"ABSTRAKPraktek kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi. Peranan penting apoteker di industri farmasi antara lain dalam proses produksi, pengendalian mutu dan pemastian mutu dari produk farmasi yang dihasilkan. Pada proses produksi, salah satu peran apoteker adalah menjamin proses produksi dijalankan sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik. PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical melakukan simplifikasi pada proses set up dan cleaning total yang mengacu pada lean manufacturing. Selama program praktik kerja ini, telah berhasil dilakukan simplifikasi proses set up dan cleaning total pada mesin filling IWKA dari beberapa produk seperti myco-z cream, daktarin cream 5 gram.

The important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, among others, in the production process, quality control and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products produced. In the production process, one of the pharmacists 39 role is to ensure the production process is executed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice. PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical simplifies the total set up and cleaning process that refers to lean manufacturing. During this practical work program, there has been a complete simplification of set up and cleaning process on IWKA filling machine from some products such as myco z cream, daktarin cream 5 gram."

Internship at PT Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia Period February - March 2020 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. While, internship at Apotek Roxy Depok on May 2020 is intended to allow the apothecary profession students to directly understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, do the pharmaceutical practice accordance to laws and ethics, and fulfill the knowledge, skills, practical experience and also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues in the real conditition."

Dalam proses produksi peran apoteker adalah menjamin bahwa proses produksi telah sesuai dengan prinsip Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik. Tugas khusus yang berjudul Peningkatan Aspek Kualitas dalam Pembuatan Obat melalui Redesign Penempatan Label Informasi Proses dan Produktivitas serta Revisi Standar Prosedur Operasional di Area Pengemasan Sekunder dan Tersier di Value Stream Counterpain VSC . Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peningkatan kualitas produk terkait labeling khususnya pada penempelan label pada area pengemasan sekunder dan tersier VSC agar penempelan pada setiap informasi tidak lagi menggunakan plastic tape/ paper tape/ double tape serta meredesain performance board informasi target dan aktual agar lebih efektif dan efisien pada area pengemasan serta agar personil dapat lebih memahami poin-poin kritis yang perlu dilakukan pada saat proses pembersihan pada mesin IWKA Cartoner 150 dan Pampac ACG.

This special assignment aims to improve product quality related to labeling especially on label attachment in secondary packaging area and tertiary VSC to attach to any information no longer using plastic tape paper tape double sided tape as well as redesigning performance board of target and actual information to be more effective and Efficient in the packaging area and so that personnel can better understand the critical points that need to be done during the cleaning process on IWKA Cartoner 150 and Pampac ACG."

Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalankan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompentensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Apotek Hidup Baru, dan Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists have an important role as one of the healthcare professional. Pharmacists must comply with the competency standards before get into the professional practices. Therefore, in order to get experiences working as a healthcare professional, the Pharmacists Internship Program that called as Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) have been implemented. The prospective pharmacists get to do the internship at several places, such as PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Apotek Hidup Baru, and East Jakarta Administration City Health Office period January-April 2019. The prospective pharmacists are expected to get more knowledge and experiences to do the pharmaceutical practices in various places during the PKPA. "

"Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor ataupun Fasilitas Kesehatan seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dll. Untuk dapat memenuhi peran Apoteker dengan baik, seorang Apoteker diwajibkan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan selalu mengikuti standar yang berlaku dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi calon Apoteker untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT. Abbott Indonesia, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 295 Jatiwaringin dan Distributor PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Pharmacists have an important role, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installations, etc. To be able to fulfill the Pharmacists role properly, a Pharmacist is required to meet established competency standards and always follow the applicable standards in carrying out the duties. Therefore, it is important for pharmacists to learn and practice pharmaceutical work directly, so the Intenships were done in three different pharmacy practice places, namely PT. Abbott Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 295 Jatiwaringin and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from January to April 2019. With this work practice it is expected that pharmacists will gain a wealth of knowledge, insights, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical work."

Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. mempunyai peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab poada bagian produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu.

PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. telah menerapkan CPOB sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala Badan POM yang berlaku. The objective of the working practice of this profession is to make pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities in the implementation of pharmacy jobs in the pharmaceutical industry include the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP . PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. has implemented GMP in accordance with Regulation of the BPOM applicable. The implementation of GMP was conducted on the 12 aspects, namely, Quality Management, Personnel, Building and Facilities, Equipment, Sanitation and Hygiene, Quality Control, Production, Inspection and Self Quality Audits, Complaint Handling the Product, Documentation, Preparation Analysis Based Contracts, Qualification and Validation , Pharmacists as key personnel must have competence in the field of quality assurance, quality control, and production."
