"Mesin otto empat langkah pada umumnya memiliki konfigurasi bore dan stroke yang hampir sama atau square.Walaupun lebih dominan memiliki langkah (stroke) yang lebih besar. Hal tersebut bertujuan agar torsi yang dimiliki mesin tersebut lebih cepat didapat disaat rotasi atau putaran mesin tidak terlalu tinggi. Dengan torsi yang didapatkan lebih cepat disaat putaran mesin yang tidak terlalu tinggi ini, diharapkan konsumsi bahan bakar yang dibutuhkan tidak terlalu banyak. Agar tercapainya tujuan tersebut yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan atau bobot yang akan diterima oleh mesin tersebut, maka didesain mesin otto empat langkah yang berkapasitas 65cc. Digunakannya kapasitas sebesar itu karena bobot kendaraan yang akan ditopangnya sebesar 90kg termasuk pengendaranya. Pengembangan mesin otto empat langkah berkapasitas 65 cc meliputi perancangan crankshaft dengan nilai von Mises stress sebesar 65,6 MPa dan pengukuran data performa mesin. Torsi maksimum yang terukur adalah sebesar 5,7 Nm pada 2500 RPM dan daya maksimum yang terukur adalah 1.47 kW pada 2500 RPM.

In the four-stroke engine is now widely circulated in the market, especially motorcycles has bore and stroke configuration is almost the same or square. Although it has a more dominant stroke is greater. It is intended that the engine torque owned more quickly gained when rotation or engine speed is not too high. Torque is obtained more quickly when the engine speed is not too high, the expected consumption of fuel needed is not too much. In order to achieve these objectives are adjusted to the needs or weight that will be accepted by the machine, otto four-stroke engine was designed with a capacity of 65cc. The use of capacity for it because of the weight of the vehicle which will handle of 90kg including the rider. Maximum torque of the engine is 5.7 Nm at 2600 RPM and the maximum power of the engine is 1,47 kW at 2500 RPM.
