"Artikel ini akan membahas tentang penerapan peraturan repositori terbitan lokal di perpustakaan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia. Sebagai sebuah institusi besar, DPR menghasilkan terbitan lokal atau sering disebut terbitan DPR. Dalam rangka mengelola seluruh terbitan lokal tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah peraturan mengenai repositori yang memberikan wewenang kepada perpustakaan DPR untuk mengelola repositori DPR. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan peraturan repositori terbitan lokal oleh perpustakaan DPR dan pengelolaan terbitan yang sudah diterima perpustakaan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan repositori DPR RI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang berkompeten di bidangnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebuah aplikasi repositori DPR sudah dibuat untuk menyimpan koleksi terbitan DPR dalam bentuk digital, namun jumlah koleksi yang disimpan di repositori DPR masih sedikit. Hal tersebut karena tidak adanya standar operasional prosedur mengenai pengelolaan repositori DPR dan perpustakaan masih berfokus pada pengumpulan terbitan DPR dalam bentuk tercetak. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sebuah standar operasional prosedur dalam pengelolaan repositori agar tujuan dari repositori DPR RI tercapai.

This article will discuss the implementation of local content repository regulations in the library of DPR RI. As a institution, the DPR produces local publications or is often called the DPR publications. In order to manage these local publications, a regulation regarding repositories which authorizes the DPR library to manage the DPR repository is made. The purpose of this article is to find out the implementation of local content repository regulations by the DPR library and the management of publications that have been received by the library in order to achieve the goals of the DPR repository. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or verbal words from people who are competent in their fields. The results of this study indicate that a DPR repository implementation has been made to store a collection of DPR publications in digital form, but the number of collections stored in the DPR repository is still small. This is due to the lack of standard

operating procedures regarding the management of the repository and library which still focus on the collection of DPR publications in printed form. Therefore, the library needs a standard operational procedure in managing repositories so that the goals of the DPR RI repository are achieved."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang bagaimana UIANA bekerja sebagai repositori institusional dengan melihat tata cara penyusunan karya ilmiah, cara mengunggah dan mengelolanya di perpustakaan UI. UIANA adalah kumpulan karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh civitas akademika UI sebagai kekayaan UI. Kepengurusan UIANA diawali dengan terbitnya SK Rektortahun 2008 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penyusunan Tugas Akhir Universitas Indonesia dan diperbaharui dengan Keputusan Rektor Nomor 2143 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Teknis Penulisan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang wajib digunakan oleh seluruh mahasiswa UI, baik mahasiswa S1 maupun S2 pedoman penulisan tugas. UIANA sebagai arsip Universitas Indonesia dapat digunakan sebagai bukti akuntabilitas UI sebagai lembaga penghasil pengetahuan dan dapat menunjukkan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di Universitas Indonesia. UIANA itu yang telah dirintis sejak tahun 2004, dikelola secara digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi LONTAR, aplikasi yang sama untuk mengolah bahan pustaka lainnya di Perpustakaan UI, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Perpustakaan UI memiliki mengintegrasikan manajemen koleksi dalam satu sistem aplikasi terintegrasi (sistem perpustakaan terpadu). Skripsi ini membahas tentang manajemen UIANA sejak proses unggah mandiri yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sampai dengan pemberian akses ke pengguna dan masalah yang muncul dalam proses manajemen. Dari proses kebijakan pengembangan koleksi hingga pemberian akses, Manajemen Koleksi UIANA dapat dikatakan sebagai Perpustakaan Digital UI. UIANA sebagai Repositori Universitas Indonesia baru bisa menjaring Tugas Akhir mahasiswa namun belum mampu menangkap karya penelitian yang dihasilkan dosen serta, personel fungsional lainnya di lingkungan UI.

This thesis discusses how UIANA works as an institutional repository by looking at the procedures for compiling scientific papers, how to upload and manage them in the UI library. UIANA is a collection of scientific works produced by the UI academic community as a wealth of UI. The management of UIANA begins with the issuance of the Rector's Decree

