"Uni Eropa adalah organisasi internasional di wilayah Eropa yang bertujuan untuk mencapai integrasi Eropa. European Union is an international organization whose obejective is to develop a European integration. In order to achieve the idea of European integration, European Union created its own legal order which has already becomean established component of European Union's political life and society. Yet, the effect of international law within the Union's domestic order receives far less attention. Over the past decade, the relationship between European and international law has largely been commented through the prism of the autonomy.

In some instances, however, the European Union is not bound by a treaty or international norm. Recent decisions issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union having emphasized the integrity of the European Union legal system.It indicates the relationship between the EU and international law can no longer be understood on the basis of monism or dualism theory, but a much more complex theory."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai keberhasilan misi perdamaian yang dilakukan oleh organisasi regional Afrika, African Union (AU) yang bernama AMISOM sejak tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2011 di Somalia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AMISOM relatif cukup berhasil dan bisa dilihat sebagai sebuah tanda mengenai pergeseran trend pelaksanaan misi perdamaian yang sebelumnya sering dilakukan oleh PBB, menjadi dilakukan oleh organisasi regional. Ditemukan bahwa dalam misi perdamaian di Somalia, terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruh perdamaian di Somalia. Penelitian ini membuktikan asumsi bahwa AMISOM relatif berhasil dalam upaya menciptakan perdamaian di Somalia dari pertama kali misi dilaksanakan pada tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2011 pada saat kota Mogadishu berhasil direbut.

This thesis discusses the success of peace mission undertaken by African regional organizations, African Union (AU) called AMISOM since 2007 until 2011 in Somalia. This study found that AMISOM relatively successful and could be seen as a sign of the shifting trend which the previous implementation of peace missions are often carried out by the United Nations, to be undertaken by regional organizations.

It was found that in the peace mission in Somalia there are many factors that affect peace in Somalia. This study proves the assumption that AMISOM is relatively successful in fostering peace in Somalia of the mission that was first implemented in 2007 until 2011 when the city of Mogadishu been won."

"Pemerintah Indonesia bertekad untuk mendiversifikasi ekspornya ke lebih banyak pasar non-tradisional.  Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi perdagangan Indonesia dengan negara anggota Southern African Customs Union (SACU). Kami menggunakan Augmented Gravity Model dengan Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) estimator¸ Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) index dan Constant Market Share Analysis (CMSA) index atas data arus perdagangan dari periode 2003-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa hubungan dagang antara Indonesia dan negara SACU sejalan dengan Linder Theory of Trade yang menyatakan bahwa negara yang memiliki banyak kesamaan cenderung berdagang lebih banyak dengan sesamanya.  Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya Indonesia-SACU Preferential Trade Agreement untuk mengurangi atau mengeliminasi tarif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan perdagangan di antara kedua pihak.

Indonesian government is determined to diversify its exports to more non-traditional markets. This paper estimates the potential of Indonesia’s trade with the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) countries. We use an augmented gravity model with feasible generalized least square (FGLS) estimator, revealed comparative advantage (RCA) index, and constant market share analysis (CMSA) index on trade flows data for the period 2003-2022. The results indicates that trade relation between Indonesia and SACU countries is in line with Linder theory of trade, which states that similar countries tend to trade more. Furthermore, the finding emphasizes the importance of Indonesia-SACU preferential trade agreement to reduce or eliminate tariffs which otherwise will increase trade between both parties."
