"Indonesia sebagai negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar di dunia menjadikan bulan Ramadan sebagai bulan yang dinanti dan dirayakan dengan nilai dan budaya, atmosfer religius, serta perubahan pola konsumsi. Pola konsumsi yang berubah pada bulan Ramadan salah satunya adalah pembelian pada produk fashion muslim. Terdapat pola berulang setiap tahunnya bahwa bulan Ramadan ditandai dengan konsumtivitas pembelian produk fashion muslim. Hal ini menjadi kontradiktif dengan esensi bulan Ramadan yang sebenarnya yaitu ketaatan beragama, berbagi, dan menahan hawa nafsu. Penelitian ini menggunakan theory of planned behavior (TPB) untuk menganalsiis faktor pendorong perilaku konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian produk fashion muslim di bulan Ramadan. Selain itu, ada sejumlah variabel penjelas lainnya untuk meninjau sejauh mana faktor pendorong dapat memengaruhi perilaku pembelian kembali produk fashion muslim di bulan Ramadan. Pemilihan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan data yang diolah diperoleh dari total respons sebanyak 259. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara online dan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TPB berpengaruh pada repurchase intention. Dimana repurchase intention dan product surplus juga berimplikasi berpengaruh terhadap repurchase behavior. Fashion choice motives dan financial attitudes berpengaruh terhadap planning routines seseorang. Namun product surplus hanya berhasil dijelaskan melalui variabel social relationship.

Indonesia as a country with the highest Muslim population makes Ramadhan as an expected and celebrated month with values and cultures, religious atmosphere, and changes on consumption pattern. One of the changes of consumption pattern during Ramadhan is purchases on Muslim fashion products. There is a repetitive pattern in every year during Ramadhan, marked by consumption purchases of Muslim fashion products. This becomes contradictory with the true essence of Ramadan, which are religious observance, sharing, and inhibit lust. This research uses theory of planned behavior (TPB) to analyze motivating factors of consumers' behavior in purchasing Muslim fashion products during Ramadan. On the other hand, there are several explanatory variables to analyze the extent to which motivating factors are able to influence repurchasing behavior on Muslim fashion products during Ramadhan. Research samples were selected by using purposive sampling method and collected data from total response were 259. Research questionnaires were distributed online and data analysis was done by using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Results showed that TBP has the biggest influence towards repurchase intention. Where repurchase intention and product surplus have influence toward individual's planning routines as well. However, product surplus was only explained through social relationship variables."

"Maraknya isu lingkungan telah membuat masyarakat lebih banyak mengonsumsi produk hijau, salah satunya kosmetik hijau (green cosmetics) yang tidak hanya ramah lingkungan namun sejalan dengan prinsip syariah. Namun demikian, penjualan kosmetik hijau di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian produk kosmetik hijau oleh konsumen Muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior dengan tambahan beberapa variabel dan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM). Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan melibatkan 500 responden Muslim Indonesia yang pernah membeli produk kosmetik hijau dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku memiliki hubungan signifikan positif terhadap intensi pembelian produk kosmetik hijau, dimana sikap memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan positif terhadap intensi tersebut. Adapun variabel pengetahuan lingkungan, motif ekologi, dan religiositas memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk kosmetik hijau. Sedangkan variabel kesadaran kesehatan dan kolektivitas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk kosmetik hijau. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukkan terhadap pelaku industri kosmetik hijau dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang sesuai, antara lain dengan mempromosikan produk kosmetik hijau oleh ahli dibidang terkait, memasukkan nilai religiositas ke dalam iklan, dan pelabelan ramah lingkungan pada kosmetik hijau. Hasil ini juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat seputar lingkungan serta akademisi sebagai rujukan bagi penelitian sejenis dan memperkaya literatur terkait kosmetik hijau di Indonesia maupun global.

