"Innovative work behavior adalah faktor penting yang menentukan keberhasilan kinerja dalam organisasi, khususnya di industri kreatif digital seperti pengembang aplikasi dan game. Menurut penelitian awal, perilaku kerja yang inovatif dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi work-life balance dan psychological flow pada hubungan antara work autonomy dan innovative work behavior. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan pengembang aplikasi dan game di industri kreatif Indonesia (n = 263). SPSS dan LISREL 8.8 digunakan untuk menganalisis data kuantitatif termasuk statistik deskriptif, reliabilitas, validitas, dan Structural Equation Modeling. Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antara work autonomy dan innovative work behavior dapat dimediasi oleh psychological flow. Namun, work-life balance tidak memediasi hubungan antara work autonomy dan innovative work behavior.

Innovative work behavior is a critical factor that determines successful work performance in organizations, particularly in digital creative industries as application and game developers. According to early research, innovative work behavior can be influenced by several factors. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of work-life balance and psychological flow on the relationship between work autonomy and innovation work behavior. The research adopts a quantitative approach to address the research objectives. The participants in this study were workers (n=263) in the application and game development sectors of creative industry in Indonesia. SPSS and LISREL 8.8 was used to analyze the quantitave data including descriptive statistic, reliabilities, validities, and Structural Equation Modeling. The findings revealed that the relationship between work autonomy and innovative work behavior mediated by psychological flow. However, work-life balance does not mediate the relationship between work autonomy and innovative work behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara work-life balance, work-life policy, organizational commitment (OC), dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), pada perawat rumah sakit. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey terhadap 401 responden yang merupakan perawat rumah sakit di Jabodetabek. Analisis data dan pengujian model penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart PLS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan OC memediasi hubungan positif antara work-life balance dengan OCB dan work-life policy dengan OCB secara penuh. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukkan work-life balance, OC, dan work-life policy berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB secara langsung. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat memberikan beberapa implikasi praktis dan teoritis yang bermanfaat bagi rumah sakit untuk mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk mempertahankan atau bahkan meningkatkan work-life balance, work-life policy, dan OCB para perawat di rumah sakit.

This study aims to examine the relationship between work-life balance, work-life policies, organizational commitment (OC), and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), among hospital nurses. Data was collected through a survey of 401 respondents who are hospital nurses in Jabodetabek. Data analysis and research model testing were carried out using Smart PLS. The research findings show that OC mediates a positive relationship between work-life balance and OCB and work-life policy with OCB in full. The results of data analysis also show that work-life balance, OC, and work-life policy have a direct positive effect on OCB. The author hopes that this research can provide some useful practical and theoretical implications for hospitals to develop effective strategies to maintain or even improve work-life balance, work-life policy, and OCB of nurses in hospitals."

"ABSTRAK
Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu elemen terpenting dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi terkait guna mempertahankan pekerja tersebut. Salah satunya dengan meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan pekerja melalui fleksibilitas kerja dan work life balance. Strategi tersebut dipilih berdasarkan karakteristik unik dari mayoritas pekerja yang memasuki generasi millennial. Beberapa perusahaan sudah menerapkan strategi tersebut, termasuk perusahaan startup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh fleksibilitas kerja terhadap loyalitas dan kepuasan pekerja melalui work life balance.Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan teknik convenience dan snowball sampling terhadap 121 responden dengan latar belakang generasi millennial yang bekerja di perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Data yang didapatkan dari responden kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas dan kepuasan pekerja dengan latar belakang generasi millennial pada pekerja di perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa work life balance memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara fleksibilitas kerja dan loyalitas. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini ditemukan juga bahwa work life balance tidak memediasi pengaruh antara fleksibilitas kerja dan kepuasan pekerja dengan latar belakang generasi millennial yang bekerja pada perusahaan startup di Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Human resources is the one of the most important elements in the company. Therefore, the company must have related strategies to retain these workers. One of them is by increasing employee loyalty and satisfaction through flexibility of work and work life balance. The strategy chosen is based on the unique characteristics of the majority of workers who entered the millennial generation. Some companies are already implementing these strategies, including startup companies. This study aims to investigate the influence of the flexibility of working on loyalty and employee satisfaction with work life balance.This research was conducted using convenience and snowball sampling technique to the 121 respondents with a millennial generation background which is worked in startup companies in Indonesia. Data obtained from respondents were processed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that flexibility of work has significant and positive influence to loyalty and employee satisfaction. However, flexibility of work has positive and significant impact on loyalty and employee satisfaction. This research prove that work life balance have partial mediating influence in relationship between flexibility of work and loyalty. In the other hands, work life balance have no mediating a relationship between flexibility of work and the satisfaction of employee with millennial background that is worked in startup company"

