"外国語学部フランス語専攻での2 年間の実習授業では、詳細な文法学習は行っているが体系的な語彙学習は行っておらず、専攻語到達度目標達成には語彙不足が懸念される。専攻語の授業であることに鑑みて、文法学習レベルを維持しつつ効果的な語彙習得方法を考えなければならない。他方、フランスの国語教育では、「聞く・話す・読む・書く」といった総合的な理解力や表現力は、文法規則や正書法の習得及び豊かな語彙にかかっているという判断の下に、体系化された語彙教育が行われている。国語教育で習得される語彙は、外国語教育で習得すべき語彙よりも高度で広範囲でありながら、外国語教育で習得すべき基本語彙もおろそかにせず学習させている。そこで、フランスにおける語彙教育がどのように行われているかを知ることは、外国語としてのフランス語教育における語彙を豊富にする学習方法に資すると考える。フランス小学校国語科の語彙習得方法を「語形成、多義性、類義語と反意語」の3 項目を中心に国語教科書から紹介し、我々のフランス語教育への応用可能性を検討する。"