The rise of environmental issues has made people consume more green products, one of which is green cosmetics that are not only environmentally friendly but in line with sharia principles. However, sales of green cosmetics in Indonesia are still very limited. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of green cosmetics products by Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study adopts the Theory of Planned Behavior framework with the addition of several variables and quantitative research methods with Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Primary data was collected using non-probability sampling method and involved 500 Indonesian Muslim respondents who had purchased green cosmetics products in the last 6 months. The results showed that the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a significant positive relationship with the intention to purchase green cosmetics products, where attitude has the most significant positive influence on the intention. The variables of environmental knowledge, ecological motives, and religiosity have a significant positive influence on the attitude to buy green cosmetics products. While the variables of health awareness and collectivity do not have a significant influence on the attitude to buy green cosmetics products. The results of this study are expected to provide input to green cosmetics industry players in developing appropriate marketing strategies, including promoting green cosmetics products by experts in related fields, incorporating religiosity values into advertisements, and environmentally friendly labeling on green cosmetics. These results are also expected to be useful for the government to increase public knowledge about the environment and academics as a reference for similar research and enrich the literature related to green cosmetics in Indonesia and globally."

"Walaupun konsumsi daging di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, peningkatan tersebut ternyata tidak dibarengi dengan produksi daging dalam negeri. Oleh karena itu, impor daging halal diperbolehkan. Dengan perspektif tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal pada konsumen muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi Theory of Planned Behavior dan Push-Pull Mooring Theory serta pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode Covariance-Based Struktural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM). Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan melibatkan 913 responden Muslim Indonesia yang pernah membeli produk daging impor halal (mentah/belum diolah) dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal adalah kandungan nutrisi, kontrol perilaku, dan sikap. Sementara variabel harga ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal. Adapun variabel religiusitas, berperan sebagai variabel mediasi, memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk daging impor halal. Sedangkan variabel norma subjektif, daya tarik sensorik, dan kesadaran halal tidak signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan masukan kepada pelaku industri halal, khususnya importir daging halal, dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang cocok berdasarkan pada faktor-faktor yang ditemukan signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil ini juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah dan peternak lokal agar bisa mendorong produksi daging yang baik kandungan nutrisinya dan terjangkau harganya, karena faktor kesehatan dan harga inilah yang dianggap konsumen sebagai faktor terpenting yang memengaruhi intensi mereka mengkonsumsi daging impor. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan bisa menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian sejenis dan memperkaya literatur terkait industri halal di Indonesia dan secara global.

Although meat consumption in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year, this increase is not accompanied by domestic meat production. Therefore, the import of halal meat is allowed. With this perspective, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products by Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study adopted the Theory of Planned Behavior and PushPull Mooring Theory as well as a quantitative approach through the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method. Primary data was collected using a non-probability sampling method and involved 913 Indonesian Muslim respondents who had purchased imported halal products (raw/unprocessed) in the last 3 months. The results showed that the variables that had a significant positive effect on the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products were nutritional content, behavioral control, and attitudes. Meanwhile, the price variable has a significant negative effect on the purchase intensity of imported halal meat products. The religiosity variable, which acts as a mediating variable, has a significant positive effect on attitudes to buying imported halal meat products. Meanwhile, the variables of subjective norms, sensory attractiveness, and halal awareness are not significant to the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the halal industry players, especially importers of halal meat, in a suitable marketing strategy based on the factors found to be significant in this study. This result is also expected to be useful for the government and local breeders so that they can encourage the production of meat that is good in nutritional content and affordable in price, because these health and price factors are considered by consumers as the most important factors affecting their intensity of consuming imported meat. This result is also expected to be a reference for similar research and literature related to the halal industry in Indonesia and globally."

"Muslim telah dikonsiderasikan sebagai segmen konsumen yang penting di industri fashion karena karakteristiknya yang unik dan pertumbuhan yang pesat dalam pengeluaran dan konsumsinya. Namun, tingkat konsumsi produk fashion tersebut dianggap dipengaruhi oleh materialisme yang merupakan karaktrteristik yang secara konsep tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian fashion cloting konsumen muslim dan hubungannya dengan materialisme. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Muslim di Indonesia yang sebagian besar merupakan mahasiswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pembelian fashion clothing dipengaruhi oleh materialisme yang dimediasi oleh consumer lifestyle, status consumption dan fashion involvement. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa fashion consciousness yang dipengaruhi oleh susceptibility to interpersonal influence, media exposure dan self-concept, memengaruhi materialisme. Self-monitoring dan personal values terbukti tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap fashion consciousness. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa religiositas tidak memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam mengurangi kecenderungan konsumen untuk bersifat materialisme dan mengonsumsi produk karena statusnya.