"Iklim inovasi dipengaruhi berbagai aspek, antara lain leadership, lingkungan organisasi dan individu yang menjadi anggotanya. Sehingga innovative behavior karyawan menjadi modal berharga perusahaan untuk tetap unggul serta sulit ditiru perusahaan lain. Penelitian mengenai keterkaitan work-life conflict dan innovative behavior menunjukkan indikasi pengaruh dari work-life conflict pada pembentukan innovative behavior. Kemampuan perusahaan membangun lingkungan organisasi yang positif secara psikologis memicu intensitas karyawan untuk melakukan eksplorasi peluang, lahirnya ide, serta implementasinya. Namun, penelitian terdahulu terkait topik ini dilakukan pada era sebelum diterapkannya protokol kesehatan terkait pandemi Covid-19, dimana interaksi antar karyawan masih didominasi tatap muka secara normal. Penerapan protokol kesehatan yang mengubah tatanan dan pola kerja dengan membatasi interaksi fisik antara individu dan grup. Perubahan pola bekerja ke arah telecommuting menggunakan komunikasi virtual. Hal ini tentu akan membawa dampak bagi karyawan, sehingga memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bermaksud menjembatani gap dan memperbaharui pengetahuan terkait peran work-life conflict terhadap innovative behavior melalui analisis atas data yang diperoleh. Selain meneliti pengaruh secara langsung, penelitian ini juga akan meneliti hubungan variabel-variabel tersebut menggunakan variabel mediasi psychological capital, leader member exchange, dan resistance to change. Data kuantitatif untuk mendukung penelitian akan diperoleh melalui survey terhadap sekitar 200 orang karyawan yang melakukan aktivitas telecommuting sejak penerapan protokol kesehatan pada sebuah perusahaan asuransi umum di Indonesia. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi, menggunakan dan mengoptimalkan psychological capital untuk menjaga kelangsungan dan berkembangnya innovative behavior ditengah perubahan yang terjadi.

The innovation climate is influence by leadership, the organizational environment, and the individuals who are its members. Thus, employees' innovative behavior becomes the company's valuable capital to remain superior and difficult to imitate. Studies related to work-life conflict show tendency to influence innovative behavior. The company's ability to build a positive organizational environment psychologically triggers employees' intensity to explore opportunities, generate ideas, and implement them. However, the research conducted so far carries out in the era before the health protocol implementation related to the Covid-19 pandemic, where employees could normally interact in a face-to-face situation. The health protocol adoption changes work arrangements and patterns since it limits the physical interactions between individuals and groups. Work patterns are changing using virtual communication and prioritizing teleworking to limit employee commuting. Therefore, the output of this restriction on innovative employee behavior requires further research. This study intends to bridge the knowledge gap in this regard by analysing the quantitative data obtained. This reserch also studied the interaction between the variables with several mediators such as psychological capital, leader member exchange, dan resistance to change. The quantitative data will be collected through a survey of around 200 employees who have engaged in telecommuting activities since the implementation of the health protocol in an insurance company in Indonesia. The managerial implication from this study is to provide empirical evidence to the company to identify, use, and optimize the psychological capital level as a tool to maintain a climate of creativity and innovative behavior amid the changes that occur."

