This study aims to explore the operations of chaos and order through the development of emergence-based architectural design. The project views architecture from the perspective of chaos and order, applying complex system principles within architecture to demonstrate it as a dynamic and holistic system. Viewing architecture through the lens of chaos and order and demonstrating its dual position as a complex system highlights often forgotten architectural characteristics, revealing hidden potentials, restoring architectural dynamism, and allowing architecture to grow and evolve with its users. The architectural concept in this study is developed to show its dual position in chaos and order. On one hand, architecture is seen as a complex system formed by the phenomenon of emergence. On the other hand, it has the ability to regulate emergence and the development of other complex systems. Emergence here refers to the interactions among components within a complex system that create dynamic and holistic characteristics not present in individual components. This approach promotes adaptive and resilient environments and provides insights into the role of architecture in shaping the development of complex systems."

"Uni Eropa adalah organisasi internasional di wilayah Eropa yang bertujuan untuk mencapai integrasi Eropa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, Uni Eropa membentuk sistem hukum regionalnya sendiri yang saat ini sudah menjadi komponen yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kehidupan politik dan bermasyarakat di Uni Eropa. Walaupun demikian, keberlakuan hukum internasional dalam sistem hukum regional Uni Eropa jarang sekali dibahas. Beberapa tahun belakang, hubungan antara hukum internasional dan hukum regional Uni Eropa baru banyak dibicarakan dalam kaitannya dengan otonomi hukum regional Uni Eropa. Dalam beberapa kondisi, Uni Eropa tidak terikat dengan perjanjian internasional atau norma-norma hukum internasional. Putusan-putusan Mahkamah Eropa baru-baru ini menekankan otonomi hukum regional Uni Eropa di atas hukum internasional. Putusan-putusan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa hubungan antara hukum internasional dengan hukum regional Uni Eropa tidak lagi dilihat menurut teori monisme dan dualisme saja, tetapi dengan teori lain yang lebih kompleks.

European Union is an international organization whose obejective is to develop a European integration. In order to achieve the idea of European integration, European Union created its own legal order which has already becomean established component of European Union's political life and society. Yet, the effect of international law within the Union's domestic order receives far less attention. Over the past decade, the relationship between European and international law has largely been commented through the prism of the autonomy.

In some instances, however, the European Union is not bound by a treaty or international norm. Recent decisions issued by the Court of Justice of the European Union having emphasized the integrity of the European Union legal system.It indicates the relationship between the EU and international law can no longer be understood on the basis of monism or dualism theory, but a much more complex theory."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai keberhasilan misi perdamaian yang dilakukan oleh organisasi regional Afrika, African Union (AU) yang bernama AMISOM sejak tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2011 di Somalia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AMISOM relatif cukup berhasil dan bisa dilihat sebagai sebuah tanda mengenai pergeseran trend pelaksanaan misi perdamaian yang sebelumnya sering dilakukan oleh PBB, menjadi dilakukan oleh organisasi regional. Ditemukan bahwa dalam misi perdamaian di Somalia, terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruh perdamaian di Somalia. Penelitian ini membuktikan asumsi bahwa AMISOM relatif berhasil dalam upaya menciptakan perdamaian di Somalia dari pertama kali misi dilaksanakan pada tahun 2007 hingga tahun 2011 pada saat kota Mogadishu berhasil direbut.

This thesis discusses the success of peace mission undertaken by African regional organizations, African Union (AU) called AMISOM since 2007 until 2011 in Somalia. This study found that AMISOM relatively successful and could be seen as a sign of the shifting trend which the previous implementation of peace missions are often carried out by the United Nations, to be undertaken by regional organizations.

It was found that in the peace mission in Somalia there are many factors that affect peace in Somalia. This study proves the assumption that AMISOM is relatively successful in fostering peace in Somalia of the mission that was first implemented in 2007 until 2011 when the city of Mogadishu been won."
