"Seseorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktek profesinya. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Pfizer Indonesia, Apotek Hidup Baru, dan Balai Besar POM Jakarta selama periode bulan Februari-Mei 2019. Kegiatan ini diharapkan bahwa calon apoteker dapat menambahkan wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist have an important role in the pharmaceutical, pharmacy and government industries. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 as the capabilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional workplaces. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists, Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are carried out at PT Pfizer Indonesia, New Life Pharmacy, and the Central POM Jakarta during the February-May 2019 period. This activity is expected that prospective pharmacists can add insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan mask ke tempêta praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Abbott Indonesia, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No 362 selama periode Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices are implemented at PT Abbot Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 362, and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari JDC for the period January-April 2019. During PKPA, expected candidates pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

"ABSTRAKPada era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN ini, peran sektor industri farmasi tidak dapat diabaikan karena obat merupakan komponen utama intervensi dalam pelayanan. Selain itu, industri farmasi harus mampu menjamin ketersediaan obat. Sebuah industri farmasi harus menjaga konsistensi kualitas, keamanan, dan efikasi terhadap obat yang diproduksi. Proses pembuatan obat hanya dapat dilakukan oleh industri farmasi yang telah mendapatkan izin dari Menteri Kesehatan dan memenuhi persyaratan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB yaitu suatu standar yang harus dipahami setiap personil dalam berbagai bidang industri farmasi. Untuk menyiapkan tenaga apoteker yang dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan baik dan benar, maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Pfizer Indonesia yang bertujuan memberikan kesempatan kepada calon apoteker untuk memperoleh pengalaman yang bermanfaat dan memahami peran apoteker dalam produksi obat serta melihat penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTIn this National Health Assurance era, pharmaceutical industry roles cannot be ignored because drug is the main intervention component in healthcare services. Besides that, pharmaceutical industry should guarantee drug availability. A pharmaceutical industry must maintain a consistent quality, safety, and efficacy for each drug produced. Drug production process only can be performed by pharmaceutical industry who has a permission from Health Ministry and meet the Good Manufacturing Process GMP requirements, which is a standard that needs to be understood by each personnel in every sections in the pharmaceutical industry. To trained pharmacists so that they can do pharmaceutical work well and correctly, we conducted Professional Practices for Pharmacist in PT. Pfizer Indonesia to give a chance for a pharmacist candidate to get a beneficial experience and understand pharmacists role in drug production and also to find out the GMP application in pharmaceutical industry."

Pfizer Indonesia aim to give students knowlegde directly related to Pharmacist duties and responsibilities in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The special assignment that has given is Training Material Development of HVAC at PT. Pfizer Indonesia."

"Industri farmasi merupakan sarana untuk memproduksi sediaan farmasi yang memiliki berbagai fungsi yang berhubungan langsung dengan tubuh manusia untuk menunjang kesehatan manusia. Proses pembuatan yang dilakukan dalam industri farmasi harus disertai dengan pengawasan dan pemastian mutu. Tindakan pemastian mutu dalam suatu industri farmasi diperlukan untuk mendapatkan kepastian dengan tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan akan selalu memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjamin masyarakat memperoleh obat yang bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaannya, upaya menjaga mutu secara konsisten dan dapat diandalkan telah dilaksanakan dengan penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di industri farmasi merupakan salah satu sarana bagi mahasiswa calon apoteker untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja dan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang seluruh kegiatan pembuatan obat yang memenuhi persyaratan quality, efficacy, dan safety serta memahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut di industri farmasi.

The Industrial pharmacy is a facility for producing the pharmaceutical products which have a variety of functions to support human health. The manufacturing process in the industrial pharmacy should be accompanied by quality control and quality assurance. Measures of quality assurance in a pharmaceutical industry with the certainty required to obtain a high level of confidence, so that the resulting product will always meet the requirements that have been set. Therefore, to ensure people get the medicine of high quality in accordance with the requirements and intended use, efforts to maintain the quality consistently and reliably has been implemented by the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Pharmacists play an important role in the implementation of GMP. Industrial pharmacy must have at least 3 people Pharmacists who are responsible for the production, quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) in the pharmaceutical industry is one tool for prospective student pharmacists to gain work experience and a deeper understanding of the whole activity of making drugs that meet the requirements of quality, efficacy and safety as well as understand the duties and functions of the pharmacist in the implementation of activities those in the pharmaceutical industry."

Dalam rangka pencapaian standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). During PKPA, it is expected that students of Apotechary Professional Program can broaden their horizon,to experience and understanding pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."