Muslim has been identified as an essential consumer segment in fashion industry because of their unique characteristics and significant expenditure and consumption growth in the industry. However, their fashion product consumption is considered to be affected by materialism which is perceived to be not in line with Islam beliefs. This study aims to analyse factors affecting fashion clothing purchase behaviour and their association with materialism. Data for this research were collected from Muslim consumers in Indonesia, most of which are students from universities. They were then analysed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling Method PLS SEM. This study found that materialism significantly affect fashion clothing purchase behaviour which is mediated by consumer lifestyle, status consumption dan fashion involvement. In addition, fashion consciousness which has been identied to be affected by susceptibility to interpersonal influence, media exposure and self concept was found to have positive effect on materialism. Self monitoring and personal values were found to have insignificant influence on fashion consciousness. The results of this study also showed that religiosity has no significant role on reducing the Muslim rsquo s materialism level and tendency to consume status products.

"Seiring meningkatnya berbagai permasalahan lingkungan, kesadaran manusia terhadap isu lingkungan semakin meningkat, dan tren untuk menggunakan produk ramah lingkungan juga semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian tumbler sebagai produk ramah lingkungan di kalangan generasi Z dan milenial muslim di daerah perkotaan, serta peran variabel moderasi nilai religiusitas dalam hubungan tersebut. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Theory of Reasoned Action. Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, Environmental Knowledge, Green Perceived Value, Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products, Subjective Norms, Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Behaviour Intrapersonal Religious Values, dan Interpersonal Religious Values. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan mengajukan kuesioner kepada 416 responden di wilayah perkotaan. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, dan Green Perceived Value. Environmental Knowledge tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products. Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products dan Subjective Norms berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Behavior. Intrapersonal Religious Values dapat memperkuat secara signifikan pengaruh positif dari Subjective Norms terhadap Green Purchase Intention, namun nilai religiusitas lainnya tidak memperkuat hubungan Attitude toward Purchase of Green Products ataupun Subjective Norms terhadap Green Purchase Intention. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh produsen produk tumbler maupun pemangku kepentingan lainnya sebagai strategi pemasaran maupun kampanye pro-lingkungan.

Environmental concerns are increasing along with the rising trend of using green products as environmental issues continue to worsen. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing urban Generation Z and Millennial Muslims' purchasing decisions for tumbler as a green products. Furthermore, it explores at how religious values influence these relationships in a moderating way. The Theory of Reasoned Action forms the theoretical basis for this study.  Several variables are included in the study: Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, Environmental Knowledge, Green Perceived Value, Attitude toward Purchase Green Products, Subjective Norms, Green Purchase Intention, Green Purchase Behaviour, Interpersonal Religious Values, and Intrapersonal Religious Values. Surveys were conducted to gather primary data, with questionnaires distributed to 416 respondents in urban areas. To evaluate the proposed hypotheses, data was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Attitude toward Purchase Green Products is positively and significantly influenced by Green Brand Knowledge, Environmental Concern, and Green Perceived Value, according to research findings. Meanwhile, Attitude toward Purchase Green Products is not significantly influenced by Environmental Knowledge. Both Attitude toward Purchase Green Products and Subjective Norms had positive and significant effects on Green Purchase Intention. Green Purchase Intention had a positive and significant effect on Green Purchase Behaviour. The Intrapersonal Religious Values can significantly strengthen the positive influence of Subjective Norms on Green Purchase Intention, but other religious values neither reinforce the attitude’s relationship nor Subjective Norms on Green Purchase Intention. The findings of this research can be utilized by tumbler product manufacturers and other stakeholders as part of marketing strategies and green campaigns."

