"ABSTRACT
Research on Local Revenue, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund on economic growth, poverty, unemployment, and Gini ratios have often been done. However, there is no research that uses these three funding sources as latent variables that have a simultaneous influence on quality economic growth variables as a latent variable consisting of economic growth, poverty, unemployment and the Gini ratio as constructs. Similarly, capital expenditure as a moderating variable will be seen as influencing the source of funds. East Java is a province with 38 districts/cities where the level of economic growth is quite high and even exceeds the level of national economic growth. But the level of poverty, unemployment, and inequality is also very high. This study aims to look at the effect of decentralized funding sources on Quality Economic Growth in East Java. The data used comes from the Directorate General of Financial Balance of the Ministry of Finance in 2012 - 2015 for realization's fund, and from the Central Bureau of Statistics for economic growth, poverty, unemployment, and Gini ratios. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) in analyzing data, where quality economic growth becomes endogenous latent variables that are influenced by funding sources as exogenous latent variables and capital expenditure as a moderating variable. The results of the analysis show that the source of funds does not significantly affect quality economic growth even though the direction is positive. Likewise, capital expenditure cannot strengthen the influence of funding sources on quality economic growth. From this research, it is expected that the regional government can reanalyze the allocation of funds and the realization of regional expenditures which are prioritized for public service spending so that the triple track strategy can be implemented properly and achieve quality economic growth."

"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai masalah yang dihadapi oleh organisasi selama implementasi program yang ditinjau melalui landasan perencanaan strategis. Proses perencanaan strategis digunakan sebagai material penilaian akan masalah dan potensi sebagai bagian dari managemen organisasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang didesain secara deskriptif berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan di organisasi Global Green Growth Institute. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan bagaimana organisasi telah mengidentifikasi masalah yang mereka hadapi selama implementasi program dan melalui poses perencanaan strategis mampu mengidentifikasi masalah dan potensi yang dimilikinya disaat yang bersamaan pula diberikannya beberapa saran guna organisasi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dari implementasi programnya yang didasari oleh proses perencanaan strategis agar sesuai dengan komponen-komponen yang ada di dalam pemaparan teori perencanaan strategis pada sistem managemen organisasi.

ABSTRACT
This undergraduate thesis discusses the problem that organization face during program implementation that is review based on strategic planning approach. Strategic planning process is used as a material assessment of problem and potential as part of effective organizational management. This research is a qualitative research that is designed descriptively based on observation and interview conducted in Global Green Growth Institute organization. The results of this study describes how the organization has identify the problem that they have faced during program implementation and through strategic planning process are able to identify the problems and potentials it has at the same time also given some suggestions for the organization to improve the effectiveness of their program implementation based on strategic planning process to fit the components that exist in the presentation of the theory of strategic planning on the organization 39 s management system."

"Perencanaan proyek harus menjadi bagian integral dari industri pembangunan perumahan agar dapat dicapai kinerja proyek yang lebih efisien dan berdampak pada kinerja waktu yang lebih baik. Diperlukan pemahaman yang jelas dan rinci apa yang menjadi lingkup di dalam proyek dan apa yang tidak termasuk di dalam lingkup proyek serta apa saja yang menjadi risiko dalam perencanaan proyek. Perencanaan proyek diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi pada keseluruhan struktur pekerjaan secara yang rinci sekaligus fleksibilitas untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kegiatan proyek dan mengakomodasi sistem organisasi proyek serta perubahan-perkembangan bisnis yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurai masalah perencanaan pada proyek pengembangan perumahan dengan mengidentifikasi 10 area pengetahuan dan 24 proses perencanaan dalam PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) edisi ke 6 tahun 2017 menggunakan pendekatan manajemen risiko untuk memahami dan menganalisis sistem perencanaan pada proyek perumahan. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian tersebut disusun sebuah pedoman (SOP) perencanaan proyek perumahan yang dapat dijadikan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja waktu proyek perumahan.