"Perkembangan tekonolgi yang begitu pesat memberikan tantangan baru bagi sektor bisnis khususnya pada perusahaan startup. Kondisi ini memicu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi melalui pembentukan Innovative Work Behavior. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu meyakini bahwa Innovative Work Behavior dapat terwujud melalui Leadership Style, antara lain Transformational Leadership dan Transactional Leadership. Walaupun Leadership telah diakui mempunyai dampak positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, namun hubungan kedua variabel ini harus dianalisis lebih dalam melalui peran mediasi dari Voice Behavior dan Job Autonomy. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Leadership Styles terhadap Innovative Work Behavior dengan Voice Behavior dan Job Autonomy sebagai mediasi pada perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan metode pengumpulan data berupa survei kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan startup di Indonesia sebanyak 155 responden. Selanjutnya, teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melakukan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi bertingkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Leadership (Transformational dan Transactional) terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dengan pengaruh yang lebih besar diberikan oleh Transactional Leadership. Kemudian, kedua variabel mediasi, baik itu Voice Behavior dan Job Autonomy tidak dapat memberikan efek mediasi pengaruh Leaderhip (Transformational dan Transactional) terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.

The rapid development of technology provides new challenges for the business sector, especially for startup companies. This condition triggers companies to increase innovation capabilities through the formation of Innovative Work Behavior. Several previous studies believe that Innovative Work Behavior can be realized through Leadership Style, including Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership. Although Leadership has been recognized as having a positive impact on Innovative Work Behavior, the relationship between these two variables must be analyzed more deeply through the mediating role of Voice Behavior and Job Autonomy. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership Styles on Innovative Work Behavior with Voice Behavior and Job Autonomy as mediation in startup companies in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire survey distributed to employees of startup companies in Indonesia as many as 155 respondents. Furthermore, the sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. This study uses data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and multilevel regression. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of Leadership (Transformational and Transactional) on Innovative Work Behavior, with a greater influence given by Transactional Leadership. Then, the two mediating variables, both Voice Behavior and Job Autonomy, cannot mediate the effect of Leadership (Transformational and Transactional) on Innovative Work Behavior."

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan Extraversion dan Conscientiousness terhadap Work-lilfe balance melalui Psychological Capital sebagai mediator pada Pegawai Perempuan. ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the relationship of Extraversion and Conscientiousness to Work lilfe Balance through Psychological Capital as a Mediator on Female Officersvii. Extraversion and Conscientiousness were measured using a measurement tool from BFI Big Five Inventory developed by John Srivastava 1999 . Work life balance is measured by a work life balance scale measuring tool developed by Fisher, Bulger and Smith 2009 . Psychological capital was measured by a PCQ Psychological Capital Questionaire tool developed by Luthans, Youssef, and Avolio 2007 . The results of the analysis using 100 questionnaires data from research samples are female employees working in the State Personnel Agency and multiple regression data analysis techniques used to analyze the mediation for it using the help of statistical software SPSS using Process macro from Andrew F. Hayes with model 4. The results show the total effect of the relationship between extraversion to work life balance c of B 0.729, p 0.000, CI 0.637 to 0.822 . "Job Performance karyawan menjadi salah satu hal krusial yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhinya adalah work-life balance. Banyak peneliti telah menerangkan bahwa work-life balance karyawan merangsang psychological wellbeing yang memengaruhi job performance. Job performance sendiri merupakan output dari work effort. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain konklusif dan deskriptif dengan pengambilan data single-cross sectional dan self-ratings survei. Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa psychological wellbeing tidak memediasi pengaruh Work-life balance terhadap work effort. Namun tetap menemukan bahwa work-life balance mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing dan work effort. Hal ini membuktikan pentingnya work-life balance bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction memoderasi pengaruh work-life balance terhadap psychological wellbeing dan langsung mempengaruhi psychological wellbeing. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perusahaan perlu menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung work-life balance karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan work effort dan psychological wellbeing karyawan. Di sisi lain job satisfaction karyawan juga harus mendapat perhatian serius oleh perusahaan sehingga psychological wellbeing karyawan juga meningkat.