"Indonesia memiliki jumlah masyarakat muslim yang besar dan perilaku donasi yang tinggi, hal ini menjadi potensi untuk menerapkan cause-related marketing (CRM) sebagai strategi marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi intensi pembelian produk kosmetik halal dengan CRM pada konsumen muslim di Indonesia. Data yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 780 data dari responden wanita muslim. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan dua jenis ilustrasi produk kosmetik dengan CRM yang mana setiap responden akan mendapatkan satu ilustrasi yang sesuai dengan kelas kosmetik yang biasa digunakan. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS yang menunjukan hasil bahwa altruisme, materialisme, religiositas, dan moderasi rasa bersalah (guilt) memengaruhi intensi pembelian kosmetik halal dengan CRM. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat mengindikasikan potensi strategi pemasaran CRM untuk segmen konsumen muslim.

Indonesia has a large number of Muslim population and relatively high donation behavior which means it has the potential to implement cause-related marketing (CRM) as a marketing strategy. This study aims to determine what factors can influence the intention to purchase halal cosmetic products with CRM for Muslim consumers in Indonesia. Data obtained in this study were 780 data from Muslim female respondents. This research was conducted by providing two types of cosmetic product illustrations with CRM where each respondent would get one illustration that was in accordance with the usual cosmetic class used. Data was processed using PLS-SEM which shows the results that altruism, materialism, religiosity, and moderation effect of consumer guilt have significant effect on the intention to purchase halal cosmetics with CRM. It is hoped that this research can indicate the potential of CRM marketing strategies for the Muslim consumer segment."

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penggunaan pemasaran influencer telah meningkat secara eksponensial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi studi terdahulu untuk memahami mekanisme pemasaran influencer yang memengaruhi konsumen melalui media sosial. Dengan mengusulkan model nilai pengaruh media sosial untuk menjelaskan peran nilai iklan dan kredibilitas sumber, penelitian ini mengelola survei daring di antara 270 orang pengguna media sosial yang merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia, beragama Islam, dan mengikuti setidaknya selama 6 bulan, 1 atau lebih akun Instagram dan/atau YouTube social media influencer muslim (bukan selebriti/tokoh publik media tradisional) yang sering mempromosikan produk-produk halal dengan jumlah pengikut minimal 1.000. Hasil pemodelan jalur partial least square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa nilai keinformatifan dari konten yang dihasilkan influencer, keahlian, sifat dapat dipercaya, dan daya tarik influencer secara positif memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada konten promosi produk halal, yang kemudian memengaruhi kesadaran merek dan niat pembelian.

In the past few years, the use of influencer marketing has increased exponentially. This study adopts previous studies to understand the influencer marketing mechanism that influences consumers through social media. By proposing a social media influence value model to explain the role of message value and source credibility, this research manages an online survey among 270 social media users who are Indonesian citizens who live in Indonesia, are muslims, and have been following for at least 6 months, 1 or more Instagram and/or YouTube account(s) of muslim social media influencers (not celebrities/public figures from traditional medias) who often promote halal products with a minimum number of followers of 1.000. The results of partial least square (PLS) path modeling show that the informativeness value of the content produced by influencers, expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness of influencers positively influence consumer trust towards halal product promotional content, which then influences brand awareness and purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kendali perilaku yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian mi Samyang halal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa norma subjektif dan persepsi kendali perilaku memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian mi Samyang halal. Sikap memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian mi Samyang halal.

