system as well as attraction in the form of a water terminal.

The water terminal aims to function as a direct connection between Pancoran and the Jakarta heritage areas as well as a supporting amenity in its own local context along with the redesign of the Pancoran Glodok masterplan."

"Air bersih yang aman adalah sumber daya yang sangat terbatas. Di Indonesia, cakupan akses air bersih baru sekitar 71 . Cakupan akses air bersih di Jakarta adalah 60 , sementara di Kota Tangerang baru mencapai 28 . Karena air bersih yang aman begitu terbatas, maka, perlu ada upaya konservasi air agar sumber daya air tetap lestari sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih manusia. Salah satu upaya konservasi air adalah dengan melakukan pemanfaatan air kondensat sistem pendingin ruangan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi kuantitas dan kualitas air kondensat yang dihasilkan system pendingin ruangan di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Sistem pendingin ruangan sentral di Terminal 3 Bandara Soekarno-Hatta mampu menghasilkan 225 m3 air kondensat per hari. Kualitas air kondensat yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi persyaratan kualitas air bersih dalam Permenkes no. 32 tahun 2017. Air ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber air bersih untuk keperluan hygiene sanitasi, mencuci, flushing, penyiraman taman dan tanaman, dan sebagainya.

Safe, clean water is a very limited resource. In Indonesia, the clean water access coverage is only 71 . In Jakarta and Tangerang, clean water access coverage are only 60 and 28 , respectively. Therefore, water conservation is required to keep water sustainable. One way to conserve water is to collect condensate water produced from air conditioner. This study aims to estimate the quantity and quality of condensate water produced from air conditioners in Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta Airport. Water was collected from central HVAC system. The air conditioner yield 225 m3 of condensate water per day. The quality of condensate water produced meets the standards set by Ministry of Health. Condensate water be used for domestic purposes, such as washing, cleaning, sanitation, flushing toilets, irrigation and for aesthetic purposes, etc."

"This monograph covers all important issues of terminal ballistics in a comprehensive way combining experimental data, numerical simulations and analytical modeling. It uses a unique approach to numerical simulations as sensitivity measure for the major physical parameters.
In the first chapter, the book includes necessary details about the experimental equipment which are used for ballistic tests. The second chapter covers essential features of the codes which are used in recent years all over the world, the Euler vs. Lagrange schemes, meshing techniques etc. The third chapter, devoted to the penetration mechanics of rigid rods, brings the update of modeling in this field. The fourth chapter deals with plate perforation and the fifth chapter deals with the penetration of shaped charge jets and eroding long rods. The last chapter includes several techniques for the disruption and defeating of the main threats in armor design.
Throughout the book the authors demonstrate the advantages of the simulation approach in understanding the basis physics behind the investigated phenomena."

"Sistem SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat integrasikan instrumen, sistem kendali, software, network data communication, dan GUI (Graphical User Interface) sehingga dapat memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian suatu instrumen dengan proses yang cukup kompleks dan dapat dilakukan secara real time.
Demi memenuhi kebutuhan sistem SCADA, perlu adanya perangkat pendukung, seperti RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) dan Data Logger yang merupakan perangkat berbasis mikroprosesor yang terhubung dengan input dan output sinyal digital ataupun analog dengan protokol komunikasi tersedia pada RTU tersebut, pada RTU menggunakan bahasa perangkat lunak seperti C, LD (Ladder Diagram), IL (Instruction List), ST (Structured Text), FBD (Function Block Diagram) dan SFC (Sequential Function Charts).
Pada hasil praktik keinsinyuran yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 1 tahun ini, beberapa instrumen dan pompa distribusi air bersih telah berhasil diintegrasikan ke sistem SCADA, sehingga lebih mudah untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian di beberapa titik instrumen dan pompa distribusi air bersih.

The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is a system that can integrate instruments, control systems, software, network data communication, and GUI (Graphical User Interface) so that it can make it easier for users to supervise and control an instrument with processes that are quite complex and can be done in real time.
In order to meet the needs of the SCADA system, it is necessary to have supporting devices, such as RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) and Data Logger which are microprocessor-based devices that are connected to input and output digital or analog signals with communication protocols available on the RTU, the RTU uses software language. such as C, LD (Ladder Diagram), IL (Instruction List), ST (Structured Text), FBD (Function Block Diagram) and SFC (Sequential Function Charts).
As a result of engineering practice that has been carried out for approximately 1 year, several instruments and clean water distribution pumps have been successfully integrated into the SCADA system, so that it is easier for the user to carry out supervision and control at several points of the instrument and clean water distribution pumps.