Project planning must be an integral part of the housing construction industry so that project performance can be achieved more efficient and have an impact on schedule performance. A clear and detailed understanding is needed of what is within the scope of the project and what are the risks identified in the project planning phase. Project planning is expected to be able to provide solutions to detailed work structures as well as flexibility to be able to adapt to the environment of unique project activities and to accommodate the project's organizational system and business changes or improvements made by the company. This study aims to parse the risks in project planning of residential development projects by identifying 10 knowledge areas and 24 planning processes in the 6th edition of the 2017 PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) using qualitative risk analysis approach to create an understanding and to mitigate the high risk factor. Referring the research results, a preventive action in each of the high risk indicator has been prepared to be integrated in the planning guideline (standard operating procedure). This risk analysis performed to be used as a strategy to improve the residential development schedule performance."

"Di Indonesia saat ini organisasi non-pemerintah yang mengelola dana ZIS makin berkembang hingga tumbuh menjadi organisasi sosial. Akan tetapi ada kesenjangan yang besar antara potensi amal yang besar dengan realisasi amal yang sangat kecil. Fenomena ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya kinerja OPZ. Hal ini akan berdampak pada tuntutan publik terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi LAZ. Tuntutan ini menjadi tantangan bagi LAZ untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Makalah ini diharapkan menjadi acuan pengembangan model penilaian LAZ di Indonesia. Model yang dibangun adalah model BSC dimana dikaji pengaruh dari PI dan TQM, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi."

"Pertemanan merupakan salahsatu kunci keberhasilan dari dibentuknya pendidikan inklusif. Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, peneliti menduga terdapat permasalahan pada keterampilan asertif anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dapat berpengaruh pada kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan pertemanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara keterampilan asertif dan kualitas pertemanan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Selian itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat perbedaan keterampilan asertif dan kualitas pertemanan berdasarkan perbedaan jenis kelamin dan jenis disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan sampel anak berkebutuhan khusus yang memiliki satu jenis disabilitas dengan tingkat keparahan ringan dan bersekolah di sekolah dasar inklusif N = 84. Rentang usia responden pada penelitian ini 7 tahun-12 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Social Skills Inventory Scale SSIS Gresham Elliot, 2008 dan Friendship Quality Questionnaire FQQ Parker Asher, 1993. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keterampilan asertif dan kualitas pertemanan r = .321, p < .01. Hal ini menandakan semakin tinggi keterampilan asertif anak berkebutuhan khusus, akan semakin tinggi kualitas pertemanannya. Selain itu hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang antara kualitas pertemanan yang signifikan antara responden laki-laki dan perempuan, namun tidak ada perbedaan pada keterampilan asertif. Hasil lain dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan tidak ada perbedaan keterampilan asertif dan kualitas pertemanan berdasarkan jenis disabilitas. Seluruh jenis disabilitas menunjukkan keterampilan asertif dan kualitas pertemanan yang tergolong tinggi.

Friendship between special needs children and typical children is one of the keys to the success of inclusive education. Based on previous studies, we assume there is a lack in assertive skill among special needs children which can affect their ability to initiate and maintain friendship. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between assertive social skill and friendship quality of special needs children in inclusive setting. This study is also purposed to examine the difference between assertive skill and friendship quality based on gender differences and type of disability. This is a correlational study, using special needs children with one type of disability with mild severity as research sample, with age ranging from seven to twelve years old based N 84. Instruments used in this study are Social Skills Inventory Scale SSIS Gresham Elliot, 2008 and Friendship Quality Questionaire FQQ Parker Asher, 1993 . Result shows there is a significant positive relationship between assertive skill and friendship quality r .321, p .01. The conclusion is the increase in assertive social skill on special needs children will increase their friendship quality. The study also shows there is a significance difference in friendship quality based on gender, but no significance difference found in assertive skill. Another results indicate there is no difference in both assertive skill and friendship quality based on types of disability. Both assertive skill and friendship quality are relatively high based on types of disability."

"ABSTRAK
This research aims to find out how significant the mindset, leadership, and family values influence the organizational culture of family firms. This research is a quantitative research which uses questionnaires as the data collection method. The population of this research is the students of University of Ciputra who attend the Family Business class in the odd semester of 2016 Entrepreneurship subject. There are 59 respondents data which fit as samples of this research and the data is processed by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The result of this research shows that (1) mindset significantly affects leadership, (2) leadership does not significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, (3) mindset significantly affects family values, (4) family values significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, (5) family values do not significantly affect leadership, (6) mindset does not significantly affect the organizational culture of family firms, and (7) the organizational culture of family firms can be formed by the leaders mindset which are reflected through the family values believed and applied within the companies."