This study discusses the factors attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavior control that affect the intention of purchasing mi Samyang halal. This study is a quantitative descriptive research. The result of this research shows that subjective norms and perceived behavior control have positive and significant influence on Samyang noodle purchase intention. Attitudes have positive but not significant influence on Samyang noodle purchase intention. "

"Kegiatan pemalsuan kerap membuat produsen menjadi tidak termotivasi untuk menjadi inovatif. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan kondisi perekonomian memburuk. Kegiatan pemalsuan sendiri tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sisi konsumen. Fenomena konsumsi produk tiruan menarik untuk dipelajari di Indonesia, karena terdapat budaya Islam dan kolektivitas yang kuat. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian produk fashion tiruan khusus untuk konsumen Muslim. kerangka konseptual dalam penelitian ini merumuskan bahwa beberapa keyakinan beliefs yaitu Kesadaran Nilai, Resiko Sosial, Resiko Performa, Norma Subjektif, Norma Deskriptif, Kesadaran Etika, Konsumsi Status, dan Religiusitas Muslim, akan mampu untuk mempengaruhi Sikap Terhadap Produk Fashion Tiruan, yang pada akhirnya akan turut mempengaruhi Intensi Pembelian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 455 sampel yang didistribusikan melalui survei dengan self-administered questionnaires. Adapun jenis sampel yang dipilih adalah Mahasiswa/mahasiswi bergama muslim yang sedang menempuh pendidikan S1/Sederajat di Perguruan Tinggi yang terletak di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM dengan bantuan piranti LISREL. Sikap Terhadap Produk Fashion Tiruan ditemukan secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Intensi Pembelian Produk Fashion Tiruan. Dari segi beliefs, model struktural menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel secara signifikan mempengaruhi Sikap Terhadap Produk Fashion Tiruan. Selain itu, kesadaran etika menjadi faktor paling signifikan yang mempengaruhi sikap, sedangkan religiusitas menjadi yang paling lemah.

The growth in international trade of counterfeit fashion products pose a serious threat to the global economic conditions. Producers may become unmotivated to be innovative because of counterfeiting, which could lead to bad economic growth. The whole counterfeiting activity itself cant be separated from the consumers, and the actual reasons behind the consumer decision related to counterfeit products still remain unsolved. This case became more interesting to be studied in Indonesia, which has strong collective and large Islamic culture. This study analyzed the influential factors of purchase intention towards counterfeit fashion products for muslim consumers. Conceptual framework of the study emphasizes that several beliefs which is Value Consciousness, Social Risk, Performance Risk, Subjective Norms, Descriptive Norms, Ethical Consciousness, Status Consumption, and Muslim Religiosity could affect the Attitudes Toward Counterfeit Fashion Products, which also influence the Purchase Intention.
A total sample 455 effective samples was collected by distributing self administered questionnaires to Active Undergraduate Muslim Students in Greater Jakarta Area. Structural Equation Modeling SEM through LISREL was adopted for the analysis. Consumers' attitude towards counterfeit product was found to be positively and significantly related to purchase intention of counterfeit fashion product. As for beliefs constructs, the structural model suggest that all belief variables are significantly influenced the attitudes toward counterfeit fashion products. Furthermore, the ethical consciousness appeared to be the most significant factor that influence attitudes, whereas religiosity became the weakest.

"Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia. Hal itu membuat industri makanan di Indonesia terus berkembang. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya sertifikasi makanan halal. Pertumbuhan produsen frozen food bersertifikat halal dapat meningkatkan persaingan, sehingga produsen perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian frozen food bersertifikat halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor halal awareness, religious belief, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, dan halal marketing memengaruhi intensi pembelian terhadap frozen food halal di Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen frozen food bersertifikat halal dalam rentang waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Data ini diproses menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa halal awareness, attitude, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, dan halal marketing signifikan memengaruhi purchase intention pada frozen food bersertifikat halal di Indonesia.

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world. This makes the food industry in Indonesia continue to grow, as it can not be separated from the public awareness of the importance of halal food certification. As the producers of halal certified frozen food keep growing, it can increase competition, so the producers need to consider what factors that might influence the intention to purchase halal-certified frozen food. This study aims to determine whether factors (halal awareness, religious belief, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, and halal marketing) influence purchase intentions of halal frozen food in Indonesia. The data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to halal certified frozen food consumers in the last 6 months. This data is processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that halal awareness, attitude, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, and halal marketing significantly affect purchase intention of halal certified frozen food in Indonesia."