2008 regarding Technical Guidelines for Compiling University of Indonesia Final Projects and updated with Rector's Decree Number 2143 of 2017 concerning Technical Guidelines for Writing Student Final Projects at the University of Indonesia which must be used by all UI students, both undergraduate and postgraduate students, guidelines for writing assignments. UIANA as an archive of the University of Indonesia can be used as evidence of UI's accountability as a knowledge-producing institution and can show the development of science at the University of Indonesia. UIANA which has been initiated since 2004, is managed digitally using the LONTAR application, the same application for processing other library materials in the UI Library, so it can be said that the UI Library has integrated collection management in one integrated application system (integrated library system). This thesis discusses UIANA management since the independent upload process carried out by students to providing access to users and problems that arise in the management process. From the collection development policy process to granting access, UIANA Collection Management can be said to be the UI Digital Library. UIANA as the Repository of the University of Indonesia has only been able to capture student Final Projects but has not been able to capture research work produced by lecturers and other functional personnel within the UI."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penyelenggaraan deseleksi koleksi di Perpustakaan DPR RI dengan melihat salah satu kegiatan yang berada dalam bagian pengembangan koleksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan deseleksi koleksi di Perpustakaan DPR RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala perpustakaan, dan pustakawan yang turun langsung dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah deseleksi koleksi di Perpustakaan DPR RI sudah berjalan dengan baik walau masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang tidak dilakukan sehingga menghambat kinerja dari kegiatan tersebut. Deseleski koleksi di Perpustakaan DPR RI memiliki dampak terhadap kredibilitas koleksi di perpustakaan serta tata ruang perpustakaan yang menjadi lebih luas sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menambah fasilitas menunjang di perpustakaan. Akan tetapi perpustakaan DPR RI perlu untuk membuat kebijakan mengenai deseleksi koleksi sebagai standar atau acuan yang digunakan dalam menjalankan kegiatan ini yang nantinya dapat di pertanggung jawabkan.

This research discusses collection deselection in the library of House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia by looking at one of the activities in the collection development section. The purpose of this research is to find collection deselection activities in Library of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses qualitative approach with case study. The research information is the head of the library, and the librarian who came down directly in this activity.

The result of this research is deselection collection at the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia. Library has been running well although there are still some aspects that can not be done from the activity. Collection Deselection in the Library of the Republic of Indonesia Parliament has an impact on the credibility of collections in the library and the library's spatial structure which is becoming wider so that it can be used to add supporting facilities in the library. However, libraries of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia need to make rules about collection deselection as a standard or reference used in activities that can be responsible. "

"The House of representative's library is one supporting component of the performance of the House of Representatives' member and its lines. With the changing of time, the library is demanded to provide a prompt and precise information services. Five dimensions of Servqual namely reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy and responsiveness become the starting point to study about quality of the House of Representatives' library.

This research is to indentify the service quality of the House of representative's library and to find out position the service quality of the House of Representatives' library on Diagram Kartesius.

Descriptive-quantitative method is being use on this research. Data gathered consist of primary data and secondary data. Questionnaires are the primary data while secondary data gathered through documentation assessments and library studies. Questionnaire on this research is Servqual Questionnaire that is designed based on Liked scale. Service quality scoring is calculated by the gab due to different score of expectation and perception of service quality performance accepted by the user. While the overall score of quality services is based on calculation of average score of all five Servqual dimensions. And sum scale is used to calculate the importance of each dimension.

The research samples were 116 visitor of the House of Representative' library visiting from 1 October to 30 November 2004 and only were considered respondent using the Simple Random Sampling technique.

The research shows that the service quality of the House of Representatives' library in general is fair it is 73% of the maximum service. Services' attributes need to have priority improvement are physical facilities are visually appealing, promises to do something by a certain times and shows a sincere interest in solving library user."

"Sarana prasarana yang memadai di perpustakaan akan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap kemudahan dan kelancaran berbagai proses kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemustaka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi pemustaka terhadap sarana prasarana perpustakaan DPR RI berdasarkan Peraturan Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2018 tentang Instrumen Akreditasi Perpustakaan Khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat persepsi positif dan negatif pemustaka terhadap sarana prasarana Perpustakaan DPR RI. Walaupun komponen sarana prasarana dalam instrumen akreditasi pada Perpustakaan DPR RI mendapatkan pilihan A, tetapi kondisi perpustakaan belum mampu secara maksimal memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka yang berkunjung. Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan DPR RI sebagai lembaga informasi yang berkembang dapat meningkatkan sarana prasarana yang dimiliki dengan berfokus pada kebutuhan pemustakanya, serta mempertahankan akreditasi yang telah didapatkan tersebut.

Adequate library facilities and infrastructure will contribute significantly to the ease and smoothness of various process activities carried out by users. This study aimed to identify users' perceptions of the DPR RI library facilities based on the Republic of Indonesia National Library Regulation Number 11 of 2018 concerning Special Library Accreditation Instruments. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and document analysis. The selection of informants in this study was carried out using accidental sampling. The study results indicate positive and negative perceptions of the DPR RI library facilities and infrastructure users. Even though the infrastructure components in the accreditation instrument at the DPR RI Library get option A, the condition of the library has not been able to meet the needs of visiting users optimally. Therefore, the DPR RI library, as a developing information institution, can improve its facilities and infrastructure by focusing on its users' needs and maintaining the accreditation that has been obtained."