Employee Job Performance is one of the crucial things that affect company performance so companies need to pay attention to the performance of their employees. One of the things that influence it is the work-life balance. Many researchers have explained that employee work-life balance stimulates psychological well-being which affects job performance. Job performance itself is the output of work effort. This study uses a conclusive and descriptive design with single-cross sectional data collection and survey self-ratings. Structural Equation Modeling is used to analyze the data. This study found that psychological well-being did not mediate the effect of work-life balance on work effort. However, they still find that work-life balance affects psychological well-being and work effort. This proves the importance of work-life balance for employees and the company. On the other hand, job satisfaction moderates the effect of work-life balance on psychological well-being and directly affects psychological well-being. Based on these results, companies need to create an environment that supports work-life balance of employees in order to increase work effort and psychological well-being of employees. On the other hand, employee job satisfaction must also receive serious attention from the company so that the psychological well-being of employees also increases."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara work-life balance dan work stress terhadap turnover intention dan bagaimana pengaruh job satisfaction dalam memediasi hubungan antarvariabel tersebut pada pegawai Bidang Penindakan Lembaga XYZ. Penelitian dijalankan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh pegawai Bidang Penindakan Lembaga XYZ. Sejumlah 218 responden diperoleh sebagai sampel dari populasi 427 pegawai spesialis dan administrasi. Hipotesis diuji dengan metode structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan IBM® SPSS® Amos 23.0.0. Hasil uji hipotesis menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pada hubungan work stress dan turnover intention, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi job satisfaction. Hasil uji hipotesis juga mengungkapkan bahwa tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung pada hubungan work-life balance dan turnover intention, namun ditemukan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui mediasi job satisfaction.

This research was conducted using quantitative method through the distribution of questionnaires. An amount of 218 respondents were obtained as a sample of a population of 427 specialist and administrative employees. Hypotheses were tested with structural equation modeling (SEM) using IBM SPSS Amos 23.0.0. The results found that there were positive influences on the relationships between work stress and turnover intention, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction. The results also revealed that there was no direct effect on work-life balance and turnover intention relationship, but indirect effect was found through the mediation of job satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Rewards dan Work-life Balance
terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan PT.XYZ. Pada penelitian ini variabel
Rewards menggunakan teori dari Gibson dan Ivancevich (2012), variabel Work-life
Balance menggunakan teori dari Fisher (2001), dan variabel Employee Engagement
menggunakan teori dari Schaufelli dan Bakker (2006). Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner
kepada 108 responden sebagai sumber data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda serta menggunakan
korelasi Pearson sebagai uji validitas, Alpha Cronbach sebagai uji reliabilitas dan
perangkat lunak SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa
adanya pengaruh antara Rewards terhadap Employee Engagement, sementara Work-life
Balance tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement, namun secara
simultan Rewards dan Work-life Balance memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee
Engagement.

This study aims to explain the influence of Rewards and Work-life Balance on Employee
Engagement on PT. XYZ employees. In this study the Rewards variable uses the theory
of Gibson and Ivancevich (2012), the Work-life Balance variable uses the theory of Fisher
(2001), and the Employee Engagement variable uses the theory of Schaufelli and Bakker
(2006). This research uses a quantitative approach with collection techniques data through
the distribution of questionnaires to 108 respondents as the primary data source. Data
analysis techniques used in this study are simple regression and multiple regression and
use Pearson correlation as a validity test, Alpha Cronbach as a reliability test and SPSS
software as an analysis tool. The result of hypothesis test indicates that there is an
influence between Rewards on Employee Engagement, while Work-life Balance has no
effect on Employee Engagement, however simultaneously Rewards and Work-life
Balance have an influence on Employee Engagement.
